強度及び美観に優れ且つカードの出し入れを行いやすいカード収容型背面ケースを提供する。 本発明によれば、携帯情報端末の背面側に装着されるカード収容型背面ケースであって、前記携帯情報端末に装着されるケース本体と、前記ケース本体の外側面に設けられ且つカードをスライドさせて収容可能なカード収容ポケットを備え、前記ケース本体には前記カード収容ポケットによって被覆される位置にカード取出孔が設けられ、前記カード取出孔は、前記カード収容ポケット内に収容された前記カードをスライドさせて前記カード収容ポケットから取り出し可能にするように設けられる、カード収容型背面ケースが提供される。

Description

カード収容型背面ケース
　この発明は、携帯情報端末の背面側に装着され且つカードを収容可能なカード収容型背面ケースに関する。
　各社から発売されているスマートフォンやタブレット端末などの携帯情報端末はタッチディスプレイによる直感的な操作が可能であり、携帯性のよさから多くのユーザーに利用されている。
　ユーザーは携帯情報端末をポケットや鞄に入れて持ち歩くことが多く、傷がつきやすい。そこで、携帯情報端末の背面側に装着される背面ケースが広く利用されている。
　このような背面ケースには、ＩＣカードが収容可能なものがあり、背面ケースにＩＣカードを収容しておくことによって、背面ケースを装着した携帯情報端末をＩＣカードリーダーに近づけるだけで決済を行うことが可能になり、便利である。
　特許文献１には、ＩＣカードの種々の収容方法を開示している。特許文献１の図５には、携帯情報端末と背面ケースの間に電磁波遮断シートとＩＣカードを収容する構成が開示されている。特許文献１の図６には、背面ケースの外面側に設けられたポケットにＩＣカードを収容する構成が開示されている。特許文献１の図４及び図７には、２枚のプレートの間にカード収容部を設け、一方のプレートをスライド移動させることによってカード収容部内にＩＣカードを出し入れ可能な構成が開示されている。
特開２０１５－１０６７５４号公報
　特許文献１の図５の構成では、ＩＣカードや電磁波遮断シートがケースに固定されていないので、ＩＣカードを出し入れする際にＩＣカードや電磁波遮断シートが脱落してしまう虞れがある。特許文献１の図６の構成では、ポケットに設けられた開口からＩＣカードが外部に露出してしまうために背面ケースの美観が損なわれてしまう虞れがある。特許文献１の図４及び７の構成は、プレートをスライド移動させる機構が必要であるために、強度及び耐久性が不十分になりやすい。
　本発明はこのような事情に鑑みてなされたものであり、強度及び美観に優れ且つカードの出し入れを行いやすいカード収容型背面ケースを提供するものである。
　本発明によれば、携帯情報端末の背面側に装着されるカード収容型背面ケースであって、前記携帯情報端末に装着されるケース本体と、前記ケース本体の外側面に設けられ且つカードをスライドさせて収容可能なカード収容ポケットを備え、前記ケース本体には前記カード収容ポケットによって被覆される位置にカード取出孔が設けられ、前記カード取出孔は、前記カード収容ポケット内に収容された前記カードをスライドさせて前記カード収容ポケットから取り出し可能にするように設けられる、カード収容型背面ケースが提供される。
　本発明の構成では、ケース本体の外側からカードをスライドさせてカード収容ポケットに収容するので、ケース本体を携帯情報端末から取り外すことなく、カードをカード収容ポケットに収容することができる。また、ケース本体を携帯情報端末から取り外した状態でカード取出孔を通じて指などをカードに押し付けてカードをスライドさせることによって、カードをカード収容ポケットから取り除くことができる。カードは、カード収容ポケット内に配置されているので、ケース本体を携帯情報端末から取り外しても、カード収容ポケット内のカードが脱落することがない。また、カード取出孔を通じてカードをスライドさせるので、カード収容ポケットの外側にカードを露出させる必要がない。このため、カードの露出による美観の悪化を避けることができる。さらに、電磁波遮断シートを用いる場合には、電磁波遮断シートをケース本体に固定することができる。従って、カードを出し入れする際に電磁波遮断シートが脱落することを防ぐことができる。また、本発明の背面ケースはプレートをスライド移動させる機構が必要ないので、強度及び耐久性が優れている。
　以下、本発明の種々の実施形態を例示する。以下に示す実施形態は互いに組み合わせ可能である。
　好ましくは、前記ケース本体には、前記カード収容ポケットに対応した位置に前記携帯情報端末からの電磁波を遮断可能な電磁波遮断シートが設けられている。
　好ましくは、前記カードは、周辺部に内蔵されたアンテナを備え、前記カード取出孔は、前記カードが前記カード収容ポケット内に収容された状態で前記アンテナに重ならない位置に設けられる。

　以下、図１～図５を用いて本発明の実施形態について説明する。以下に示す実施形態中で示した各種特徴事項は、互いに組み合わせ可能である。また、各特徴事項について独立して発明が成立する。
　図１は、携帯情報端末１の背面側にカード収容型背面ケース３が装着されている状態を示す。携帯情報端末１の一例はiPhone6であり、背面ケース３は、携帯情報端末１の背面及び側面を覆うように携帯情報端末１に装着される。図２に示すように、背面ケース３は、ケース本体４と、その外側面に設けられたカード収容ポケット８を備える。
　ケース本体４は、携帯情報端末１の背面を覆う背面部４ａと、携帯情報端末１の側面を覆う側面部４ｂを備え、側面部４ｂが携帯情報端末１に弾性的に係合されることによって背面ケース３が携帯情報端末１に装着される。背面部４ａにはカード取出孔４ｃとカメラ開口４ｄが設けられている。カード取出孔４ｃについては後述する。カメラ開口４ｄは、携帯情報端末１に設けられたカメラ及びライトに対応した位置に設けられる。側面部４ｂには、携帯情報端末１の側面に設けられた操作スイッチ及びコネクタに対応した位置に切欠部４ｅ，４ｆ，４ｇが設けられている。
　カード収容ポケット８は、略長方形であり、上端８ａは開放端であり、側端８ｂ及び下端８ｃが閉鎖端になっている。そして、図３に示すように、上端８ａから挿入したカード７がカード収容ポケット８とケース本体４の間の空間８ｄに保持可能に構成されている。空間８ｄの幅方向及び高さ方向の寸法は、カード７よりも大きくなっているので、カード７の全体が空間８ｄ内に保持される。また、カード収容ポケット８には孔や切り欠きが設けられていないので、カード７が空間８ｄ内に保持されている状態では、外側からカード７が見えず、美観が害されることがない。また、カード７は、カード取出孔４ｃを通じて指などを用いてカード７をスライドさせてカード収容ポケット８から取り出すことができる。カード取出孔４ｃの形状は特に限定されないが、カード７をスライドさせやすいように、カード７のスライド方向に細長い形状（例：長円形状）が好ましい。カード取出孔４ｃは、カード７がカード収容ポケット８内に配置された状態でカード７の略中央に位置するように設けられている。
　図４に示すように、ケース本体４は、本体部２ａと、本体部２ａの内側に貼着された内張り部２ｂと、本体部２ａの外側に貼着された電磁波遮断シート２ｃと、本体部２ａの外側に電磁波遮断シート２ｃを覆うように貼着された外張り部２ｄで構成される。本体部２ａは樹脂で形成され、内張り部２ｂと外張り部２ｄはレザーなどの美観に優れた材料で形成される。内張り部２ｂと外張り部２ｄは、ケース本体４の美観を向上させるために設けられており、機能面では省略可能である。
　電磁波遮断シート２ｃは、フェライトなどの電磁波を吸収可能な材料で形成される。電磁波遮断シート２ｃは、カード７が非接触ＩＣカードである場合に、携帯情報端末１の背面からの電磁波によってカード７が誤動作することを防ぐために設けられる。カード７が電磁波の影響を受けにくいものである場合は、電磁波遮断シート２ｃは省略可能である。
　図５に示すように、電磁波遮断シート２ｃは、カード７がカード収容ポケット８に収容された状態で電磁波遮断シート２ｃがカード７に重なるように設けられる。但し、電磁波遮断シート２ｃには、カード取出孔４ｃに対応した部位には開口が設けられており、この開口部位では、携帯情報端末１からの電磁波は遮断されない。しかし、この部位にはカード７に内蔵されるアンテナ７ａが設けられていないので、この部位に開口が設けられていてもカード７の誤動作につながらない。従来は、電磁波遮断シート２ｃによる電磁波遮断効果を十分に発揮させるために電磁波遮断シート２ｃに開口が設けられることはなかった。一方、本発明者は、カード７の略中央にはアンテナ７ａが設けられていないことに着目し、カード７の略中央に対応する位置において電磁波遮断シート２ｃに開口を設けることを許容することによってケース本体４にカード取出孔４ｃを設けることが可能になった。
　本発明は、以下の態様でも実施可能である。
・電磁波遮断シート２ｃは、携帯情報端末１とカード７の間に配置すればよく、外張り部２ｄの外側に貼着したり、本体部２ａ又は内張り部２ｂの内側に貼着してもよい。
　１：携帯情報端末、２ａ：本体部、２ｂ：内張り部、２ｃ：電磁波遮断シート、２ｄ：外張り部、３：カード収容型背面ケース、４：ケース本体、４ｃ：カード取出孔、７：カード、８：カード収容ポケット

Claims (3)

  1. 携帯情報端末の背面側に装着されるカード収容型背面ケースであって、
    前記携帯情報端末に装着されるケース本体と、
    前記ケース本体の外側面に設けられ且つカードをスライドさせて収容可能なカード収容ポケットを備え、
    前記ケース本体には前記カード収容ポケットによって被覆される位置にカード取出孔が設けられ、
    前記カード取出孔は、前記カード収容ポケット内に収容された前記カードをスライドさせて前記カード収容ポケットから取り出し可能にするように設けられる、カード収容型背面ケース。
  2. 前記ケース本体には、前記カード収容ポケットに対応した位置に前記携帯情報端末からの電磁波を遮断可能な電磁波遮断シートが設けられている、請求項１に記載の背面ケース。
  3. 前記カードは、周辺部に内蔵されたアンテナを備え、
    前記カード取出孔は、前記カードが前記カード収容ポケット内に収容された状態で前記アンテナに重ならない位置に設けられる、請求項１又は請求項２に記載の背面ケース。
