本发明还提供一种空气净化加湿设备,包括机壳,所述机壳内形成有上述的空气净化加湿设备的风道,所述机壳包括底座及壳体,所述壳体包括顶壁和周壁,所述壳体的周壁靠近顶壁的一端、顶壁与周壁的连接位置和/或顶壁设有与所述风道出风端对应的出风口,所述周壁远离顶壁的一端设有与所述风道进风端相对应的入风孔。
优选地,所述顶壁可以向上打开,所述顶壁向上打开在所述顶壁与周壁的连接位置形成所述出风口。
优选地,所述周壁设有内部组件安装口及与内部组件安装口可拆卸连接的内部组件安装壁。
优选地,所述抽水单元固定安装于所述底座上,所述储水单元设于所述底座上并与所述抽水单元可拆卸连接,所述内部组件安装壁上设有储水单元安装口及与所述储水单元安装口可拆卸连接的储水单元安装壁,所述储水单元固定于所述储水单元安装壁上,所述储水单元安装壁上设有手持部。
优选地,所述供水单元、净化单元及加湿单元通过固定于所述底座上的数根安装支架定位,每根安装支架分别设有中间安装部和顶部安装部,所述中间安装部用于安装净化单元,所述顶部安装部用于安装加湿单元,所述供水单元的储水单元限位于所述中间安装部与底座之间。
优选地,所述空气净化加湿设备还包括安装于风道内靠近出风口的位置的连接组件,连接组件包括用于连接顶壁的第一连接件及用于连接周壁的第二连接件,所述第一连接件与所述第二连接件活动连接,所述第一连接件内设有贯穿孔,所述贯穿孔呈喇叭状设置,且其直径由靠近所述第二连接件的一端朝向远离所述第二连接件的一端逐渐增大,所述贯穿孔的内壁上安装有一隔板以将所述贯穿孔分割成一端开口的第一容置腔和一端开口的第二容置腔,所述第一容置腔的开口的直径大于所述第二容置腔的开口的直径,所述第二连接件固定在所述周壁上,所述第一连接件沿所述贯穿孔的径向方向移动。
优选地,所述贯穿孔的外壁上设有弧形导风面。
优选地,所述隔板面向所述第一容置腔的表面上设有数个用于安装电控组件的电控安装部。
优选地,所述隔板面向所述第二容置腔的表面设有数个导向柱,所述第二连接件上对应所述导向柱设有数个导向孔。
优选地,所述隔板面向所述第二容置腔的表面设有用于限制所述第一连接件移动范围的限位件。
优选地,所述限位件包括与所述隔板固定连接的连接杆及设于所述连接杆远离所述隔板一端的限位筋,所述第二连接件上对应所述连接杆设有通孔,所述通孔的孔壁上设有限位槽,所述连接杆由所述第二连接件的朝向所述第一连接件的一侧插入所述通孔,所述限位筋卡合于所述限位槽内。
本发明的空气净化加湿设备的风道,通过设于净化单元上方的加湿单元,对流经加湿单元的空气进行加湿处理,为了更有利于通风,还在加湿滤芯中部设置通孔,利用储水单元和抽水单元的设置,持续为加湿单元提供水分,并设置杀菌单元,在水流入加湿单元前对水中滋生的细菌进行杀灭;本发明的空气净化加湿设备在净化空气的同时能够实现加湿功能,同时优化了机壳结构为拆装提供了便利,且具有结构简单、容易拆装、能耗较小、利于出风等优势。

具体实施方式
应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
参照图1及图2,本发明提供一种空气净化加湿设备的风道,形成于空气净化加湿设备的机壳10内,具有进风端120和出风端140,包括净化单元20及加湿单元30,所述净化单元20呈环形柱状,并对应进风端120的进风位置设置;所述加湿单元30设于所述净化单元20上方,所述加湿单元30包括安装部32及设于安装部32中的加湿滤芯34,所述安装部32包括通风孔322及环绕通风孔322设置的安装槽324,所述加湿滤芯34中部设有通孔342,所述加湿滤芯34安装于所述安装槽324中。
空气从进风端120进入后,首先通过净化单元20,净化单元20吸附、分解或转化空气中的各种污染物,净化后的空气在风道中向上流动到加湿单元30,从加湿单元30中带走水分形成湿润的空气,湿润的空气从出风端140流出。
所述净化单元20用于吸附、分解或转化空气中的各种污染物,在本实施例中,所述净化单元20包括净化滤芯22及固定盘24,所述固定盘24安装于机壳10内,所述净化滤芯22承载于所述固定盘24上,所述净化滤芯22径向由外至内包括HEPA滤网(未图示)和活性炭滤网(未图示),其中HEPA滤网是烟雾、灰尘以及细菌等污染物最有效的过滤媒介,而活性炭滤网能够去除挥发性有机化合物(如甲醛、甲苯、硫化氢、氯苯)等污染物。
所述加湿单元30作用在于对通过加湿滤芯34的空气增加水分,其中,所述安装部32固定于机壳10内用于承载加湿滤芯34,为了保证加湿滤芯34与净化后的空气能够充分接触故而设置通风孔322,为了更好的固定加湿滤芯34设置了安装槽324,所述加湿滤芯34的边缘位置安装于安装槽中,加湿滤芯34中部位置对着通风孔322,空气经过湿润的加湿滤芯34时能够带走加湿滤芯34中的水分,在本实施例中,所述加湿滤芯34为网孔状的纤维布,由于空气通过纤维布的时候会有一定的阻力,为了保证空气能够顺畅的流通,可以在所述加湿滤芯34中部设置通孔342,通孔342截面积小于所述通风孔322的截面积,所述通风孔322和通孔342的形状可以根据需要设定,在本实施例中,所述通风孔322和通孔342均为圆形。
由于所述加湿滤芯34要持续保持湿润状态才能达到持续为空气加湿的作用,为了及时给所述加湿滤芯34补充水分,本发明还提出第二实施例,基于上述第一实施例,参照图3及图4,在本实施例中,在所述风道中设置了供水单元40,所述供水单元40包括储水单元42及抽水单元44,所述抽水单元44将水从储水单元42中抽取到加湿单元30中。进一步的,请参阅图3,在本实施例中所述储水单元42是水箱,所述抽水单元44包括与水箱连接的水泵442及与水泵442连接的送水管道444。所述水箱蓄水,所述水泵442从水箱中抽水,水通过送水管道444运送到所述加湿滤芯34,保证加湿滤芯34保持湿润。
考虑到储水单元42中的水可能长时间置放,导致内部滋生细菌等有害物质,故所述供水单元40优选还包括杀菌单元46,其设于抽水单元44与加湿单元30之间,水从抽水单元44抽出后,先经过杀菌单元46杀菌,然后进入加湿滤芯34,优选所述杀菌单元46为氙灯紫外杀菌装置,通过紫外线照射杀菌,简单、安全、有效。
为了进一步保证所述风道能够顺利的完成空气的定向流动,还可以在所述风道内设置动力单元(未图示),所述动力单元设置于所述加湿单元30上方,为空气提供动力,使得空气经进风端120进入,通过所述净化单元20过滤后流动经过加湿单元30,最终由出风端140回到风道外。在本实施例中,所述动力单元通过以下形式实现:
所述动力单元包括固设于机壳10内的电机和风轮,所述电机带动所述风轮转动,为空气流动提供动力。
请参阅图5及图6,本发明还提供一种空气净化加湿设备,包括机壳10,所述机壳10内形成有上述的空气净化加湿设备的风道,所述机壳10包括底座12及壳体14,所述壳体14包括顶壁142和周壁144,所述壳体14的周壁144靠近顶壁142的一端、顶壁142与周壁144的连接位置和/或顶壁142开设有与所述风道出风端140对应的出风口143,所述周壁144远离顶壁142的一端设有与所述风道进风端120相对应的入风孔146。
所述出风口143的设置方式和位置可以是多样的,例如所述出风口143可以是在顶壁或周壁144靠近顶壁142的一端开设的出风孔,在本实施例中,请进一步参阅图6,为了避免工作的时候灰尘从出风口进入机壳10内部,优选所述顶壁142可以上下活动,顶壁142向下为关闭状态,顶壁142向上为打开状态,所述顶壁142向下关闭的时候,出风口143不可见,顶壁142向上打开的时候,在顶壁142与周壁144的连接位置形成出风口143。
因为增加了加湿单元30和供水单元40,所述空气净化加湿设备的装配也相应更为复杂,为了方便安装,请参阅图7,优选所述周壁144设有内部组件安装口152及与内部组件安装口152可拆卸安装的内部组件安装壁154,在本实施例中,所述内部组件安装壁154与所述内部组件安装口152通过卡合结构可拆卸连接,安装内部组件的时候,拆卸内部组件安装壁154,将供水单元40、净化单元20、加湿单元30依次安装到机壳10内部,装配完毕后,将内部组件安装壁154与所述内部组件安装口152重新连接。
进一步的,为了保证进风效果和机壳10强度,优选所述入风孔146数量为数个,数个所述入风孔146共同形成栅格状。所述内部组件安装壁154上也设有数个入风孔146。
由于所述储水单元42需要经常补水,为了方便操作,请参阅图7,在本实施例中,所述抽水单元44固定安装于所述底座12上,所述储水单元42设于所述底座12上并与所述抽水单元44可拆卸连接,所述内部组件安装壁154上设有储水单元安装口156及与所述储水单元安装口156可拆卸安装的储水单元安装壁158,所述储水单元42固定于所述储水单元安装壁158上,所述储水单元安装壁158上设有手持部159。在本实施例中,所述储水单元安装壁158与所述储水单元安装口156卡合连接,通过手持部159施力,需要加水时将储水单元42抽出,加完水后将储水单元42送回原位,加水操作简单方便。
请参阅图8及图9,在本实施例中,所述供水单元40、净化单元20及加湿单元30通过下述方式安装于所述机壳10中:
所述供水单元40、净化单元20及加湿单元30通过固定于所述底座12上的数根安装支架50定位,在本实施例中,所述安装支架50有3根,每根安装支架50分别设有中间安装部52和顶部安装部54,所述中间安装部52用于安装净化单元20的固定盘24,所述顶部安装部54用于安装加湿单元30的安装部32,所述供水单元40的储水单元42限位于所述中间安装部52与底座12之间,所述杀菌单元46固定于相邻两个安装支架50的上,并设于中间安装部52和顶部安装部54之间,所述水泵442通过送水管道444与所述杀菌单元46相连接。
为了实现在顶壁142向上打开的时候,在顶壁142与周壁144的连接位置形成出风口143,参照图10及图11(图10、图11只是连接组件的结构示意简图,并未体现连接组件的全部结构特征),优选地,本发明还包括安装于风道内靠近出风口143的位置的连接组件60,所述连接组件60包括用于连接顶壁142的第一连接件62及用于连接周壁144的第二连接件64,所述第一连接件62与所述第二连接件64活动连接,所述第一连接件62内设有贯穿孔621,所述贯穿孔621呈喇叭状设置,且其直径由靠近所述第二连接件64的一端朝向远离所述第二连接件64的一端逐渐增大,所述贯穿孔621的内壁上安装有一隔板622以将所述贯穿孔621分割成一端开口的第一容置腔623和一端开口的第二容置腔624,所述第一容置腔623的开口的直径大于所述第二容置腔624的开口的直径,所述第二连接件64固定在所述周壁144上,所述第一连接件62沿所述贯穿孔621的径向方向移动。本发明的连接组件60通过第一连接件62与第二连接件64之间的配合实现了顶壁142与周壁144的顺畅连接,且本发明的连接组件60结构简单,成本也相对较低。
进一步地,参照图12,在本实施例中,所述贯穿孔621的外壁上设有弧形导风面625,以对风流进行导向,进一步提升了风流的顺畅性,增大出风量。
进一步地,参照图12至图14,在本实施例中,所述隔板622面向所述第一容置腔623的表面上设有数个用于安装电控组件的电控安装部626,所述电控组件固定安装于所述电控安装部626上。所述隔板622面向所述第二容置腔624的表面设有数个导向柱627,所述第二连接件64上对应所述导向柱627设有数个导向孔642。具体地,所述导向柱627为三个,且所述导向柱627的中心的连线为正三角形,以形成稳固的导向结构。所述导向柱627包括柱体及设于所述柱体的侧壁上的筋条,所述筋条远离所述柱体的侧面为弧面。所述筋条的设置可有效降低导向柱627材料消耗,同时将筋条远离所述柱体的侧面为弧面以保证筋条与导向孔642孔壁配合的顺畅性,进一步保证顶壁142升降的顺畅性。
进一步地,在本实施例中,所述隔板622面向所述第二容置腔624的表面设有用于限制所述第二连接件64移动范围的限位件628。具体地,所述限位件628包括与所述隔板622固定连接的连接杆628a及设于所述连接杆628a远离所述隔板622一端的限位筋628b,所述第二连接件64上对应所述连接杆628a设有通孔644,所述通孔644的孔壁上设有限位槽646,所述连接杆628a由所述第二连接件64的朝向所述第一连接件62的一侧插入所述通孔644,所述限位筋卡合于所述限位槽646内,以避第二连接件64与所述第一连接件62脱离,进而保证了连接组件60运行的安全性。
综上所述,本发明的空气净化加湿设备的风道,通过设于净化单元上方的加湿单元,对流经加湿单元的空气进行加湿处理,为了更有利于通风,还在加湿滤芯中部设置通孔,利用储水单元和抽水单元的设置,持续为加湿单元提供水分,并设置杀菌单元,在水流入加湿单元前对水中滋生的细菌进行杀灭;本发明的空气净化加湿设备在净化空气的同时能够实现加湿功能,同时优化了机壳结构为拆装提供了便利,且具有结构简单、容易拆装、能耗较小、利于出风等优势。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种空气净化加湿设备的风道,形成于空气净化加湿设备的机壳内,具有进风端和出风端,其特征在于,包括净化单元及加湿单元,所述净化单元呈环形柱状,并对应进风端的进风位置设置;所述加湿单元设于所述净化单元上方,所述加湿单元包括安装部及设于安装部中的加湿滤芯,所述安装部包括通风孔及环绕通风孔设置的安装槽,所述加湿滤芯中部设有通孔,所述加湿滤芯安装于安装槽中。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的风道,其特征在于,所述加湿滤芯为网孔状的纤维布。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的风道,其特征在于,还包括供水单元,所述供水单元包括储水单元及抽水单元,所述抽水单元将水从储水单元运送到加湿单元中。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的风道,其特征在于,所述供水单元还包括设于抽水单元与加湿单元之间的杀菌单元。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的风道,其特征在于,还包括动力单元,所述动力单元设置于所述加湿单元上方,为空气提供动力使得空气经所述净化单元过滤后流动经过加湿单元。
  6. 一种空气净化加湿设备,包括机壳,其特征在于,所述机壳内形成有如权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的空气净化加湿设备的风道,所述机壳包括底座及壳体,所述壳体包括顶壁和周壁,所述壳体的周壁靠近顶壁的一端、顶壁与周壁的连接位置和/或顶壁设有与所述风道出风端对应的出风口,所述周壁远离顶壁的一端设有与所述风道进风端相对应的入风孔。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的空气净化加湿设备,其特征在于,所述顶壁可以向上打开,所述顶壁向上打开在所述顶壁与周壁的连接位置形成所述出风口。
  8. 如权利要求6或7所述的空气净化加湿设备,其特征在于,所述周壁设有内部组件安装口及与内部组件安装口可拆卸连接的内部组件安装壁。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的空气净化加湿设备,其特征在于,所述抽水单元固定安装于所述底座上,所述储水单元设于所述底座上并与所述抽水单元可拆卸连接,所述内部组件安装壁上设有储水单元安装口及与所述储水单元安装口可拆卸连接的储水单元安装壁,所述储水单元固定于所述储水单元安装壁上,所述储水单元安装壁上设有手持部。
  10. 如权利要求6或7所述的空气净化加湿设备,其特征在于,所述供水单元、净化单元及加湿单元通过固定于所述底座上的数根安装支架定位,每根安装支架分别设有中间安装部和顶部安装部,所述中间安装部用于安装净化单元,所述顶部安装部用于安装加湿单元,所述供水单元的储水单元限位于所述中间安装部与底座之间。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的空气净化加湿设备,其特征在于,还包括安装于风道内靠近出风口的位置的连接组件,连接组件包括用于连接顶壁的第一连接件及用于连接周壁的第二连接件,所述第一连接件与所述第二连接件活动连接,所述第一连接件内设有贯穿孔,所述贯穿孔呈喇叭状设置,且其直径由靠近所述第二连接件的一端朝向远离所述第二连接件的一端逐渐增大,所述贯穿孔的内壁上安装有一隔板以将所述贯穿孔分割成一端开口的第一容置腔和一端开口的第二容置腔,所述第一容置腔的开口的直径大于所述第二容置腔的开口的直径,所述第二连接件固定在所述机身上,所述第一连接件沿所述贯穿孔的径向方向移动。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的空气净化加湿设备,其特征在于,所述贯穿孔的外壁上设有弧形导风面。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的空气净化加湿设备,其特征在于,所述隔板面向所述第一容置腔的表面上设有数个用于安装电控组件的电控安装部。
  14. 如权利要求11至13中任一项所述的空气净化加湿设备,其特征在于,所述隔板面向所述第二容置腔的表面设有数个导向柱,所述第二连接件上对应所述导向柱设有数个导向孔。
  15. 如权利要求11至13中任一项所述的空气净化加湿设备,其特征在于,所述隔板面向所述第二容置腔的表面设有用于限制所述第一连接件移动范围的限位件。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的空气净化加湿设备,其特征在于,所述限位件包括与所述隔板固定连接的连接杆及设于所述连接杆远离所述隔板一端的限位筋,所述第二连接件上对应所述连接杆设有通孔,所述通孔的孔壁上设有限位槽,所述连接杆由所述第二连接件的朝向所述第一连接件的一侧插入所述通孔,所述限位筋卡合于所述限位槽内。
