Description
本发明涉及一种电声转换装置和一种电子设备。
普通动圈式的受话器(Receiver)和扬声器(Speaker),以下统称为动圈式电声转换装置。不管是将其应用于手机或者耳机,受话器的高频频率响应曲线在6k-9kHz就会出现快速下跌,扬声器的高频频率响应曲线在十几KHz之后也会出现快速下跌,这也就是所说的高频截止频率。由于动圈式电声转换装置的材料和工艺的限制,高频截止频率很难提升。
随着4G通讯的应用,要求超宽频带(super wideband)的电声转换装置,需要高频截止频率能够达到16kHz及以上,而现有的这种动圈式电声转换装置已经很难达到要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种超宽频带的电声装换装置的新技术方案。
根据本发明的第一方面,提供了一种电声转换装置,包括动圈式电声转换单元和压电蜂鸣器。
优选的,所述动圈式电声转换单元和所述压电蜂鸣器叠放或者并排放置。
优选的,所述压电蜂鸣器的形状为下列任一:圆形、矩形、环形。
优选的,所述动圈式电声转换单元为动圈式受话器或动圈式扬声器。
优选的,所述压电蜂鸣器为环形,所述压电蜂鸣器套设于所述动圈式电声转换单元的外围。
根据本发明的第二方面,提供了一种电子设备,包括如前所述的电
声转换装置和收容所述电声转换装置的外壳,所述外壳上设置有声孔,所述电声转换装置与所述声孔相对。
优选的,所述动圈式电声转换单元和所述压电蜂鸣器共用一个声孔。
优选的,所述动圈式电声转换单元和所述压电蜂鸣器叠放;从内向外依次为动圈式电声转换单元、压电蜂鸣器、外壳,或者从内向外依次为压电蜂鸣器、动圈式电声转换单元、外壳。
优选的,所述动圈式电声转换单元和所述压电蜂鸣器并排设置在外壳的内侧。
优选的,所述压电蜂鸣器的形状为下列任一:圆形、矩形、环形。
优选的,所述压电蜂鸣器为环形,所述压电蜂鸣器套设于所述动圈式电声转换单元的外围。
本发明的发明人发现,在现有技术中还没有与动圈式发声结构结合的超宽频带的电声转换装置。因此,本发明所要实现的技术任务或者所要解决的技术问题是本领域技术人员从未想到的或者没有预期到的,故本发明是一种新的技术方案。
本发明的电声转换装置和电子设备同时具有动圈式发声结构和压电式发声结构,由压电片补偿振动系统的高频频率响应,从而实现了一种性能良好的超宽频带的电声转换装置。
通过以下参照附图对本发明的示例性实施例的详细描述,本发明的其它特征及其优点将会变得清楚。

本发明提供了一种电声转换装置,包括动圈式电声转换单元和压电蜂鸣器。动圈式电声转换单元和压电蜂鸣器可以叠放或者并排放置。压电蜂鸣器的形状可以为下列任一:圆形、矩形、环形。动圈式电声转换单元可以为动圈式受话器或动圈式扬声器。
压电蜂鸣器的谐振频率可以在1k-40kHz,在谐振频率及谐振频率之后音量都非常大。同时还具有以下优点:1、因无可动触点部分,因此寿命长、可靠性高,连续使用可达10000小时以上,是半永久性的器件。2、不产生飞弧或者射频噪声,对其他线路无干扰。3、不会因松动而引起大的振动。4、音色纯正,不易被噪声所覆盖。5、电压激励,消耗电流小,
一般在20mA以下,不会超过100mA。6、小型化大音量,音量可达到70分贝/20cm,而元件厚度仅为1mm以下。7、工作温度范围宽。8、便于安装,而且无电磁线圈和动圈,不必担心绝缘恶化,并且无漏电可能。
选择合适谐振频率的压电蜂鸣器,让动圈式电声转换单元和压电蜂鸣器同时工作,可以对动圈电声转换单元的高频响应进行补偿。补偿后的叠加频率响应可以在20kHz上,甚至到40kHz都有很好的表现。由于通到动圈电声转换单元和压电蜂鸣器的电压不同,两者的音频信号分开输入。
参考图1-3所示为电子设备的第一实施例,包括外壳1和电声转换装置,图1-3中只示意性的绘出了外壳1的一部分,在外壳1上设置有声孔100,电声转换装置设置于外壳1的内部并且正对声孔100。其中,动圈式电声转换单元2和压电蜂鸣器3叠放在一起共用声孔100,从内向外依次为动圈式电声转换单元2、压电蜂鸣器3、外壳1。当然在其它的叠放的实施例中,从内向外还可以依次为压电蜂鸣器3、动圈式电声转换单元2、外壳1。
参考图4-6所示为电子设备的第二实施例,包括外壳1和电声转换装置,图1-3中只示意性的绘出了外壳1的一部分,在外壳1上设置有声孔100,电声转换装置设置于外壳1的内部并且正对声孔100。其中,动圈式电声转换单元2和压电蜂鸣器3并排放置在外壳1的内侧并且共用声孔100。
上述实施例中的压电蜂鸣器为圆形。压电蜂鸣器还可以为环形,以便于套设于动圈式电声转换单元的外围,有利于节省装配空间。压电蜂鸣器也可以为矩形,便于和矩形的动圈式电声转换装置进行装配。
本发明的电声转换装置和电子设备同时具有动圈式发声结构和压电式发声结构,由压电片补偿振动系统的高频频率响应,从而实现了一种性能良好的超宽频带的电声转换装置。
虽然已经通过例子对本发明的一些特定实施例进行了详细说明,但是本领域的技术人员应该理解,以上例子仅是为了进行说明,而不是为了
限制本发明的范围。本领域的技术人员应该理解,可在不脱离本发明的范围和精神的情况下,对以上实施例进行修改。本发明的范围由所附权利要求来限定。

- 一种电声转换装置,其特征在于,包括动圈式电声转换单元和压电蜂鸣器。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电声转换装置,其特征在于,所述动圈式电声转换单元和所述压电蜂鸣器叠放或者并排放置。
- 根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的电声转换装置,其特征在于,所述压电蜂鸣器的形状为下列任一:圆形、矩形、环形。
- 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的电声转换装置,其特征在于,所述压电蜂鸣器为环形,所述压电蜂鸣器套设于所述动圈式电声转换单元的外围。
- 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的电声转换装置,其特征在于,所述动圈式电声转换单元为动圈式受话器或动圈式扬声器。
- 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的电声转换装置和收容所述电声转换装置的外壳,所述外壳上设置有声孔,所述电声转换装置与所述声孔相对。
- 根据权利要求6所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述动圈式电声转换单元和所述压电蜂鸣器共用一个声孔。
- 根据权利要求6-7任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述动圈式电声转换单元和所述压电蜂鸣器叠放;从内向外依次为动圈式电声转换单元、压电蜂鸣器、外壳,或者从内向外依次为压电蜂鸣器、动圈式电声转换单元、外壳。
- 根据权利要求6-8任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述动圈式电声转换单元和所述压电蜂鸣器并排设置在外壳的内侧。
- 根据权利要求6-9任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述压电蜂鸣器的形状为下列任一:圆形、矩形、环形。
