本公开文本涉及电子设备领域,尤其涉及一种充电检测电路、移动终端及充电检测系统。
随着智能手机电池容量的不断提升,相关技术中的充电方案其充电速度越来越慢,如对3200mAh的电池采用5V、1.6A的方案进行充电,至少需要3小时才能完成,这对于消费者而言,是难以接受的。因此,提高充电的速度能够有效地提高用户的使用体验。目前,相关技术中的移动终端采用的快速充电技术主要分为两类,一类是采用较大功率的充电器以5V电压对手机进行大电流充电;另一类则是采用高压进行充电。
在相关技术的高压快充方案中,充电器都会向下兼容5V的输出电压,可以对不支持高压快充的手机进行5V的充电;而如果需要进行更高电压的充电,需要充电器端与移动终端进行握手通信成功后,充电器才会输出9V或更高的电压进行快充。但由于相关技术的高压快充方案中,检测电路是集成在充电电路上的,使得充电IC只能支持到最高的9V高压充电。因此,相关技术中的高压充电方案并不能很好地满足用户的需求,需要提供一种可以提高到更高充电电压的技术方案。
发明内容
为克服相关技术中的问题,本公开文本一方面提供一种充电检测电路,包括:检测模块、第一开关、处理器以及低压差线性稳压器LDO电源;
所述检测模块,与充电器连接,所述检测模块根据所述充电器生成的检
测信号,检测所述充电器的类型,并生成类型识别信号;所述检测模块还与所述处理器连接,用于将所述类型识别信号输出至所述处理器;
所述第一开关,包括第一端、第二端和控制端,所述第一开关的第一端与所述充电器连接,用于接入由所述充电器生成的检测信号,所述第一开关的第二端与所述LDO电源连接,所述第一开关的第二端为输出切换电路,所述第一开关的控制端与所述处理器连接,通过所述处理器控制所述输出切换电路的切换,使所述第一开关的第二端根据所述检测信号生成不同的电平组合,输出至所述LDO电源;
所述处理器,与所述充电器连接,所述处理器根据所述类型识别信号,与所述充电器进行数据交换,或对所述输出切换电路进行切换控制;
所述LDO电源,与所述充电器连接,用于根据所述电平组合,生成反馈信号,并输出至所述充电器,以使所述充电器确定需要输出的充电电压。

本公开文本实施例采用上述的电路设置,通过检测模块检测充电器的类型,产生类型识别信号,并输出至处理器;处理器则根据该类型识别信号进行控制处理,以确定充电器需要输出充电电压;并且,本公开文本实施例实现了将充电检测电路独立于充电电路进行设置,使充电检测电路与充电电路互不影响,扩展了电路设计的灵活性,进而可以将充电电路设计成能够输出更高的充电电压,以满足用户的需求,提高用户的使用体验。

处理器113,与充电器200连接,处理器根据类型识别信号,与充电器进行数据交换,或对输出切换电路进行切换控制;本实施例中,处理器113可以为移动终端100内的中央处理器,该处理器113可以按照高压通讯协议的电平组合要求控制第一开关112的输出切换电路的切换时序,以输出不同的电平组合。
LDO电源114,与充电器200连接,用于根据电平组合,生成反馈信号,并输出至充电器200,以使充电器200确定需要输出的充电电压,实现充电电压的匹配。
该充电检测电路110还包括:
第二开关115;第二开关115包括第一端、第二端、第三端和控制端;
第二开关115的第一端,与充电器200连接,用于接入由充电器200生成的检测信号;第二开关115的第二端,与处理器113连接,使处理器113经第二开关115与充电器200连接;第二开关115的第三端,与第一开关112的第一端连接,使第一开关112的第一端经第二开关115与充电器200连接;第二开关115的控制端,与处理器113连接,处理器113根据类型识别信号,控制第二开关115的第二端与处理器113连接,使处理器113与充电器200进行数据交换,或控制第二开关115的第三端与第一开关112的第一端连接,将检测信号输出至第一开关112的第一端。本实施例中,第二开关115为二选一的选择开关,通过处理器113即可控制该第二开关115的选择切换。
其中,检测模块111包括第一端、第二端和用于输出类型识别信号的输出端;检测模块111的第一端,与充电器200连接,用于接入由充电器200生成的检测信号;检测模块111的第二端,与第二开关115的第一端连接,使第二开关115的第一端经检测模块111与充电器200连接;检测模块111的输出端,与处理器200连接,用于输出类型识别信号至处理器200。本实施例中,检测模块111的第一端即为充电检测电路110接入检测信号的接入端。
进一步地,第二开关115的初始状态为第二开关115的第二端与处理器113连接。
以下结合工作原理对本实施例的充电检测电路110作进一步说明:
本实施例中,在充电器200生成检测信号之后,检测信号被输出至检测模块111,通过检测模块111进行BC1.2检测,产生类型识别信号,并输出至处理器113;当识别结果为:与移动终端100连接的是USB设备时,处理器113控制第二开关115的第二端仍然与处理器113连接,即第二开关的第三端与第一开关的第一端的连接断开,此时,处理器113与USB设备之间进行数
据交换,并确定USB设备需要输出充电电压为5V;当识别结果为:与移动终端100连接的是旅充时,处理器113控制第二开关115的第三端与第一开关112的第一端连接,即第二开关115的第二端与处理器113的连接断开,此时,检测信号经第二开关115输出至第一开关112,处理器113则对第一开关112的输出切换电路进行控制,使第一开关112的第二端可以输出不同的电平组合。当LDO电源114接收到电平组合时,LDO电源114会生成反馈信号。
当充电器200接收到反馈信号时,充电器200会根据反馈信号确定需要输出的充电电压,此时的充电电压是已经定义好的电压,可以是5V、9V或12V等。例如,如果充电器200根据反馈信号得出,移动终端100仅支持5V的充电,充电器200则输出5V的充电电压;如果充电器200根据反馈信号得出,移动终端100支持9V的高压充电,充电器200则输出9V的充电电压;以此类推,12V或更高的充电电压的输出也是根据反馈信号进行确定。

处理器113,与充电器200连接,处理器根据类型识别信号,与充电器进行数据交换,或对输出切换电路进行切换控制;本实施例中,处理器113可以为移动终端100内的中央处理器,该处理器113可以按照高压通讯协议的电平组合要求控制第一开关112的输出切换电路的切换时序,以输出不同的电平组合。
LDO电源114,与充电器200连接,用于根据电平组合,生成反馈信号,并输出至充电器200,以使充电器200确定需要输出的充电电压,实现充电电压的匹配。
该充电检测电路110还包括:
第二开关115;第二开关115包括第一端、第二端、第三端和控制端;
第二开关115的第一端,与充电器200连接,用于接入由充电器200生成的检测信号;第二开关115的第二端,与处理器113连接,使处理器113经第二开关115与充电器200连接;第二开关115的第三端,与第一开关112的第一端连接,使第一开关112的第一端经第二开关115与充电器200连接;第二开关115的控制端,与处理器113连接,处理器113根据类型识别信号,控制第二开关115的第二端与处理器113连接,使处理器113与充电器200进行数据交换,或控制第二开关115的第三端与第一开关112的第一端连接,将检测信号输出至第一开关112的第一端。本实施例中,第二开关115为二选一的选择开关,通过处理器113即可控制该第二开关115的选择切换。
其中,检测模块111包括第一端和用于输出类型识别信号的输出端;检
测模块111的第一端,与处理器113连接,使检测模块111经处理器113与充电器200连接;检测模块111的输出端,与处理器113连接,用于输出类型识别信号至处理器113。在本实施例中,由充电器200生成的检测信号需要经第二开关115、处理器113才能到达检测模块进行BC1.2检测,因此,第二开关115的初始状态为第二开关115的第二端与处理器113连接。本实施例中,第二开关115的第一端即为充电检测电路110接入检测信号的接入端。
进一步地,检测模块111与处理器113构成控制器116;具体地:检测模块111是集成在处理器113上,使本实施例中的电路结构更简单。
以下结合工作原理对本实施例的充电检测电路110作进一步说明:
本实施例中,在充电器200生成检测信号之后,检测信号被输出至检测模块111,通过检测模块111进行BC1.2检测,产生类型识别信号,并输出至处理器113;当识别结果为:与移动终端100连接的是USB设备时,处理器113控制第二开关115的第二端仍然与处理器113连接,即第二开关的第三端与第一开关的第一端的连接断开,此时,处理器113与USB设备之间进行数据交换,并确定USB设备需要输出充电电压为5V;当识别结果为:与移动终端100连接的是旅充时,处理器113控制第二开关115的第三端与第一开关112的第一端连接,即第二开关115的第二端与处理器113的连接断开,此时,检测信号经第二开关115输出至第一开关112,处理器113则对第一开关112的输出切换电路进行控制,使第一开关112的第二端可以输出不同的电平组合。当LDO电源114接收到电平组合时,LDO电源114会生成反馈信号。
当充电器200接收到反馈信号时,充电器200会根据反馈信号确定需要输出的充电电压,此时的充电电压是已经定义好的电压,可以是5V、9V或12V等。例如,如果充电器200根据反馈信号得出,移动终端100仅支持5V的充电,充电器200则输出5V的充电电压;如果充电器200根据反馈信号得出,移动终端100支持9V的高压充电,充电器200则输出9V的充电电压;以此类推,12V或更高的充电电压的输出也是根据反馈信号进行确定。

第一开关112,包括第一端、第二端和控制端,第一开关112的第一端与充电器113连接,用于接入由充电器200生成的检测信号,第一开关112的第二端与LDO电源114连接,第一开关112的第二端为输出切换电路,第一开关112的控制端与处理器113连接,通过处理器113控制输出切换电路的切换,使第一开关112的第二端根据检测信号生成不同的电平组合,输出至LDO电源114;本实施例中,第一开关112为双路的单刀双掷开关,即第一
开关112的第二端为四路输出,处理器113通过控制第一开关112的闸刀切换,即可实现第一开关112的输出切换通路的切换。
处理器113,与充电器200连接,处理器根据类型识别信号,与充电器进行数据交换,或对输出切换电路进行切换控制;本实施例中,处理器113可以为移动终端100内的中央处理器,该处理器113可以按照高压通讯协议的电平组合要求控制第一开关112的输出切换电路的切换时序,以输出不同的电平组合。
LDO电源114,与充电器200连接,用于根据电平组合,生成反馈信号,并输出至充电器200,以使充电器200确定需要输出的充电电压,实现充电电压的匹配。
该充电检测电路110还包括:
第二开关115;第二开关115包括第一端、第二端、第三端和控制端;
第二开关115的第一端,与充电器200连接,用于接入由充电器200生成的检测信号;第二开关115的第二端,与处理器113连接,使处理器113经第二开关115与充电器200连接;第二开关115的第三端,与第一开关112的第一端连接,使第一开关112的第一端经第二开关115与充电器200连接;第二开关115的控制端,与处理器113连接,处理器113根据类型识别信号,控制第二开关115的第二端与处理器113连接,使处理器113与充电器200进行数据交换,或控制第二开关115的第三端与第一开关112的第一端连接,将检测信号输出至第一开关112的第一端。本实施例中,第二开关115为二选一的选择开关,通过处理器113即可控制该第二开关115的选择切换。
其中,参照图3,在本公开文本移动终端的一些实施例中,检测模块111可以是,包括第一端、第二端和用于输出类型识别信号的输出端;检测模块111的第一端,与充电器200连接,用于接入由充电器200生成的检测信号;检测模块111的第二端,与第二开关115的第一端连接,使第二开关115的第一端经检测模块111与充电器200连接;检测模块111的输出端,与处理器200连接,用于输出类型识别信号至处理器200。本实施例中,检测模块111的第一端即为充电检测电路110接入检测信号的接入端,即充电检测电路110中检测模块111的第一端与连接器120连接。
进一步地,第二开关115的初始状态为第二开关115的第二端与处理器113连接。
或参照图4,在本公开文本移动终端的另一些实施例中,检测模块111可以是,包括第一端和用于输出类型识别信号的输出端;检测模块111的第一端,与处理器113连接,使检测模块111经处理器113与充电器200连接;检测模块111的输出端,与处理器113连接,用于输出类型识别信号至处理器113。在本实施例中,由充电器200生成的检测信号需要经第二开关115、处理器113才能到达检测模块进行BC1.2检测,因此,第二开关115的初始状态为第二开关115的第二端与处理器113连接。本实施例中,第二开关115的第一端即为充电检测电路110接入检测信号的接入端,即充电检测电路110中第二开关115的第一端与连接器120连接。
进一步地,检测模块111与处理器113构成控制器116;具体地:检测模块111集成在处理器113上,使本实施例中的电路结构更简单。
以下结合工作原理对移动终端100作进一步说明:
本实施例中,在充电器200生成检测信号之后,检测信号被输出至检测模块111,通过检测模块111进行BC1.2检测,产生类型识别信号,并输出至处理器113;当识别结果为:与移动终端100连接的是USB设备时,处理器113控制第二开关115的第二端仍然与处理器113连接,即第二开关的第三端与第一开关的第一端的连接断开,此时,处理器113与USB设备之间进行数据交换,并确定USB设备需要输出充电电压为5V;当识别结果为:与移动终端100连接的是旅充时,处理器113控制第二开关115的第三端与第一开关112的第一端连接,即第二开关115的第二端与处理器113的连接断开,此时,检测信号经第二开关115输出至第一开关112,处理器113则对第一开关112的输出切换电路进行控制,使第一开关112的第二端可以输出不同的电平组合。当LDO电源114接收到电平组合时,LDO电源114会生成反馈信号。
当充电器200接收到反馈信号时,充电器200会根据反馈信号确定需要输出的充电电压,此时的充电电压是已经定义好的电压,可以是5V、9V或12V等。例如,如果充电器200根据反馈信号得出,移动终端100仅支持5V
的充电,充电器200则输出5V的充电电压;如果充电器200根据反馈信号得出,移动终端100支持9V的高压充电,充电器200则输出9V的充电电压;以此类推,12V或更高的充电电压的输出也是根据反馈信号进行确定。
本公开文本实施例采用上述的电路设置,通过检测模块检测充电器的类型,产生类型识别信号,并输出至处理器113;处理器113则根据该类型识别信号进行控制处理,以确定充电器200需要输出充电电压;并且,本公开文本实施例实现了将充电检测电路110独立于充电电路进行设置,使充电检测电路110与充电电路互不影响,扩展了电路设计的灵活性,进而可以将充电电路设计成能够输出更高的充电电压,以满足用户的需求,提高用户的使用体验。
图5和图6分别为根据本公开文本一些实施例和另一些实施例的充电检测系统的结构示意图,该充电检测系统包括:
充电器200以及移动终端100,移动终端100包括连接器120以及充电检测电路110;
充电器200,用于生成检测信号,还用于根据充电检测电路110生成的反馈信号,确定需要输出的充电电压;
连接器120,与充电器200连接,将由充电器200生成的检测信号接入至充电检测电路110,还将由充电检测电路110生成的反馈信号输出至充电器200;
充电检测电路110,与连接器120连接,使充电检测电路110经连接器120与充电器200连接,充电检测电路110用于根据检测信号生成反馈信号。
具体地:该充电检测电路110包括
检测模块111、第一开关112、处理器113以及低压差线性稳压器LDO电源114;
检测模块111,与充电器200连接,检测模块111根据充电器200生成的检测信号,检测充电器200的类型,并生成类型识别信号;检测模块111还与处理器113连接,用于将类型识别信号输出至处理器113;具体地:检测模块111可以是集成IC,当检测模块111接收到检测信号时,即可进行BC1.2检测,进而判断出与移动终端100连接的充电器200是旅充,还是USB设备。
其中,移动终端100可以是手机、平板电脑、MP3、MP4或笔记本电脑等。
第一开关112,包括第一端、第二端和控制端,第一开关112的第一端与充电器113连接,用于接入由充电器200生成的检测信号,第一开关112的第二端与LDO电源114连接,第一开关112的第二端为输出切换电路,第一开关112的控制端与处理器113连接,通过处理器113控制输出切换电路的切换,使第一开关112的第二端根据检测信号生成不同的电平组合,输出至LDO电源114;本实施例中,第一开关112为双路的单刀双掷开关,即第一开关112的第二端为四路输出,处理器113通过控制第一开关112的闸刀切换,即可实现第一开关112的输出切换通路的切换。
处理器113,与充电器200连接,处理器根据类型识别信号,与充电器进行数据交换,或对输出切换电路进行切换控制;本实施例中,处理器113可以为移动终端100内的中央处理器,该处理器113可以按照高压通讯协议的电平组合要求控制第一开关112的输出切换电路的切换时序,以输出不同的电平组合。
LDO电源114,与充电器200连接,用于根据电平组合,生成反馈信号,并输出至充电器200,以使充电器200确定需要输出的充电电压,实现充电电压的匹配。
该充电检测电路110还包括:
第二开关115;第二开关115包括第一端、第二端、第三端和控制端;
第二开关115的第一端,与充电器200连接,用于接入由充电器200生成的检测信号;第二开关115的第二端,与处理器113连接,使处理器113经第二开关115与充电器200连接;第二开关115的第三端,与第一开关112的第一端连接,使第一开关112的第一端经第二开关115与充电器200连接;第二开关115的控制端,与处理器113连接,处理器113根据类型识别信号,控制第二开关115的第二端与处理器113连接,使处理器113与充电器200进行数据交换,或控制第二开关115的第三端与第一开关112的第一端连接,将检测信号输出至第一开关112的第一端。本实施例中,第二开关115为二选一的选择开关,通过处理器113即可控制该第二开关115的选择切换。
其中,参照图5,在本公开文本充电检测系统的一些实施例中,检测模
块111可以是,包括第一端、第二端和用于输出类型识别信号的输出端;检测模块111的第一端,与充电器200连接,用于接入由充电器200生成的检测信号;检测模块111的第二端,与第二开关115的第一端连接,使第二开关115的第一端经检测模块111与充电器200连接;检测模块111的输出端,与处理器200连接,用于输出类型识别信号至处理器200。本实施例中,检测模块111的第一端即为充电检测电路110接入检测信号的接入端,即充电检测电路110中检测模块111的第一端与连接器120连接。
进一步地,第二开关115的初始状态为第二开关115的第二端与处理器113连接。
或参照图6,在本公开文本充电检测系统的另一些实施例中,检测模块111还可以是,包括第一端和用于输出类型识别信号的输出端;检测模块111的第一端,与处理器113连接,使检测模块111经处理器113与充电器200连接;检测模块111的输出端,与处理器113连接,用于输出类型识别信号至处理器113。在本实施例中,由充电器200生成的检测信号需要经第二开关115、处理器113才能到达检测模块进行BC1.2检测,因此,第二开关115的初始状态为第二开关115的第二端与处理器113连接。本实施例中,第二开关115的第一端即为充电检测电路110接入检测信号的接入端,即充电检测电路110中第二开关115的第一端与连接器120连接。
进一步地,检测模块111与处理器113构成控制器116;具体地:检测模块111集成在处理器113上,使本实施例中的电路结构更简单。
以下结合工作原理对充电检测系统进一步说明:
本实施例中,在充电器200生成检测信号之后,检测信号被输出至检测模块111,通过检测模块111进行BC1.2检测,产生类型识别信号,并输出至处理器113;当识别结果为:与移动终端100连接的是USB设备时,处理器113控制第二开关115的第二端仍然与处理器113连接,即第二开关的第三端与第一开关的第一端的连接断开,此时,处理器113与USB设备之间进行数据交换,并确定USB设备需要输出充电电压为5V;当识别结果为:与移动终端100连接的是旅充时,处理器113控制第二开关115的第三端与第一开关112的第一端连接,即第二开关115的第二端与处理器113的连接断开,
此时,检测信号经第二开关115输出至第一开关112,处理器113则对第一开关112的输出切换电路进行控制,使第一开关112的第二端可以输出不同的电平组合。当LDO电源114接收到电平组合时,LDO电源114会生成反馈信号。
当充电器200接收到反馈信号时,充电器200会根据反馈信号确定需要输出的充电电压,此时的充电电压是已经定义好的电压,可以是5V、9V或12V等。例如,如果充电器200根据反馈信号得出,移动终端100仅支持5V的充电,充电器200则输出5V的充电电压;如果充电器200根据反馈信号得出,移动终端100支持9V的高压充电,充电器200则输出9V的充电电压;以此类推,12V或更高的充电电压的输出也是根据反馈信号进行确定。
本公开文本实施例采用上述的电路设置,通过检测模块检测充电器的类型,产生类型识别信号,并输出至处理器113;处理器113则根据该类型识别信号进行控制处理,以确定充电器200需要输出充电电压;并且,本公开文本实施例实现了将充电检测电路110独立于充电电路进行设置,使充电检测电路110与充电电路互不影响,扩展了电路设计的灵活性,进而可以将充电电路设计成能够输出更高的充电电压,以满足用户的需求,提高用户的使用体验。

Claims (8)
- 一种充电检测电路,包括检测模块、第一开关、处理器以及低压差线性稳压器LDO电源;所述检测模块,与充电器连接,所述检测模块根据所述充电器生成的检测信号,检测所述充电器的类型,并生成类型识别信号;所述检测模块还与所述处理器连接,用于将所述类型识别信号输出至所述处理器;所述第一开关,包括第一端、第二端和控制端,所述第一开关的第一端与所述充电器连接,用于接入由所述充电器生成的检测信号,所述第一开关的第二端与所述LDO电源连接,所述第一开关的第二端为输出切换电路,所述第一开关的控制端与所述处理器连接,通过所述处理器控制所述输出切换电路的切换,使所述第一开关的第二端根据所述检测信号生成不同的电平组合,输出至所述LDO电源;所述处理器,与所述充电器连接,所述处理器根据所述类型识别信号,与所述充电器进行数据交换,或对所述输出切换电路进行切换控制;以及所述LDO电源,与所述充电器连接,用于根据所述电平组合,生成反馈信号,并输出至所述充电器,以使所述充电器确定需要输出的充电电压。
- 如权利要求1所述的充电检测电路,还包括:第二开关,所述第二开关包括第一端、第二端、第三端和控制端;所述第二开关的第一端,与所述充电器连接,用于接入由所述充电器生成的检测信号;所述第二开关的第二端,与所述处理器连接,使所述处理器经所述第二开关与所述充电器连接;所述第二开关的第三端,与所述第一开关的第一端连接,使所述第一开关的第一端经所述第二开关与所述充电器连接;以及所述第二开关的控制端,与所述处理器连接,所述处理器根据所述类型识别信号,控制所述第二开关的第二端与所述处理器连接,使所述处理器与所述充电器进行数据交换,或控制所述第二开关的第三端与所述第一开关的 第一端连接,将所述检测信号输出至所述第一开关的第一端。
- 如权利要求2所述的充电检测电路,其中,所述检测模块包括第一端、第二端和用于输出所述类型识别信号的输出端;所述检测模块的第一端,与所述充电器连接,用于接入由所述充电器生成的检测信号;所述检测模块的第二端,与所述第二开关的第一端连接,使所述第二开关的第一端经所述检测模块与所述充电器连接;以及所述检测模块的输出端,与所述处理器连接,用于输出所述类型识别信号至所述处理器。
- 如权利要求3所述的充电检测电路,其中,所述第二开关的初始状态为所述第二开关的第二端与所述处理器连接。
- 如权利要求2所述的充电检测电路,其中,所述检测模块包括第一端和用于输出所述类型识别信号的输出端;所述检测模块的第一端,与所述处理器连接,使所述检测模块经所述处理器与所述充电器连接;以及所述检测模块的输出端,与所述处理器连接,用于输出所述类型识别信号至所述处理器。
- 如权利要求5所述的充电检测电路,其中,所述检测模块与所述处理器构成控制器。
- 一种移动终端,包括连接器以及如权利要求1至6任一项所述的充电检测电路;所述连接器,与充电器连接,将由所述充电器生成的检测信号接入至所述充电检测电路,还将由所述充电检测电路生成的反馈信号输出至所述充电器;以及所述充电检测电路,与所述连接器连接,使所述充电检测电路经所述连接器与所述充电器连接,所述充电检测电路用于根据所述检测信号生成所述反馈信号。
- 一种充电检测系统,包括充电器以及移动终端,所述移动终端包括连接器以及如权利要求1至6任一项所述的充电检测电路;所述充电器,用于生成检测信号,还用于根据所述充电检测电路生成的反馈信号,确定需要输出的充电电压;所述连接器,与充电器连接,将由所述充电器生成的检测信号接入至所述充电检测电路,还将由所述充电检测电路生成的反馈信号输出至所述充电器;以及所述充电检测电路,与所述连接器连接,使所述充电检测电路经所述连接器与所述充电器连接,所述充电检测电路用于根据所述检测信号生成所述反馈信号。
