本发明涉及数据处理领域,特别是涉及一种域名转移方法和装置。
域名注册局属于世界顶级域名的运营与管理机构,基本上每个顶级域名例如“.com”或“.cn”都有独立的域名注册局进行管理。域名注册商属于一种商业实体或组织,它们可以由互联网名称与数字地址分配机构(The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers,ICANN)或者一个国家性顶级域名的域名注册局委派,可以在指定的域名注册数据库中管理互联网域名,并向用户提供此类服务,并可以提供DNS解析、域名变更过户、域名续费等相关功能。
用户在域名注册商A注册了一个域名,之后若该用户想将该域名交由域名注册商B管理,以获取域名注册商B的服务的话,该用户需要对该域名进行域名转移操作,所述域名转移可以理解为,将该域名从域名注册商A转移到域名注册商B。用户可以向域名注册商A提出域名移出,从域名注册商A获取对应该域名的转移密码,再向域名注册商B提出包括该域名以及所述转移密码的域名移入请求,当对应该域名的域名注册局确定后,完成该域名从域名注册商A到域名注册商B的域名转移。
然而在域名转移过程中,域名注册商B无法获知转入的该域名的联系人信息,那么在域名转移完成后,会造成该域名的联系人信息丢失。域名注册商B只有该域名的域名信息,没有该域名的联系人信息。目前只能通过后续由该域名的所有者比如该用户手动补全的方式为域名注册商B重新填写联系人信息。由于域名转移导致域名的联系人信息丢失的问题为用户带来不便,降低了用户体验。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了域名转移方法和装置,域名转入的域名注册商在向域名注册局进行域名转移申请之前,使用域名查询协议获
取所述域名的联系人信息,不会出现域名转移成功后域名的联系人信息丢失的问题,提高了用户体验。

一种域名转移方法,所述方法包括:
域名注册商获取用户发送的域名转入请求,所述域名转入请求包括待转移的域名以及对应所述域名的转移密码;

通过域名转移操作,可以将一个域名从一个域名注册商转移到另一个域名注册商处,达到更换管理该域名的域名注册商的效果。然而现有技术中,域名转移操作只能转移域名,不能转移该域名的联系人信息,该域名转移到新的域名注册商后联系人信息丢失,导致新的域名注册商没有该域名的联系人信息。用户或第三方通过查询机制也无法查到,可能会为持有该域名的用户带来不好的影响。目前只能通过用户等手动补全的方式为新的域名注册商重新填写联系人信息,为用户带来不便,用户体验不高。
为此,本发明实施例提供了一种域名转移方法和装置。在成功转入域名之前,或者说域名转入的域名注册商在向域名注册局进行域名转移申请之前,所述域名注册商使用域名查询协议获取所述域名的联系人信息,所述域名注册商保存所述联系人信息并建立其与所述域名的对应关系。当所述域名转入成功后,所述域名注册商已经具有了所述域名的联系人信息,不再需要用户手动填写,提高了用户体验。
当域名成功转入后,若所述域名注册商获取针对所述域名的查询请求,可以根据所述域名以及所述对应关系获取所述联系人信息,不再会出现如现有技术中由于联系人信息丢失为用户带来不便的情况。
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一
图1为本发明实施例提供的一种域名转移方法的方法流程图,所述方法包括:
S101:域名注册商获取用户发送的域名转入请求,所述域名转入请求包括待转移的域名以及对应所述域名的转移密码。
需要说明的是,本发明不限定所述域名的具体后缀,优选的,在本发明实施例中,所述域名的后缀可以具体为:“.com”、“.net”、“.tv”或者“.cc”等。具有这类后缀的域名所对应的域名注册局并不会存储所述域名的联系人信息,所述联系人信息是由域名注册商保存的。
举例说明,当所述用户不希望所述域名继续由原域名注册商提供服务时,可以进行域名转移。所述域名转移可以理解为包括将所述域名从所述域名转入成功前所属的域名注册商即原域名注册商转出,以及将所述域名转入到所述用户希望的域名注册商即本发明实施例中的所述域名注册商的两个部分。对于所述转出部分,所述用户可以对原域名注册商提出域名转出请求,原域名注册商可以为所述域名提供一个用于域名转移的转移密码。也就是说,所述域名注册商获取的所述转移密码为所述域名转入成功前所属的域名注册商提供的。所述转移密码可以用于后续的域名转入环节,具体操作将在图2所对应实施例中进行详细说明。
当所述域名注册商获取所述域名转入请求时,可以确定所述用户希望将所述域名转入。
S102:所述域名注册商使用域名查询协议获取所述域名的联系人信息。
本发明实施例中的所述联系人信息可以具体包括所有者信息(Registrant)、管理联系人信息(Admin)、技术联系人信息(Tech)和付费联系人信息(Bill)中任意一个或多个的组合。
需要注意的是,在使用域名查询协议查询所述域名的联系人信息时,所查询到的联系人信息由所述域名当前所属域名注册商保存,即在成功完成域名转入之前,所述联系人信息由原域名注册商即所述域名转入成功前所属的域名注册商保存,在成功完成域名转入后,所述联系人信息由所述域名注册商保存。
所以,本发明实施例为了确保在域名转移中,所述域名的联系人信息不会在转入到新的域名注册商后丢失,需要在成功完成域名转入之前,即所述域名通过域名注册局正式转移到所述域名注册商之前,通过域名查询协议预先获取所述域名的联系人信息。本发明不限定所述域名查询协议的具体种类,所述域名查询协议可以为常用的“who is”协议。
可选的,本发明实施例提供了一种具体的获取所述联系人信息的方式,即从所述域名转入成功前所属的域名注册商获取所述联系人信息。具体包括:
所述域名注册商使用域名查询协议,从所述域名转入成功前所属的域名注册商获取所述域名转入成功前所属的域名注册商所保存的所述域名的联系人信息。
S103:所述域名注册商保存所述联系人信息并建立所述联系人信息与所述域名的对应关系。
也就是说,通过S102的查询,所述域名注册商在所述域名成功转入之前,就获取了所述域名的所述联系人信息。通过保存所述联系人信息和关联所述域名建立所述对应关系,由此保证了所述域名在域名转移后,转入的域名注册商保存了所述域名的联系人信息,不再需要用户手动输入。
S104:所述域名注册商根据所述域名和所述转移密码向所述域名对应的域名注册局进行域名转移申请。
举例说明,在保存了即将转入的所述域名的联系人信息之后,所述域名注册商可以使用S101获取的所述域名以及所述转移密码向所述域名注册局发起域名转移申请。所述域名注册局是与所述域名对应的,例如所述域名的后缀为“.cn”,则所述域名注册局为“.cn”的域名注册局。通过所述域名转移申请,以便最终完成所述域名的转入。
为了完成所述域名的转入,可选的,在所述域名注册商根据所述域名和所述转移密码向所述域名对应的域名注册局进行域名转移申请之后,还包括:
所述域名注册商获取所述域名注册局的标识转移成功的申请结果,将所述域名成功转入。
举例说明,所述域名转移申请中携带的所述转移密码可以起到验证是否为合法操作的作用。当所述域名注册局接收到所述域名转移申请后,将验证
携带的所述转移密码是否合法,例如可以使用比对所述域名转移申请中的转移密码是否与所述域名将要转出的原域名注册商提供的转移密码相同等判断合法的方式。
当所述域名成功转入后,由于所述域名注册商已经保存了所述域名的联系人信息,故当用户或第三方对所述域名进行查询时,可以根据所述域名查询到所述域名的联系人信息,而不会再像现有技术中,在用户没有在所述域名注册商手动重新填写联系人信息之前,查询所述域名均无法得到所述域名的联系人信息或者联系人信息显示为空白的情况。
可选的,在图1的基础上,图2为本发明实施例提供的一种域名查询方法的方法流程图,所述域名注册商将所述域名成功转入后,如图2所示,包括:
S201:所述域名注册商获取查询所述域名的查询请求。
举例说明,所述查询请求可以由用户发出,也可以由第三方发出,本发明对此不限定。所述查询请求可以是根据域名查询协议生成的。
S202:所述域名注册商根据所述域名与所述对应关系查找到并展示所述联系人信息。
可见,当域名成功转入后,若所述域名注册商获取针对所述域名的查询请求,可以根据所述域名以及所述对应关系获取所述联系人信息,不再会出现如现有技术中由于联系人信息丢失为用户带来不便的情况。
通过上述实施例可以看出,在成功转入域名之前,或者说域名转入的域名注册商在向域名注册局进行域名转移申请之前,所述域名注册商使用域名查询协议获取所述域名的联系人信息,所述域名注册商保存所述联系人信息并建立其与所述域名的对应关系。当所述域名转入成功后,所述域名注册商已经具有了所述域名的联系人信息,不再需要用户手动填写,提高了用户体验。
实施例二
图3为本发明实施例提供的一种域名转移装置的装置结构图,包括:
第一获取单元301,用于获取用户发送的域名转入请求,所述域名转入请
求包括待转移的域名以及对应所述域名的转移密码。
举例说明,当所述用户不希望所述域名继续由原域名注册商提供服务时,可以进行域名转移。所述域名转移可以理解为包括将所述域名从所述域名转入成功前所属的域名注册商即原域名注册商转出,以及将所述域名转入到所述用户希望的域名注册商即本发明实施例中的所述域名注册商的两个部分。对于所述转出部分,所述用户可以对原域名注册商提出域名转出请求,原域名注册商可以为所述域名提供一个用于域名转移的转移密码。也就是说,所述第一获取单元301获取的所述转移密码为所述域名转入成功前所属的域名注册商提供的。
当所述第一获取单元301获取所述域名转入请求时,可以确定所述用户希望将所述域名转入。
第二获取单元302,用于使用域名查询协议获取所述域名的联系人信息。
需要注意的是,在使用域名查询协议查询所述域名的联系人信息时,所查询到的联系人信息由所述域名当前所属域名注册商保存,即在成功完成域名转入之前,所述联系人信息由原域名注册商即所述域名转入成功前所属的域名注册商保存,在成功完成域名转入后,所述联系人信息由所述域名注册商保存。
所以,本发明实施例为了确保在域名转移中,所述域名的联系人信息不会在转入到新的域名注册商后丢失,需要在成功完成域名转入之前,即所述域名通过域名注册局正式转移到所述域名注册商之前,所述第二获取单元302通过域名查询协议预先获取所述域名的联系人信息。本发明不限定所述域名查询协议的具体种类,所述域名查询协议可以为常用的“who is”协议。
可选的,本发明实施例提供了一种第二获取单元302具体获取所述联系人信息的方式:
所述第二获取单元302具体用于使用域名查询协议,从所述域名转入成功前所属的域名注册商获取所述域名转入成功前所属的域名注册商所保存的所述域名的联系人信息。
保存单元303,用于保存所述联系人信息并建立所述联系人信息与所述域名的对应关系。
也就是说,通过第二获取单元302的查询,在所述域名成功转入之前,就获取了所述域名的所述联系人信息。通过保存所述联系人信息和关联所述域名建立所述对应关系,由此保证了所述域名在域名转移后,转入的域名注册商的所述保存单元303保存了所述域名的联系人信息,不再需要用户手动输入。
申请单元304,用于根据所述域名和所述转移密码向所述域名对应的域名注册局进行域名转移申请。
举例说明,在保存了即将转入的所述域名的联系人信息之后,所述申请单元304可以使用所述第一获取单元301获取的所述域名以及所述转移密码向所述域名注册局发起域名转移申请。所述域名注册局是与所述域名对应的,例如所述域名的后缀为“.cn”,则所述域名注册局为“.cn”的域名注册局。通过所述域名转移申请,以便最终完成所述域名的转入。
为了完成所述域名的转入,可选的,在图3所对应实施例的基础上,图4为本发明实施例提供的一种域名转移装置的装置结构图,包括:
第三获取单元401,用于在触发所述申请单元304之后,获取所述域名注册局的标识转移成功的申请结果,将所述域名成功转入。
举例说明,所述域名转移申请中携带的所述转移密码可以起到验证是否为合法操作的作用。当所述域名注册局接收到所述域名转移申请后,将验证携带的所述转移密码是否合法,例如可以使用比对所述域名转移申请中的转移密码是否与所述域名将要转出的原域名注册商提供的转移密码相同等判断合法的方式。
当所述域名成功转入后,由于所述域名注册商已经保存了所述域名的联系人信息,故当用户或第三方对所述域名进行查询时,可以根据所述域名查询到所述域名的联系人信息,而不会再像现有技术中,在用户没有在所述域名注册商手动重新填写联系人信息之前,查询所述域名均无法得到所述域名的联系人信息或者联系人信息显示为空白的情况。
可选的,参见图4,,还包括:
第四获取单元402,用于在触发所述第三获取单元401之后,获取查询所述域名的查询请求。
举例说明,所述查询请求可以由用户发出,也可以由第三方发出,本发明对此不限定。所述查询请求可以是根据域名查询协议生成的。
查找单元403,用于根据所述域名与所述对应关系查找到并展示所述联系人信息。
可见,当域名成功转入后,若所述域名注册商获取针对所述域名的查询请求,可以根据所述域名以及所述对应关系获取所述联系人信息,不再会出现如现有技术中由于联系人信息丢失为用户带来不便的情况。
通过上述实施例可以看出,在成功转入域名之前,或者说域名转入的域名注册商在向域名注册局进行域名转移申请之前,所述域名注册商使用域名查询协议获取所述域名的联系人信息,所述域名注册商保存所述联系人信息并建立其与所述域名的对应关系。当所述域名转入成功后,所述域名注册商已经具有了所述域名的联系人信息,不再需要用户手动填写,提高了用户体验。
通过以上的实施方式的描述可知,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法中的全部或部分步骤可借助软件加通用硬件平台的方式来实现。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在存储介质中,如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者诸如媒体网关等网络通信设备)执行本发明各个实施例或者实施例的某些部分所述的方法。
需要说明的是,本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处。尤其,对于设备及系统实施例而言,由于其基本相似于方法实施例,所以描述得比较简单,相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。以上所描述的设备及系统实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实
施例方案的目的。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性劳动的情况下,即可以理解并实施。

Claims (10)
- 一种域名转移方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:域名注册商获取用户发送的域名转入请求,所述域名转入请求包括待转移的域名以及对应所述域名的转移密码;所述域名注册商使用域名查询协议获取所述域名的联系人信息;所述域名注册商保存所述联系人信息并建立所述联系人信息与所述域名的对应关系;所述域名注册商根据所述域名和所述转移密码向所述域名对应的域名注册局进行域名转移申请。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述域名注册商根据所述域名和所述转移密码向所述域名对应的域名注册局进行域名转移申请之后,还包括:所述域名注册商获取所述域名注册局的标识转移成功的申请结果,将所述域名成功转入。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述域名注册商将所述域名成功转入后,还包括:所述域名注册商获取查询所述域名的查询请求;所述域名注册商根据所述域名与所述对应关系查找到并展示所述联系人信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述域名注册商使用域名查询协议获取所述域名的联系人信息,具体包括:所述域名注册商使用域名查询协议,从所述域名转入成功前所属的域名注册商获取所述域名转入成功前所属的域名注册商所保存的所述域名的联系人信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述域名注册商获取的所述转移密码为所述域名转入成功前所属的域名注册商提供的。
- 一种域名转移装置,其特征在于,包括:第一获取单元,用于获取用户发送的域名转入请求,所述域名转入请求 包括待转移的域名以及对应所述域名的转移密码;第二获取单元,用于使用域名查询协议获取所述域名的联系人信息;保存单元,用于保存所述联系人信息并建立所述联系人信息与所述域名的对应关系;申请单元,用于根据所述域名和所述转移密码向所述域名对应的域名注册局进行域名转移申请。
- 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:第三获取单元,用于在触发所述申请单元之后,获取所述域名注册局的标识转移成功的申请结果,将所述域名成功转入。
- 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:第四获取单元,用于在触发所述第三获取单元之后,获取查询所述域名的查询请求;查找单元,用于根据所述域名与所述对应关系查找到并展示所述联系人信息。
- 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二获取单元具体用于使用域名查询协议,从所述域名转入成功前所属的域名注册商获取所述域名转入成功前所属的域名注册商所保存的所述域名的联系人信息。
- 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一获取单元获取的所述转移密码为所述域名转入成功前所属的域名注册商提供的。
