具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明连接件以及使用该连接件进行连接的料材模块的具体实施方式作详细说明。
参见附图1,连接件包括第一固定件1、第二固定件2和锁定件3,由锁定 件3穿过第二固定件2将第一固定件1和第二固定件2锁定。当第一固定件1和第二固定件2分别固定在两个料材上时,锁定件3就将两个料材以面板相对的方向锁定在一起。
参见附图2、3,第一固定件1为一个T字形螺母11和一个螺钉12配合形成的工字形结构,T字形螺母11为内通孔全螺纹结构,螺钉12的外螺纹与T字形螺母11的内螺纹配合,螺钉12的长度小于T字形螺母11的长度,最好小于T字形螺母11长度的一半。螺钉12旋入螺母11后,形成工字形结构,用于夹固料材。
参见附图4、5,第二固定件2为一个T字形螺母21和一个T字形螺钉22配合形成的工字形结构,T字形螺母21为内通孔全螺纹螺母,T字形螺钉22为内通孔结构,T字形螺钉22旋入T字形螺母21后形成工字形结构,用于夹固料材。T字形螺钉22的内通孔的孔径大于第一固定件的T字形螺母11的内螺纹孔的孔径。
参见附图6,锁定件3为一个螺钉,包括螺帽31和螺纹杆32,螺纹杆32上的螺纹尺寸与第一固定件的T字形螺母11内螺纹尺寸相配。
参见附图7,第一固定件1、第二固定件2分别旋紧后,锁定件3的螺钉从第二固定件的中间通孔中穿入后,与第一固定件的T形螺母11配合,将第一固定件1、第二固定件2以及锁定件3锁定在一起。
锁定件3的螺杆的螺纹段32旋入第一固定件的螺母11内螺纹的长度与第一固定件的螺钉12的螺纹段旋入第一固定件的螺母11的长度之和小于等于第一固定件的螺母11的内螺纹孔的长度。保证第一固定件的螺钉12与锁定件的螺纹段不产生干涉。
参见附图8,对第二固定件的T字形螺母21进行进一步优化,其内孔为阶 梯孔,阶梯位于其螺帽位置,使T字形螺钉与T字形螺母配合时,T字形螺钉能够被限制在螺帽位置,减少对T字形螺钉上表面的损伤。同样,T字形螺母的阶梯孔小孔径大于第一固定件的T字形螺母的内螺纹孔的孔径。
第二固定件2的内孔径大于第一固定件1的内孔径,不仅方便将锁定件轻松穿入第二固定件的内孔与第一固定件的内螺纹孔配合,而且在第一固定件与第二固定件对准精度比较差的情况下,调整第一固定件与第二固定件的对准中心轴,保证第一固定件与第二固定件的锁定。
参见附图9,对第二固定件的T字形螺钉22也进行优化,其内孔设置成阶梯孔,阶梯位于T字形螺钉的螺帽位置,在阶梯小孔径上设置内螺纹23,内螺纹23和尺寸与第一固定件的T字形螺母11的内螺纹孔的尺寸相同。
再参见附图6,锁定件3的螺杆包括上端的螺纹杆32和下端的光杆33,光杆33连接螺纹杆32和螺帽31,光杆33的直径小于螺纹杆32的螺纹内径。锁定件的螺纹杆32先旋入第二固定件的T字形螺钉螺帽位置的螺孔内螺纹23内,当螺纹杆32全部旋入螺孔内后,锁定件的光杆33就自由穿入螺孔,这时,锁定件3就被挂设在螺孔上,不会从螺孔内掉出。可以防止卸下锁定件后,锁定件掉落或遗失。
锁定件3的螺杆的顶部倒角形成锥形,方便对准第一固定件的T字形螺母11,锁定件3的螺帽31的侧边压花34,增加手动旋紧锁定件时的摩擦力。
在第一料材的螺钉的螺帽、第一料材的螺母的螺帽、第二料材的螺钉的螺帽、第二料材的螺母的螺帽、锁定件的螺帽中的一个或多个螺帽上开设长槽4,长槽4位于螺帽的一个直径方向上,长槽4的宽度为1至3mm,长槽4的深度为1至2.5mm,方便使用工具将两个固定件在料材上更牢地固定。这里长槽4的宽度优选为2mm,2mm的尺寸正好可以用手边常见的一元硬币实现拧紧加强。长槽 4可以替换成弧形槽,弧形槽也是针对于人民币一元硬币实现辅助拧紧用的,弧形槽的半径为12.5mm,与一元硬币半径大致相同。
参见附图10,连接件可应用在两个料材模块的各种装置及设备中,料材模块包括第一料材5和第二料材6,第一料材5和第二料材6上均开设阶梯孔,阶梯孔为两头孔径大中间孔径小的结构,阶梯孔可以将两个固定件的两端填设在其中,使两个料材可以完全贴面。由于第一固定件上的螺钉对应的料材上表面一般是使用面,上方开设阶梯孔会产生尖角或空隙,影响使用。改进的方案为第一料材上的阶梯孔为下方孔径大上方孔径小结构,同时将第一固定件的螺钉进行倒角,防止产生尖角。
第一固定件1锁紧在第一料材5的阶梯孔上固定;第二固定件2锁紧在第二料材6的阶梯孔上固定;锁定件3的螺杆的螺纹段插入并穿过第二固定件2后与第一固定件1的螺母内螺纹配合后,第一料材5与第二料材6的上下表面贴合。
料材模块可应用于坐卧类家具、桌台类家具、橱柜类家具的子模块。
坐卧类家具包括沙发、床等,其上的板类部件可以通过连接件实现坐卧类家具尺寸增减以及形状改变,方便布置和拆装搬运;其底架等部件通过连接件实现长宽以及高度调整。桌台类家具包括桌椅、茶几等,通过连接件实现桌台类家具的尺寸增减以及形状和布置改变;其面板、底架等部件通过连接件实现长宽以及高度调整。橱柜类家具包括各种衣柜、箱子以及书架等等,通过连接件实现柜体的增减以及柜体形状改变,方便布置和拆装搬运;其面板、底架等部件通过连接件实现长宽以及高度调整。
下面以组合家具作为典型例子进行说明,将两个需要组合在一起的家具部件,如抽屉柜、挂衣柜等上下组合,将上方柜与下方柜通过连接件连接其上下 底板,实现组合,根据家具部件的尺寸,可以设置2至4个连接件对其进行连接。除了上下柜组合的方式,家具部件可以侧边进行组合,或者家具与室内墙板、天花板、地板之间均可以通过连接件进行连接组合。
参见附图11、12,组合家具的子柜7通过连接件8连接,组成适合室内风格的家具。由于子柜7为模块化结构,类似于积木形式,通过简单组合就能形成不同的风格。当要改变家具组合形式时,将连接件8从子柜上拆下后,重新按自己的需求组合成家具。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种连接件,其特征在于:包括第一固定件、第二固定件和锁定件,所述第一固定件为一个T字形内通孔螺母和一个螺钉配合形成的工字形结构,所述螺钉旋入所述螺母的长度小于所述螺母的内通孔的长度;所述第二固定件为一个T字形内通孔螺母和一个T字形内通孔螺钉配合形成的具有内通孔的工字形结构,所述第二固定件的内通孔孔径大于所述第一固定件的螺母的内螺孔孔径;所述锁定件为一个螺钉,包括螺帽和螺杆,所述螺杆的螺纹尺寸与所述第一固定件的螺母内螺纹尺寸相配,所述锁定件的螺杆的螺纹段插入并穿过所述第二固定件后与所述第一固定件的螺母内螺纹配合,所述锁定件的螺杆旋入所述第一固定件的螺母的长度和所述第一固定件的螺钉旋入所述第一固定件的螺母的长度之和小于等于所述第一固定件的螺母的内螺纹孔的长度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的连接件,其特征在于:所述锁定件的螺杆包括上端的螺纹杆和下端的连杆,所述连杆连接所述螺纹杆和螺帽,所述连杆的直径小于所述螺纹杆的螺纹内径;所述第二固定件的螺母或螺钉的内孔为阶梯孔,所述阶梯孔为顶端的大孔径孔和底端的小孔径孔,所述小孔径孔是螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔的直径与所述锁定杆螺杆的螺纹尺寸相配。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的连接件,其特征在于:所述锁定件的螺杆的顶部倒角形成锥形或半球形,所述锁定件的螺帽的侧边压花。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的连接件,其特征在于:在所述第一固定件的螺钉的螺帽、第一固定件的螺母的螺帽、第二固定件的螺钉的螺帽、第二固定件的螺母的螺帽、锁定件的螺帽中的一个或多个螺帽上开设长槽或弧形槽,所述长槽或弧形槽位于所述螺帽的一个直径方向上,所述长槽或弧形槽的宽度为1至3mm。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的连接件,其特征在于:所述长槽或弧形槽的宽度为2mm, 所述弧形槽的半径为12.5mm。
  6. 一种使用如权利要求1至5中任一项中所述的连接件进行连接的料材模块,其特征在于:所述料材模块包括第一料材和第二料材,所述第一料材和第二料材上均开设通孔,所述第一固定件锁紧在所述第一料材的通孔上固定;所述第二固定件锁紧在所述第二料材的通孔上固定;所述锁定件的螺杆的螺纹段插入并穿过所述第二固定件后与所述第一固定件的螺母内螺纹配合锁紧所述第一料材和第二料材。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的料材模块,其特征在于:所述第一料材和第二料材上的通孔为阶梯孔,所述第一料材的阶梯孔为下方孔径大上方孔径小的结构,所述第二料材的阶梯孔为两头孔径大中间孔径小的结构,所述第一固定件和第二固定件将所述料材锁紧后,所述第一料材与第二料材的上下表面贴合。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的料材模块,其特征在于:所述第一料材与第二料材分别为两个料材模块的侧板或上下底板,所述连接件为一个或多个,所述一个或多个连接件将所述第一料材和第二料材固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的料材模块,其特征在于:所述料材模块为坐卧类家具、桌台类家具、橱柜类家具的子模块。
