Description

外置弹簧泡沫泵 技术领域
本发明涉及一种泡沫泵,具体涉及外置弹簧泡沫泵。
背景技术
众所周知,随着社会的进步,现在越来越多的能方便人们日常生活的用品现在已经很普遍的被应用在人们的生活中了,现在人们都比较关注自身的健康卫生问题,为了保持人体的清洁,现在人们在洗手,洗脸或者沐浴的时候都习惯于借助一些清洁液体来进行,为了满足人们的需要现在市面上出现了大量的洗脸液,洗手液,沐浴露等清洁液,为了放置使用方便,这类液体一般都被放置在瓶子类的容器中,在具体使用的时候人们可以将这类液体定量倒出以达到清洗使用的目的。
早期人们在使用这类液体的时候人们都需要手动将容纳这类液体的容器倾斜一定的角度,从而使液体可以自行流出以达到使用的目的,但是这种使用方式十分不方便经常会出现倒多浪费的情况,为了克服这样的缺陷,现有的容器顶部都会安装按压泵装置,在使用时,人们可以通过按压顶部的泵体,将液体定量挤出,以方便人们使用。
目前,在按压泵体的外部设置弹簧,该弹簧提供弹性回复力,当泵体被按压之后,泵体可以自行回弹,以方便人们的下一次按压动作,但是目前市面上出现的这类按压泵体的弹簧在具体工作的时候都会与容器中的液体相接触,经过化学反应,弹簧都会出现不同程度生锈或者被液体污染的情况,这不仅会影响泵体的使用效果和寿命,而且 会把腐蚀的物质落入瓶中,再与瓶中的液体可能发生化学反应,影响液体物质的质量,也可能造成安全问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供外置弹簧泡沫泵,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:外置弹簧泡沫泵,包括防尘罩、按头、过滤网、锁瓶盖、大活塞、阀片、拉杆、弹簧、弹簧固定座、小活塞、玻珠、垫片、筒身、吸管,所述防尘罩盖在按头上,所述过滤网一端与按头固定连接,另一端与锁瓶盖固定连接,所述锁瓶盖与大活塞连接,所述拉杆通过阀片与大活塞活动连接,所述阀片设置在大活塞的内侧,所述弹簧设置在拉杆上,所述弹簧固定座与弹簧的底部固定连接,所述小活塞与弹簧固定座固定连接,所述玻珠设置在小活塞的内部,所述筒身通过垫片与大活塞固定连接,所述吸管与筒身的底部固定连接。
优选的,所述拉杆、弹簧、弹簧固定座、小活塞和玻珠均设置筒身的内部。
优选的,所述锁瓶盖的内侧设有螺纹。
本发明的技术效果和优点:该外置弹簧泡沫泵,其泡沫丰富、细腻;泡沫可以通过按压瓶子行程即筒身直径大小来控制喷出量;弹簧外置,弹簧不接触液体减少金属跟液体产生化学反应所带来的危害,功能稳定;由于在本实用新型的结构中弹簧是设置在筒身的内部,所以在本实用新型的泡沫泵工作的过程中瓶中的液体不会直接接触 到弹簧,从而避免弹簧生锈或者被污染情况的出现;在具体使用时,该液体容器内装有液体,使用者通过按压按头推动过虑网、大活塞、阀片、拉杆、小活塞同时玻珠封住进液孔弹簧压缩来排出所下压行程小筒身里的气体,松开按压动作泡沫泵借助弹簧回弹力抽出容器里液体至泡沫泵筒身里,再次按压时将筒身中定量液体在通过过虑网前与气体交汇混合产生泡沫挤出。再次按压则是挤出泡沫,回弹时抽进液体至小筒身,如此往复循环使用。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供了如图1所示的外置弹簧泡沫泵,包括防尘罩1、按头2、过滤网3、锁瓶盖4、大活塞5、阀片6、拉杆7、弹簧8、弹 簧固定座9、小活塞10、玻珠11、垫片12、筒身13、吸管14,所述防尘罩1盖在按头2上,所述过滤网3一端与按头2固定连接,另一端与锁瓶盖4固定连接,所述锁瓶盖4与大活塞5连接,所述锁瓶盖4的内侧设有螺纹,所述拉杆7通过阀片6与大活塞5活动连接,所述拉杆7、弹簧8、弹簧固定座9、小活塞10和玻珠11均设置筒身13的内部,所述阀片6设置在大活塞5的内侧,所述弹簧8设置在拉杆7上,所述弹簧固定座9与弹簧8的底部固定连接,所述小活塞10与弹簧固定座9固定连接,所述玻珠11设置在小活塞10的内部,所述筒身13通过垫片12与大活塞5固定连接,所述吸管14与筒身13的底部固定连接。
工作原理:将防尘罩1打开,适当按压按头2,按压过程中阀片6外叶片受筒身内部气压封住大活塞5,排气孔起到密封作用,同样是受到内部气压力推开阀片6,内叶片气道打开经过拉杆7与大活塞5配合产生的分流槽均匀分散气体,同时,小活塞10受到与筒身13过盈摩擦力所致拉杆7下滑,直到拉杆台阶推住小活塞10,此时液体通道打开,液体经过拉杆7与大活塞5之间分流槽平均分流液体与气体通道,会合进行气液混合,混合后泡沫受压经过过虑网3进一步丰富泡沫,再通过按头通道挤出使用;松开按头2后,泡沫泵内部零件受弹簧8回弹力一起回复初始位置,在这个过程中阀片6受外部气压力内叶与拉杆7平台封闭,同时阀片6外叶回弹力致使外部气压打开外叶封口气体,进入筒身13的大筒内部;与此同时拉杆7回弹时拉住小活塞10,此时拉杆7液体通道封闭产生吸力,玻珠11打开 有适量的液体,通过吸管进入筒身13的小筒位,当回弹到位时玻珠11同时受小筒位液体压力及容器内一定的吸力封闭液体通道,泡沫停止外喷,此时泵体内部气体和液体恢复,一次按压使用循环完成,泵体回复到最初位置。

  1. 外置弹簧泡沫泵,包括防尘罩(1)、按头(2)、过滤网(3)、锁瓶盖(4)、大活塞(5)、阀片(6)、拉杆(7)、弹簧(8)、弹簧固定座(9)、小活塞(10)、玻珠(11)、垫片(12)、筒身(13)、吸管(14),其特征在于:所述防尘罩(1)盖在按头(2)上,所述过滤网(3)一端与按头(2)固定连接,另一端与锁瓶盖(4)固定连接,所述锁瓶盖(4)与大活塞(5)连接,所述拉杆(7)通过阀片(6)与大活塞(5)活动连接,所述阀片(6)设置在大活塞(5)的内侧,所述弹簧(8)设置在拉杆(7)上,所述弹簧固定座(9)与弹簧(8)的底部固定连接,所述小活塞(10)与弹簧固定座(9)固定连接,所述玻珠(11)设置在小活塞(10)的内部,所述筒身(13)通过垫片(12)与大活塞(5)固定连接,所述吸管(14)与筒身(13)的底部固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的外置弹簧泡沫泵,其特征在于:所述拉杆(7)、弹簧(8)、弹簧固定座(9)、小活塞(10)和玻珠(11)均设置筒身(13)的内部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的外置弹簧泡沫泵,其特征在于:所述锁瓶盖(4)的内侧设有螺纹。
