Abstract
Provided is varistor ceramic. The varistor ceramic according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises praseodymia-based zinc oxide and barium titanate (BaTiO3), wherein the the atomic percent ratio of praseodymia-based zinc oxide and barium titanate is 88-99:12-1. Accordingly, the present invention improves ESD tolerance, has superb electrostatic capacity, and can exhibit stability in a heterojunction.
