Abstract
本发明公开了一种控制方法、控制器及电子设备,所述方法应用于通信终端,所述方法包括:获取五码信息;将所述五码信息写入到所述通信终端的终端部件内,使得所述通信终端中的第一运行系统通过所述五码信息进行数据通信。在本发明中,将五码信息写入到终端部件中,取代现有技术中在通信终端内安装SIM卡的方案,由于五码信息不仅不会被刷机删除,也不会像SIM卡一样被拆卸下来,进而不会在该通信终端被非合法用户持有时通过读卡工具泄露,避免出现安全信息泄露的情况,由此提高信息安全性。

本申请要求于2015年5月21日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510262217.4,发明名称为“一种控制方法、控制器及电子设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及通信技术领域,特别涉及一种控制方法、控制器及电子设备。
随着通信技术的发展,通信的安全性越来越受到用户的关注。
目前,为了增加通信的安全性,可以在通信终端如手机上增加加密通信系统,该加密通信系统与普通通信系统共存,且通常状态下加密通信系统处于后台运行,通信终端在接收到加密通信系统的来电或短信时,可以通过系统切换密码将通信终端切换至加密通信系统的当前运行状态,实现加密通话或短信收发。
但是,这种方案中,存在通信终端的非合法用户如盗窃者或拾到者可能会拆除通信终端上的加密通信卡的情况,由此,即使非合法用户未持有系统切换密码仍然能够获取加密通信卡进而通过读卡工具获取到加密通信卡中的卡信息等安全信息,进而出现安全信息如卡信息或卡通信资料泄密的情况,从而降低信息的安全性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种控制方法、控制器及电子设备,用以解决现有技术中存在终端非合法用户可能会拆除加密通信卡而出现安全信息泄密的情况,降低信息安全性的技术问题。
本发明提供了一种控制方法,应用于通信终端,所述方法包括:
获取五码信息;
将所述五码信息写入到所述通信终端的终端部件内,使得所述通信终端中
的第一运行系统通过所述五码信息进行数据通信。

由上述方案可知,本发明提供的一种控制方法、控制器及电子设备,通过将功能等同于SIM卡的五码信息进行获取之后写入到通信终端的终端部件内,以使得通信终端中的第一运行系统通过五码信息进行数据通信,如与其他终端进行语音通信或短消息通信等。在本发明中,将五码信息写入到终端部件中,取代现有技术中在通信终端内安装SIM卡的方案,由于五码信息不仅不会被刷机删除,也不会像SIM卡一样被拆卸下来,进而不会在该通信终端被非合法用户持有时通过读卡工具泄露,避免出现安全信息泄露的情况,由此提高信息安全性。

参考图1,为本发明提供的一种控制方法实施例一的流程图,其中,所述控制方法应用于通信终端中,所述通信终端可以理解为能够进行语音、短消息通信的手机、pad等终端设备,在所述通信终端中可以设置有至少一个SIM卡,如双卡双待的手机终端,该通信终端通过这些SIM卡进行普通模式下的数据通信。
在本实施例中,所述方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤101:获取五码信息。
其中,所述五码信息可以包括有:ESN(电子序列号Electronic Serial Number的缩写,是MS的身份识别符)、IMSI(IMSI=MCC+MNC+MSIN国际移动用户识别码(唯一标识))、A-KEY(存储在MS中进行鉴权和加密的密钥)、AN(Access Network,接入网)、AAA(身份验证(Authentication)、授权(Authorization)和统计(Accounting),提供网络安全的系统),所述五码信息负责CDMA手机接入网络的鉴权,前三码主要用于语音和短信等CDMA 1X业务的用户认证和业务鉴权,后两码主要用于3G业务鉴权。
需要说明的是,所述五码信息可以由用户预先向通信运营商申请,由通信运营商为用户分配一个五码信息,本实施例中对该五码信息进行获取。
步骤102:将所述五码信息写入到所述通信终端的终端部件内,使得所述通信终端中的第一运行系统通过所述五码信息进行数据通信。
其中,所述通信终端中的终端部件可以理解为所述通信终端中不会因刷机而出现数据丢失的部件,例如,所述通信终端内用于与其他终端进行数据通信
的部件、用于存储固定数据的部件、或者所述通信终端内的数据处理部件等,由此,在本实施例中,将所述五码信息写入到这些终端部件中之后,不会因刷机而被删除。
需要说明的是,所述通信终端可以具有两种运行模式,如前文中所提及的普通模式,和通过所述五码信息进行数据通信的加密模式,也就是说,所述通信终端中可以具有两个运行系统:第一运行系统及第二运行系统,所述第一运行系统即为通过所述五码信息进行加密通信的系统,所述第二运行系统即为通过SIM卡进行普通通信的系统。在本实施例中,通过将所述五码信息写入到所述通信终端的终端部件内,使得所述五码信息不会被轻易删除或泄露,进而所述通信终端可以通过该五码信息进行数据通信。
其中,所述通信终端的两个运行系统是并行共存在,通常情况下,用户在使用所述通信终端时,所述第一运行系统即加密模式下的系统是处于后台运行的,用户在所述通信终端上的第二运行系统上进行各种日常操作,而在所述通信终端通过所述五码信息接收到来电或者短消息时,所述通信终端会在所述第二运行系统的界面或托盘上提示用户是否切换到加密模式的信息,用户在输入加密切换密码之后,所述通信终端切换其当前系统为第二运行系统,进入加密通信模式。
由上述方案可知,本发明提供的一种控制方法实施例一,通过将功能等同于SIM卡的五码信息进行获取之后写入到通信终端的终端部件内,以使得通信终端中的第一运行系统通过五码信息进行数据通信,如与其他终端进行语音通信或短消息通信等。在本实施例中,将五码信息写入到终端部件中,取代现有技术中在通信终端内安装SIM卡的方案,由于五码信息不仅不会被刷机删除,也不会像SIM卡一样被拆卸下来,进而不会在该通信终端被非合法用户持有时通过读卡工具泄露,避免出现安全信息泄露的情况,由此提高信息安全性。

也就是说,所述五码信息所写入的终端部件可以为所述通信终端的modem,如调制解调器等通信模块,进而所述五码信息在被写入之后不会因刷机被删除。
具体的,本实施例中可以在获取到通信运营商所分配的五码信息之后,通过通信运营商的写码工具将所述五码信息写入到所述通信终端的modem中,或者,通过所述通信终端厂家的写码工具将所述五码信息写入到所述modem中。
另外,能够写入所述五码信息的终端部件也可以为:所述通信终端内用于存储固定数据的部件或者所述通信终端内的数据处理部件等,以保证所述五码信息在被写入之后不会因刷机而丢失或删除。
参考图3,为本发明提供的一种控制方法实施例三的流程图,其中,在所述步骤102之后,所述方法还可以包括有以下步骤:
步骤103:设置与所述五码信息相匹配的控制码信息。
其中,所述控制码信息可以理解为SIM卡的码信息或其他五码信息等,以使得区别于所述通信终端的其他终端可以通过所述控制码信息进行数据通信,尤其是,这些终端可以通过所述控制码信息与所述通信终端进行数据通信。也就是说,所述五码信息具有一个绑定的控制码信息,以使得对于所述五码信息来讲,所述控制码信息为特殊情况下的合法通信对象。
相应的,参考图4,为本发明提供的一种控制方法实施例四的流程图,其中,在所述步骤103之后,所述方法还可以包括以下步骤:
步骤104:接收第一控制信息。
其中,所述第一控制信息与所述控制码信息相对应。也就是说,所述第一控制信息是由通过所述控制码信息进行数据通信的终端所发送的信息。例如,在本实施例中的通信终端被非合法用户持有之后,或者所述通信终端无法被合法用户持有,即所述通信终端处于丢失状态下时,所述通信终端可以利用所述五码信息接收通过所述控制码信息进行数据通信的终端所发送的信息,即所述第一控制信息。
步骤105:解析所述第一控制信息,得到第一控制指令。
具体的,参考图5,为本实施例中所述步骤105的实现流程图,其中,所述步骤105可以通过以下步骤实现:
步骤151:将所述第一控制信息中的字符与预设的指令字符列表中的控制字符进行一一匹配。
其中,所述指令字符列表中可以包括有多个控制字符,每个控制字符对应有一个控制指令,例如:字符“终端追踪”及字符“销毁五码”,分别对应:通信终端追踪指令及销毁五码信息指令。在本实施例中,将所述第一控制信息中的字符与所述指令字符列表中的各个控制字符进行一一匹配,以查找与所述第一控制信息中的字符相匹配的控制字符。
步骤152:将与所述第一控制信息中的字符相匹配的控制字符对应的指令确定为第一控制指令。
步骤106:对所述通信终端执行所述第一控制指令。
具体的,所述第一控制指令可以为对所述通信终端进行追踪的指令,参考图6,为本实施例中所述步骤106的实现流程图,其中,所述步骤106可以通过以下步骤实现:
步骤161:控制所述通信终端每隔预设时间长获取其当前的位置信息。
其中,所述位置信息可以理解为所述通信终端通过其GPS全球定位系统所获取到的坐标信息,而所述预设时间长可以有用户预先进行设置,如10分钟或半小时等。
步骤162:将所述位置信息进行发送。
具体的,本实施例中可以将所述位置信息以预设的网络地址进行发送,所述网络地址可以为通信网络中的服务器地址,或者云地址等。也就是说,可以将所述位置信息发送至通信网络中的服务器或云,以保存所述通信终端的实时位置或行进路线等,用户可以通过登录所述服务器或云端来查看所述通信终端的实时位置或行进路线。例如,在本实施例中的通信终端处于丢失状态时,用户可以通过其他的终端,即通过与所述五码信息相绑定的控制码信息进行数据通信的终端,通过所述五码信息向所述通信终端发送第一控制信息,所述通信终端通过对所述第一控制信息进行解析得到第一控制指令,进而对所述通信终端进行位置追踪,以确定所述通信终端的当前位置。
另外,所述第一控制指令也可以为删除五码信息的指令、销毁所有数据资料及锁定所述通信终端的指令等,以控制所述通信终端删除所述五码信息、销毁所有数据资料并锁定所述通信终端。
为了保证在所述通信终端处于丢失状态下其内部的五码信息及数据资料等的安全性,参考图7,为本发明提供的一种控制方法实施例五的流程图,其中,在所述步骤106之后,所述方法还可以包括以下步骤:
步骤107:接收第二控制信息。
其中,所述第二控制信息与所述控制码信息相对应。也就是说,所述第二控制信息是由通过所述控制码信息进行数据通信的终端所发送的信息。例如,在本实施例中的通信终端被非合法用户持有之后,或者所述通信终端无法被合法用户持有,即所述通信终端处于丢失状态下时,所述通信终端可以利用所述五码信息接收通过所述控制码信息进行数据通信的终端所发送的信息,即所述第二控制信息。
步骤108:解析所述第二控制信息,得到第二控制指令。
具体的,本实施例中可以通过以下方式来得到所述第二控制指令:
将所述第二控制信息中的字符与预设的指令字符列表中的控制字符进行
一一匹配,进而将与所述第二控制信息中的字符相匹配的控制字符对应的指令确定为第二控制指令。
其中,所述指令字符列表中可以包括有多个控制字符,每个控制字符对应有一个控制指令,例如:字符“终端追踪”及字符“销毁五码”,分别对应:通信终端追踪指令及销毁五码信息指令。在本实施例中,将所述第二控制信息中的字符与所述指令字符列表中的各个控制字符进行一一匹配,以查找与所述第二控制信息中的字符相匹配的控制字符。
步骤109:对所述通信终端执行所述第二控制指令。
具体的,所述第二控制指令包括:第一控制子指令、第二控制子指令及第三控制子指令中的任一子指令或任意子指令组合;
其中,所述第一控制子指令,用于控制所述通信终端删除所述五码信息;
所述第二控制子指令,用于控制所述通信终端销毁其内的所有数据资料;
所述第三控制子指令,用于控制所述通信终端处于系统锁定状态。
也就是说,在本实施例中,在无法追踪到所述通信终端的当前位置或者不需要再进行追踪时,为了保护所述通信终端上的数据安全性,用户可以通过与所述五码信息相绑定的控制码信息进行数据通信的终端,通过所述五码信息向所述通信终端发送第二控制信息,所述通信终端通过对所述第二控制信息进行解析得到第二控制指令,进而对所述通信终端中五码信息进行删除、销毁所述通信终端上用户的所有数据资料及控锁定所述通信终端的系统,使得所述通信终端无法正常开启,以保护所述通信终端的安全性。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,用户可以在所述通信终端上预先设置是否需要进行如上述所述的安全保护功能,如设置所述通信终端是否对所述第一控制信息及所述第二控制信息进行接收并解析,进而对所述通信终端的通信安全性保护。

述控制器设置于通信终端中,所述通信终端可以理解为能够进行语音、短消息通信的手机、pad等终端设备,在所述通信终端中可以设置有至少一个SIM卡,如双卡双待的手机终端,该通信终端通过这些SIM卡进行普通模式下的数据通信。
在本实施例中,所述控制器可以包括以下结构:
五码获取单元801,用于获取五码信息。
其中,所述五码信息可以包括有:ESN(电子序列号Electronic Serial Number的缩写,是MS的身份识别符)、IMSI(IMSI=MCC+MNC+MSIN国际移动用户识别码(唯一标识))、A-KEY(存储在MS中进行鉴权和加密的密钥)、AN(Access Network,接入网)、AAA(身份验证(Authentication)、授权(Authorization)和统计(Accounting),提供网络安全的系统),所述五码信息负责CDMA手机接入网络的鉴权,前三码主要用于语音和短信等CDMA 1X业务的用户认证和业务鉴权,后两码主要用于3G业务鉴权。
需要说明的是,所述五码信息可以由用户预先向通信运营商申请,由通信运营商为用户分配一个五码信息,本实施例中对该五码信息进行获取。
五码写入单元802,用于将所述五码信息写入到所述通信终端的终端部件内,使得所述通信终端中的第一运行系统通过所述五码信息进行数据通信。
其中,所述通信终端中的终端部件可以理解为所述通信终端中不会因刷机而出现数据丢失的部件,例如,所述通信终端内用于与其他终端进行数据通信的部件、用于存储固定数据的部件、或者所述通信终端内的数据处理部件等,由此,在本实施例中,将所述五码信息写入到这些终端部件中之后,不会因刷机而被删除。
需要说明的是,所述通信终端可以具有两种运行模式,如前文中所提及的普通模式,和通过所述五码信息进行数据通信的加密模式,也就是说,所述通信终端中可以具有两个运行系统:第一运行系统及第二运行系统,所述第一运行系统即为通过所述五码信息进行加密通信的系统,所述第二运行系统即为通过SIM卡进行普通通信的系统。在本实施例中,通过将所述五码信息写入到
所述通信终端的终端部件内,使得所述五码信息不会被轻易删除或泄露,进而所述通信终端可以通过该五码信息进行数据通信。
其中,所述通信终端的两个运行系统是并行共存在,通常情况下,用户在使用所述通信终端时,所述第一运行系统即加密模式下的系统是处于后台运行的,用户在所述通信终端上的第二运行系统上进行各种日常操作,而在所述通信终端通过所述五码信息接收到来电或者短消息时,所述通信终端会在所述第二运行系统的界面或托盘上提示用户是否切换到加密模式的信息,用户在输入加密切换密码之后,所述通信终端切换其当前系统为第二运行系统,进入加密通信模式。
由上述方案可知,本发明提供的一种控制器实施例六,通过将功能等同于SIM卡的五码信息进行获取之后写入到通信终端的终端部件内,以使得通信终端中的第一运行系统通过五码信息进行数据通信,如与其他终端进行语音通信或短消息通信等。在本实施例中,将五码信息写入到终端部件中,取代现有技术中在通信终端内安装SIM卡的方案,由于五码信息不仅不会被刷机删除,也不会像SIM卡一样被拆卸下来,进而不会在该通信终端被非合法用户持有时通过读卡工具泄露,避免出现安全信息泄露的情况,由此提高信息安全性。
在具体实现中,所述终端部件可以为:所述通信终端内用于与其他终端进行数据通信的部件。相应的,参考图9,为本发明提供的一种控制器实施例七的结构示意图,其中,所述五码写入单元802可以通过以下结构实现:
模块写入子单元821,用于将所述五码信息写入到所述通信终端的通信模块中,以使得所述通信终端中的第一运行系统通过所述五码信息进行数据通信。
也就是说,所述五码信息所写入的终端部件可以为所述通信终端的modem,如调制解调器等通信模块,进而所述五码信息在被写入之后不会因刷机被删除。
具体的,本实施例中可以在获取到通信运营商所分配的五码信息之后,通
过通信运营商的写码工具将所述五码信息写入到所述通信终端的modem中,或者,通过所述通信终端厂家的写码工具将所述五码信息写入到所述modem中。
另外,能够写入所述五码信息的终端部件也可以为:所述通信终端内用于存储固定数据的部件或者所述通信终端内的数据处理部件等,以保证所述五码信息在被写入之后不会因刷机而丢失或删除。
参考图10,为本发明提供的一种控制器实施例八的结构示意图,其中,所述控制器还可以包括以下结构:
控制码设置单元803,用于设置与所述五码信息相匹配的控制码信息,其中,区别于所述通信终端的其他终端通过所述控制码信息进行数据通信。
其中,所述控制码信息可以理解为SIM卡的码信息或其他五码信息等,以使得区别于所述通信终端的其他终端可以通过所述控制码信息进行数据通信,尤其是,这些终端可以通过所述控制码信息与所述通信终端进行数据通信。也就是说,所述五码信息具有一个绑定的控制码信息,以使得对于所述五码信息来讲,所述控制码信息为特殊情况下的合法通信对象。
相应的,参考图11,为本发明提供的一种控制器实施例九的结构示意图,其中,所述控制器还可以包括以下结构:
第一接收单元804,用于接收第一控制信息。
其中,所述第一控制信息与所述控制码信息相对应。也就是说,所述第一控制信息是由通过所述控制码信息进行数据通信的终端所发送的信息。例如,在本实施例中的通信终端被非合法用户持有之后,或者所述通信终端无法被合法用户持有,即所述通信终端处于丢失状态下时,所述通信终端可以利用所述五码信息接收通过所述控制码信息进行数据通信的终端所发送的信息,即所述第一控制信息。
第一解析单元805,用于解析所述第一控制信息,得到第一控制指令。
具体的,参考图12,为本实施例中所述第一解析单元805的结构示意图,其中,所述第一解析单元805可以通过以下结构实现:
字符匹配子单元851,用于将所述第一控制信息中的字符与预设的指令字符列表中的控制字符进行一一匹配。
其中,所述指令字符列表中可以包括有多个控制字符,每个控制字符对应有一个控制指令,例如:字符“终端追踪”及字符“销毁五码”,分别对应:通信终端追踪指令及销毁五码信息指令。在本实施例中,将所述第一控制信息中的字符与所述指令字符列表中的各个控制字符进行一一匹配,以查找与所述第一控制信息中的字符相匹配的控制字符。
指令确定子单元852,用于将与所述第一控制信息中的字符相匹配的控制字符对应的指令确定为第一控制指令。
第一执行单元806,用于对所述通信终端执行所述第一控制指令。
具体的,参考图13,为本实施例中所述第一执行单元806的结构示意图,其中,所述第一执行单元806可以通过以下结构实现:
位置获取子单元861,用于控制所述通信终端每隔预设时间长获取其当前的位置信息。
其中,所述位置信息可以理解为所述通信终端通过其GPS全球定位系统所获取到的坐标信息,而所述预设时间长可以有用户预先进行设置,如10分钟或半小时等。
信息发送子单元862,用于将所述位置信息进行发送。
具体的,本实施例中可以将所述位置信息以预设的网络地址进行发送,所述网络地址可以为通信网络中的服务器地址,或者云地址等。也就是说,可以将所述位置信息发送至通信网络中的服务器或云,以保存所述通信终端的实时位置或行进路线等,用户可以通过登录所述服务器或云端来查看所述通信终端的实时位置或行进路线。例如,在本实施例中的通信终端处于丢失状态时,用
户可以通过其他的终端,即通过与所述五码信息相绑定的控制码信息进行数据通信的终端,通过所述五码信息向所述通信终端发送第一控制信息,所述通信终端通过对所述第一控制信息进行解析得到第一控制指令,进而对所述通信终端进行位置追踪,以确定所述通信终端的当前位置。
另外,所述第一控制指令也可以为删除五码信息的指令、销毁所有数据资料及锁定所述通信终端的指令等,以控制所述通信终端删除所述五码信息、销毁所有数据资料并锁定所述通信终端。
为了保证在所述通信终端处于丢失状态下其内部的五码信息及数据资料等的安全性,参考图14,为本发明提供的一种控制器实施例十的结构示意图,其中,所述控制器还可以包括以下结构:
第二接收单元807,用于接收第二控制信息。
其中,所述第二控制信息与所述控制码信息相对应。也就是说,所述第二控制信息是由通过所述控制码信息进行数据通信的终端所发送的信息。例如,在本实施例中的通信终端被非合法用户持有之后,或者所述通信终端无法被合法用户持有,即所述通信终端处于丢失状态下时,所述通信终端可以利用所述五码信息接收通过所述控制码信息进行数据通信的终端所发送的信息,即所述第二控制信息。
第二解析单元808,用于解析所述第二控制信息,得到第二控制指令。
具体的,本实施例中可以通过以下方式来得到所述第二控制指令:
将所述第二控制信息中的字符与预设的指令字符列表中的控制字符进行一一匹配,进而将与所述第二控制信息中的字符相匹配的控制字符对应的指令确定为第二控制指令。
其中,所述指令字符列表中可以包括有多个控制字符,每个控制字符对应有一个控制指令,例如:字符“终端追踪”及字符“销毁五码”,分别对应:通信终端追踪指令及销毁五码信息指令。在本实施例中,将所述第二控制信息中的字符与所述指令字符列表中的各个控制字符进行一一匹配,以查找与所述
第二控制信息中的字符相匹配的控制字符。
第二执行单元809,用于对所述通信终端执行所述第二控制指令。
具体的,所述第二控制指令包括:第一控制子指令、第二控制子指令及第三控制子指令中的任一子指令或任意子指令组合;
其中,所述第一控制子指令,用于控制所述通信终端删除所述五码信息;
所述第二控制子指令,用于控制所述通信终端销毁其内的所有数据资料;
所述第三控制子指令,用于控制所述通信终端处于系统锁定状态。
也就是说,在本实施例中,在无法追踪到所述通信终端的当前位置或者不需要再进行追踪时,为了保护所述通信终端上的数据安全性,用户可以通过与所述五码信息相绑定的控制码信息进行数据通信的终端,通过所述五码信息向所述通信终端发送第二控制信息,所述通信终端通过对所述第二控制信息进行解析得到第二控制指令,进而对所述通信终端中五码信息进行删除、销毁所述通信终端上用户的所有数据资料及控锁定所述通信终端的系统,使得所述通信终端无法正常开启,以保护所述通信终端的安全性。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,用户可以在所述通信终端上预先设置是否需要进行如上述所述的安全保护功能,如设置所述通信终端是否对所述第一控制信息及所述第二控制信息进行接收并解析,进而对所述通信终端的通信安全性保护。
参考图15,为本发明提供的一种电子设备实施例十一的结构示意图,其中,所述电子设备可以包括以下结构:
通信终端1501及控制器1502。
其中,所述控制器1502,用于获取五码信息,将所述五码信息写入到所述通信终端1501的终端部件内,使得所述通信终端1501中的第一运行系统通过所述五码信息进行数据通信。
在具体实现中,所述控制器1502的结构可以参考前文中相应控制器实施
例内容,此处不再详述。
参考图16为本发明提供的一种电子设备实施例十二的结构示意图。其中,所述电子设备可以包括:至少一个收发装置503,至少一个处理器501,例如CPU,存储器504和至少一个通信总线502。
其中,上述通信总线502用于连接上述收发装置503、处理器501和存储器504。
上述存储器504可以是高速RAM存储器,也可为非不稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如磁盘存储器。上述存储器504还用于存储一组程序代码,上述收发装置503和处理器501用于调用存储器504中存储的程序代码,执行如下操作:
所述处理器501,用于获取五码信息,将所述五码信息写入到所述通信终端的终端部件内,使得所述通信终端中的第一运行系统通过所述五码信息进行数据通信。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述处理器501具体用于:
将所述五码信息写入到所述通信终端的通信模块中。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述处理器501还用于:
设置与所述五码信息相匹配的控制码信息,其中,区别于所述通信终端的其他终端通过所述控制码信息进行数据通信。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述收发装置503,用于接收第一控制信息,所述第一控制信息与所述控制码信息相对应;
所述处理器501,还用于解析所述第一控制信息,得到第一控制指令,对所述通信终端执行所述第一控制指令。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述处理器501具体用于:
将所述第一控制信息中的字符与预设的指令字符列表中的控制字符进行一一匹配;
将与所述第一控制信息中的字符相匹配的控制字符对应的指令确定为第
一控制指令。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述处理器501具体用于:
控制所述通信终端每隔预设时间长获取其当前的位置信息,将所述位置信息进行发送。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述收发装置503,用于接收第二控制信息,所述第二控制信息与所述控制码信息相对应;
所述处理器501,还用于解析所述第二控制信息,得到第二控制指令,对所述通信终端执行所述第二控制指令。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述第二控制指令包括:第一控制子指令、第二控制子指令及第三控制子指令中的任一子指令或任意子指令组合;
其中,所述第一控制子指令,用于控制所述通信终端删除所述五码信息;
所述第二控制子指令,用于控制所述通信终端销毁其内的所有数据资料;
所述第三控制子指令,用于控制所述通信终端处于系统锁定状态。

Claims (24)
- 一种控制方法,其特征在于,应用于通信终端,所述方法包括:获取五码信息;将所述五码信息写入到所述通信终端的终端部件内,使得所述通信终端中的第一运行系统通过所述五码信息进行数据通信。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述五码信息写入到所述通信终端的终端部件内,包括:将所述五码信息写入到所述通信终端的通信模块中。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:设置与所述五码信息相匹配的控制码信息,其中,区别于所述通信终端的其他终端通过所述控制码信息进行数据通信。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:接收第一控制信息,所述第一控制信息与所述控制码信息相对应;解析所述第一控制信息,得到第一控制指令;对所述通信终端执行所述第一控制指令。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述解析所述第一控制信息,得到第一控制指令,包括:将所述第一控制信息中的字符与预设的指令字符列表中的控制字符进行一一匹配;将与所述第一控制信息中的字符相匹配的控制字符对应的指令确定为第一控制指令。
- 根据权利要求4或5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对所述通信终端执行所述第一控制指令,包括:控制所述通信终端每隔预设时间长获取其当前的位置信息;将所述位置信息进行发送。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:接收第二控制信息,所述第二控制信息与所述控制码信息相对应;解析所述第二控制信息,得到第二控制指令;对所述通信终端执行所述第二控制指令。
- 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二控制指令包括:第一控制子指令、第二控制子指令及第三控制子指令中的任一子指令或任意子指令组合;其中,所述第一控制子指令,用于控制所述通信终端删除所述五码信息;所述第二控制子指令,用于控制所述通信终端销毁其内的所有数据资料;所述第三控制子指令,用于控制所述通信终端处于系统锁定状态。
- 一种控制器,其特征在于,设置于通信终端,所述控制器包括:五码获取单元,用于获取五码信息;五码写入单元,用于将所述五码信息写入到所述通信终端的终端部件内,使得所述通信终端中的第一运行系统通过所述五码信息进行数据通信。
- 根据权利要求9所述的控制器,其特征在于,所述五码写入单元包括:模块写入子单元,用于将所述五码信息写入到所述通信终端的通信模块中。
- 根据权利要求9所述的控制器,其特征在于,所述控制器还包括:控制码设置单元,用于设置与所述五码信息相匹配的控制码信息,其中,区别于所述通信终端的其他终端通过所述控制码信息进行数据通信。
- 根据权利要求11所述的控制器,其特征在于,所述控制还包括:第一接收单元,用于接收第一控制信息,所述第一控制信息与所述控制码 信息相对应;第一解析单元,用于解析所述第一控制信息,得到第一控制指令;第一执行单元,用于对所述通信终端执行所述第一控制指令。
- 根据权利要求12所述的控制器,其特征在于,所述第一解析单元包括:字符匹配子单元,用于将所述第一控制信息中的字符与预设的指令字符列表中的控制字符进行一一匹配;指令确定子单元,用于将与所述第一控制信息中的字符相匹配的控制字符对应的指令确定为第一控制指令。
- 根据权利要求12或13所述的控制器,其特征在于,所述第一执行单元包括:位置获取子单元,用于控制所述通信终端每隔预设时间长获取其当前的位置信息;信息发送子单元,用于将所述位置信息进行发送。
- 根据权利要求11所述的控制器,其特征在于,所述控制器还包括:第二接收单元,用于接收第二控制信息,所述第二控制信息与所述控制码信息相对应;第二解析单元,用于解析所述第二控制信息,得到第二控制指令;第二执行单元,用于对所述通信终端执行所述第二控制指令。
- 根据权利要求15所述的控制器,其特征在于,所述第二控制指令包括:第一控制子指令、第二控制子指令及第三控制子指令中的任一子指令或任意子指令组合;其中,所述第一控制子指令,用于控制所述通信终端删除所述五码信息;所述第二控制子指令,用于控制所述通信终端销毁其内的所有数据资料;所述第三控制子指令,用于控制所述通信终端处于系统锁定状态。
- 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括通信总线、收发装置、存储器以及处理器,其中:所述通信总线,用于实现所述收发装置、所述存储器以及所述处理器之间的连接通信;所述存储器中存储一组程序代码,且所述处理器调用存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:所述处理器,用于获取五码信息,将所述五码信息写入到所述通信终端的终端部件内,使得所述通信终端中的第一运行系统通过所述五码信息进行数据通信。
- 根据权利要求17所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述处理器具体用于:将所述五码信息写入到所述通信终端的通信模块中。
- 根据权利要求17所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于:设置与所述五码信息相匹配的控制码信息,其中,区别于所述通信终端的其他终端通过所述控制码信息进行数据通信。
- 根据权利要求19所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述收发装置,用于接收第一控制信息,所述第一控制信息与所述控制码信息相对应;所述处理器,还用于解析所述第一控制信息,得到第一控制指令,对所述通信终端执行所述第一控制指令。
- 根据权利要求20所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述处理器具体用于:将所述第一控制信息中的字符与预设的指令字符列表中的控制字符进行一一匹配;将与所述第一控制信息中的字符相匹配的控制字符对应的指令确定为第 一控制指令。
- 根据权利要求20或21所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述处理器具体用于:控制所述通信终端每隔预设时间长获取其当前的位置信息,将所述位置信息进行发送。
- 根据权利要求19所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述收发装置,用于接收第二控制信息,所述第二控制信息与所述控制码信息相对应;所述处理器,还用于解析所述第二控制信息,得到第二控制指令,对所述通信终端执行所述第二控制指令。
- 根据权利要求23所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述第二控制指令包括:第一控制子指令、第二控制子指令及第三控制子指令中的任一子指令或任意子指令组合;其中,所述第一控制子指令,用于控制所述通信终端删除所述五码信息;所述第二控制子指令,用于控制所述通信终端销毁其内的所有数据资料;所述第三控制子指令,用于控制所述通信终端处于系统锁定状态。
