  • the query response receiving unit 860 is configured to receive a response from the sender of the items to be collected, the response indicating whether the sender would like to continue waiting.
  • the second acquiring unit 800 obtains, either regularly or in real time, the current geographical positions of a plurality of couriers in a case that the query response receiving unit 860 receives a response from the sender indicating that the sender would like to continue waiting.
  • the second determining unit 810 determines, either regularly or in real time, whether the current geographical position of items to be collected is within the geo-fencing of at least one of the plurality of couriers. Each courier's geo-fencing using the courier's current geographical position as its center.
  • the server further comprises a requirement receiving unit configured to receive, from the sender of the items to be collected, courier selection requirements, or criteria.
  • the plurality of couriers is selected from a courier group according to the sender's courier selection requirements, or criteria.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé, un terminal et un serveur pour pousser automatiquement des informations de livraison, ainsi qu'un procédé, un terminal et un serveur pour fournir des informations de collecte, le procédé pour pousser automatiquement des informations de livraison consistant à : obtenir la position géographique actuelle d'un messager et une destination de livraison ; déterminer si la destination de livraison se trouve ou non dans un périmètre géographique centré autour de la position géographique actuelle du messager ; et pousser les informations de livraison au client cible de livraison si la destination de livraison se trouve dans le périmètre géographique centré autour de la position géographique actuelle du messager. La présente invention détermine s'il faut ou non pousser automatiquement les informations de livraison au client cible sur la base du périmètre géographique centré autour de la position géographique actuelle d'un messager, ce par quoi le client cible de livraison est rapidement informé des informations pertinentes concernant des articles avant la réception des articles et facilitant ainsi une communication plus opportune avec le messager sur la livraison d'article, et augmentant l'efficacité de livraison d'article.
