一种软硬积木 技术领域
本发明涉及积木拼图玩具的技术领域,尤其涉及一种软硬积木。
背景技术
积木有平面和立体两种。一般积木的表面上装饰着字母或图画,容许进行不同的排列或进行建筑活动积木有各种样式,可拼成房子,各种动物等,可启发儿童智力全面发展、既经济又实惠、深受儿童喜欢。但是现有技术中积木通常是立方的木头或塑料固体玩具,手感较差,不具备良好的弹性和耐磨性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种通过将聚碳酸酯基件的外表面附着热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶层,从而使积木的耐磨性增强,并且使积木具备良好的弹性。
根据该发明的一个实施方式,该软硬积木,包括聚碳酸酯基件,聚碳酸酯基件的上部为榫头,底部设有数个连接孔;聚碳酸酯基件的外表面附有热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶层。
可选地,软硬积木底部的最少设有1个连接孔。
可选地,榫头的形状为圆形、方形、三角形、梯形、月牙形、心形中的至少一种。
可选地,连接孔的形状为圆形、方形、三角形、梯形、月牙形、心形中的至少一种。
可选地,软硬积木底部的横截面为圆形、方形、三角形、梯形、月牙形、 心形、"L”形及“T”形中的至少一种。
可选地,榫头的形状为圆形时,榫头的外表面设置有螺纹。
可选地,连接孔的形状为圆形,且连接孔的内表面设置有与榫头外表面的螺纹相匹配的螺纹。
可选地,榫头的外表面设置有至少一个凸出物。
可选地,连接孔的内表面设置有与榫头外表面的至少一个凸出物相匹配的至少一个凹槽。
可选地,聚碳酸酯基件的外表面中心区域设置有凹陷的图案。
本发明所述软硬积木通过在聚碳酸酯基件的外表面附着热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶层,实现了积木的软硬结合,克服了软积木和硬积木的缺点,兼顾了软积木和硬积木的优点,具有良好的回弹性、耐磨性能,耐屈扰性、抗高温与抗氧化性等优点,且无毒、不吸水、不吸油,对儿童不会造成任何伤害。

下面通过附图和实施例,对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细描述。
图1是根据本发明一个实施例的一种软硬积木的结构示意图,如图1的所示,本实施例提供了一种软硬积木,包括聚碳酸酯基件1,所述聚碳酸酯基 件1的上部为圆形榫头,呈圆形的底部设有1个圆形连接孔;所述聚碳酸酯基件1的外表面附有热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶层2。
本实施例提供的软硬积木通过在聚碳酸酯基件的外表面附着热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶层,实现了积木的软硬结合,克服了软积木和硬积木的缺点,兼顾了软积木和硬积木的优点,具有良好的回弹性、耐磨性能,耐屈扰性、抗高温与抗氧化性等优点,且无毒、不吸水、不吸油,对儿童不会造成任何伤害。

本实施例提供的软硬积木通过在聚碳酸酯基件的外表面附着热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶层,实现了积木的软硬结合,克服了软积木和硬积木的缺点,兼顾了软积木和硬积木的优点,具有良好的回弹性、耐磨性能,耐屈扰性、抗高温与抗氧化性等优点,且无毒、不吸水、不吸油,对儿童不会造成任何 伤害。

软硬积木底部的最少可设有1个连接孔。
榫头的形状可设置为圆形、方形、三角形、梯形、月牙形、心形中的至少一种。
连接孔的形状可设置为圆形、方形、三角形、梯形、月牙形、心形中的至少一种。
需要说明的是,圆形榫头与圆形连接孔相对应;方形榫头与方形连接孔相对应;三角形榫头与三角形连接孔相对应;梯形榫头与梯形连接孔相对应;月牙形榫头与月牙形连接孔相对应;心形榫头与心形连接孔相对应。
软硬积木底部的横截面可设置为圆形、方形、三角形、梯形、月牙形、心形、"L”形及“T”形中的至少一种。
榫头的形状设置为圆形时,榫头的外表面设置有螺纹。
连接孔的形状设置为圆形,且连接孔的内表面设置有与榫头外表面的螺纹相匹配的螺纹。
聚碳酸酯基件的外表面中心区域可设置有凹陷的图案。

连接孔的内表面设置有与榫头外表面的至少一个凸出物相匹配的至少一个凹槽。
本实施例提供的软硬积木通过在聚碳酸酯基件的外表面附着热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶层,实现了积木的软硬结合,克服了软积木和硬积木的缺点,兼顾了软积木和硬积木的优点,具有良好的回弹性、耐磨性能,耐屈扰性、抗高温与抗氧化性等优点,且无毒、不吸水、不吸油,对儿童不会造成任何伤害。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种软硬积木,其特征在于,所述软硬积木底部的最少设有1个连接孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种软硬积木,其特征在于,所述榫头的形状为圆形、方形、三角形、梯形、月牙形、心形中的至少一种。
  4. 根据权利要求1或3所述的一种软硬积木,其特征在于,所述连接孔的形状为圆形、方形、三角形、梯形、月牙形、心形中的至少一种。
  5. 根据权利要求1或3所述的一种软硬积木,其特征在于,所述软硬积木底部的横截面为圆形、方形、三角形、梯形、月牙形、心形、"L”形及“T”形中的至少一种。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种软硬积木,其特征在于,所述榫头的形状为圆形时,所述榫头的外表面设置有螺纹。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种软硬积木,其特征在于,所述连接孔的形状为圆形,且所述连接孔的内表面设置有与所述榫头外表面的螺纹相匹配的螺纹。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的一种软硬积木,其特征在于,所述榫头的外表面设置有至少一个凸出物。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种软硬积木,其特征在于,所述连接孔的内表面设置有与所述榫头外表面的所述至少一个凸出物相匹配的至少一个凹槽。
