一种网络接入方法和移动通信终端
本发明要求2015年4月30日递交的发明名称为“一种网络接入方法和移动通信终端”的申请号201510217037.4的在先申请优先权,上述在先申请的内容以引入的方式并入本文本中。
技术领域
本发明涉及移动通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种网络接入方法和移动通信终端。
背景技术
公共陆地移动网络(Public Land Mobile Network,PLMN)是由政府或它所批准的经营者,为公众提供陆地移动通信业务目的而建立和经营的网络。该网络必须与公众交换电话网(Public Switched Telephone Network,PSTN)互连,形成整个地区或国家规模的通信网。
公共陆地移动网络的标识通常是一串数字码,例如中国移动的PLMN的网络标识为46000,中国联通的PLMN的网络标识为46001,用户可通过各个运营商提供的移动网络可以进行方便快捷的通信。随着人们生活水平的提高,携带通信移动通信终端设备出国旅游或出差办事的用户也越来越多,当用户到不同的国家或地区进行漫游时,其移动通信终端需要重新搜索网络,以获取当前的公共陆地移动网络的网络标识。
当移动通信终端从拜访地返回到归属地(例如移动通信终端从漫游国返回到归属地国家)时,移动通信终端需要接入回归属地的公共陆地移动网络PLMN,然而,目前经常出现的情况是移动通信终端从某拜访地移动到归属地,移动通信终端经常需要很长的时间(有时候甚至可能需要等待几十分钟以上)才可成功接入当前拜访地的公共陆地移动网络,这极大的影响用户通信体验。
发明内容
本发明实施例所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种网络接入方法和移动通信终端,移动通信终端在开始搜索网络之前,可以提前将与拜访地的网络运营商签约的拜访地运营商的归属地公共陆地移动网络HPLMN写入等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表。当以已登记公共陆地移动网络RPLMN在拜访地进行搜索网络时,因搜索的RPLMN与HPLMN等效,而使得移动通信终端可以驻留到该小区,并尝试发起搜索网络注册过程,能够减少移动通信终端搜索网络过程中的搜索时长。

本发明实施例的技术方案中,不仅将移动通信终端拜访地PLMN的网络标识添加到等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表,并且还将获取到的与移动通信终端拜访地PLMN的运营商签订了漫游协议的归属地PLMN的网络标识也添加到EPLMN列表,其中,EPLMN列表中存储了网络标识的各PLMN之间被移动通信终端在一定程度上视为等效,因此,如果根据所述EPLMN列表进行所述移动通信终端的网络接入,那么由于EPLMN列表中存储了与移动通信终端拜访地PLMN的运营商签订了漫游协议的一些归属地PLMN的网络标识,因此当所述移动通信终端从某拜访地返回到归属地,所述移动通信终端在返回到归属地进行网络搜索,那么网络搜索命中EPLMN列表中存储了网络标识的某个PLMN的可能性将极大提高,因此,所述移动通信终端在归属地接入网络的成功率和速率都可能极大提高,这就有利于极大的缩短用户通信等待时长(理想状态下移动通信终端可能只需要几秒就可以完成网络接入),进而有利于极大的提高用户通信体验。

公共陆地移动网络PLMN是一个无线通讯系统,由政府或它所批准的经营者,为公众提供陆地移动通信业务目的而建立和经营的网络。该网路通常与公众交换电话网络PSTN互连,形成整个地区或国家规模的通信网。公共陆地移动网络PLMN包括以下几种类型:
已登记公共陆地移动网络(Registered PLMN):是移动通信终端在上次关机或脱网前登记上的PLMN。
等效公共陆地移动网络(Equivalent PLMN,EPLMN):为与移动通信终端当前所选择的PLMN处于同等地位的PLMN,其优先级相同。
归属地公共陆地移动网络(Home HPLMN,HPLMN):为移动通信终端用户归属的PLMN。可通过移动通信终端全球用户识别(Universal Subscriber Identity Module,USIM)卡进行识别,对于某一用户来说,其归属地的PLMN只有一个。
归属地公共陆地移动网络(Equivalent Home PLMN,EHPLMN):为与移动通信终端当前所选择的PLMN处于同等地位的本地PLMN。
拜访地公共陆地移动网络(Visited PLMN,VPLMN):为移动通信终端用户访问的PLMN。其PLMN和存在SIM卡中的IMSI的MCC,MNC是不完全相同的。当移动通信终端丢失覆盖后,一个VPLMN将被选择。
请参阅图1,为本发明实施例提供的一种网络接入方法的流程示意图,该方法包括但不仅限于以下步骤。
步骤S101,从拜访地到归属地的移动通信终端在所述归属地搜索网络。
具体实现中,移动通信终端可以包括智能手机、具有通信功能的平板电脑或掌上电脑等。当用户携带移动通信终端从某拜访地返回到归属地时,移动通信终端在到达归属地后首次开机时,需要重新进行网络搜索,以连接当前的归属地的网络。例如当中国用户从美国返回到中国首次开机时,中国用户所携带的移动通信终端将搜索中国国内的网络以进行通信连接。
具体实现中,归属地公共陆地移动网络EHPLMN在本实施例中是指网络搜索时与拜访地公共陆地移动网络处于同等优先级的归属地公共陆地移动网络。等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN主要解决共享网络与原网络的用户驻留和漫游策略。运营商可以配置EPLMN网络,这些网络之间可以实现通信网络资源共享。如:公共陆地移动网络PLMN的网络标识主要用于识别公共陆地移动网络PLMN的网络标号,例如:运营商中国移动有4个网号,即:46000、46002、46007和46008,中国联通有三个网号:46001、46006和46009,他们均为等效公共陆地移动网络。当移动通信终端进行漫游时,一般会根据搜索规律,首先搜索已登记的公共陆地移动网络RPLMN,然后才选择归属地公共陆地移动网络EHPLMN/归属地公共陆地移动网络HPLMN进行搜索,当从拜访地返回到归属地时,移动通信终端无法判断当前是否处于拜访地或者归属地,因而会继续搜索拜访地公共陆地移动网络VPLMN,浪费了大量的搜索时间,因此本实施例为了能够快速获取到有效移动网络,通过将移动通信终端的拜访地公共陆地移动网络VPLMN标识和归属地公共陆地移动网络EHPLMN标识分别添加至等效公共陆地移动网络列表中,其中,归属地公共陆地移动网络HPLMN已添加入等效公共陆地移动网络列表中,以实现快速搜索网络。等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表用于存储归属地公共陆地移动网络HPLMN、归属地公共陆地移动网络EHPLMN和拜访地公共陆地移动网络VPLMN标识信息,根据等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表中的网络标识,通过移动通信终端发送包含所述网络标识相对应的广播搜索网络指令,根据获取到的广播信道中的广播消息,判断是否捕获到合适的小区,将小区搜索过程中得到的可捕获公共陆 地移动网络PLMN返回给移动通信终端,确定可搜索到的公共陆地移动网络PLMN。
步骤S102,若在所述归属地搜索到了与等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的归属地PLMN,建立所述移动通信终端与所述相匹配的归属地PLMN之间的通信连接,其中,所述EPLMN列表包括归属地PLMN的网络标识和拜访地PLMN的网络标识,所述归属地PLMN的网络标识为与所述拜访地运营商签订了漫游协议的归属地运营商的PLMN的网络标识。
具体实现中,若移动通信终端在归属地搜索到了与等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的归属地PLMN,建立移动通信终端与相匹配的归属地PLMN之间的通信连接,其中,EPLMN列表包括归属地PLMN的网络标识和拜访地PLMN的网络标识,归属地PLMN的网络标识为与拜访地运营商签订了漫游协议的归属地运营商的PLMN的网络标识。在一些可行的实施方式中,拜访地与归属地属于不同国家或不同行政区。
本发明实施例从拜访地到归属地的移动通信终端在所述归属地搜索网络;若在所述归属地搜索到了与等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的归属地PLMN,建立所述移动通信终端与所述相匹配的归属地PLMN之间的通信连接,其中,所述EPLMN列表包括归属地PLMN的网络标识和拜访地PLMN的网络标识,所述归属地PLMN的网络标识为与所述拜访地运营商签订了漫游协议的归属地运营商的PLMN的网络标识。本发明采用了等效公共陆地移动网络列表中的移动通信终端的拜访地公共陆地移动网络标识和归属地公共陆地移动网络标识,通过归属地公共陆地移动网络的方式进行网络搜索,有效地节省了搜索网络的时间,提高了搜索网络效率。

作为一种可能的实施方式,移动通信终端向EPLMN列表中添加归属地 PLMN的网络标识之前,移动通信终端可向EPLMN列表中添加归属地PLMN的网络标识。进一步地,移动通信终端向EPLMN列表中添加归属地PLMN的网络标识之前,移动通信终端可通过有线网络和/或无线网络获取所述归属地PLMN的网络标识。进一步地,移动通信终端向EPLMN列表中添加归属地PLMN的网络标识之前,移动通信终端可通过订单信息获取归属地PLMN的网络标识。进一步地,移动通信终端向EPLMN列表中添加归属地PLMN的网络标识之前,接收用户输入的归属地PLMN的网络标识。
具体地,归属地公共陆地移动网络EHPLMN标识包括与归属地公共陆地移动网络HPLMN等效的至少一个等效公共陆地移动网络HPLMN对应的网络标识。

本发明实施例中,网络标识可以包括网络号段,如中国移动包含四个号段,分别为46000、46002、46007以及46008;中国联通包含三个号段,分别为46001、46006以及46009。所述网络列表中可以包含有预先添加的HPLMN归属地公共陆地移动网络的网络标识和VPLMN拜访地公共陆地移动网络的网络标识;或者,所述网络列表中可以包含有预先添加的EHPLMN归属地公共陆地移动网络的网络标识和VPLMN拜访地公共陆地移动网络的网络标识;或者所述网络列表中可以包含有预先添加的HPLMN归属地公共陆地移动网络的网络标识、EHPLMN归属地公共陆地移动网络的网络标识和VPLMN拜访地公共陆地移动网络的网络标识。所述预先添加的VPLMN拜访地公共陆地移动网络的网络标识与终端在上次关机或脱网前登记上的RPLMN等效,其优先级相同。
当移动通信终端进行漫游时,一般会根据搜索规律,首先搜索已登记的公共陆地移动网络RPLMN,然后才选择归属地公共陆地移动网络EHPLMN/归属地公共陆地移动网络HPLMN进行搜索,当从拜访地返回到归属地时,移动通信终端无法判断当前是否处于拜访地或者归属地,因而会继续搜索拜访地公共陆地移动网络VPLMN,浪费了大量的搜索时间,因此本实施例为了能够快 速获取到有效移动网络,通过将移动通信终端的拜访地公共陆地移动网络VPLMN标识和归属地公共陆地移动网络EHPLMN标识分别添加至等效公共陆地移动网络列表中,其中,归属地公共陆地移动网络HPLMN已添加入等效公共陆地移动网络列表中,以实现快速搜索网络。
具体实现中,根据等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表,由移动通信终端发送广播搜索网络指令后,接收与等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表相应的广播消息,执行网络搜索操作,其中,等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表用于存储归属地公共陆地移动网络HPLMN、归属地公共陆地移动网络EHPLMN和拜访地公共陆地移动网络VPLMN标识信息,根据等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表中的网络标识,通过移动通信终端发送包含所述网络标识相对应的广播搜索网络指令,获取广播信道中的任意一个网络标识相匹配的广播反馈消息,并根据该反馈消息选择该网络标识相对应的公共陆地移动网络PLMN。
具体实现中,当搜索到与等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表中的任意一个网络时,选择小区进行驻留,当搜索到某个公共陆地移动网络PLMN时,获取属于该公共陆地移动网络PLMN的小区,并根据该公共陆地移动网络PLMN信息,若在归属地搜索到了与等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的归属地PLMN,建立移动通信终端与相匹配的归属地PLMN之间的通信连接。任意一个网络包括列表中的移动通信终端的拜访地公共陆地移动网络VPLMN和归属地公共陆地移动网络EHPLMN中的任何一个等效的公共陆地移动网络EPLMN。

本发明实施例接收用户输入的所述归属地PLMN的网络标识;通过订单信息获取所述归属地PLMN的网络标识;通过有线网络和/或无线网络获取所 述归属地PLMN的网络标识;向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述归属地PLMN的网络标识;从拜访地到归属地的移动通信终端在所述归属地搜索网络;若在所述归属地搜索到了与等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的归属地PLMN,建立所述移动通信终端与所述相匹配的归属地PLMN之间的通信连接,其中,所述EPLMN列表包括归属地PLMN的网络标识和拜访地PLMN的网络标识,所述归属地PLMN的网络标识为与所述拜访地运营商签订了漫游协议的归属地运营商的PLMN的网络标识。本发明采用了等效公共陆地移动网络列表中的移动通信终端的拜访地公共陆地移动网络标识和归属地公共陆地移动网络标识,通过归属地公共陆地移动网络的方式进行网络搜索,有效地节省了搜索网络的时间,提高了搜索网络效率。
请参阅图4a,为本发明实施例提供的一种移动通信终端的结构示意图,该移动通信终端包括列搜索模块401和连网模块402。
搜索模块401,用于从拜访地到归属地的移动通信终端在所述归属地搜索网络。
具体实现中,移动通信终端可以包括智能手机、具有通信功能的平板电脑或掌上电脑等。当用户携带移动通信终端从某拜访地返回到归属地时,移动通信终端在到达归属地后首次开机时,需要搜索模块401重新进行网络搜索,以使连网模块402连接当前的归属地的网络。例如当中国用户从美国返回到中国首次开机时,中国用户所携带的移动通信终端将搜索中国国内的网络以进行通信连接。搜索模块401可用于从拜访地到归属地的移动通信终端在归属地搜索网络。
具体实现中,归属地公共陆地移动网络EHPLMN在本实施例中是指网络搜索时与拜访地公共陆地移动网络处于同等优先级的归属地公共陆地移动网络。等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN主要解决共享网络与原网络的用户驻留和漫游策略。运营商可以配置EPLMN网络,这些网络之间可以实现通信网络资源共享。公共陆地移动网络PLMN标识主要用于识别公共陆地移动网络PLMN的网络标号,例如:运营商中国移动有4个网号,即:46000、46002、46007和46008,中国联通有三个网号:46001、46006和46009,他们均为等效公共 陆地移动网络。当移动通信终端进行漫游时,一般会根据搜索规律,搜索模块401首先搜索已登记的公共陆地移动网络RPLMN,然后才选择归属地公共陆地移动网络EHPLMN/归属地公共陆地移动网络HPLMN进行搜索,当从拜访地返回到归属地时,移动通信终端无法判断当前是否处于拜访地或者归属地,因而会继续搜索拜访地公共陆地移动网络VPLMN,浪费了大量的搜索时间,因此本实施例为了能够快速获取到有效移动网络,通过将移动通信终端的拜访地公共陆地移动网络VPLMN标识和归属地公共陆地移动网络EHPLMN标识分别添加至等效公共陆地移动网络列表中,其中,归属地公共陆地移动网络HPLMN已添加入等效公共陆地移动网络列表中,以实现快速搜索网络。等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表用于存储归属地公共陆地移动网络HPLMN、归属地公共陆地移动网络EHPLMN和拜访地公共陆地移动网络VPLMN标识信息,根据等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表中的网络标识,通过移动通信终端发送包含所述网络标识相对应的广播搜索网络指令,根据获取到的广播信道中的广播消息,判断是否捕获到合适的小区,将小区搜索过程中得到的可捕获公共陆地移动网络PLMN返回给移动通信终端,确定可搜索到的公共陆地移动网络PLMN。
连网模块402,用于若在所述归属地搜索到了与等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的归属地PLMN,建立所述移动通信终端与所述相匹配的归属地PLMN之间的通信连接,其中,所述EPLMN列表包括归属地PLMN的网络标识和拜访地PLMN的网络标识,所述归属地PLMN的网络标识为与所述拜访地运营商签订了漫游协议的归属地运营商的PLMN的网络标识。
具体实现中,若搜索模块401在归属地搜索到了与等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的归属地PLMN,连网模块402建立移动通信终端与相匹配的归属地PLMN之间的通信连接,其中,EPLMN列表包括归属地PLMN的网络标识和拜访地PLMN的网络标识,归属地PLMN的网络标识为与拜访地运营商签订了漫游协议的归属地运营商的PLMN的网络标识。在一些可行的实施方式中,拜访地与归属地属于不同国家或不同行政区。
具体地,当搜索模块401搜索到任意一个与等效公共陆地移动网络列表中 相匹配的网络时,确定可搜索到的公共陆地移动网络EPLMN,且该网络为列表中的移动通信终端的归属地公共陆地移动网络HPLMN、归属地公共陆地移动网络EHPLMN和拜访地公共陆地移动网络VPLMN中的任何一个等效的公共陆地移动网络EPLMN时,建立移动通信终端与相匹配的归属地PLMN之间的通信连接。例如获取到的公共陆地移动网络PLMN为归属地为中国联通的46001时,则可建立移动通信终端与中国联通之间的通信连接。
作为一种可能的实施方式,如图4b所示,本发明实施例所描述的移动通信终端还可以包括:添加模块403。
添加模块403,用于所述搜索模块401从拜访地移动到归属地的移动通信终端在所述归属地搜索网络之前,向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述归属地PLMN的网络标识。
进一步地,作为一种可能的实施方式,如图4c所示,本发明实施例所描述的移动通信终端还可以包括:第一获取模块404。
第一获取模块404,用于所述添加模块403向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述归属地PLMN的网络标识之前,通过有线网络和/或无线网络获取所述归属地PLMN的网络标识。
进一步地,作为一种可能的实施方式,如图4d所示,本发明实施例所描述的移动通信终端还可以包括:第二获取模块405。
第二获取模块405,用于所述添加模块403向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述归属地PLMN的网络标识之前,通过订单信息获取所述归属地PLMN的网络标识。
作为一种可能的实施方式,如图4e所示,本发明实施例所描述的移动通信终端还可以包括:第三获取模块406。
第三获取模块406,用于所述添加模块403向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述归属地PLMN的网络标识之前,接收用户输入的所述归属地PLMN的网络标识。
本发明实施例搜索模块401,用于从拜访地到归属地的移动通信终端在所述归属地搜索网络;连网模块402,用于若在所述归属地搜索到了与等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的归属地PLMN,建立所述移 动通信终端与所述相匹配的归属地PLMN之间的通信连接,其中,所述EPLMN列表包括归属地PLMN的网络标识和拜访地PLMN的网络标识,所述归属地PLMN的网络标识为与所述拜访地运营商签订了漫游协议的归属地运营商的PLMN的网络标识。本发明采用了等效公共陆地移动网络列表中的移动通信终端的拜访地公共陆地移动网络标识和归属地公共陆地移动网络标识,通过归属地公共陆地移动网络的方式进行网络搜索,有效地节省了搜索网络的时间,提高了搜索网络效率。
参见图5,图5为本发明实施例提供的一种移动通信终端的第二实施例的结构示意图。本实施例中所描述的移动通信终端包括:至少一个输入设备1000;至少一个输出设备2000;至少一个处理器3000,例如CPU;和存储器4000,上述输入设备1000、输出设备2000、处理器3000和存储器4000通过总线5000连接。
其中,上述输入设备1000可为触控面板、普通PC、液晶屏、触控屏等。
上述存储器4000可以是高速RAM存储器,也可为非不稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如磁盘存储器。上述存储器4000用于存储一组程序代码,上述输入设备1000、输出设备2000和处理器3000用于调用存储器4000中存储的程序代码,执行如下操作:
上述处理器3000,用于从拜访地到归属地的移动通信终端在所述归属地搜索网络。
具体实现中,移动通信终端可以包括智能手机、具有通信功能的平板电脑或掌上电脑等。当用户携带移动通信终端从某拜访地返回到归属地时,移动通信终端在到达归属地后首次开机时,需要重新进行网络搜索,以连接当前的归属地的网络。例如当中国用户从美国返回到中国首次开机时,中国用户所携带的移动通信终端将搜索中国国内的网络以进行通信连接。
具体实现中,归属地公共陆地移动网络EHPLMN在本实施例中是指网络搜索时与拜访地公共陆地移动网络处于同等优先级的归属地公共陆地移动网络。等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN主要解决共享网络与原网络的用户驻留和漫游策略。运营商可以配置EPLMN网络,这些网络之间可以实现通信网络资 源共享。公共陆地移动网络PLMN标识主要用于识别公共陆地移动网络PLMN的网络标号,例如:运营商中国移动有4个网号,即:46000、46002、46007和46008,中国联通有三个网号:46001、46006和46009,他们均为等效公共陆地移动网络。当移动通信终端进行漫游时,一般会根据搜索规律,首先搜索已登记的公共陆地移动网络RPLMN,然后才选择归属地公共陆地移动网络EHPLMN/归属地公共陆地移动网络HPLMN进行搜索,当从拜访地返回到归属地时,移动通信终端无法判断当前是否处于拜访地或者归属地,因而会继续搜索拜访地公共陆地移动网络VPLMN,浪费了大量的搜索时间,因此本实施例为了能够快速获取到有效移动网络,通过将移动通信终端的拜访地公共陆地移动网络VPLMN标识和归属地公共陆地移动网络EHPLMN标识分别添加至等效公共陆地移动网络列表中,其中,归属地公共陆地移动网络HPLMN已添加入等效公共陆地移动网络列表中,以实现快速搜索网络。等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表用于存储归属地公共陆地移动网络HPLMN、归属地公共陆地移动网络EHPLMN和拜访地公共陆地移动网络VPLMN标识信息,根据等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表中的网络标识,通过移动通信终端发送包含所述网络标识相对应的广播搜索网络指令,根据获取到的广播信道中的广播消息,判断是否捕获到合适的小区,将小区搜索过程中得到的可捕获公共陆地移动网络PLMN返回给移动通信终端,确定可搜索到的公共陆地移动网络PLMN。
上述处理器3000,还具体用于:
若在所述归属地搜索到了与等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的归属地PLMN,建立所述移动通信终端与所述相匹配的归属地PLMN之间的通信连接,其中,所述EPLMN列表包括归属地PLMN的网络标识和拜访地PLMN的网络标识,所述归属地PLMN的网络标识为与所述拜访地运营商签订了漫游协议的归属地运营商的PLMN的网络标识。
作为一种可能的实施方式,所述归属地PLMN的网络标识与所述移动通信终端优先搜索的已登记公共陆地移动网络RPLMN的网络标识等效。
作为一种可能的实施方式,所述EPLMN列表还包括归属地PLMN的网络标识和/或等效拜访地PLMN网络标识。
在一些可行的实施方式中,上述处理器3000,还具体用于:从拜访地移 动到归属地的移动通信终端在所述归属地搜索网络之前,向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述归属地PLMN的网络标识。
在一些可行的实施方式中,上述处理器3000,还具体用于:向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述归属地PLMN的网络标识之前,通过有线网络和/或无线网络获取所述归属地PLMN的网络标识。
在一些可行的实施方式中,上述处理器3000,还具体用于:
向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述归属地PLMN的网络标识之前,通过订单信息获取所述归属地PLMN的网络标识。
在一些可行的实施方式中,上述处理器3000,还具体用于:
向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述归属地PLMN的网络标识之前,接收用户输入的所述归属地PLMN的网络标识。
作为一种可能的实施方式,所述拜访地与所述归属地属于不同国家或不同行政区。
具体实现中,本发明实施例中所描述的输入设备1000、输出设备2000和处理器3000可执行本发明实施例提供的图1~图3中所描述的网络接入方法的各实施例中所描述的实现方式,也可执行本发明实施例提供的图4a~图4e所描述的移动通信终端的第一实施例中所描述的移动通信终端的实现方式,在此不再赘述。
需要说明的是,对于前述的各方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本发明并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为根据本发明,某些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本发明所必须的。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本发明可以用硬件实现,或固件实现,或它们的组合方式来实现。当使用软件实现时,可以将上述功能存储在计算机可读介质中或作为计算机可读介质上的一个或多个指令或代码进行传输。计算机可读介质包括计算机存储介质和通信介质, 其中通信介质包括便于从一个地方向另一个地方传送计算机程序的任何介质。存储介质可以是计算机能够存取的任何可用介质。以此为例但不限于:计算机可读介质可以包括随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、电可擦可编程只读存储器(Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,EEPROM)、只读光盘(Compact Disc Read-Only Memory,CD-ROM)或其他光盘存储、磁盘存储介质或者其他磁存储设备、或者能够用于携带或存储具有指令或数据结构形式的期望的程序代码并能够由计算机存取的任何其他介质。此外。任何连接可以适当的成为计算机可读介质。例如,如果软件是使用同轴电缆、光纤光缆、双绞线、数字用户线(Digital Subscriber Line,DSL)或者诸如红外线、无线电和微波之类的无线技术从网站、服务器或者其他远程源传输的,那么同轴电缆、光纤光缆、双绞线、DSL或者诸如红外线、无线和微波之类的无线技术包括在所属介质的定影中。如本发明所使用的,盘(Disk)和碟(disc)包括压缩光碟(CD)、激光碟、光碟、数字通用光碟(DVD)、软盘和蓝光光碟,其中盘通常磁性的复制数据,而碟则用激光来光学的复制数据。上面的组合也应当包括在计算机可读介质的保护范围之内。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种网络接入方法,其特征在于,包括:
    从拜访地到归属地的移动通信终端在所述归属地搜索网络;
    若在所述归属地搜索到了与等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的归属地PLMN,建立所述移动通信终端与所述相匹配的归属地PLMN之间的通信连接,其中,所述EPLMN列表包括归属地PLMN的网络标识和拜访地PLMN的网络标识,所述归属地PLMN的网络标识为与所述拜访地运营商签订了漫游协议的归属地运营商的PLMN的网络标识。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述归属地PLMN的网络标识与所述移动通信终端优先搜索的已登记公共陆地移动网络RPLMN的网络标识等效。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述EPLMN列表还包括归属地PLMN的网络标识和/或等效拜访地PLMN网络标识。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述从拜访地移动到归属地的移动通信终端在所述归属地搜索网络之前还包括:向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述归属地PLMN的网络标识。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述归属地PLMN的网络标识之前,还包括:通过有线网络和/或无线网络获取所述归属地PLMN的网络标识。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述归属地PLMN的网络标识之前,还包括:通过订单信息获取所述归属地PLMN的网络标识。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述归属地PLMN的网络标识之前,还包括:接收用户输入的所述归属地PLMN的网络标识。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述拜访地与所述归属地属于不同国家或不同行政区。
  9. 一种移动通信终端,其特征在于,包括:
    搜索模块,用于从拜访地到归属地的移动通信终端在所述归属地搜索网络;
    连网模块,用于若在所述归属地搜索到了与等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的归属地PLMN,建立所述移动通信终端与所述相匹配的归属地PLMN之间的通信连接,其中,所述EPLMN列表包括归属地PLMN的网络标识和拜访地PLMN的网络标识,所述归属地PLMN的网络标识为与所述拜访地运营商签订了漫游协议的归属地运营商的PLMN的网络标识。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,所述归属地PLMN的网络标识与所述移动通信终端优先搜索的已登记公共陆地移动网络RPLMN的网络标识等效。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,所述EPLMN列表还包括归属地PLMN的网络标识和/或等效拜访地PLMN的网络标识。
  12. 根据权利要求9至11任一项所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,所述移动通信终端还包括:
    添加模块,用于所述搜索模块从拜访地移动到归属地的移动通信终端在所述归属地搜索网络之前,向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述归属地PLMN的网络标识。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,所述移动通信终端还包括:
    第一获取模块,用于所述添加模块向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述归属地PLMN的网络标识之前,通过有线网络和/或无线网络获取所述归属地PLMN的网络标识。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,所述移动通信终端还包括:
    第二获取模块,用于所述添加模块向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述归属地PLMN的网络标识之前,通过订单信息获取所述归属地PLMN的网络标识。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,所述移动通信终端还包括:
    第三获取模块,用于所述添加模块向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述归属地PLMN的网络标识之前,接收用户输入的所述归属地PLMN的网络标识。
  16. 根据权利要求9至15任一项所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,所述拜访地与所述归属地属于不同国家或不同行政区。
  17. 一种移动通信终端,其特征在于,所述移动通信终端包括处理器和存储器,所述处理器调用所述存储器中的程序,用于执行如下操作:
    从拜访地到归属地的移动通信终端在所述归属地搜索网络;
    若在所述归属地搜索到了与等效公共陆地移动网络EPLMN列表中的网络标识相匹配的归属地PLMN,建立所述移动通信终端与所述相匹配的归属地PLMN之间的通信连接,其中,所述EPLMN列表包括归属地PLMN的网络标识和拜访地PLMN的网络标识,所述归属地PLMN的网络标识为与所述拜访地运营商签订了漫游协议的归属地运营商的PLMN的网络标识。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,所述归属地PLMN的网络标识与所述移动通信终端优先搜索的已登记公共陆地移动网络RPLMN的网络标识等效。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,所述EPLMN列表还包括归属地PLMN的网络标识和/或等效拜访地PLMN网络标识。
  20. 根据权利要求17~19任意一项所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,所述处理器调用所述存储器中的程序,在执行所述从拜访地移动到归属地的移动通信终端在所述归属地搜索网络的步骤之前,还执行:
    向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述归属地PLMN的网络标识。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,所述处理器调用所述存储器中的程序,在执行所述向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述归属地PLMN的网络标识的步骤之前,还执行:
    通过有线网络和/或无线网络获取所述归属地PLMN的网络标识。
  22. 根据权利要求20所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,所述处理器调用所述存储器中的程序,在执行所述所述向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述归属地PLMN的网络标识的步骤之前,还执行:
    通过订单信息获取所述归属地PLMN的网络标识。
  23. 根据权利要求20所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,所述处理器调用所述存储器中的程序,在执行所述向所述EPLMN列表中添加所述归属地PLMN的网络标识的步骤之前,还执行:
    接收用户输入的所述归属地PLMN的网络标识。
  24. 根据权利要求17至23任一项所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,所述拜访地与所述归属地属于不同国家或不同行政区。
