背景技术
随着互联网技术的飞速发展,网络上的各种资源和信息日益丰富。人们通过网络搜索,几乎可以获取到自己感兴趣的任何信息。通常用户在进行网络搜索时,首先要确定自己所感兴趣的内容的关键字,然后在网络中搜索该关键字以获得相关信息。例如,当用户无意中在电视上发现一个电视节目很好看,想要观看该节目的完整视频时,通常需要先确定该节目的节目名称,然后去网络中搜索该节目名称以获取相关视频。或者,当户收到一个产品的宣传册,想要进一步了解该产品的功能或售价时,也需要去网络中搜索该产品名称以获取相关信息。
由此可见,现有技术从网络中获取信息的方法通常都需要确定搜索关键字,然后在搜索引擎中搜索该关键字以获得相关信息。这种搜索过程较为繁琐,导致信息获取效率较低,并且当用户无法确定搜索关键字或确定的搜索关键字不准确时,会影响所获取的信息的准确性。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术中的上述缺陷或不足,期望能够提供一种信息获取方式简单、准确性高的方案。为了实现上述一个或多个目的,本申请 提供了基于图像的信息获取方法和装置。
第一方面,本申请提供了一种基于图像的信息获取方法,包括:获取第一图像;从预设图像库中确定与所述第一图像匹配的第二图像;若所述第二图像关联有商品信息,则呈现与所述商品相关的第一信息;以及若所述第二图像关联有视频信息,则呈现与所述视频相关的第二信息。
第二方面,本申请提供了一种基于图像的信息获取装置,包括:图像获取模块,用于获取第一图像;图像匹配模块,用于从预设图像库中确定与所述第一图像匹配的第二图像;第一呈现模块,用于当所述第二图像关联有商品信息时,呈现与所述商品相关的第一信息;以及第二呈现模块,用于当所述第二图像关联有视频信息时,呈现与所述视频相关的第二信息。
本申请提供的基于图像的信息获取方法和装置,可以首先获取第一图像,并从预设的图像库中得到与第一图像匹配的第二图像,当第二图像关联有商品信息时,可以呈现出与商品相关的第一信息,而当第二图像关联有视频信息时,可以呈现与视频相关的第二信息。本申请能够直接将图像作为获取信息的依据,由于避免了通过关键字搜索信息的繁琐过程和可能产生的关键字误差,从而提高了信息获取的效率和准确性。

下面结合附图和实施例对本申请作进一步的详细说明。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释相关发明,而非对该发明的限定。另外还需要说明的是,为了便于描述,附图中仅示出了与有关发明相关的部分。
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本申请。
图1示出了可以应用本申请实施例的示例性系统架构100。
如图1所示,系统架构100可以包括终端设备101、102、网络103和服务器104。网络103用以在终端设备101、102和服务器104之间提供通信链路的介质。网络103可以包括各种连接类型,例如有线、无线通信链路或者光纤电缆等等。
用户110可以使用终端设备101、102通过网络103与服务器104交互,以接收或发送消息等。终端设备101、102上可以安装有各种通讯客户端应用,例如即时通信工具、邮箱客户端、社交平台软件等。
终端设备101、102可以是各种电子设备,包括但不限于个人电脑、智能手机、智能手表、平板电脑、个人数字助理和可穿戴式设备等等。
服务器104可以是提供各种服务的服务器。服务器可以对接收到的数据进行存储、分析等处理,并将处理结果反馈给终端设备。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例所提供的基于图像的信息获取方法可以由终端设备101、102执行,也可以由服务器104执行,基于图像的信息获取装置可以设置于终端设备101、102中,也可以设置于服务器104中。
应该理解,图1中的终端设备、网络和服务器的数目仅仅是示意性的。根据实现需要,可以具有任意数目的终端设备、网络和服务器。
请进一步参考图2,其示出了本申请基于图像的信息获取方法的一个实施例的流程200。
如图2所示,在步骤201中,获取第一图像。
终端可以首先获取用于搜索的第一图像,该图像可以与用户希望搜索的内容相关。例如,用户希望搜索一部电影,则第一图像可以是电影海报,也可以是电影中的一个画面。具体地,终端可以通过各种有线或无线的方式获取第一图像。例如,终端可以通过网络接收其他终端发来的图像,也可以直接从互联网中获得需要的图像。若本实施例中的方法是由服务器执行的,则服务器可以通过接收终端发送的图像,来获取第一图像。
在本实施例的一个可选实现方式中,可以通过拍照或截图功能获得第一图像。在一种可能的实现方式中,用户可以使用终端对感兴趣的内容进行拍照,并将该照片作为第一图像。例如,用户在观看到某个有趣的电视节目时,可以直接使用终端对当前的电视画面进行拍照。或者,当用户途经某个广告牌时,可以直接使用终端对广告画面进行拍照。这些拍照得到的照片可以作为第一图像。在另一种可能的实现方式中,可以使用终端的截图功能,直接将终端当前显示的画面作为第一图像。
接着,在步骤202中,从预设图像库中确定与第一图像匹配的第二图像。
当在上述步骤201中获得到第一图像后,可以在预先构建的图像库中搜索第一图像,得到与第一图像匹配的第二图像。可选地,在得到第一图像后,可以首先对第一图像进行预处理,以提取出第一图像中需要进行搜索的核心图像,而去除第一图像中无关的干扰图像。例如,当第一图像是通过对电视屏幕拍照得到时,可以通过预处理提取电视屏幕内显示的画面,而去除电视边框外不需要的图像信息,以提高后续图像匹配的准确率。在对第一图像进行预处理后,可以将预处理后的第一图像与图像库中的图像进行匹配。具体地,可以首先提取出第一图像的图像特征,例如,图像的颜色特征、纹理特征、形状特征和空间关系特征中一项或多项。然后将第一图像的图像特征与图片库中图像的相应特征进行匹配。当某一个图像的图像特征与第一图像的图像特征相匹配的程度达到一定阈值(例如80%)时,则可以确定 该图像为与第一图像匹配的第二图像。
继而,在步骤203中,若第二图像关联有商品信息,则呈现与商品相关的第一信息。
当在上述步骤202中得到第二图像后,可以进一步得到与第二图像相关联的信息。若该信息为商品信息,例如商品名称、品牌等,说明第一图像很可能是与商品介绍或宣传等相关的图像。当用户通过这类图像获取信息时,可以认为用户是对商品本身比较感兴趣,因此可以在终端的界面上呈现出与该商品相关的第一信息。例如,可以直接跳转到商品的介绍页面或商品厂家的网站主页等,也可以呈现出这些网络页面的网络地址。
在本实施例的一个可选实现方式中,第一信息可以包括商品的销售页面和/或销售网址。用户想要获取商品相关信息的一个重要原因是对该商品产生了购买意图,因此本实现方式可以进一步为用户提供该商品的销售页面和/或销售网址。由于同一种商品的销售渠道通常不止一种,因此,可以为用户提供不同的销售渠道来进行商品购买。在一种可能的实现中,可以直接跳转到可信度最高的一个销售页面,例如厂家直销页面,以最大程度地确保购买途径的可靠性。在另一种可能的实现中,可以呈现出多种销售渠道的销售网址供用户自行选择,以便用户选择适合自己的购买途径。在又一种可能的实现中,可以直接跳转到可信度最高的一个销售页面,并同时呈现其他销售渠道的销售网址,这样不但为用户提供了最可靠的购买途径,还提供了多种可选择的其他购买途径,方便用户进行筛选比较。通过将商品销售的页面或网址提供给用户,进一步提高了信息获取的全面性。
在与步骤203并列的步骤204中,若第二图像关联有视频信息,则呈现与视频相关的第二信息。
当在上述步骤202中得到第二图像后,可以进一步得到与第二图像相关联的信息。若该信息为视频信息,例如视频名称、类型等,说明第一图像很可能是与某个视频相关的图像。当用户通过这类图像获取信息时,可以认为用户是对该视频比较感兴趣,因此可以在终端的界面上呈现出与该视频相关的第二信息。例如,可以直接跳转到视频 的情节介绍页面或网络评论页面等,也可以呈现出这些网络页面的网络地址。
在本实施例的一个可选实现方式中,第二信息可以包括视频的播放页面和/或播放网址。用户想要获取视频相关信息的一个重要原因是想要观看该视频的具体内容,因此本实现方式可以进一步为用户提供该视频的播放页面和/或播放网址。由于同一部视频通常会有多个在线播放地址,因此,可以为用户提供不同的多种观看途径来进行视频观看。例如,可以直接跳转到一个视频质量最好的播放页面,也可以直接提供多个播放网址供用户自行选择,还可以在跳转到某一个默认播放页面的同时,提供其他播放网址供用户自行选择。通过将视频播放的页面或网址提供给用户,进一步提高了信息获取的全面性。
需要说明的是,当第二图像同时关联有商品信息和视频信息时,例如当第二图像为某个商品的视频广告截图时,终端可以同时呈现该广告视频的播放网址和该商品的销售网址,使得用户可以根据自己的实际需求打开相应的网络页面。终端也可以在商品的销售页面呈现广告视频的播放网址,或者在视频的播放页面呈现商品的销售网址。本申请对第一信息和第二信息的具体呈现形式不做限定。
本实施例提供的基于图像的信息获取方法,可以首先获取第一图像,并从预设的图像库中得到与第一图像匹配的第二图像,当第二图像关联有商品信息时,可以呈现出与商品相关的第一信息,而当第二图像关联有视频信息时,可以呈现与视频相关的第二信息。本申请能够直接将图像作为获取信息的依据,由于避免了通过关键字搜索信息的繁琐过程和可能产生的关键字误差,从而提高了信息获取的效率和准确性。
图3示出了本申请基于图像的信息获取方法的另一个实施例的流程图300。
如图3所示,在步骤301中,获取网络视频和网络图片。
在本实施例中,可以首先获取大量的网络视频和网络图片,作为构建预设图像库的素材。为了确保图像库的全面性和丰富性,可以获取尽量多的各种类型的视频和图片。具体地,可以从各种视频网站获 取网络视频,也可以从各种网站获取网络图片。
继而,在步骤302中,将网络视频中的单帧图像和网络图片作为预设图像库中的图像。
当在上述步骤301中获取到网络视频和网络图片后,不但可以直接将网络图片作为预设图像库中的图像,还可以从网络视频中提取出单帧图像作为预设图像库中的图像。由于每个视频都是由很多帧图像按照时间关系排序得到的,因此可以直接将网络视频中的每一帧图像都作为图像库中的图像。在一种可能的实现中,为了减少图像库的数据量,提高后续的图像匹配效率,可以按照一定频率,例如1帧/秒,提取网络视频中的单帧图像,作为图像库中的图像。可选地,还可以通过像素帧平均法或直方图帧平均法等方法,提取网络视频中具代表性的单帧图像即关键帧,作为图像库中的图像。
接着,在步骤303中,将预设图像库中的图像与相应的商品信息和/或视频信息进行关联。
在本实施例中,当在上述步骤302中得到预设图像库中的图像后,还可以进一步根据这些图像的来源和其所显示的内容,为其配置关联信息。具体地,当这些图像是从网络视频中提取出的单帧图像时,可以将与该网络视频相关的视频信息作为这些图像的关联信息。进一步地,当这些视频是用于宣传某个商品的宣传性视频(例如,广告视频等)时,还可以进一步将该商品的商品信息也与这些图像进行关联。当这些图像来源于网络图片时,则可以根据其所显示的图像内容确定与其关联的信息。例如,当该图像是电影海报时,则可以将电影名称与其进行关联;当该图像是平面广告时,则可以将广告商品的名称与其进行关联。
需要说明的是,本实施例中的商品信息,可以是商品名称、品牌等关键性商品信息。可选地,商品信息还可以进一步包括商品的介绍页面、商品厂家的网站主页以及商品的销售页面等的网络地址。本实施例中的视频信息,可以是视频名称、上映日期和导演等关键性视频信息。可选地,视频信息还可以进一步包括视频的剧情介绍页面、网络评论页面以及网络播放页面等的网络地址。
继而,在步骤304中,获取第一图像。
接着,在步骤305中,从预设图像库中确定与第一图像匹配的第二图像。
上述步骤304-305与图2中的步骤201-202相同,在此不再赘述。
继而,在步骤306中,若第二图像关联有商品信息,则呈现与商品相关的第一信息。
在本实施例中,当商品信息中包括有上述关键性商品信息时,终端在网络中搜索该关键性商品信息,并将搜索到的商品的介绍页面、商品厂家的网站主页和商品销售页面或这些页面的网络地址等作为第一信息进行呈现。当商品信息中还包括有商品的介绍页面、商品厂家的网站主页和商品销售页面的网络地址时,可以直接将商品信息作为第一信息进行呈现。由于商品信息是在构建图像库时经过筛选得到的,因此将商品信息作为第一信息时的可靠性更高。
在与步骤306并列的步骤307中,若第二图像关联有视频信息,则呈现与视频相关的第二信息。
在本实施例中,当视频信息中包括有上述关键性视频信息时,终端在网络中搜索该关键性视频信息,并将搜索到的视频的剧情介绍页面、网络评论页面以及网络播放页面等或这些页面的网络地址等作为第二信息进行呈现。当视频信息中还包括有视频的剧情介绍页面、网络评论页面以及网络播放页面等的网络地址时,可以直接将视频信息作为第二信息进行呈现。由于视频信息是在构建图像库时经过筛选得到的,因此将视频信息作为第二信息时的可靠性更高。
可选地,当第二图像是视频中的单帧图像时,可以进一步确定视频播放的进度。具体地:
在步骤308中,若第二图像为单帧图像,则确定第二图像的播放进度信息。
由于视频是由一帧一帧的图像,按照时间顺序排列得到的。因此,当第二图像是从视频中提取的单帧图像时,可以根据第二图像在构成整个视频的图像序列中的位置,得到第二图像所代表的视频的播放进 度,即第二图像的播放进度信息。
在步骤309中,基于播放进度信息调整播放页面中的视频播放进度。
当在上述步骤308中得到第二图像的播放进度信息后,如果终端呈现的第二信息是视频的播放页面,则可以将该视频的播放进度调整至播放进度信息所指示的位置,即视频中出现第二图像的时刻。这样,终端呈现的视频可以直接定位到特定画面所在的位置,避免了用户手动寻找视频中的画面,进一步提高了信息获取的准确性。
应当注意,尽管在附图中以特定顺序描述了本发明方法的操作,但是,这并非要求或者暗示必须按照该特定顺序来执行这些操作,或是必须执行全部所示的操作才能实现期望的结果。相反,流程图中描绘的步骤可以改变执行顺序。附加地或备选地,可以省略某些步骤,将多个步骤合并为一个步骤执行,和/或将一个步骤分解为多个步骤执行。
进一步参考图4,其示出了基于图像的信息获取装置的一个实施例的功能模块构架示意图。
如图4所示,本实施例基于图像的信息获取装置400包括:图像获取模块410、图像匹配模块420、第一呈现模块430和第二呈现模块440。
图像获取模块410,用于获取第一图像。
图像匹配模块420,用于从预设图像库中确定与图像获取模块410获取的第一图像匹配的第二图像。
第一呈现模块430,用于当图像匹配模块420得到的第二图像关联有商品信息时,呈现与商品相关的第一信息。以及
第二呈现模块440,用于当图像匹配模块420得到的第二图像关联有视频信息时,呈现与视频相关的第二信息。
在本实施例的一个可选实现方式中,第一信息包括商品的销售页面和/或销售网址。
在本实施例的一个可选实现方式中,第二信息包括视频的播放页面和/或播放网址。
在本实施例的一个可选实现方式中,信息获取装置还包括:
获取模块,用于获取网络视频和网络图片。
构建模块,用于将获取模块获取的网络视频中的单帧图像和网络图片作为预设图像库中的图像。
关联模块,用于将预设图像库中的图像与相应的商品信息和/或视频信息进行关联。
在本实施例的一个可选实现方式中,信息获取装置还包括:
进度确定模块,用于当第二图像为单帧图像时,确定第二图像的播放进度信息。
进度调整模块,用于基于进度确定模块确定的播放进度信息调整播放页面中的视频播放进度。
在本实施例的一个可选实现方式中,图像获取模块410通过拍照或截图获得第一图像。
本实施例提供的基于图像的信息获取装置,图像获取模块可以首先获取第一图像,然后图像匹配模块可以从预设的图像库中得到与第一图像匹配的第二图像,当第二图像关联有商品信息时,第一呈现模块可以呈现出与商品相关的第一信息,而当第二图像关联有视频信息时,第二呈现模块可以呈现与视频相关的第二信息。本申请能够直接将图像作为获取信息的依据,由于避免了通过关键字搜索信息的繁琐过程和可能产生的关键字误差,从而提高了信息获取的效率和准确性。
下面参考图5,其示出了适于用实现本申请实施例的终端设备或服务器的计算机系统500的结构示意图。
如图5所示,计算机系统500包括中央处理单元(CPU)501,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)502中的程序或者从存储部分508加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)503中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM 503中,还存储有系统500操作所需的各种程序和数据。CPU 501、ROM 502以及RAM 503通过总线504彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口505也连接至总线504。
以下部件连接至I/O接口505:包括键盘、鼠标等的输入部分506;包括诸如阴极射线管(CRT)、液晶显示器(LCD)等以及扬声器等 的输出部分507;包括硬盘等的存储部分508;以及包括诸如LAN卡、调制解调器等的网络接口卡的通信部分509。通信部分509经由诸如因特网的网络执行通信处理。驱动器510也根据需要连接至I/O接口505。可拆卸介质511,诸如磁盘、光盘、磁光盘、半导体存储器等等,根据需要安装在驱动器510上,以便于从其上读出的计算机程序根据需要被安装入存储部分508。
特别地,根据本公开的实施例,上文参考流程图描述的过程可以被实现为计算机软件程序。例如,本公开的实施例包括一种计算机程序产品,其包括有形地包含在机器可读介质上的计算机程序,所述计算机程序包含用于执行流程图所示的方法的程序代码。在这样的实施例中,该计算机程序可以通过通信部分509从网络上被下载和安装,和/或从可拆卸介质511被安装。

作为另一方面,本申请还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,该计 算机可读存储介质可以是上述实施例中所述装置中所包含的计算机可读存储介质;也可以是单独存在,未装配入终端中的计算机可读存储介质。所述计算机可读存储介质存储有一个或者一个以上程序,所述程序被一个或者一个以上的处理器用来执行描述于本申请的基于图像的信息获取方法。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种基于图像的信息获取方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取第一图像;
    从预设图像库中确定与所述第一图像匹配的第二图像;
    若所述第二图像关联有商品信息,则呈现与所述商品相关的第一信息;以及
    若所述第二图像关联有视频信息,则呈现与所述视频相关的第二信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一信息包括所述商品的销售页面和/或销售网址。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二信息包括所述视频的播放页面和/或播放网址。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    获取网络视频和网络图片;
    将所述网络视频中的单帧图像和所述网络图片作为所述预设图像库中的图像;
    将所述预设图像库中的图像与相应的商品信息和/或视频信息进行关联。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    若所述第二图像为单帧图像,则确定所述第二图像的播放进度信息;
    基于所述播放进度信息调整所述播放页面中的视频播放进度。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,通过拍照或截图获得所述第一图像。
  7. 一种基于图像的信息获取装置,其特征在于,包括:
    图像获取模块,用于获取第一图像;
    图像匹配模块,用于从预设图像库中确定与所述第一图像匹配的第二图像;
    第一呈现模块,用于当所述第二图像关联有商品信息时,呈现与所述商品相关的第一信息;以及
    第二呈现模块,用于当所述第二图像关联有视频信息时,呈现与所述视频相关的第二信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一信息包括所述商品的销售页面和/或销售网址。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二信息包括所述视频的播放页面和/或播放网址
  10. 根据权利要求7至9任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    获取模块,用于获取网络视频和网络图片;
    构建模块,用于将所述网络视频中的单帧图像和所述网络图片作为所述预设图像库中的图像;
    关联模块,用于将所述预设图像库中的图像与相应的商品信息和/或视频信息进行关联。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    进度确定模块,用于当所述第二图像为单帧图像时,确定所述第二图像的播放进度信息;
    进度调整模块,用于基于所述播放进度信息调整所述播放页面中的视频播放进度。
  12. 根据权利要求7至11任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述图像获取模块通过拍照或截图获得所述第一图像。
  13. 一种设备,其特征在于,包括:
    一个或者多个处理器;
    存储器;
    一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序存储在所述存储器中,当被所述一个或多个处理器执行时:
    获取第一图像;
    从预设图像库中确定与所述第一图像匹配的第二图像;
    若所述第二图像关联有商品信息,则呈现与所述商品相关的第一信息;以及
    若所述第二图像关联有视频信息,则呈现与所述视频相关的第二信息。
  14. 一种非易失性计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质存储有一个或多个程序,当所述一个或者多个程序被一个设备执行时,使得所述设备:
    获取第一图像;
    从预设图像库中确定与所述第一图像匹配的第二图像;
    若所述第二图像关联有商品信息,则呈现与所述商品相关的第一信息;以及
    若所述第二图像关联有视频信息,则呈现与所述视频相关的第二信息。
