Abstract
一种数据对象删除方法及设备,方法包括:获取删除数据对象的操作(S1),基于所述删除数据对象的操作,在屏幕上显示一删除标志将数据对象进行删除的动态过程(S2),删除的动态过程结束后从所述屏幕上移除所述删除标志(S3),使得删除数据对象的过程非常生动,从而优化了用户对交互操作的交互体验和趣味性。

本申请要求2015年05月21日递交的申请号为201510264572.5、发明名称为“数据对象删除方法及设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及计算机领域,尤其涉及一种数据对象删除方法及设备。
现有的智能终端上删除数据对象的方案,基本都是在用户输入删除指令后出现如图1所示的供用户确认删除的界面,用户在图1中的界面中点击确认后,待删除的数据对象立即从智能终端的屏幕上消失,这一删除过程的动效生硬、笨拙,用户交互体验较差。因此,目前亟需一种用户交互体验更好,删除过程更灵活、生动的数据对象删除方法及设备。
发明内容
本申请的一个目的是提供一种数据对象删除方法及设备,能够使待删除对象的删除过程更灵活、生动,提升用户交互体验。
根据本申请的一个方面,提供了一种数据对象删除方法,所述方法包括:
获取删除数据对象的操作;
基于所述删除数据对象的操作,在屏幕上显示一删除标志将数据对象进行删除的动态过程;
所述删除的动态过程结束后从所述屏幕上移除所述删除标志。
进一步的,上述方法中,所述删除标志将数据对象进行删除的动态过程包括:
删除标志相对于所述数据对象移动时,所述数据对象不断分解为碎片或逐渐缩小后消失。
进一步的,上述方法中,所述数据对象不断分解为碎片中,根据所述删除标志相对于所述数据对象移动过的距离或速度,对应确定所述数据对象不断分解为碎片的量。
进一步的,上述方法中,所述分解为碎片后消失包括:
所述碎片移动到屏幕边界外后消失或者所述碎片在屏幕上逐渐缩小后消失。
进一步的,上述方法中,所述数据对象包括文件标识、界面的全部或部分、图片的

第一装置,用于获取删除数据对象的操作;
第二装置,用于基于所述删除数据对象的操作,在屏幕上显示一删除标志将数据对象进行删除的动态过程;
第三装置,用于所述删除的动态过程结束后从所述屏幕上移除所述删除标志。
进一步的,上述设备中,所述第二装置,用于控制删除标志相对于所述数据对象移动时,使所述数据对象不断分解为碎片或逐渐缩小后消失。
进一步的,上述设备中,所述第二装置,用于根据所述删除标志相对于所述数据对象移动过的距离或速度,对应确定所述数据对象不断分解为碎片的量。
进一步的,上述设备中,所述分解为碎片后消失包括:

与现有技术相比,本申请通过基于所述删除数据对象的操作,在屏幕上显示一删除标志将数据对象进行删除的动态过程,使得删除数据对象的过程非常生动,从而优化了用户对交互操作的交互体验和趣味性。
进一步的,本申请通过删除标志相对于所述数据对象移动时,所述数据对象不断分解为碎片或逐渐缩小后消失,从而可以进一步提升所述删除标志将数据对象进行删除的全过程的动态效果。
进一步的,本申请根据所述删除标志相对于所述数据对象移动过的距离或速度,对应确定所述数据对象不断分解为碎片的量,从而为用户展示一种更真实、灵活的数据对象的删除过程。
进一步的,本申请通过在移除所述删除标志之后,重新排列或组合剩余未删除的数据对象,从而方便用户查看屏幕中的剩余的未删除的数据对象,或者供用户继续对剩余的数据对象进行其它操作。

在本申请一个典型的配置中,终端、服务网络的设备和可信方均包括一个或多个处理器(CPU)、输入/输出接口、网络接口和内存。
内存可能包括计算机可读介质中的非永久性存储器,随机存取存储器(RAM)和/或非易失性内存等形式,如只读存储器(ROM)或闪存(flash RAM)。内存是计算机可读介质的示例。
计算机可读介质包括永久性和非永久性、可移动和非可移动媒体可以由任何方法或技术来实现信息存储。信息可以是计算机可读指令、数据对象结构、程序的模块或其他数据对象。计算机的存储介质的例子包括,但不限于相变内存(PRAM)、静态随机存取存储器(SRAM)、动态随机存取存储器(DRAM)、其他类型的随机存取存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、快闪记忆体或其他内存技术、只读光盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、数字多功能光盘(DVD)或其他光学存储、磁盒式磁带,磁带磁盘存储或其他磁性存储设备或任何其他非传输介质,可用于存储可以被计算设备访问的信息。按照本文中的界定,计算机可读介质不包括非暂存电脑可读媒体(transitory media),如调制的数据对象信号和载波。
如图2所示,本申请提供一种数据对象删除方法,该方法包括:
步骤S1,获取删除数据对象的操作;在此,所述获取删除数据对象的操作可为如图3(a)中的智能终端的屏幕所示内容,用户可在图3(a)中界面中点击删除按钮,从而确认对某一待删除的数据对象进行删除;
步骤S2,基于所述删除数据对象的操作,在屏幕上显示一删除标志将数据对象进行删除的动态过程;在此,所述动态过程可依次展示为如图3(b)至3(f)的智能终端的
屏幕所示内容,所述删除标志21为一碎纸机形状的图形,所述删除对象22为一图片,从图3(b)开始,碎纸机形状的图形21在屏幕上由下至上从所述图片22上移动过,依次经过图3(c)至图3(e),最终至图3(f)中完成对所述图片22的删除,在图3(f)的智能终端的界面中仅剩下了所述碎纸机形状的删除标志21,从而完成对数据对象的删除,当然所述删除标志21的移动方向不限于图3中由下即上的方式,也可以是由上即下的方式,只要是能动态显示删除标志将数据对象进行删除的过程的其它方式均可;
步骤S3,删除的动态过程结束后从所述屏幕上移除所述删除标志。在此,删除的动态过程结束后从所述屏幕上移除所述删除标志21可由图3(f)转换到如图3(g)的智能终端的屏幕所示内容,即展示屏幕上移除所述删除标志后的界面,从而结束整个删除操作。本实施例通过在屏幕上显示一个删除标志将数据对象进行删除的动态过程,使得删除数据对象的过程非常生动,从而优化了用户对交互操作的交互体验和趣味性。
本申请的一种数据对象删除方法的一优选的实施例中,步骤S2中,所述删除标志将数据对象进行删除的动态过程包括:
删除标志相对于所述数据对象移动时,所述数据对象不断分解为碎片或逐渐缩小后消失,从而可以进一步提升所述删除标志将数据对象进行删除的全过程的动态效果。在此,如图3(b)至图3(f)所示,每次所述删除标志21在所述数据对象22上移动时,都会有数据对象22的部分区域分解为点状的碎片23,从而使用户真实体验到数据对象正在逐渐被删除的过程,或者如图4所示,当类似锤子形状的删除标识对待删除对象敲击时,待删除对象逐渐分解为碎片并消失,或者如图5所示,当类似斧头形状的删除标识对待删除对象敲击时,待删除对象逐渐分解为碎片并消失的过程,或者如图6所示,当类似不明飞行物(UFO)形状的删除标识向待删除对象靠近时,待删除对象逐渐被类似不明飞行物(UFO)形状的删除标识吸入缩小而消失,或者,如图7所示,当类似炸弹形状的删除标识与待删除对象接触时,待删除对象逐渐分解为碎片并消失,或者,如图8所示,当类似闪电形状的删除标识与待删除对象接触时,待删除对象逐渐分解为碎片并消失。另外,所述删除标志21相对于所述数据对象22移动的方式,可不限于如图3(b)至图3(e)所示的所述删除标志21在所述数据对象22上移动的方式,还可以是所述删除标志21在所述数据对象22的某一侧面上移动,如在所述数据对象22一顶部、左边、右边或底部移动,移动过程中,也会展现所述数据对象22不断分解为碎片23,及所述碎片23逐渐从屏幕消失的画面。所述碎片23的形状也不局限于如图3(b)至图3(e)所示的白色点状,例如还可以是显示为其它颜色的圆形、多边形、星形和花形等形状的

获取删除选定的数据对象的操作,其中,所述操作包括点击删除菜单、删除按钮或预设的删除手势中的任一种。在此,在删除数据对象前,如果有多个数据对象存在,则需要首先对待删除的数据对象进行选定,以区分需要删除的数据对象和需要保留的数据对象,对数据对象的选定的方式可包括但不限于点击、滑动或圈定选中的任一种,即可以点击屏幕上某个数据对象进行选中,或者通过滑动某个切换按钮,以在不同数据对象间切换,直至切换到待删除的数据对象,或者在待删除的数据对象的周围画个圈以选定

本申请的数据对象删除设备的一优选的实施例中,所述删除标志包括碎纸机、刀片、鞭炮、锤子、斧头、UFO(不明飞行物)、炸弹和闪电标志中的任一种。在此,为了使数据对象的动态删除过程更生动、有趣,可以将删除标志设置成如碎纸机、刀片、鞭炮、锤子、斧头、UFO、炸弹和闪电等各种平面、立体、静态或动态的形状。其中,碎纸机标志可如图3所示的形状,锤子标志可如图4所示的形状,斧头标志可如图5所示的形状,UFO(不明飞行物)标志可如图6所示的形状,炸弹标志可如图7所示的形状,闪电标志可如图8所示的形状。本领域技术人员应能理解上述删除标志的描述仅为举例,其他现有的或今后可能出现的删除标志的描述如可适用于本申请,也应包含在本申请保
护范围以内,并在此以引用方式包含于此。
本申请的数据对象删除设备的一优选的实施例中,第三装置3,用于包括对所述删除标志作如下任一种操作:
使所述删除标志移动到屏幕边界外后消失;
使所述删除标志在屏幕上逐渐缩小或放大后消失。在此,当数据对象的动态删除过程结束后,删除标志21可停留在如图3(f)所示的屏幕位置,然后所述删除标志21可以从其当前位置向上、下、左或右的屏幕边界移动,移动到屏幕边界外后,所述删除标志消失最终得到如图3(g)所示的空白屏幕,或者所述删除标志21可以在其当前位置不作任何移动,而是在其当前位置逐渐缩小或放大后消失,最终得到如图3(g)所示的空白屏幕,从而结果整个删除操作,为用户空出屏幕空间继续进行其它操作。本领域技术人员应能理解上述屏幕上移除所述删除标志的描述仅为举例,其他现有的或今后可能出现的屏幕上移除所述删除标志的描述如可适用于本申请,也应包含在本申请保护范围以内,并在此以引用方式包含于此。
如图10所示,本申请的数据对象删除设备的一优选的实施例中,所述第一装置1包括:
第一一模块11,用于获取选定的数据对象,其中,所述选定数据对象的方式包括点击、滑动或圈定选中的任一种;
第一二模块12,用于获取删除选定的数据对象的操作,其中,所述操作包括点击删除菜单、删除按钮或预设的删除手势中的任一种。在此,在删除数据对象前,如果有多个数据对象存在,则需要首先对待删除的数据对象进行选定,以区分需要删除的数据对象和需要保留的数据对象,对数据对象的选定的方式可包括但不限于点击、滑动或圈定选中的任一种,即可以点击屏幕上某个数据对象进行选中,或者通过滑动某个切换按钮,以在不同数据对象间切换,直至切换到待删除的数据对象,或者在待删除的数据对象的周围画个圈以选定该数据对象。在选定数据对象后,还需要获取删除选定的数据对象的操作,以进一步确定继续后续删除过程,所述操作包括但不限于点击删除菜单、删除按钮或预设的删除手势,例如,可以在屏幕上一个预设的菜单列表选定某个实现删除功能的子项,或者可在如图3(a)所示的界面中点击“确定”的删除按钮,或者可以直接在待删除的数据对象上划叉的手势等等。本领域技术人员应能理解上述获取删除数据对象的操作的描述仅为举例,其他现有的或今后可能出现的获取删除数据对象的操作的描述如可适用于本申请,也应包含在本申请保护范围以内,并在此以引用方式包含于此。
如图11所示,本申请的数据对象删除设备的一优选的实施例中,所述设备还包括第四装置4,用于重新排列或组合剩余未删除的数据对象,从而方便用户查看屏幕中的剩余的未删除的数据对象,或者供用户继续对剩余的数据对象进行其它操作。例如,当所述数据对象为文件标识时,可以将剩余未删除的数据对象按名称、修改时间、数据量大小进行重新排列;所述数据对象为界面或图片的部分时,可以将剩余的未删除的界面或图片的部分重新组合,以形成新的完整的界面或图片。本领域技术人员应能理解上述从所述屏幕上移除所述删除标志之后的描述仅为举例,其他现有的或今后可能出现的从所述屏幕上移除所述删除标志之后的描述如可适用于本申请,也应包含在本申请保护范围以内,并在此以引用方式包含于此。
综上所述,本申请通过基于所述删除数据对象的操作,在屏幕上显示一删除标志将数据对象进行删除的动态过程,使得删除数据对象的过程非常生动,从而优化了用户对交互操作的交互体验和趣味性。
进一步的,本申请通过删除标志相对于所述数据对象移动时,所述数据对象不断分解为碎片或逐渐缩小后消失,从而可以进一步提升所述删除标志将数据对象进行删除的全过程的动态效果。
进一步的,本申请根据所述删除标志相对于所述数据对象移动过的距离或速度,对应确定所述数据对象不断分解为碎片的量,从而为用户展示一种更真实、灵活的数据对象的删除过程。
进一步的,本申请通过在移除所述删除标志之后,重新排列或组合剩余未删除的数据对象,从而方便用户查看屏幕中的剩余的未删除的数据对象,或者供用户继续对剩余的数据对象进行其它操作。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本申请进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本申请的精神和范围。这样,倘若本申请的这些修改和变型属于本申请权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本申请也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。
需要注意的是,本发明可在软件和/或软件与硬件的组合体中被实施,例如,可采用专用集成电路(ASIC)、通用目的计算机或任何其他类似硬件设备来实现。在一个实施例中,本发明的软件程序可以通过处理器执行以实现上文所述步骤或功能。同样地,本发明的软件程序(包括相关的数据对象结构)可以被存储到计算机可读记录介质中,例如,RAM存储器,磁或光驱动器或软磁盘及类似设备。另外,本发明的一些步骤或功能可采用硬件来实现,例如,作为与处理器配合从而执行各个步骤或功能的电路。
另外,本发明的一部分可被应用为计算机程序产品,例如计算机程序指令,当其被计算机执行时,通过该计算机的操作,可以调用或提供根据本发明的方法和/或技术方案。而调用本发明的方法的程序指令,可能被存储在固定的或可移动的记录介质中,和/或通过广播或其他信号承载媒体中的数据对象流而被传输,和/或被存储在根据所述程序指令运行的计算机设备的工作存储器中。在此,根据本发明的一个实施例包括一个装置,该装置包括用于存储计算机程序指令的存储器和用于执行程序指令的处理器,其中,当该计算机程序指令被该处理器执行时,触发该装置运行基于前述根据本发明的多个实施例的方法和/或技术方案。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化涵括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何附图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。此外,显然“包括”一词不排除其他单元或步骤,单数不排除复数。装置权利要求中陈述的多个单元或装置也可以由一个单元或装置通过软件或者硬件来实现。第一,第二等词语用来表示名称,而并不表示任何特定的顺序。
Claims (18)
- 一种数据对象删除方法,其中,该方法包括:获取删除数据对象的操作;基于所述删除数据对象的操作,在屏幕上显示一删除标志将数据对象进行删除的动态过程;所述删除的动态过程结束后从所述屏幕上移除所述删除标志。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述删除标志将数据对象进行删除的动态过程包括:删除标志相对于所述数据对象移动时,所述数据对象不断分解为碎片或逐渐缩小后消失。
- 如权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述数据对象不断分解为碎片中,根据所述删除标志相对于所述数据对象移动过的距离或速度,对应确定所述数据对象不断分解为碎片的量。
- 如权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述分解为碎片后消失包括:所述碎片移动到屏幕边界外后消失或者所述碎片在屏幕上逐渐缩小后消失。
- 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的方法,其中,所述数据对象包括文件标识、界面的全部或部分、图片的全部或部分中的任一种。
- 如权利要求1至5任一项所述的方法,其中,所述删除标志包括碎纸机、刀片、鞭炮、锤子、斧头、UFO、炸弹和闪电标志中的任一种。
- 如权利要求1至6任一项所述的方法,其中,从所述屏幕上移除所述删除标志包括如下任一种:所述删除标志移动到屏幕边界外后消失;所述删除标志在屏幕上逐渐缩小或放大后消失。
- 如权利要求1至7任一项所述的方法,其中,所述获取删除数据对象的操作包括:获取选定的数据对象,其中,所述选定数据对象的方式包括点击、滑动或圈定选中的任一种;获取删除选定的数据对象的操作,其中,所述操作包括点击删除菜单、删除按钮或预设的删除手势中的任一种。
- 如权利要求1至8任一项所述的方法,其中,删除的动态过程结束后从所述屏 幕上移除所述删除标志之后还包括:重新排列或组合剩余未删除的数据对象。
- 一种数据对象删除设备,其中,包括:第一装置,用于获取删除数据对象的操作;第二装置,用于基于所述删除数据对象的操作,在屏幕上显示一删除标志将数据对象进行删除的动态过程;第三装置,用于所述删除的动态过程结束后从所述屏幕上移除所述删除标志。
- 如权利要求10所述的设备,其中,所述第二装置,用于控制删除标志相对于所述数据对象移动时,使所述数据对象不断分解为碎片或逐渐缩小后消失。
- 如权利要求11所述的设备,其中,所述第二装置,用于根据所述删除标志相对于所述数据对象移动过的距离或速度,对应确定所述数据对象不断分解为碎片的量。
- 如权利要求11所述的设备,其中,所述分解为碎片后消失包括:所述碎片移动到屏幕边界外后消失或者所述碎片在屏幕上逐渐缩小后消失。
- 如权利要求9至13任一项所述的设备,其中,所述数据对象包括文件标识、界面的全部或部分、图片的全部或部分中的任一种。
- 如权利要求9至14任一项所述的设备,其中,所述删除标志包括碎纸机、刀片、鞭炮、锤子、斧头、UFO、炸弹和闪电标志中的任一种。
- 如权利要求9至15任一项所述的设备,其中,第三装置,用于包括对所述删除标志作如下任一种操作:使所述删除标志移动到屏幕边界外后消失;使所述删除标志在屏幕上逐渐缩小或放大后消失。
- 如权利要求9至16任一项所述的设备,其中,所述第一装置包括:第一一模块,用于获取选定的数据对象,其中,所述选定数据对象的方式包括点击、滑动或圈定选中的任一种;第一二模块,用于获取删除选定的数据对象的操作,其中,所述操作包括点击删除菜单、删除按钮或预设的删除手势中的任一种。
- 如权利要求9至17任一项所述的设备,其中,所述设备还包括第四装置,用于重新排列或组合剩余未删除的数据对象。
