本发明实施例提供的在无线网络中进行身份识别的方法、装置和设备,终端设备通过接收网络侧设备发送的携带有IMEI的第一请求消息,并在确定出IMEI与终端设备的IMEI相同时,向网络侧设备发送第一响应消息,以供网络侧设备根据第一响应消息,将终端设备接入网络。由于采用IMEI来标识 终端设备,可以避免IMSI资源的枯竭,使得终端设备的身份可以被正常识别,以进行正常的通信。

本发明实施例提供的方法可以用于不同制式的无线网络中,例如:通用移动通信系统(Universal Mobile Telecommunications System,UMTS)、全球移动通信系统(Global System for Mobile Communication;简称:GSM)、码分多址(Code Division Multiple Access;简称:CDMA)、CDMA2000、宽带码分多址(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access;简称:WCDMA)、时分同步码分多址(Time Division-Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access;简称: TD-SCDMA)、长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)系统或LTE的后续演进系统等。
图1为本发明在无线网络中进行身份识别的方法实施例一的流程示意图。本发明实施例提供了一种在无线网络中进行身份识别的方法,该方法可以由任意执行在无线网络中进行身份识别的方法的装置来执行,该装置可以通过软件和/或硬件实现。本实施例中,该装置可以集成在终端设备中。如图1所示,本实施例的方法可以包括:
步骤101、终端设备接收网络侧设备发送的第一请求消息,该第一请求消息携带有IMEI;该IMEI用于标识终端设备。
现有技术中,以UMTS通信网络为例进行说明,在寻呼信令流程中,网络侧设备发送给终端设备的第一请求消息中包括有IMSI或临时移动用户识别码(Temporary Mobile Subscriber Identity;简称:TMSI)或分组临时移动用户识别码(Packet Temperate Mobile Subscription Identity;简称:PTMSI)。
其中,IMSI中包括5比特的PLMN和10比特移动用户识别号码(Mobile Subscriber Identification Number;简称:MSIN)。其中PLMN用于指示一个国家或地区不同的移动通信运营商,MSIN用于指示移动用户识别号。因此,一张移动网络理论上只能进行100亿个终端设备的身份识别。故随着M2M应用的不断发展,IMSI将会出现资源枯竭的问题。
为了解决这一问题,在本实施例中,网络侧设备发送给终端设备的第一请求消息中包括有移动设备国际身份码(International Mobile Equipment Identity;简称:IMEI),使用IMEI标识终端设备,可以解决或缓解IMSI资源枯竭的问题。
另外,第一请求消息包括以下至少一个信令流程中的消息:寻呼、接入、业务建立、位置区更新、路由区更新、附着、去附着。具体地,第一请求消息可以为上述至少一个信令流程中的至少一个消息,例如:第一请求消息可以为:寻呼消息、接入消息等,或者可以为其它携带有IMEI的任何消息。以UMTS通信网络为例,在寻呼信令流程中,第一请求消息可以是寻呼(Paging)消息,该寻呼消息中携带有IMEI。对于第一请求消息的具体形式,本发明对此不作限制。
步骤102、若终端设备确定IMEI与终端设备的IMEI相同,则向网络侧 设备发送第一响应消息,以供网络侧设备根据第一响应消息,将终端设备接入网络。
在本实施例中,由于每个终端设备在组装完成后,都会被赋予一个全球唯一的一组号码,即IMEI,因此,IMEI与终端设备是一一对应的。当终端设备接收到网络侧设备发送的IMEI之后,会将接收到的IMEI与自身的IMEI进行比较,若发现接收到的IMEI与自身的IMEI相同,则说明网络侧设备发送的第一请求消息是发送给自己的,即可向网络侧设备返回第一响应消息。本实施例中以UMTS通信网络为例进行说明,在寻呼信令流程中,该第一响应消息例如可以是无线资源控制(Radio Resource Control;简称:RRC)连接请求消息,网络侧设备根据接收到的第一响应消息,向终端设备返回RRC连接建立消息,终端设备在接收到网络侧设备发送的RRC连接建立消息之后,根据该RRC连接建立消息向网络侧设备发送RRC连接建立完成消息,表示终端设备接入了无线网络中。
本发明实施例提供的在无线网络中进行身份识别的方法,终端设备通过接收网络侧设备发送的携带有IMEI的第一请求消息,并在确定出IMEI与终端设备的IMEI相同时,向网络侧设备发送第一响应消息,以供网络侧设备根据第一响应消息,将终端设备接入网络。由于采用IMEI来标识终端设备,可以避免IMSI资源的枯竭,使得终端设备的身份可以被正常识别,以进行正常的通信。
图2为本发明在无线网络中进行身份识别的方法实施例二的流程示意图。本发明实施例提供了一种在无线网络中进行身份识别的方法,该方法可以由任意执行在无线网络中进行身份识别的方法的装置来执行,该装置可以通过软件和/或硬件实现。本实施例中,该装置可以集成在网络侧设备中。如图2所示,本实施例的方法可以包括:
步骤201、网络侧设备向终端设备发送第一请求消息,该第一请求消息携带有IMEI;IMEI用于标识终端设备。
在本实施例中,网络侧设备向终端设备发送第一请求消息,该第一请求消息中包括有IMEI。其中,第一请求消息包括以下至少一个信令流程中的消息:寻呼、接入、业务建立、位置区更新、路由区更新、附着、去附着。具体地,第一请求消息可以为上述至少一个信令流程中的至少一个消息,例如: 第一请求消息可以为:寻呼消息、接入消息等,或者可以为其它携带有IMEI的任何消息。以UMTS通信网络为例,在寻呼信令流程中,第一请求消息可以是寻呼(Paging)消息,该寻呼消息中携带有IMEI。对于第一请求消息的具体形式,本发明对此不作限制。
步骤202、网络侧设备接收终端设备发送的第一响应消息;第一响应消息为终端设备在确定出IMEI与终端设备的IMEI相同时发送的消息。
在本实施例中,每个终端设备在组装完成后,都会被赋予一个全球唯一的IMEI,因此,IMEI与终端设备是一一对应的。当终端设备接收到网络侧设备发送的IMEI之后,会将接收到的IMEI与自身的IMEI进行比较,若发现接收到的IMEI与自身的IMEI相同,则说明网络侧设备发送的第一请求消息是发送给自己的,则终端设备将向网络侧设备返回第一响应消息。
步骤203、网络侧设备根据第一响应消息将终端设备接入网络。
在本实施例中以UMTS通信网络为例进行说明,在寻呼信令流程中,该第一响应消息例如可以是RRC连接请求消息,网络侧设备接收到终端设备返回的第一响应消息之后,即可获知终端设备已识别出网络侧设备发送的第一请求消息是发给自己的,则向终端设备返回RRC连接建立消息,终端设备在接收到网络侧设备发送的RRC连接建立消息之后,根据该RRC连接建立消息向网络侧设备发送RRC连接建立完成消息,表示终端设备接入了无线网络中。

现有技术中,以UMTS通信网络为例进行说明,在寻呼信令流程中,网络侧设备发送给终端设备的第二请求消息中包括有IMSI或TMSI或PTMSI。
其中,IMSI中包括5比特的PLMN和10比特MSIN。其中PLMN用于指示一个国家或地区不同的移动通信运营商,MSIN用于指示移动用户识别号。因此,一张移动网络理论上只能进行100亿个终端设备的身份识别。故随着M2M应用的不断发展,IMSI将会出现资源枯竭的问题。
为了解决这一问题,在本实施例中,将IMSI的MSIN的位数进行扩展,使得MSIN的位数大于10比特,由此可以采用IMSI来标识更多的终端设备,这样,便可以解决或缓解IMSI资源枯竭的问题。
另外,第二请求消息包括以下至少一个信令流程中的消息:寻呼、接入、业务建立、位置区更新、路由区更新、附着、去附着。具体地,第二请求消息可以为上述至少一个信令流程中的至少一个消息,例如:第二请求消息可以为:寻呼消息、接入消息等,或者可以为其它携带有IMSI,且IMSI中包含X比特MSIN的任何消息,X为大于10的正整数。以UMTS通信网络为例,在寻呼信令流程中,第二请求消息可以是寻呼(Paging)消息,该寻呼消息中携带有IMSI,且该IMSI中包含有大于10比特的MSIN。对于第二请求消息的具体形式,本发明对此不作限制。
步骤302、若终端设备确定IMSI与终端设备的IMSI相同,则向网络侧设备发送第二响应消息,以供网络侧设备根据第二响应消息,将终端设备接入网络。

    若所述终端设备确定所述IMEI与所述终端设备的IMEI相同,则向所述网络侧设备发送第一响应消息,以供所述网络侧设备根据所述第一响应消息,将所述终端设备接入网络。

    接收模块,用于接收终端设备发送的第三请求消息,所述第三请求消息携带有国际移动用户识别码IMSI;所述IMSI用于标识所述终端设备;所述IMSI包括X比特的移动用户识别号码MSIN;所述X为大于10的正整数;
    处理模块,用于根据所述第三请求消息将所述终端设备接入网络。
  41. 根据权利要求40所述的装置,其特征在于,所述IMSI与所述终端设备一一对应。
  42. 根据权利要求40或41所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第三请求消息包括以下至少一个信令流程中的消息:寻呼、接入、业务建立、位置区更新、路由区更新、附着、去附着。
  43. 一种在无线网络中进行身份识别的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    发送模块,用于向网络侧设备发送第四请求消息,所述第四请求消息携带有移动设备国际身份码IMEI,以供所述网络侧设备根据所述IMEI识别终端设备,并根据所述第四请求消息将所述终端设备接入网络;所述IMEI用于标识所述终端设备。
  44. 根据权利要求43所述的装置,其特征在于,所述IMEI与所述终端设备一一对应。
  45. 根据权利要求43或44所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第四请求消息包括以下至少一个信令流程中的消息:寻呼、接入、业务建立、位置区更新、路由区更新、附着、去附着。
  46. 一种在无线网络中进行身份识别的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收终端设备发送的第四请求消息,所述第四请求消息携带有移动设备国际身份码IMEI;所述IMEI用于标识所述终端设备;
    处理模块,用于根据所述第四请求消息将所述终端设备接入网络。
  47. 根据权利要求46所述的装置,其特征在于,所述IMEI与所述终端设备一一对应。
  48. 根据权利要求46或47所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第四请求消息包括以下至少一个信令流程中的消息:寻呼、接入、业务建立、位置区更新、路由区更新、附着、去附着。
  49. 一种终端设备,其特征在于,包括:
    接收器,用于接收网络侧设备发送的第一请求消息,所述第一请求消息携带有移动设备国际身份码IMEI;所述IMEI用于标识所述终端设备;
    处理器,用于判断所述IMEI与所述终端设备的IMEI是否相同;
    发送器,用于在所述处理器判断出所述IMEI与所述终端设备的IMEI相同时,向所述网络侧设备发送第一响应消息,以供所述网络侧设备根据所述第一响应消息,将所述终端设备接入网络。
  50. 根据权利要求49所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述IMEI与所述终端设备一一对应。
  51. 根据权利要求49或50所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述第一请求消息包括以下至少一个信令流程中的消息:寻呼、接入、业务建立、位置区更新、路由区更新、附着、去附着。
  52. 一种网络侧设备,其特征在于,包括:
    发送器,用于向终端设备发送第一请求消息;所述第一请求消息携带有移动设备国际身份码IMEI;所述IMEI用于标识所述终端设备;
    接收器,用于接收所述终端设备发送的第一响应消息;所述第一响应消息为所述终端设备在确定出所述IMEI与所述终端设备的IMEI相同时发送的消息;
    处理器,用于根据所述第一响应消息将所述终端设备接入网络。
  53. 根据权利要求52所述的网络侧设备,其特征在于,所述IMEI与所述终端设备一一对应。
  54. 根据权利要求52或53所述的网络侧设备,其特征在于,所述第一请求消息包括以下至少一个信令流程中的消息:寻呼、接入、业务建立、位置区更新、路由区更新、附着、去附着。
  55. 一种终端设备,其特征在于,包括:
    接收器,用于接收网络侧设备发送的第二请求消息,所述第二请求消息携带有国际移动用户识别码IMSI;所述IMSI用于标识所述终端设备;所述IMSI包括X比特的移动用户识别号码MSIN;所述X为大于10的正整数;
    处理器,用于判断所述IMSI与所述终端设备的IMSI是否相同;
    发送器,用于在处理器判断出所述IMSI与所述终端设备的IMSI相同时,向所述网络侧设备发送第二响应消息,以供所述网络侧设备根据所述第二响 应消息,将所述终端设备接入网络。
  56. 根据权利要求55所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述IMSI与所述终端设备一一对应。
  57. 根据权利要求55或56所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述第二请求消息包括以下至少一个信令流程中的消息:寻呼、接入、业务建立、位置区更新、路由区更新、附着、去附着。
  58. 一种网络侧设备,其特征在于,包括:
    发送器,用于向终端设备发送第二请求消息,所述第二请求消息携带有国际移动用户识别码IMSI;所述IMSI用于标识所述终端设备;所述IMSI包括X比特的移动用户识别号码MSIN;所述X为大于10的正整数;
    接收器,用于接收所述终端设备发送的第二响应消息;所述第二响应消息为所述终端设备在确定出所述IMSI与所述终端设备的IMSI相同时发送的消息;
    处理器,用于根据所述第二响应消息将所述终端设备接入网络。
  59. 根据权利要求58所述的网络侧设备,其特征在于,所述IMSI与所述终端设备一一对应。
  60. 根据权利要求58或59所述的网络侧设备,其特征在于,所述第二请求消息包括以下至少一个信令流程中的消息:寻呼、接入、业务建立、位置区更新、路由区更新、附着、去附着。
  61. 一种终端设备,其特征在于,包括:
    发送器,用于向网络侧设备发送第三请求消息,所述第三请求消息携带有国际移动用户识别码IMSI,以供所述网络侧设备根据所述IMSI识别所述终端设备,并根据所述第三请求消息将所述终端设备接入网络;所述IMSI用于标识所述终端设备;所述IMSI包括X比特的移动用户识别号码MSIN;所述X为大于10的正整数。
  62. 根据权利要求61所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述IMSI与所述终端设备一一对应。
  63. 根据权利要求61或62所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述第三请求消息包括以下至少一个信令流程中的消息:寻呼、接入、业务建立、位置区更新、路由区更新、附着、去附着。
  64. 一种网络侧设备,其特征在于,包括:
    接收器,用于接收终端设备发送的第三请求消息,所述第三请求消息携带有国际移动用户识别码IMSI;所述IMSI用于标识所述终端设备;所述IMSI包括X比特的移动用户识别号码MSIN;所述X为大于10的正整数;
    处理器,用于根据所述第三请求消息将所述终端设备接入网络。

    发送器,用于向网络侧设备发送第四请求消息,所述第四请求消息携带有移动设备国际身份码IMEI,以供所述网络侧设备根据所述IMEI识别所述终端设备,并根据所述第四请求消息将所述终端设备接入网络;所述IMEI用于标识所述终端设备。
  68. 根据权利要求67所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述IMEI与所述终端设备一一对应。
