根据本发明的目的提出的一种杆式手持二合一分体吸尘器,包括主机、推杆、地刷,其中主机为手持式吸尘器,所述推杆为中空杆体,所述主机、推杆和地刷两两之间可分离和组装,其特征在于:还包括独立尘气分离和储灰装置,该独立尘气分离和储灰装置可拆卸地设置于所述地刷和主机之间,当所述主机、推杆、地刷和独立尘气分离和储灰装置组合使用时,所述独立尘气分离和储灰装置构成第一集尘装置,所述主机内部自带的集尘装置构成第二集尘装置。
优选的,所述主机、推杆、地刷和第一集尘装置四者组合,形成拖地式吸尘器进行工作,地刷的风道、第一集尘装置的风道和主机的风道形成第一整体风道。
优选的,所述第一集尘装置包括可拆卸的集尘杯与连接件,地刷尾部设有固定口,与所述连接件的下端活动配合,连接件的上端设有固定口,推杆的一端插入该固定口形成固定。
优选的,所述集尘杯中设有尘气分离装置,初始尘气经过集尘杯之后形成被过滤的二级尘气,且所述初始尘气中至少部分灰尘被收集在所述集尘杯中,所述集尘杯可单独取下倒灰。
优选的,所述集尘杯竖直或横向固定于连接件上,且所述集尘杯具备开口,分别与主机的吸口、连接件相连通。
优选的,所述集尘杯设置在地刷上,且具备开口,分别与地刷、连接件相连通。
优选的,所述推杆的杆身上设有锁扣装置,所述主机的机身上设有对应的搭扣装置,所述主机和推杆通过该锁扣、搭扣装置进行固定。
优选的,所述主机和推杆进行组合,形成增长手持式吸尘器进行工作。
优选的,所述推杆的两端开口,其中一端开口与所述主机的吸口具有配合结构,该端开口与所述主机的吸口对接,该推杆的杆身与主机的风道形成第三整体风道,该推杆的另一端开口则构成第三整体风道的吸口。
优选的,所述主机为充电式或插头接电供电模式。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的技术优势:
该杆式手持分体式吸尘器,设置独立尘气分离和储灰装置,增大了集尘量,且集尘杯可单独取下倒灰。
由于增加了独立尘气分离和储灰装置,因而在吸尘时,大部分、大颗粒的灰尘进入了尘气分离和储灰装置中,进入主机内的灰尘量减少,防止了主机的堵塞。
由于增加了独立尘气分离和储灰装置,因而,主机的体积可做小,重量减轻,方便了主机的拿取。
该吸尘器的主机、推杆、地刷可分离组装,主机可单独使用作为吸尘器,也可连接于推杆作为加长吸尘器使用。
该吸尘器可为充电式,在使用时可脱离电源线工作,更加便捷化。

具体实施方式
正如背景技术中所述,现有卧式或立式吸尘器,集尘容量虽大,但不可分离使用,清洁起来不方便,而现有的杆式手持分体式吸尘器,虽然可分离使用,但是由于受到机体空间的限制,积尘容量小,且易堵塞,主机的体积大、重量大,造成了拿取的不方便、使用上的不便捷。
下面,将对本发明的具体技术方案做详细介绍。
图2是本发明第一实施例中带独立尘气分离和储灰装置的杆式手持二合一分体吸尘器,该吸尘器包括主机1、推杆2及地刷3,所述主机1为手持式吸尘器,所述推杆2为中空式杆体,所述主机1、推杆2和地刷3两两之间可分离和组装,所述杆式手持分体式吸尘器还包括第一集尘装置4,即独立的尘气分离和储灰装置,所述第一集尘装置4包括集尘杯5与连接件6,且二者可拆卸地设置于所述地刷和主机之间,所述主机1内部自带 的集尘装置构成第二集尘装置7,所述地刷尾部设有固定口,与第一集尘装置连接件6的下端活动配合,所述连接件6的上端设有固定口,推杆2前端插入该固定口形成固定,由此,主机1、推杆2、地刷3和第一集尘装置可组合使用,构成拖地式吸尘器。
所述推杆2末端设有推杆把手8,且所述推杆把手8上设有第一电源开关(图未示),起到控制本实施例拖地式吸尘器开关的作用。
请参见图3~图6,是本发明第一实施例中集尘杯5固定在不同位置时的气流流向示意图,图中的箭头流向表示风道中的气流流向。所述第一集尘装置4可选择任意位置、任意形态可拆卸式固定于地刷3上,并设有与地刷3连通的通道。比如,图3中,所述集尘杯5竖直固定于连接件6上,且集尘杯5的侧边具备第一开口,上端具备第二开口,所述第一开口与连接件6相连通,第二开口与主机1的吸口相连接并与之接驳。再比如图4中,所述集尘杯5旋转90度,横向固定于连接件6上,且集尘杯5的上下两侧边各具备开口,分别与连接件6、主机1的吸口相连通,主机1的吸口插入集尘杯5的开口并与之接驳。再比如图5中,所述集尘杯5呈横向,左侧边具备第一开口,上侧边具备第二开口,第一开口与连接件6相连通,第二开口与主机1的吸口相连接并与之接驳。又比如图6中,所述集尘杯5直接固定于地刷3上,且具备两个开口,分别与地刷3、连接件6相连通,此时主机的吸口与连接件6相连通。本实施例中的以上几种固定方式,地刷3的风道、第一集尘装置4的风道和主机1的风道形成第一整体风道。
另外,第一集尘装置4也可只包括集尘杯5,而省略连接件,即集尘杯5采用任一形态直接挂靠于推杆2上,且集尘杯5具备两个开口,分别与推杆2、主机1相连通,或者,集尘杯5直接固定于地刷3上,且具备开口,分别与地刷3、推杆2相连通,而主机吸口与推杆相连通,由此,地刷3的风道、推杆2的风道、集尘杯5的风道与主机1的风道形成了整体风道。因为省略了连接件,所以该拖地式吸尘器体积可更小,重量可更轻、更便捷。本实施例中,集尘杯5均可单独取下倒灰。
所述第一集尘装置4、第二集尘装置7中设有尘气分离装置,初始尘气经过该第一集尘装置4之后形成被过滤的二级尘气,且该初始尘气中至 少部分灰尘被收集在该第一集尘装置4中,具体地说,是被收集在集尘杯5中,之后,二级尘气进入第二集尘装置7中再被过滤。具体地,所述集尘杯5、第二集尘装置7由前后两部分组成,两者以卡接方式合成为一密闭空间,以储存吸入的灰尘,所述集尘杯5、第二集尘装置7上设有集尘装置分离按钮以分离所述集尘装置的前后两部分,当按下分离按钮后,可将集尘装置上下两部分分离,以清除集尘装置内的灰尘。
所述主机1整体附着在推杆2上,即推杆2的杆身上设有锁扣装置,所述主机的机身上设有对应的搭扣装置,所述主机和把杆通过该锁扣、搭扣装置进行固定。具体地,所述锁扣、搭扣装置通过设置解锁按钮进行开启和锁定,用于控制主机与把杆的安装与分离。
所述地刷3的底部设有滚轮,当吸尘器工作模式为第一实施例拖地模式时,地刷负责吸灰,此时,手握推杆2末端的把手,即可进行拖地式吸尘。
请参见图7,是本发明第一实施例中,单独取下集尘杯5以倒灰的示意图。本实施例通过地刷3吸取灰尘,灰尘依次至第一集尘装置4、第二集尘装置7。由于增加了第一集尘装置4,即增加了第一级过滤,且集尘杯5可独立过滤、独立倒灰,由此,可不用拆下主机1而进行清理。经第一级过滤后,剩下的灰尘再进入主机1中的第二集尘装置7中,完成第二级过滤,由于第一级过滤中已经过滤了绝大部分、大颗粒的灰尘,那么剩下的小部分、小颗粒灰尘再进入第二级过滤中时,便难以再造成主机1的堵塞。
请参见图8,图8是本发明单独使用主机作为吸尘器,主机与第一集尘装置分离状态的示意图,所述主机1还包括主机把手9,方便主机的拿取,主机1可单独取下,作为独立的吸尘器单独使用,所述主机1的把手9上设有第二电源开关(图未示),起到控制本实施例手持式吸尘器开关的作用。所述主机吸口用于吸入灰尘,吸头可为圆形、扁形或其他适宜吸尘的形状。当吸尘器需要清洁墙面、沙发、窗台、桌面、电器等物品时,则将主机1与第一集尘装置4及推杆2分离,握住主机把手9,打开第二电源开关,此时主机的风道形成第二整体风道,气流流经第二集尘装置7, 完成过滤,
请参见图9,图9是本发明第三实施例中增长式手持吸尘器使用状态的立体结构示意图。在该实施例中,主机1与推杆2分别单独取下,且组装在一起,所述推杆2为中空式杆体,两端开口,其中一端开口与所述主机1的吸口具有配合结构,当所述杆式手持分体式吸尘器处于第三实施例中主机连接推杆作为吸尘器使用时,该端开口与所述主机1的吸口对接,推杆2的杆身与主机的风道形成第三整体风道,该推杆2的另一端开口则构成第三整体风道的吸口。且所述推杆2的一个端部附近设有推杆把手8,该设有把手的端部的开口与所述主机的吸口对接。所述推杆2可设计为伸缩杆式,可根据需要调节长度,方便远距离的吸尘,由此,形成了增长式手持吸尘器,可吸天花板等远距离的物体。
本发明中,所述主机供电模式为充电式或插头接电供电,优选地为内置电池供电模式,内置电池位于主机底部,即主机安装于把杆上时,其贴合把杆的一侧。由此吸尘器在使用时可脱离电源线工作,更加便捷化。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种杆式手持二合一分体吸尘器,包括主机、推杆、地刷,其中主机为手持式吸尘器,所述推杆为中空杆体,所述主机、推杆和地刷两两之间可分离和组装,其特征在于:还包括独立尘气分离和储灰装置,该独立尘气分离和储灰装置可拆卸地设置于所述地刷和主机之间,当所述主机、推杆、地刷和独立尘气分离和储灰装置组合使用时,所述独立尘气分离和储灰装置构成第一集尘装置,所述主机内部自带的集尘装置构成第二集尘装置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的杆式手持二合一分体吸尘器,其特征在于:所述第一集尘装置中设有尘气分离装置,初始尘气经过所述第一集尘装置之后形成被过滤的二级尘气,且所述初始尘气中至少部分灰尘被收集在所述第一集尘装置中。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的杆式手持二合一分体吸尘器,其特征在于:所述第一集尘装置包括可拆卸的集尘杯与连接件,地刷尾部设有固定口,与所述连接件的下端活动配合,连接件的上端设有固定口,推杆的一端插入该固定口形成固定。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的杆式手持二合一分体吸尘器,其特征在于:所述集尘杯竖直或横向可拆卸式固定于连接件上,且所述集尘杯具备开口,分别与主机的吸口、连接件相连通。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的杆式手持二合一分体吸尘器,其特征在于:所述集尘杯可拆卸式设置在地刷上,且具备开口,分别与地刷、连接件相连通,此时主机吸口与连接件相连通。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的杆式手持二合一分体吸尘器,其特征在于:所述第一集尘装置仅包括集尘杯,所述集尘杯可拆卸式挂靠于推杆上,且集尘杯具备开口,分别与推杆、主机相连通,由此,地刷的风道、推杆的风道、集尘杯的风道与主机的风道形成了整体风道。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的杆式手持二合一分体吸尘器,其特征在于:所述第一集尘装置仅包括集尘杯,所述集尘杯可拆卸式设置于地刷上,且具备开口,分别与地刷、推杆相连通,此时主机吸口与推杆相连通,由此, 地刷的风道、集尘杯的风道、推杆的风道与主机的风道形成了整体风道。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的杆式手持二合一分体吸尘器,其特征在于:所述推杆的杆身上设有锁扣装置,所述主机的机身上设有对应的搭扣装置,所述主机和推杆通过该锁扣、搭扣装置进行固定。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的杆式手持二合一分体吸尘器,其特征在于:所述主机和推杆进行组合,形成带长接管的手持式吸尘器进行工作。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的杆式手持二合一分体吸尘器,其特征在于:所述推杆的两端开口,其中一端开口与所述主机的吸口具有配合结构,该端开口与所述主机的吸口对接,该推杆的杆身与主机的风道形成第三整体风道,该推杆的另一端开口则构成第三整体风道的吸口。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的杆式手持二合一分体吸尘器,其特征在于:所述主机采用充电式或插头接电供电模式。
