本发明实施例所提供的方法和装置会适时的检测是否有符合条件的触发事件,如果有,则对应的调整终端设置,所以避免使用同一功能或不同情景模式时需要手动调节,从而提高用户对终端设备的使用体验。

本发明实施例中所提及的终端可包括移动电话、可穿戴设备(如智能手表、手环、眼镜等)、平板电脑等电子设备,其他终端可包括移动电话、可穿戴设备(如智能手表、手环、眼镜、蓝牙耳机等)、平板电脑、智能家庭终端(如智能电视、空调、冰箱、无线路由器等)、智能车载终端(如车载导航、行车记录仪等)等电子设备。
下面结合说明书附图对本发明实施例作进一步详细描述。
实施例一
如图1所示,本发明实施提供一种终端设置的调整方法,该方法应用于终端中,并且该终端内设置有至少一个应用,该方法包括:
步骤101,检测到第一触发事件,则从控制条件中获取与所述第一触发事件对应的第一控制条件,其中,所述第一触发事件包括操作第一应用的第一操作事件或者当前所述终端的系统时间到达预设的所述第一应用相关联的启动时间;
在本发明实施例中,该第一操作事件可以是操作第一应用的任一事件,在具体的应用环境中可以是开启第一应用、对第一应用进行某一特定的操作等符合预设设置条件的事件。如果第一应用为电子钥匙(如汽车钥匙、房门钥匙等)、电子入场券(如演唱会门票、展览会门票、会议入场券等)、电子公交卡等NFC应用,则所述第一操作事件可以是用户主动打开该电子钥匙,用户主动选择该电子入场券,也可以是终端监测到该NFC应用被读卡器读取(即终端的NFC收发器接收到读卡器发送的读数据命令)等等。
本发明实施例中,所述预设的所述第一应用相关联的启动时间包括:根据接收到的用户输入信息生成的时间;或者,对所述第一应用历次启动时的启动时间进行统计得到的时间;或者,所述第一应用的使用有效期对应的起始时间。示例地,该NFC应用是汽车钥匙,则用户可根据每天的出行时间为该汽车钥匙设置一个固定时间为该NFC应用的启动时间;又示例地,该NFC 应用是电子公交卡,则终端可以根据用户在早上7点到9点的时间段内、晚上6点到8点的时间段内历次使用该电子公交卡的时间进行统计,从而得出一个统计值(如平均值)作为该NFC应用的启动时间;再示例地,该NFC应用是电子入场券,则终端可以将该入场券中所记录的活动开始时间(如演唱会门票上所记录的演唱会开始时间,或该开始时间之前或之后的某个时间点)作为该NFC应用的启动时间。
步骤102,根据所述第一控制条件对终端设置进行调整。
在本发明实施例中,所述终端设置可以包括所述终端的情景模式、播放音量(该播放音量可以是所述终端的媒体音量、通话音量、铃声和通知音量等音量中的一种或多种的组合)、第二应用(如所述终端上安装的地图导航类应用、手机音量自动调整类应用等等)的使用状态、所述终端与其他终端的连接状态中的任意一项或多项的组合;其中,所述其他终端包括与所述终端存在连接关系的终端。当然,所述终端设置包括但不限于上述所列情况。
针对具体的应用环境,如果手机来电铃声的音量值范围是0到10,主要分为低(0~3)、中(4~6)、高(7~10)三段,则可通过对平时或最近一段时间T内手机来电铃声在这三个音量段上的历史设置数据分别进行统计分析,从而得到相应的均值Vi(i=1,2,3)。
例如,若第一应用为一张公交卡,则初步判定手机来电铃声应该增强,即对音量进行增强调整(例如当前为0~3音量段,调整后为4~6音量段),或者直接将音量调整为高音量段(例如当前为0~3音量段,调整后为7~10音量段),则结合上述统计得到的均值Vi(i=1,2,3)确定第一控制条件,其中手机来电铃声对应的音量设置值为V2或V3,因此,本步骤中,终端可根据第一控制条件将手机来电铃声的音量值调整为V2或V3。当然,对于媒体音量、通话音量等播放音量以及其他终端设置也可以进行类似的设置与调整,这里不再赘述。
又如,若第一应用为一张研讨会的电子入场券,则初步判定设置中的手机来电铃声应减少至低音量段或直接静音,则结合上述统计得到的均值 Vi(i=1,2,3)确定第一控制条件,其中手机来电铃声对应的音量设置值为V1或0,因此,本步骤中,终端可根据第一控制条件将手机来电铃声的音量值调整为V1或0。当然,对于媒体音量、通话音量等播放音量以及其他终端设置也可以进行类似的设置与调整,这里不再赘述。
在具体的使用环境中,如果第一应用为电子公交卡,则如果第一操作事件为电子公交卡被启用,则可以确定使用电子公交卡的用户可能会处于一个比较嘈杂的环境,所以为了使电子设备能够适应嘈杂环境,可能需要将电子设备的设置进行调整(例如:来电/来信铃声以及音视频、游戏、FM等多媒体音量需要增强、数据开关需要打开等),根据需要调整的设置就可以对应的生成第一控制条件。以上实例只是对第一应用的一种情况做了具体的举例说明,但本发明实施例中的第一应用并不局限于电子公交卡这一种应用。
在本发明实施例中:调整后的终端设置可以与调整前的全部不同,可以部分相同部分不同,可以全部相同。即,若控制条件中包含的各个设置值与手机当前的设置值不同,则根据第一控制条件中的设置值对终端设置进行重新调整;若有的相同、有的不同,则可以针对不同的进行重新调整;若全部相同,则可以不进行重新调整或者可以进行无变化的重新调整。
本发明实施例所提供的方法会适时的检测是否有符合条件的触发事件,如果有,则对应的调整终端设置,所以避免使用同一功能或不同情景模式时需要手动调节终端设置,造成操作繁琐的问题。并且提高用户对终端设备的使用体验。
实施例二
通常情况下,需要根据终端的具体使用场景对终端设置进行调整,而上述不同的NFC应用一般都有不同的具体使用场景,即到达不同的使用场所可能需要使用不同的NFC应用,进而可能需要对终端设置进行不同调整。因此,在终端所处的使用场所发生变化时,终端设置的恢复调整也是必须考虑的。如图2所示,本实施例中,终端可以在第一应用关闭时或者关闭后的一定时间后,或者第一应用达到设定的使用时长后,将电子设备的终端设置调整到 该第一应用启动之前的状态,所以在本发明实施例中还通过以下方法步骤实现设置的恢复,具体实现可以是:
步骤201,检测到第一触发事件,则从控制条件中获取与所述第一触发事件对应的第一控制条件,其中,所述第一触发事件包括操作第一应用的第一操作事件或者当前所述终端的系统时间到达预设的所述第一应用相关联的启动时间;
本发明实施例中,对于所述第一触发事件、及其包括的第一操作事件或预设的所述第一应用相关联的启动时间,具体解释请参考上述实施例一中步骤101处的相应描述,这里不再赘述。
步骤202,记录所述第一控制条件需要进行调整的终端设置当前的第一设置值;
具体地,终端可以根据所述第一控制条件确定将要对哪些终端设置进行调整,从而把这些终端设置当前的第一设置值(如情景模式对应的设置值,和/或,播放音量对应的设置值,和/或,第二应用的使用状态对应的设置值,和/或,所述终端与其他终端的连接状态对应的设置值等)记录下来,以备后续对所述终端设置进行恢复调整时使用。
可选的,终端也可以将所述终端设置对应的所有设置值(如情景模式对应的设置值、播放音量对应的设置值、第二应用的使用状态对应的设置值以及所述终端与其他终端的连接状态对应的设置值等)都记录下来。
步骤203,根据所述第一控制条件对终端设置进行调整;
本发明实施例中,对于该第一控制条件、所述终端设置以及具体调整方式与实施例一中步骤102的实现过程以及方式相同,这里不再赘述。
步骤204,检测到第二触发事件,则获取所述第一设置值;所述第二触发事件包括操作所述第一应用的第二操作事件,或者,当前所述终端的系统时间到达预设的所述第一应用相关联的关闭时间,或者,所述第一控制条件的使用时间到达预设的所述第一应用相关联的控制时长;
在本发明实施例中,该第二操作事件可以是操作第一应用的任一事件, 在具体的应用环境中可以是关闭第一应用、对第一应用进行某一特定的操作等符合预设设置条件的事件。如果第一应用为电子钥匙(如汽车钥匙、房门钥匙等)、电子入场券(如演唱会门票、展览会门票、会议入场券等)、电子公交卡等NFC应用,则所述第二操作事件可以是终端监测到该NFC应用被读卡器读取(即终端的NFC收发器接收到读卡器发送的读数据命令)。例如:第一应用为电子公交卡,在需要上下车都刷卡的公交车中,如果第一次刷卡(终端的NFC收发器接收到读卡器发送的读数据命令)则触发第一控制条件的执行,如果终端的NFC收发器再次接收到读卡器发送的读数据命令,即检测到第二触发事件,则可以对终端进行设置的恢复(检测到再次刷卡,即说明用户所处的环境发生变化或即将发生变化,所以对应的需要对终端设置进行恢复调整)。
其中,所述预设的所述第一应用相关联的关闭时间包括:根据接收到的用户输入信息生成的时间;或者,对所述第一应用历次关闭时的关闭时间进行统计得到的时间;或者,所述第一应用的使用有效期对应的终止时间;
示例地,该NFC应用是汽车钥匙,则用户可根据每天的出门时间以及路途中所需要花费的时长设置一个固定时间为该NFC应用相关联的关闭时间;又示例地,该NFC应用是电子公交卡,则终端可以根据用户在早上7点到9点的时间段内、晚上6点到8点的时间段内历次使用该电子公交卡的时间进行统计,从而得出一个统计值(如平均值)作为该NFC应用的相关联的关闭时间;再示例地,该NFC应用是电子入场券,则终端可以将该入场券中所记录的活动开始时间(如演唱会门票上所记录的演唱会开始时间,或该开始时间之前或之后的某个时间点)以及活动的持续时长,或者该入场券中所记录活动的结束时间确定该NFC应用相关联的关闭时间。
所述预设的所述第一应用相关联的控制时长包括:根据接收到的用户输入信息生成的时间长度;或者,对所述第一应用历次使用时的使用时长进行统计得到的时间长度;或者,所述第一应用的使用有效期对应的时间长度。
例如,该NFC应用是汽车钥匙,则用户可根据每天的开车时长为该汽车 钥匙设置一个固定时长为第一应用相关联的控制时长;或者,该NFC应用是电子公交卡,则终端可以根据用户在早上7点到9点的时间段内、晚上6点到8点的时间段内历次使用该电子公交卡的时间进行统计,从而得出一个统计值(如平均值)作为该NFC应用相关联的控制时长;或者,该NFC应用是电子入场券,如演唱会门票,则终端可以根据该演唱会的持续时长作为该NFC应用相关联的控制时长。
步骤205,根据所述第一设置值对所述第一控制条件对应的终端设置进行调整。
例如,若第一应用为一张公交卡,当第一触发事件发生之前记录了终端的各项设置值(例如:音量为0~3音量段),在通过第一控制条件对终端设置进行调整之后,终端的设置发生变化(可以是来电铃声增强,例如调整前为0~3音量段,调整后为4~6音量段)。在本实施例中,如果有符合条件的第二触发事件,则对应的需要将终端的各项设置恢复到第一触发事件所触发的调整之前,即,终端在检测到第二触发事件之后,则获取第一控制条件对应的终端设置在上述步骤203之前所记录的各项设置值,从而对相应的终端设置进行恢复调整(该实例中,即将终端的音量从4~6音量段恢复成0~3音量段)。
本发明实施例所提供的方案中,会根据一个触发事件对终端设置进行一次调整,该次调整是针对用户所处地特定环境进行的适应性调整;但是用户并不是长时间处于该环境下,所以根据第二触发时间确定用户所处地环境恢复到调整之前,则对应的将终端设置也对应的恢复;基于上述终端设置的调整过程使得终端设置更能符合用户的使用需求,并且在一定程度上节约终端的资源效果(例如:当第一触发事件使得终端的各项设置的参数提升,则对应的用户所处环境恢复,则可以对应的恢复设置,从而能够降低手机能耗)。
实施例三
如图3所示,为了更清楚详细的说明本发明实施例所提供的方法,以下针对非接触式应用对本发明实施例所提供的方法做进一步详细的说明,其中,第一操作事件可以是第一应用被非接触读写器读取,具体实现可以是:
步骤301,检测到第一应用被非接触读写器读取,则从控制条件中获取与所述第一触发事件对应的第一控制条件;
如果第一应用为安装在终端上的电子公交卡应用,终端与公交车的非接触读写器交互实现公交费用的收取,则可确定该终端的持有者将会搭乘公交车,对应的持有者将会置身于一个相对嘈杂的环境中,所以对应的需要对终端设置进行调整;具体可以通过第一控制条件对终端设置进行调整,其中,该第一控制条件与上面所述实施例一、二中的第一控制条件相同,这里不再赘述。
步骤302,记录所述第一控制条件需要进行调整的终端设置当前的第一设置值;
本实施例中,该第一设置值与上面所述实施例一、二中的第一设置值相同,这里不再赘述。
步骤303,根据所述第一控制条件对终端设置进行调整;
在该实施例中,因为是针对非接触式且电子公交卡应用,一些公交卡收费时是通过络两次刷卡确定里程收费的,即从第一次刷卡上车到第二刷卡下车这一过程对应了用户搭乘公交的过程,所以第一应用第一次被所述非接触读写器读取,则为终端设置调整的开始时间,该第一应用第二次被所述非接触读写器读取,则为终端设置的恢复时间。那么,第二操作事件为所述第一应用第二次被所述非接触读写器读取,具体实现流程可以包括:
步骤304,检测所述第一应用第二次被所述非接触读写器读取,则获取所述第一设置值,即第二操作事件为第一应用被非接触读写器第二次读取。
步骤305,根据所述第一设置值对所述第一控制条件对应的终端设置进行恢复调整。
实施例四
考虑到用户有一定的生活习惯,针对一项终端设置可以确定多个子控制条件,即所述第一控制条件中包括多个子控制条件,其中,所述多个子控制条件分别对应不同的控制时间,且各子控制条件所对应不同的终端设置和/或 相同终端设置的不同设置值。
例如:手机上保存的应用为NFC家门钥匙,则可按照时间段为情景模式确定多个子控制条件,如{情景模式,(12:00-14:00,睡眠模式),(23:00-次日6:00,睡眠模式),(others,标准模式)},即,用户在家中时,12:00-14:00和23:00-次日6:00这两个时间段内需要把手机情景模式设为睡眠模式,其余时间设为标准模式。
如图4所示,具体实现步骤包括:
步骤401,检测到第一触发事件,则从控制条件中获取与所述第一触发事件对应的第一控制条件,其中,所述第一触发事件包括操作第一应用的第一操作事件或者当前所述终端的系统时间到达预设的所述第一应用相关联的启动时间;
在该实施例中,第一控制条件中包含一项终端设置(例如手机的情景模式)、n(n≥1)个子控制条件,其中每个子控制条件包含一个开启时间及对应的设置值。当然,第一控制条件可以包含多项终端设置(例如,情景模式,游戏音量、FM音量、音乐播放音量等其他媒体音量,该终端上其他应用的开启或关闭控制,该终端与其他终端之间的连接(如蓝牙或wifi等)状态中的任意多个)以及每项终端设置对应的多个子控制条件。
本实施例中,第一应用以上述NFC家门钥匙为例,则检测到第一触发事件,可以是终端监测到该NFC家门钥匙被非接触读卡器(如用户家门上安装的NFC读卡器)读取,也可以是终端检测到当前时间到达预设的该NFC家门钥匙相关联的启动时间,其中该预设的该NFC家门钥匙相关联的启动时间为用户为该NFC家门钥匙设置的时间值或者终端根据用户历次使用该NFC家门钥匙的时间进行统计得出的时间值。
步骤402,根据所述多个子控制条件分别对应的控制时间,先后调用所述多个子控制条件;
步骤403,根据每个子控制条件对终端设置进行调整。
例如:当用户使用该NFC家门钥匙打开家门进入家中时,触发手机使用 第一控制条件;或者,当手机确定当前时间为该NFC家门钥匙的启动时间时,触发手机使用该第一控制条件。
根据所述第一控制条件中多个子控制条件对终端设置进行调整的具体实现方式可以是:
A,终端根据上述控制条件中的n个开启时间判断当前时间是否到达第i(i≤n)个开启时间;若是,则执行步骤B;否则继续将当前时间与该第i个开启时间比对;
B,终端根据第i个子控制条件对相应的终端设置进行调整,并将i加1后继续执行步骤A,直到i=n为止。
在该实施例中,如果用户出门时使用NFC家门钥匙,在i<n时用户刷卡出门,可以对安装NFC家门钥匙的终端的设置进行恢复;另外,在本实施例中,控制条件中还可以包含控制时长,用于控制终端何时恢复原来的终端设置,其中,恢复操作与上述实施例相同,这里不再赘述。
本实施例中,基于用户的行为具有一定的连贯性的特点,可以基于一次触发事件调用多个子控制条件连续对终端设置进行调整,从而避免用户的重复操作,简化本发明方案的实现流程;并提高用户的使用体验。
实施例五
因为本发明实施例所提供的方法是针对终端上不同的应用进行的不同设置调整,即这些不同的应用分别对应不同的控制条件,所以利用第一触发事件从控制条件中获取与所述第一触发事件对应的第一控制条件之前,还根据以下几种方法生成第一控制条件,以下几种可实现方式是(其中,该实施例所提供的第一控制条件的生成方法可以结合到上述实施例一、二、三和四中的任一实施例解决现有技术中的问题):
方法一、根据所述第一应用的类型、所述第一应用历次运行时或运行后的预设时间内所述终端设置对应的第二设置值、接收到的用户指示信息中的一种或多种的组合生成所述第一控制条件。
具体地,上述生成第一控制条件的参数可以是单独使用、也可以结合在 一起使用,以下就以根据第一应用历次运行时或运行后的预设时间内所述终端设置对应的第二设置值,生成所述第一控制条件为例对本发明实施例中生成第一控制条件的具体实现方式做具体的说明,包括:
获取所述第一应用历次运行时、或者运行后的预设时间内所述终端设置对应的所述第二设置值,并利用所述第二设置值得出所述终端设置对应的第一设置统计值;
利用所述第一设置统计值生成所述第一控制条件。
本实施例方法中,第一应用可以是可重复使用的应用(如电子公交卡、NFC家门钥匙、NFC汽车钥匙等,直到该应用被删除或卸载才失效),对于这些应用,可以根据用户使用习惯(即所述第一应用历次运行时或运行后一定时间内的历史终端设置数据)对某些功能和/或情景模式等终端设置确定第一控制条件。
例如,终端(如手机)检测到第一应用是一张电子公交卡,则初步判定手机来电/来信铃声以及音视频、游戏、FM等多媒体音量需要增强、数据开关需要打开;然后,手机可将用户每次使用该电子公交卡刷卡上车后一直到下车这段时间内所使用的来电/来信铃声以及音视频、游戏、FM等多媒体音量相关的历史数据(即以上所述的第二设置值)进行统计以得到一个音量均值或针对每种媒体音量的一个均值(即以上所述的第一设置统计值),同时将这段时间内数据开关的打开或关闭次数进行统计以得到一个状态值(例如,此状态值为1表示打开,为0则表示关闭)(即以上所述的第一设置统计值),最后,手机可以根据以上统计得到的一个或多个音量均值、以及数据开关相关的状态值这些第一设置统计值生成第一控制条件。
另外,第一应用还可以是仅能使用有限次的应用(例如某景点门票、展览会门票等可使用几次(如两次)后就失效的应用),该情况下也可结合用户使用习惯针对某些功能和/或情景模式等终端设置确定第一控制条件。
例如,该第一应用为手机上保存的一张景点门票,其使用时间仅限于游客购买该景点门票当日以及次日早上9点之前,那么,手机可以根据用户在 购买当日使用该门票进入景点后对终端设置所做的调整(如手机铃声调为震动、音乐播放器音量调为最大、手机与智能手环之间建立蓝牙连接、手机与蓝牙音量建立蓝牙连接)生成第一控制条件;用户在次日9点之前使用该门票再次进入该景点后,手机根据该第一控制条件中的各项终端设置值对相应的终端设置进行调整。
此外,在最终确定该第一控制条件之前,还可以通过人机交互界面(如以弹出窗口等的形式)提示用户对该第一控制条件中的各项设置值(即以上所述的第一设置统计值)进行确认或调整,当然,用户也可以取消该第一控制条件,即不对该第一应用设置对应的第一控制条件。.
方法二、所述利用所述第一触发事件从控制条件中获取与所述第一触发事件对应的第一控制条件之前,生成所述第一控制条件还可以通过以下方式实现:
根据所述第一应用的类型确定需要调整的所述终端设置;
根据所述终端在历次使用中产生的所述终端设置对应的第三设置值得出所述终端设置对应的第二设置统计值;
利用所述第二设置统计值或者所述第二设置统计值与接收到的用户指示信息生成所述第一控制条件。
本实施例方法中,第一应用可以是可重复使用的应用(如电子公交卡、NFC家门钥匙、NFC汽车钥匙等,直到该应用被删除或卸载才失效),也可以是仅能使用有限次的应用(例如演唱会门票、研讨会入场券等使用一次后就失效的应用,又如某景点门票、展览会门票等可使用几次(如两次)后就失效的应用)。对于这些应用,可以在根据应用的具体类型初步判定出对哪些终端设置进行增强或减弱调整后,再结合用户在平时或最近一段时间内使用这些终端设置时所生成的历史设置数据进行统计以确定第一控制条件。
例如,手机检测到下载的第一应用为一张研讨会入场券,则初步判定手机来电/来信铃声需要减弱或者调为静音或震动、或者情景模式需要切换为会议模式、音视频等多媒体音量需要减弱(假设手机将音量划分为低、中、高 三段,此示例中判断需要将音量减弱至低音量段)、智能手环需要通过蓝牙连接该手机且消息推送功能需要开启;然后,手机可以将情景模式对应的设置值设为会议模式,将用户最近一段时间内所使用的来电/来信铃声以及音视频、游戏、FM等多媒体在低音量段所产生的历史数据(即以上所述的第三设置值)进行统计以得到一个音量均值或针对每种媒体音量的一个均值(即以上所述的第二设置统计值),并将手机与智能手环的蓝牙连接状态对应的设置值设为打开且消息推送功能对应的设置值设为打开;最后,手机根据上述这些设置值以及第二设置统计值确定第一控制条件。此外,在最终确定该第一控制条件之前,还可以通过人机交互界面(如以弹出窗口等的形式)提示用户对该第一控制条件中的各项设置值(即包括以上所述的第二设置统计值)进行确认或调整,当然,用户也可以取消该第一控制条件,即不对该第一应用设置对应的第一控制条件。.
对于其他类型的第一应用,包括可重复使用的以及仅能使用有限次的应用,手机生成第一控制条件的方法均与上述示例相同,这里不再赘述。
方法三、所述利用所述第一触发事件从控制条件中获取与所述第一触发事件对应的第一控制条件之前,生成所述第一控制条件还可以通过以下方式实现:
根据所述第一应用的类型确定需要调整的所述终端设置;
并接收用户输入地所述终端设置对应的第四设置值;
利用所述第四设置值生成所述第一控制条件。
本实施例方法中,第一应用的类型与上述方法一和方法二均相同,这里不再赘述。
例如,第一应用是一张电子公交卡,则手机根据基第一应用的类型(电子公交卡)初步判定如果有第一触发事件,则手机来电/来信铃声以及音视频、游戏、FM等多媒体音量需要增强、数据开关需要打开;然后手机通过人机交互界面(如以弹出窗口等形式)提示用户对来电/来信铃声以及音视频、游戏、FM等多媒体音量对应的音量值进行设置、并对数据开关勾选进行确认,;最 后根据用户通过该人机交互界面(如窗口)输入的设置值(即第四设置值)生成所述第一控制条件。
以下图5a~图5d是将针对上述任一种方法,对第一应用为NFC汽车钥匙时手机所确定的第一控制条件、以及用户使用该NFC汽车钥匙打开车门后手机对相应的终端设置所做的调整结果,通过手机用户界面(UI,User Interface)进行直观地呈现,具体如下:
(1)在手机上下载NFC汽车钥匙应用;(如图5a所示)
(2)手机根据该应用的类型确定需要将手机情景模式切换为驾驶模式,将多媒体音量调节为高音量段,将手机导航地图应用(如高德地图、百度地图等)打开,并将智能手环通过蓝牙与该手机连接、将智能眼镜与该手机之间的蓝牙连接断开,从而根据这些终端设置值确定第一控制条件;(如图5b所示)
(3)用户将手机靠汽车门锁(即NFC读卡器)处时,手机监测到该NFC汽车钥匙被读取;(如图5c所示)
(4)手机根据上述步骤(2)中的第一控制条件自动调整终端设置,即,开启驾驶模式、调大来电/来信铃声音量与音视频等其他多媒体音量、打开手机导航地图应用、连接智能手环、断开智能眼镜。(如图5d所示)
本实施例提供了多种控制条件的生成方法,通过该实施例所提供的方法终端可以根据自身存储的数据自适应的生成符合环境需求的控制条件;另外也可以根据用户输入的参数生成控制条件;从而提高控制条件的可使用性。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例方案中,除了上述实施例所述的终端上的不同应用分别对应不同的控制条件,当然,还可以是多个不同应用对应同一个控制条件,例如,该终端可以为其保存的研讨会入场券、图书馆门禁卡等设置同一个控制条件,而为其保存的演唱会门票、电子公交卡等设置另一个控制条件,总之,本发明方案对终端上不同应用所对应的控制条件的设置方式不做限制。
实施例六
如图6所示,基于上述方法,本发明实施例还提供一种终端600,该终端包括:
处理器601,用于检测到第一触发事件,则从控制条件中获取与所述第一触发事件对应的第一控制条件,其中,所述第一触发事件包括操作第一应用的第一操作事件或者当前所述终端的系统时间到达预设的所述第一应用相关联的启动时间;根据所述第一控制条件对终端设置进行调整;
其中,所述处理器601还用于根据接收到的用户输入信息生成的时间;或者,对所述第一应用历次关闭时的关闭时间进行统计得到的时间;或者,所述第一应用的使用有效期对应的终止时间确定所述预设的所述第一应用相关联的关闭时间;并根据接收到的用户输入信息生成的时间长度;或者,对所述第一应用历次使用时的使用时长进行统计得到的时间长度;或者,所述第一应用的使用有效期对应的时间长度确定所述预设的所述第一应用相关联的控制时长。
所述处理器601还用于根据接收到的用户输入信息生成的时间;或者,对所述第一应用历次启动时的启动时间进行统计得到的时间;或者,所述第一应用的使用有效期对应的起始时间确定所述预设的所述第一应用相关联的启动时间。
其中,该处理601还用于利用所述终端的情景模式、播放音量、第二应用的使用状态、所述终端与其他终端的连接状态中的任意一项或多项的组合形成所述终端设置。
存储器602,用于存储所述处理器运行的相关数据。
进一步,因为终端基于某一个触发条件进行设置调整后适应的是某一个特定的环境,但是当用户离开这个特定的环境后,这个特定环境下的设置则不一定能够适应其他环境,所以最有效的调节方式是将终端的设置调整回触发事件发生之前,该装置的具体实现可以是:
所述处理器601还用于在根据所述第一控制条件对终端设置进行调整之前,记录所述第一控制条件需要进行调整的终端设置当前的第一设置值;并 在根据所述第一控制条件对终端设置进行调整之后,检测到第二触发事件,则获取所述第一设置值;所述第二触发事件包括操作所述第一应用的第二操作事件,或者,当前所述终端的系统时间到达预设的所述第一应用相关联的关闭时间,或者,所述第一控制条件的使用时间到达预设的所述第一应用相关联的控制时长;根据所述第一设置值对所述第一控制条件对应的终端设置进行调整。
因为本发明实施例所提供的方案是针对终端所处的环境适应性的调整设置,非接触式应用是和实际应用环境相关度很大的应用,所以当本发明的方案应用到非接触式应用当中时:
所述第一应用为非接触式应用,所述处理器601还用于检测到所述第一应用被非接触读写器读取则确定检测到第一操作事件。
进一步,当终端需要恢复设置时,则所述处理器601还用于检测到所述第一应用第二次被非接触读写器读取则确定检测到第一操作事件。
因为本发明实施例所提供的方案是针对终端上不同的应用进行的不同设置调整,即这些不同的应用分别对应不同的控制条件,所以处理器601利用第一触发事件从控制条件中获取与所述第一触发事件对应的第一控制条件之前,还根据以下几种方式生成第一控制条件,以下几种可实现方式是:
方式一
处理器601还用于根据所述第一应用的类型、所述第一应用历次运行时或运行后的预设时间内所述终端设置对应的第二设置值、接收到的用户指示信息中的一种或多种的组合生成所述第一控制条件。
其中,该处理器601根据第一应用历次运行时或运行后的预设时间内所述终端设置对应的第二设置值,生成所述第一控制条件具体包括:
获取所述第一应用历次运行时、或者运行后的预设时间内所述终端设置对应的所述第二设置值,并利用所述第二设置值得出所述终端设置对应的第一设置统计值;
利用所述第一设置统计值生成所述第一控制条件。
方式二
处理器601还用于根据所述第一应用的类型确定需要调整的所述终端设置;根据所述终端在历次使用中产生的所述终端设置对应的第三设置值得出所述终端设置对应的第二设置统计值;利用所述第二设置统计值或者所述第二设置统计值与接收到的用户指示信息生成所述第一控制条件。
方式三
处理器601还用于根据所述第一应用的类型确定需要调整的所述终端设置;并接收用户输入地所述终端设置对应的第四设置值;利用所述第四设置值生成所述第一控制条件。
进一步,考虑到用户有一定的生活习惯,针对一项终端设置可以确定多个子控制条件,即所述第一控制条件中包括多个子控制条件,其中,所述多个子控制条件分别对应不同的控制时间,且各子控制条件所对应不同的终端设置和/或相同终端设置的不同设置值;则该终端包括:
当所述第一控制条件中包括多个子控制条件,并且所述多个子控制条件分别对应不同的控制时间,且各子控制条件所对应不同的终端设置和/或相同终端设置的不同设置值;则处理器601根据所述第一控制条件对终端设置进行调整包括:
根据所述多个子控制条件分别对应的控制时间,先后调用所述多个子控制条件;
并根据每个子控制条件对终端设置进行调整。
本申请实施例中的上述一个或多个技术方案,至少具有如下的技术效果:
本发明实施例所提供的方法会结合终端上的第一应用适时地检测是否有符合条件的第一触发事件,如果有,则根据该第一应用的控制条件自动地对相应的终端设置进行调整。因此,当用户在不同环境下或同一环境下的不同时间内使用同一项或多项终端设置时,不再需要手动调节、而是结合具体应用自动调整终端设置以达到最佳使用效果,既避免了手动调节所引起的操作繁琐,又能结合不同场景充分拓展手机上所下载应用的用途,较大地提升了 用户体验。
本发明所述的方法并不限于具体实施方式中所述的实施例,本领域技术人员根据本发明的技术方案得出其它的实施方式,同样属于本发明的技术创新范围。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种终端设置的调整方法,其特征在于,该方法应用于终端中,该方法包括:
    检测到第一触发事件,则从控制条件中获取与所述第一触发事件对应的第一控制条件,其中,所述第一触发事件包括操作第一应用的第一操作事件或者当前所述终端的系统时间到达预设的所述第一应用相关联的启动时间;
    根据所述第一控制条件对终端设置进行调整。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    所述预设的所述第一应用相关联的关闭时间包括:根据接收到的用户输入信息生成的时间;或者,对所述第一应用历次关闭时的关闭时间进行统计得到的时间;或者,所述第一应用的使用有效期对应的终止时间;
    所述预设的所述第一应用相关联的控制时长包括:根据接收到的用户输入信息生成的时间长度;或者,对所述第一应用历次使用时的使用时长进行统计得到的时间长度;或者,所述第一应用的使用有效期对应的时间长度。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一应用为非接触式应用,所述第一操作事件包括:所述第一应用被非接触读写器读取。
  4. 如权利要求1~3任一所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述第一控制条件对终端设置进行调整之前,该方法还包括:
    记录所述第一控制条件需要进行调整的终端设置当前的第一设置值;
    则所述根据所述第一控制条件对终端设置进行调整之后,该方法进一步包括:
    检测到第二触发事件,则获取所述第一设置值;所述第二触发事件包括操作所述第一应用的第二操作事件,或者,当前所述终端的系统时间到达预设的所述第一应用相关联的关闭时间,或者,所述第一控制条件的使用时间到达预设的所述第一应用相关联的控制时长;
    根据所述第一设置值对所述第一控制条件对应的终端设置进行调整。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一应用为非接触式应用,所述第二操作事件包括:所述第一应用被非接触读写器第二次读取。
  6. 如权利要求1~5任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述预设的所述第一应用相关联的启动时间包括:根据接收到的用户输入信息生成的时间;或者,对所述第一应用历次启动时的启动时间进行统计得到的时间;或者,所述第一应用的使用有效期对应的起始时间。
  7. 如权利要求1~6任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述利用所述第一触发事件从控制条件中获取与所述第一触发事件对应的第一控制条件之前,该方法还包括:
    根据所述第一应用的类型、所述第一应用历次运行时或运行后的预设时间内所述终端设置对应的第二设置值、接收到的用户指示信息中的一种或多种的组合生成所述第一控制条件。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,根据第一应用历次运行时或运行后的预设时间内所述终端设置对应的第二设置值,生成所述第一控制条件,包括:
    获取所述第一应用历次运行时、或者运行后的预设时间内所述终端设置对应的所述第二设置值,并利用所述第二设置值得出所述终端设置对应的第一设置统计值;
    利用所述第一设置统计值生成所述第一控制条件。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述利用所述第一触发事件从控制条件中获取与所述第一触发事件对应的第一控制条件之前,该方法还包括:
    根据所述第一应用的类型确定需要调整的所述终端设置;
    根据所述终端在历次使用中产生的所述终端设置对应的第三设置值得出所述终端设置对应的第二设置统计值;
    利用所述第二设置统计值或者所述第二设置统计值与接收到的用户指示信息生成所述第一控制条件。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述利用所述第一触发事件从控制条件中获取与所述第一触发事件对应的第一控制条件之前,该方法还包括:
    根据所述第一应用的类型确定需要调整的所述终端设置;
    并接收用户输入地所述终端设置对应的第四设置值;
    利用所述第四设置值生成所述第一控制条件。
  11. 如权利要求1~10任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一控制条件中包括多个子控制条件,并且所述多个子控制条件分别对应不同的控制时间,且各子控制条件所对应不同的终端设置和/或相同终端设置的不同设置值;则所述根据所述第一控制条件对终端设置进行调整包括:
    根据所述多个子控制条件分别对应的控制时间,先后调用所述多个子控制条件;
    根据每个子控制条件对终端设置进行调整。
  12. 如权利要求1~11任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设置包括所述终端的情景模式、播放音量、第二应用的使用状态、所述终端与其他终端的连接状态中的任意一项或多项的组合。
  13. 一种终端,其特征在于,该终端包括:
    处理器,用于检测到第一触发事件,则从控制条件中获取与所述第一触发事件对应的第一控制条件,其中,所述第一触发事件包括操作第一应用的第一操作事件或者当前所述终端的系统时间到达预设的所述第一应用相关联的启动时间;根据所述第一控制条件对终端设置进行调整;
    存储器,用于存储所述处理器运行的相关数据。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于根据接收到的用户输入信息生成的时间;或者,对所述第一应用历次关闭时的关闭时间进行统计得到的时间;或者,所述第一应用的使用有效期对应的终止时间确定所述预设的所述第一应用相关联的关闭时间;并根据接收到的用户输入信息生成的时间长度;或者,对所述第一应用历次使用时的使用时长进行 统计得到的时间长度;或者,所述第一应用的使用有效期对应的时间长度确定所述预设的所述第一应用相关联的控制时长。
  15. 如权利要求13或14所述的终端,其特征在于,所述第一应用为非接触式应用,所述处理器还用于检测到所述第一应用被非接触读写器读取则确定检测到第一操作事件。
  16. 如权利要求13~15任一所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于在根据所述第一控制条件对终端设置进行调整之前,记录所述第一控制条件需要进行调整的终端设置当前的第一设置值;并在根据所述第一控制条件对终端设置进行调整之后,检测到第二触发事件,则获取所述第一设置值;所述第二触发事件包括操作所述第一应用的第二操作事件,或者,当前所述终端的系统时间到达预设的所述第一应用相关联的关闭时间,或者,所述第一控制条件的使用时间到达预设的所述第一应用相关联的控制时长;根据所述第一设置值对所述第一控制条件对应的终端设置进行调整。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的终端,其特征在于,所述第一应用为非接触式应用,所述处理器还用于检测到所述第一应用第二次被非接触读写器读取则确定检测到第一操作事件。
  18. 如权利要求13~17任一所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于根据接收到的用户输入信息生成的时间;或者,对所述第一应用历次启动时的启动时间进行统计得到的时间;或者,所述第一应用的使用有效期对应的起始时间确定所述预设的所述第一应用相关联的启动时间。
  19. 如权利要求13~18任一所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于根据所述第一应用的类型、所述第一应用历次运行时或运行后的预设时间内所述终端设置对应的第二设置值、接收到的用户指示信息中的一种或多种的组合生成所述第一控制条件。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器根据第一应用历次运行时或运行后的预设时间内所述终端设置对应的第二设置值,生成所述第一控制条件具体包括:
    获取所述第一应用历次运行时、或者运行后的预设时间内所述终端设置对应的所述第二设置值,并利用所述第二设置值得出所述终端设置对应的第一设置统计值;
    利用所述第一设置统计值生成所述第一控制条件。
  21. 如权利要求13所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于根据所述第一应用的类型确定需要调整的所述终端设置;根据所述终端在历次使用中产生的所述终端设置对应的第三设置值得出所述终端设置对应的第二设置统计值;利用所述第二设置统计值或者所述第二设置统计值与接收到的用户指示信息生成所述第一控制条件。
  22. 如权利要求13所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于根据所述第一应用的类型确定需要调整的所述终端设置;并接收用户输入地所述终端设置对应的第四设置值;利用所述第四设置值生成所述第一控制条件。
  23. 如权利要求13~22任一所述的终端,其特征在于,当所述第一控制条件中包括多个子控制条件,并且所述多个子控制条件分别对应不同的控制时间,且各子控制条件所对应不同的终端设置和/或相同终端设置的不同设置值;则所述处理器根据所述第一控制条件对终端设置进行调整包括:
    根据所述多个子控制条件分别对应的控制时间,先后调用所述多个子控制条件;
    并根据每个子控制条件对终端设置进行调整。
  24. 如权利要求13~23任一所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理还用于利用所述终端的情景模式、播放音量、第二应用的使用状态、所述终端与其他终端的连接状态中的任意一项或多项的组合形成所述终端设置。
