一种信息处理方法及装置 技术领域
本发明涉及移动终端技术领域,具体涉及一种信息处理方法及装置。
背景技术
随着智能移动终端技术的快速发展,以及移动终端的存储容量不断扩大,给人们的生活带来极大的便利和乐趣,移动终端已成为人们日常生活中不可或缺的工具。人们将大量的个人信息,特别是私密信息,例如短信、照片、支付等信息存储在移动终端上,当他人借用移动终端或移动终端遗失、盗取的情况下,移动终端内存储的私密信息将面临被泄露的风险。
目前,为防止他人获取移动终端内的信息,可以对移动终端的屏幕进行加锁,但是用于解屏幕锁的密码较为简单,很容易被他人破解。并且当某个移动终端被解锁后,不管是该移动终端的真实用户还是其他用户使用该移动终端,该移动终端都会显示相同的信息,这样真实用户的私密信息便会被其他用户查看,使得真实用户的私密信息得不到保护。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种信息处理方法及装置,能够有效地保护移动终端内的信息,提高移动终端的安全性。
本发明实施例第一方面提供一种信息处理方法,可包括:
当接收到用户对移动终端中的私密信息的访问指令时,采集所述用户的生物特征信息;
检测所述用户的生物特征信息与预设的生物特征信息是否匹配;
当检测的结果为否时,获取针对所述移动终端中的私密信息的处理指令,所述处理指令包括伪显示指令、备份指令、销毁指令中的至少一种指令;
根据所述处理指令对所述移动终端中的私密信息进行相应的处理。
本发明实施例第二方面提供一种信息处理装置,可包括:
采集单元,用于当接收到用户对移动终端中的私密信息的访问指令时,采集所述用户的生物特征信息;
检测单元,用于检测所述用户的生物特征信息与预设的生物特征信息是否匹配;
获取单元,用于当检测的结果为否时,获取针对所述移动终端中的私密信息的处理指令,所述处理指令包括伪显示指令、备份指令、销毁指令中的至少一种指令;

在本发明实施例中,通过在接收到用户对移动终端中的私密信息的访问指令时,采集用户的生物特征信息,并检测用户的生物特征信息与预设的生物特征信息是否匹配,当检测的结果为否时,获取针对私密信息的处理指令,并根据处理指令对私密信息进行相应的处理,避免他人查看移动终端内的私密信息,从而有效保护移动终端内的信息,提高移动终端的安全性。

本发明实施例提供一种信息处理方法及装置,可以应用于他人查看移动终端内信息的场景,例如:信息处理装置在接收到用户对移动终端中的私密信息的访问指令时,采集所述用户的生物特征信息,并检测所述用户的生物特征信息与预设的生物特征信息是否匹配,当检测的结果为否时,所述信息处理装置获取针对所述移动终端中的私密信息的处理指令,所述处理指令包括伪显示指令、备份指令、销毁指令中的至少一种指令,然后所述信息处理装置根据所述处理指令对所述移动终端中的私密信息进行相应的处理,从而避免他人查看所述移动终端中的私密信息,进而保护所述移动终端真正用户的隐私,提高所述移动终端的安全性。
本发明实施例中的移动终端,可以包括但不限于手机、PAD(平板电脑)、智能可穿戴设备等具有显示屏的电子设备。
下面将结合附图1-附图4对本发明实施例提供的信息处理方法进行详细介绍。
请参见图1,为本发明实施例提供的一种信息处理方法的流程示意图,该方法可包括步骤S101-步骤S104。
S101,当接收到用户对移动终端中的私密信息的访问指令时,采集所述用户的生物特征信息。
具体的,移动终端内存储着大量的个人信息,但是对于所述移动终端而言并不清楚哪些信息其他用户可以查看,哪些信息涉及用户隐私。目前市面上的移动终端的屏幕在被解锁之后,不管是谁查看或浏览移动终端内的信息,移动终端都会显示相同的内容,这样便使移动终端中涉及隐私的信息很容易被他人获取或利用。本发明实施例提供的信息处理装置位于移动终端内,通过所述信息处理装置所述移动终端的真实用户可以将所述移动终端内涉及隐私的信息标记为私密信息,例如,将社交软件、支付软件、某些联系人标记为私密信息。 可选的,随着移动终端的快速发展,可能移动终端能够自动识别哪些是私密信息,哪些是公开信息。若所述移动终端的真实用户将涉及隐私的信息标记为私密信息,或所述移动终端自动识别出私密信息,所述移动终端则可防止其他用户查看所述移动终端内的私密信息。
所述移动终端可接收任意一个用户对所述移动终端中的私密信息的访问指令,但不一定执行所述访问指令,不一定同意所述任意一个用户查看所述移动终端中的信息。本发明实施例中,在所述移动终端接收到用户对所述移动终端中的私密信息的访问指令时,所述信息处理装置并不清楚所述用户是否为所述移动终端的真实用户,因此所述信息处理装置需采集所述用户的生物特征信息,通过所述用户的生物特征信息来判断所述用户是否为所述移动终端的真实用户。
其中,生物特征信息可以包括但不限于虹膜信息、指纹信息、人脸信息等生物特征信息,本发明实施例中的所述用户的生物特征信息是指所述用户的虹膜信息。由于所述虹膜信息是最可靠的人体生物终身身份标识之一,使用普通的照相机元件便可获得,不需要用户与机器发生接触。利用虹膜信息进行识别相对利用指纹信息进行识别更加安全,指纹识别的错误率是1∶10万,而虹膜识别的错误率则是1∶1亿,比指纹识别安全成千上万倍。另外,虹膜的复杂与稳定的结构更加难以被改变,不会受外界因素所干扰。所述移动终端的真实用户通过所述用户的虹膜信息可判断出所述用户为哪一个。因此本发明实施例采用虹膜信息作为生物特征信息,通过所述移动终端的前置摄像头或者其他的虹膜采集软件采集所述用户的虹膜信息。
本发明实施例不仅可以防止其他用户查看所述移动终端中的私密信息,还可以在其他用户使用所述移动终端时知道其他用户想要查看哪些信息,查看了哪些信息,因此所述信息检测装置在所述移动终端接收到所述访问指令时,根据所述访问指令从所述移动终端中的私密信息中查询所述用户所请求访问的目标私密信息。例如,所述用户点击所述移动终端显示屏上的支付软件,那么所述用户所请求访问的目标私密信息为该支付软件中的信息。可选的,所述目标私密信息为所述用户的访问记录。
S102,检测所述用户的生物特征信息与预设的生物特征信息是否匹配。
具体的,所述信息处理装置在采集到所述用户的生物特征信息时,检测所述用户的生物特征信息与预设的生物特征信息是否匹配。所述预设的生物特征信息为保存在所述移动终端内用于判断所述用户的合法性的生物特征信息。所述预设的生物特征信息可以是所述移动终端的真实用户在使用所述移动终端所输入的自己的虹膜信息,也可以是所述移动终端的真实用户输入的某些值得信任的用户的虹膜信息,所述移动终端的真实用户可根据自己的需求设置一个或多个生物特征信息作为所述预设的生物特征信息。在所述预设的生物特征信息不止一个的情况下,所述信息处理装置检测所述用户的生物特征信息是否为所述预设的生物特征信息中的一个,若是则确定所述用户的生物特征信息与所述预设的生物特征信息匹配。在所述预设的生物特征信息只有一个的情况下,若所述用户的生物特征信息与所述预设的生物特征信息相同匹配,则确定所述用户的生物特征信息与所述预设的生物特征信息匹配。
S103,当检测的结果为否时,获取针对所述移动终端中的私密信息的处理指令,所述处理指令包括伪显示指令、备份指令、销毁指令中的至少一种指令。
具体的,当检测的结果为否时,即所述用户的生物特征信息与所述预设的生物特征信息不匹配,可以理解的是所述用户不是所述移动终端的真实用户所信任的用户,因此所述信息处理装置需对所述移动终端的私密信息进行处理。所述信息处理装置获取针对所述移动终端中的私密信息的处理指令,所述处理指令包括伪显示指令、备份指令、销毁指令中的至少一种指令。当检测的结果为是时,即所述用户的生物特征信息与所述预设的生物特征信息匹配,所述用户为可信任的用户或者为所述移动终端的真实用户,此时所述用户可以随意查看所述移动终端中的信息。
可选的,所述处理指令由所述移动终端的真实用户通过其他移动终端向所述移动终端发短信,该短信并不是以文字的形式,例如伪显示,而是以代码的形式发短信,例如伪显示对应的代码为101。所述信息处理装置在接收所述处理指令时并不会在所述移动终端上显示,由后台进行处理。
可选的,所述处理指令由与所述移动终端相关联的设备通过网络向所述移动终端发送处理指令。
S104,根据所述处理指令对所述移动终端中的私密信息进行相应的处理。
具体的,所述信息处理装置根据所述处理指令对所述移动终端中的私密信息进行相应的处理。所述处理指令不同,所述信息处理装置的处理方式不同,根据具体的情况而定。
所述伪显示指令用于指示所述信息处理装置根据所述目标私密信息生成虚假信息,并在所述移动终端中显示所述虚假信息,这样所述用户在查看所述移动终端时获得的信息并不是真实的信息,即其他用户无法获取真实的信息,从而有效保护所述移动终端内的私密信息。所述伪显示指令还用于指示所述信息处理装置将所述用户的生物特征信息和所述目标私密信息发送至服务器,这样所述移动终端的真实用户便可了解是谁在查看所述移动终端,并且想查看哪些信息或者查看了哪些信息。所述服务器为与所述移动终端相关联的服务器,可以存储所述移动终端中的大量信息,并且只有所述移动终端的真实用户才能获取所述服务器中的信息。
所述备份指令用于指示所述信息处理装置对所述移动终端中的所有私密信息进行加密,并销毁所述移动终端中的所有私密信息,然后将所述用户的生物特征信息、所述加密后的私密信息以及所述目标私密信息发送至服务器。加密发送所述移动终端中的所有私密信息保证了传输过程中的安全性。销毁所述移动终端中的所有私密信息确保所述用户无法获取所述移动终端中的私密信息。
所述销毁指令用于指示所述信息处理装置对所述移动终端中的所有私密信息进行销毁处理,并将所述用户的生物特征信息和所述目标私密信息发送至服务器,确保所述用户无法获取所述移动终端中的私密信息。
在本发明实施例中,通过在接收到用户对移动终端中的私密信息的访问指令时,采集用户的生物特征信息,并检测用户的生物特征信息与预设的生物特征信息是否匹配,当检测的结果为否时,获取针对私密信息的处理指令,并根据处理指令对私密信息进行相应的处理,避免他人查看移动终端内的私密信息,从而有效保护移动终端内的信息,提高移动终端的安全性。

具体的,所述信息处理装置将所述虚假信息显示在所述移动终端中,这样所述用户便获取到虚假的信息。例如,所述用户所请求访问的目标私密信息为该支付软件中的余额信息时,真实余额信息为300元,所述信息处理装置生成的虚假余额信息为20元,那么所述移动终端显示的余额信息便为20元。
S207,将所述用户的生物特征信息和所述目标私密信息发送至服务器。
具体的,所述信息处理装置将所述用户的生物特征信息和所述目标私密信息发送至服务器。由于可根据所述用户的生物特征信息判断出是哪个人,因此所述移动终端的真实用户便可从所述服务器中获取所述用户的生物特征信息,从而了解是谁在查看所述移动终端,并且还可以通过获取所述目标私密信息了解所述用户想查看哪些信息或者查看了哪些信息。所述服务器为与所述移动终端相关联的服务器,可以存储所述移动终端中的大量信息,并且只有所述移动终端的真实用户才能获取所述服务器中的信息。
在本发明实施例中,通过在接收到用户对移动终端中的私密信息的访问指令时,采集用户的生物特征信息,并检测用户的生物特征信息与预设的生物特征信息是否匹配,当检测的结果为否时,获取针对私密信息的处理指令,当处理指令为伪显示指令,对所述移动终端中的私密信息进行伪显示处理,避免他人获取移动终端内的真实的私密信息,从而有效保护移动终端内的信息,提高移动终端的安全性。
请参见图3,为本发明实施例提供的又一种信息处理方法的流程示意图,该方法可包括步骤S301-步骤S307。
S301,当接收到用户对移动终端中的私密信息的访问指令时,根据所述访问指令从所述移动终端中的私密信息中查询所请求访问的目标私密信息。
S302,采集所述用户的生物特征信息。
S303,检测所述用户的生物特征信息与预设的生物特征信息是否匹配。
S304,当检测的结果为否时,获取针对所述移动终端中的私密信息的处理指令。
本发明实施例中的步骤S301-步骤S304的具体实现过程可参见图2所示 的实施例的步骤S201-步骤S204,在此不再赘述。
S305,当所述处理指令为所述备份指令时,对所述移动终端中的所有私密信息进行加密。
具体的,当所述处理指令为所述备份指令时,所述信息处理装置对所述移动终端中的所有私密信息进行加密,以保证在步骤S307传输过程中的安全性。并且加密后的私密信息只有所述移动终端的真实用户才能获取。
S306,销毁所述移动终端中的所有私密信息。
具体的,本发明实施例为了确保所述用户无法获取所述移动终端的私密信息,便在对所述移动终端中的所有私密信息进行加密之后,销毁所述移动终端中的所有私密信息。
S307,将所述用户的生物特征信息、所述加密后的私密信息以及所述目标私密信息发送至服务器。
具体的,所述信息处理装置将所述用户的生物特征信息、所述加密后的私密信息以及所述目标私密信息发送至服务器。由于可根据所述用户的生物特征信息判断出是哪个人,因此所述移动终端的真实用户便可从所述服务器中获取所述用户的生物特征信息,从而了解是谁在查看所述移动终端,并且还可以通过获取所述目标私密信息了解所述用户想查看哪些信息或者查看了哪些信息。同时所述移动终端的真实还可以获取所述加密后的私密信息,保证了所述移动终端中的私密信息的完整性,避免信息的丢失。其中,所述服务器为与所述移动终端相关联的服务器,可以存储所述移动终端中的大量信息,并且只有所述移动终端的真实用户才能获取所述服务器中的信息。
在本发明实施例中,通过在接收到用户对移动终端中的私密信息的访问指令时,采集用户的生物特征信息,并检测用户的生物特征信息与预设的生物特征信息是否匹配,当检测的结果为否时,获取针对私密信息的处理指令,当处理指令为备份指令,对所述移动终端中的私密信息进行备份处理,避免他人获取移动终端内的真实的私密信息,从而有效保护移动终端内的信息,提高移动终端的安全性,同时避免了移动终端内信息的丢失。
请参见图4,为本发明实施例提供的又一种信息处理方法的流程示意图, 该方法可包括步骤S401-步骤S406。
S401,当接收到用户对移动终端中的私密信息的访问指令时,根据所述访问指令从所述移动终端中的私密信息中查询所请求访问的目标私密信息。
S402,采集所述用户的生物特征信息。
S403,检测所述用户的生物特征信息与预设的生物特征信息是否匹配。
S404,当检测的结果为否时,获取针对所述移动终端中的私密信息的处理指令。
本发明实施例中的步骤S401-步骤S404的具体实现过程可参见图2所示的实施例的步骤S201-步骤S204,在此不再赘述。
S405,当所述处理指令为所述销毁指令时,对所述移动终端中的所有私密信息进行销毁处理。
具体的,当所述处理指令为所述销毁指令时,可以理解的是所述移动终端的真实用户认为所述移动终端中的私密信息无意义,可以被销毁,因此所述信息处理装置对所述移动终端中的所有私密信息进行销毁处理。这样无论是谁都无法获取到所述移动终端中的私密信息,从而避免信息被他人利用。
S406,将所述用户的生物特征信息和所述目标私密信息发送至服务器。
具体的,所述信息处理装置将所述用户的生物特征信息和所述目标私密信息发送至服务器。由于可根据所述用户的生物特征信息判断出是哪个人,因此所述移动终端的真实用户便可从所述服务器中获取所述用户的生物特征信息,从而了解是谁在查看所述移动终端,并且还可以通过获取所述目标私密信息了解所述用户想查看哪些信息或者查看了哪些信息。所述服务器为与所述移动终端相关联的服务器,可以存储所述移动终端中的大量信息,并且只有所述移动终端的真实用户才能获取所述服务器中的信息。
在本发明实施例中,通过在接收到用户对移动终端中的私密信息的访问指令时,采集用户的生物特征信息,并检测用户的生物特征信息与预设的生物特征信息是否匹配,当检测的结果为否时,获取针对私密信息的处理指令,当处理指令为销毁指令,对所述移动终端中的私密信息进行销毁处理,避免他人查看移动终端内的私密信息,从而有效保护移动终端内的信息,提高移动终端的安全性。
下面将结合附图5-附图7对本发明实施例提供的信息处理装置进行详细介绍。需要说明的是,附图5-附图7所示的信息处理装置,用于执行本发明图1-图4所示实施例的方法,为了便于说明,仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分,具体技术细节未揭示的,请参照本发明图1-图4所示的实施例。
请参见图5,为本发明提供的一种信息处理装置的结构示意图,该信息处理装置10可包括:采集单元101、检测单元102、获取单元103和处理单元104。
采集单元101,用于当接收到用户对移动终端中的私密信息的访问指令时,采集所述用户的生物特征信息。
具体实现中,移动终端内存储着大量的个人信息,但是对于所述移动终端而言并不清楚哪些信息其他用户可以查看,哪些信息涉及用户隐私。目前市面上的移动终端的屏幕在被解锁之后,不管是谁查看或浏览移动终端内的信息,移动终端都会显示相同的内容,这样便使移动终端中涉及隐私的信息很容易被他人获取或利用。本发明实施例提供的信息处理装置10位于移动终端内,通过所述信息处理装置10所述移动终端的真实用户可以将所述移动终端内涉及隐私的信息标记为私密信息,例如,将社交软件、支付软件、某些联系人标记为私密信息。可选的,随着移动终端的快速发展,可能移动终端能够自动识别哪些是私密信息,哪些是公开信息。若所述移动终端的真实用户将涉及隐私的信息标记为私密信息,或所述移动终端自动识别出私密信息,所述移动终端则可防止其他用户查看所述移动终端内的私密信息。
所述移动终端可接收任意一个用户对所述移动终端中的私密信息的访问指令,但不一定执行所述访问指令,不一定同意所述任意一个用户查看所述移动终端中的信息。本发明实施例中,在所述移动终端接收到用户对所述移动终端中的私密信息的访问指令时,所述信息处理装置10并不清楚所述用户是否为所述移动终端的真实用户,因此所述信息处理装置10中的采集单元101需采集所述用户的生物特征信息,通过所述用户的生物特征信息来判断所述用户是否为所述移动终端的真实用户。
其中,生物特征信息可以包括但不限于虹膜信息、指纹信息、人脸信息等 生物特征信息,本发明实施例中的所述用户的生物特征信息是指所述用户的虹膜信息。由于所述虹膜信息是最可靠的人体生物终身身份标识之一,使用普通的照相机元件便可获得,不需要用户与机器发生接触。利用虹膜信息进行识别相对利用指纹信息进行识别更加安全,指纹识别的错误率是1∶10万,而虹膜识别的错误率则是1∶1亿,比指纹识别安全成千上万倍。另外,虹膜的复杂与稳定的结构更加难以被改变,不会受外界因素所干扰。所述移动终端的真实用户通过所述用户的虹膜信息可判断出所述用户为哪一个。因此本发明实施例采用虹膜信息作为生物特征信息,通过所述移动终端的前置摄像头或者其他的虹膜采集软件采集所述用户的虹膜信息。
本发明实施例不仅可以防止其他用户查看所述移动终端中的私密信息,还可以在其他用户使用所述移动终端时知道其他用户想要查看哪些信息,查看了哪些信息,因此所述信息检测装置10在所述移动终端接收到所述访问指令时,根据所述访问指令从所述移动终端中的私密信息中查询所述用户所请求访问的目标私密信息。例如,所述用户点击所述移动终端显示屏上的支付软件,那么所述用户所请求访问的目标私密信息为该支付软件中的信息。可选的,所述目标私密信息为所述用户的访问记录。
检测单元102,用于检测所述用户的生物特征信息与预设的生物特征信息是否匹配。
具体实现中,所述采集单元101在采集到所述用户的生物特征信息时,所述检测单元102检测所述用户的生物特征信息与预设的生物特征信息是否匹配。所述预设的生物特征信息为保存在所述移动终端内用于判断所述用户的合法性的生物特征信息。所述预设的生物特征信息可以是所述移动终端的真实用户在使用所述移动终端所输入的自己的虹膜信息,也可以是所述移动终端的真实用户输入的某些值得信任的用户的虹膜信息,所述移动终端的真实用户可根据自己的需求设置一个或多个生物特征信息作为所述预设的生物特征信息。在所述预设的生物特征信息不止一个的情况下,所述检测单元102检测所述用户的生物特征信息是否为所述预设的生物特征信息中的一个,若是则确定所述用户的生物特征信息与所述预设的生物特征信息匹配。在所述预设的生物特征信息只有一个的情况下,若所述用户的生物特征信息与所述预设的生物特征信息 相同匹配,则确定所述用户的生物特征信息与所述预设的生物特征信息匹配。
获取单元103,用于当检测的结果为否时,获取针对所述移动终端中的私密信息的处理指令。
具体实现中,当所述检测单元102检测的结果为否时,即所述用户的生物特征信息与所述预设的生物特征信息不匹配,可以理解的是所述用户不是所述移动终端的真实用户所信任的用户,因此所述信息处理装置10需对所述移动终端的私密信息进行处理。所述信息处理装置10中的所述获取单元103获取针对所述移动终端中的私密信息的处理指令,所述处理指令包括伪显示指令、备份指令、销毁指令中的至少一种指令。当检测的结果为是时,即所述用户的生物特征信息与所述预设的生物特征信息匹配,所述用户为可信任的用户或者为所述移动终端的真实用户,此时所述用户可以随意查看所述移动终端中的信息。
可选的,所述处理指令由所述移动终端的真实用户通过其他移动终端向所述移动终端发短信,该短信并不是以文字的形式,例如伪显示,而是以代码的形式发短信,例如伪显示对应的代码为101。所述信息处理装置10在接收所述处理指令时并不会在所述移动终端上显示,由后台进行处理。
可选的,所述处理指令由与所述移动终端相关联的设备通过网络向所述移动终端发送处理指令。
处理单元104,用于根据所述处理指令对所述移动终端中的私密信息进行相应的处理。
具体实现中,所述处理单元104根据所述处理指令对所述移动终端中的私密信息进行相应的处理。所述处理指令不同,所述信息处理装置的处理方式不同,根据具体实现中情况而定。
请参见图6a,为图5所示实施例提供的一种处理单元的结构示意图,所述处理单元104可包括生成单元1041、显示单元1042和第一发送单元1043。
生成单元1041,用于当所述处理指令为所述伪显示指令时,根据所述目标私密信息生成虚假信息。
具体实现中,当所述处理指令为所述伪显示指令时,可以理解的是所述移动终端的真实用户不想所述用户查看到所述移动终端中的私密信息,又不想使 所述用户处于尴尬的情况,因此所述生成单元1041根据所述目标私密信息生成虚假信息。所述虚假信息可以是无关紧要的信息,也可以是与所述目标私密信息相反的信息,视具体情况而定。例如,所述用户所请求访问的目标私密信息为该支付软件中的余额信息时,所述信息处理装置根据所述伪显示指令生成与真实余额信息差别较大的虚假余额信息。
显示单元1042,用于在所述移动终端中显示所述虚假信息。
具体实现中,所述显示单元1042将所述虚假信息显示在所述移动终端中,这样所述用户便获取到虚假的信息。例如,所述用户所请求访问的目标私密信息为该支付软件中的余额信息时,真实余额信息为300元,所述生成单元1041生成的虚假余额信息为20元,那么所述移动终端显示的余额信息便为20元。
第一发送单元1043,用于将所述用户的生物特征信息和所述目标私密信息发送至服务器。
具体实现中,所述第一发送单元1043将所述用户的生物特征信息和所述目标私密信息发送至服务器。由于可根据所述用户的生物特征信息判断出是哪个人,因此所述移动终端的真实用户便可从所述服务器中获取所述用户的生物特征信息,从而了解是谁在查看所述移动终端,并且还可以通过获取所述目标私密信息了解所述用户想查看哪些信息或者查看了哪些信息。所述服务器为与所述移动终端相关联的服务器,可以存储所述移动终端中的大量信息,并且只有所述移动终端的真实用户才能获取所述服务器中的信息。
请参见图6b,为图5所示实施例提供的另一种处理单元的结构示意图,所述处理单元104可包括加密单元1141、第一销毁单元1142和第二发送单元1143。
加密单元1141,用于当所述处理指令为所述备份指令时,对所述移动终端中的所有私密信息进行加密。
具体实现中,当所述处理指令为所述备份指令时,所述加密单元1141对所述移动终端中的所有私密信息进行加密,以保证在步骤S307传输过程中的安全性。并且加密后的私密信息只有所述移动终端的真实用户才能获取。
第一销毁单元1142,用于销毁所述移动终端中的所有私密信息。
具体实现中,本发明实施例为了确保所述用户无法获取所述移动终端的私 密信息,便在所述加密单元1141对所述移动终端中的所有私密信息进行加密之后,所述第一销毁单元1142销毁所述移动终端中的所有私密信息。
第二发送单元1143,用于将所述用户的生物特征信息、所述加密后的私密信息以及所述目标私密信息发送至服务器。
具体实现中,所述第二发送单元1143将所述用户的生物特征信息、所述加密后的私密信息以及所述目标私密信息发送至服务器。由于可根据所述用户的生物特征信息判断出是哪个人,因此所述移动终端的真实用户便可从所述服务器中获取所述用户的生物特征信息,从而了解是谁在查看所述移动终端,并且还可以通过获取所述目标私密信息了解所述用户想查看哪些信息或者查看了哪些信息。同时所述移动终端的真实还可以获取所述加密后的私密信息,保证了所述移动终端中的私密信息的完整性,避免信息的丢失。其中,所述服务器为与所述移动终端相关联的服务器,可以存储所述移动终端中的大量信息,并且只有所述移动终端的真实用户才能获取所述服务器中的信息。
请参见图6c,为图5所示实施例提供的又一种处理单元的结构示意图,所述处理单元104可包括第二销毁单元1241和第三发送单元1242。
第二销毁单元1241,用于当所述处理指令为所述销毁指令时,对所述移动终端中的所有私密信息进行销毁处理。
具体实现中,当所述处理指令为所述销毁指令时,可以理解的是所述移动终端的真实用户认为所述移动终端中的私密信息无意义,可以被销毁,因此所述第二销毁单元1241对所述移动终端中的所有私密信息进行销毁处理。这样无论是谁都无法获取到所述移动终端中的私密信息,从而避免信息被他人利用。
第三发送单元1242,用于将所述用户的生物特征信息和所述目标私密信息发送至服务器。
具体实现中,所述第三发送单元1242将所述用户的生物特征信息和所述目标私密信息发送至服务器。由于可根据所述用户的生物特征信息判断出是哪个人,因此所述移动终端的真实用户便可从所述服务器中获取所述用户的生物特征信息,从而了解是谁在查看所述移动终端,并且还可以通过获取所述目标私密信息了解所述用户想查看哪些信息或者查看了哪些信息。所述服务器为与 所述移动终端相关联的服务器,可以存储所述移动终端中的大量信息,并且只有所述移动终端的真实用户才能获取所述服务器中的信息。
在本发明实施例中,通过在接收到用户对移动终端中的私密信息的访问指令时,采集用户的生物特征信息,并检测用户的生物特征信息与预设的生物特征信息是否匹配,当检测的结果为否时,获取针对私密信息的处理指令,并根据处理指令对私密信息进行相应的处理,避免他人查看移动终端内的私密信息,从而有效保护移动终端内的信息,提高移动终端的安全性。
请参见图7,为本发明提供的另一种信息处理装置的结构示意图,该信息处理装置20可包括:查询单元201、采集单元202、检测单元203、获取单元204和处理单元205。其中,采集单元202、检测单元203、获取单元204和处理单元205的具体结构可参见图5所示实施例的采集单元101、检测单元102、获取单元103和处理单元104的具体描述,在此不再赘述。
查询单元201,用于根据所述访问指令从所述移动终端中的私密信息中查询所请求访问的目标私密信息。
具体实现中,当所述移动终端接收到用户对移动终端中的私密信息的访问指令时,所述查询单元201根据所述访问指令从所述移动终端中的私密信息中查询所请求访问的目标私密信息。例如,所述用户点击所述移动终端显示屏上的支付软件,那么所述用户所请求访问的目标私密信息为该支付软件中的信息。这样所述移动终端的真实用户便可了解所述用户想要查看所述移动终端中的哪些私密信息。可选的,所述目标私密信息为所述用户的访问记录。
采集单元202,用于当接收到用户对移动终端中的私密信息的访问指令时,采集所述用户的生物特征信息。
检测单元203,用于检测所述用户的生物特征信息与预设的生物特征信息是否匹配。
获取单元204,用于当检测的结果为否时,获取针对所述移动终端中的私密信息的处理指令。
处理单元205,用于根据所述处理指令对所述移动终端中的私密信息进行相应的处理。
在本发明实施例中,通过在接收到用户对移动终端中的私密信息的访问指令时,采集用户的生物特征信息,并检测用户的生物特征信息与预设的生物特征信息是否匹配,当检测的结果为否时,获取针对私密信息的处理指令,并根据处理指令对私密信息进行相应的处理,避免他人查看移动终端内的私密信息,从而有效保护移动终端内的信息,提高移动终端的安全性。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    当接收到用户对移动终端中的私密信息的访问指令时,采集所述用户的生物特征信息;
    检测所述用户的生物特征信息与预设的生物特征信息是否匹配;
    当检测的结果为否时,获取针对所述移动终端中的私密信息的处理指令,所述处理指令包括伪显示指令、备份指令、销毁指令中的至少一种指令;
    根据所述处理指令对所述移动终端中的私密信息进行相应的处理。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在采集所述用户的生物特征信息的步骤之前,还包括:
    根据所述访问指令从所述移动终端中的私密信息中查询所请求访问的目标私密信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述处理指令对所述移动终端中的私密信息进行相应的处理,包括:
    当所述处理指令为所述伪显示指令时,根据所述目标私密信息生成虚假信息;
    在所述移动终端中显示所述虚假信息;
    将所述用户的生物特征信息和所述目标私密信息发送至服务器。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述处理指令对所述移动终端中的私密信息进行相应的处理,包括:
    当所述处理指令为所述备份指令时,对所述移动终端中的所有私密信息进行加密;
    销毁所述移动终端中的所有私密信息;
    将所述用户的生物特征信息、所述加密后的私密信息以及所述目标私密信息发送至服务器。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述处理指令对所述移动终端中的私密信息进行相应的处理,包括:
    当所述处理指令为所述销毁指令时,对所述移动终端中的所有私密信息进行销毁处理;
    将所述用户的生物特征信息和所述目标私密信息发送至服务器。
  6. 一种信息处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    采集单元,用于当接收到用户对移动终端中的私密信息的访问指令时,采集所述用户的生物特征信息;
    检测单元,用于检测所述用户的生物特征信息与预设的生物特征信息是否匹配;
    获取单元,用于当检测的结果为否时,获取针对所述移动终端中的私密信息的处理指令,所述处理指令包括伪显示指令、备份指令、销毁指令中的至少一种指令;
    处理单元,用于根据所述处理指令对所述移动终端中的私密信息进行相应的处理。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    查询单元,用于根据所述访问指令从所述移动终端中的私密信息中查询所请求访问的目标私密信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元包括:
    生成单元,用于当所述处理指令为所述伪显示指令时,根据所述目标私密信息生成虚假信息;
    显示单元,用于在所述移动终端中显示所述虚假信息;
    第一发送单元,用于将所述用户的生物特征信息和所述目标私密信息发送至服务器。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元包括:
    加密单元,用于当所述处理指令为所述备份指令时,对所述移动终端中的所有私密信息进行加密;
    第一销毁单元,用于销毁所述移动终端中的所有私密信息;
    第二发送单元,用于将所述用户的生物特征信息、所述加密后的私密信息以及所述目标私密信息发送至服务器。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元包括:
    第二销毁单元,用于当所述处理指令为所述销毁指令时,对所述移动终端中的所有私密信息进行销毁处理;
    第三发送单元,用于将所述用户的生物特征信息和所述目标私密信息发送至服务器。
