Description

LTE网络的注册方法、注册系统和终端
本申请要求于2015年03月23日提交中国专利局,申请号为201510128561.4、发明名称为“LTE网络的注册方法、注册系统和终端”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种LTE网络的注册方法、一种LTE网络的注册系统和一种终端。
背景技术
在相关技术中,为了提升终端用户的通信使用体验,在终端开机后自动开启LTE(Long Term Evolution,长期演进)制式,以便于具备LTE业务的终端快速接入LTE网络,但是,在终端的用户识别模块不具备LTE业务的接入权限时,终端在检测到LTE网络时会始终尝试接入该核心网络,这就造成终端不必要的功耗浪费,同时,终端发出频繁的接入请求信令会严重影响本身的基本通信功能,严重影响用户的正常通信。
因此,如何设计一种LTE网络的注册方案以保证终端的通信质量和低功耗成为亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明正是基于上述技术问题至少之一,提出了一种新的LTE网络的注册方案和一种终端。
有鉴于此,本发明提出了一种LTE网络的注册方法,包括:在开启LTE制式时,在预定时间内检测是否成功注册所述LTE网络;在检测到网络侧拒绝注册入网时,记录注册失败地理位置和注册失败时间,并访问注册历史表单;根据所述注册历史表单控制是否关闭所述LTE制式,以及是否继续尝试注册所述LTE网络。
在该技术方案中,通过根据注册历史表单控制是否关闭LTE制式,以及是否继续尝试注册LTE网络,根据终端的注册历史表单设定注册程序,避免了终端在不具备访问LTE网络的权限时,终端仍然多次尝试注册LTE核心网, 通过增加终端的注册历史表单以确定终端是否有LTE核心网的注册权限,可以有效提高终端的接入效率,降低对用户正常通信过程的干扰,同时,节约了终端不必要的功耗损失。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,还包括:在判定不具备所述LTE网络的注册权限时,在所述注册历史表单中存储注册失败记录。
在该技术方案中,通过在判定不具备LTE网络的注册权限时,存储注册失败记录,可以有效确定终端对LTE网络的注册权限,尤其是在查询到注册历史表单中存在注册失败记录时,关闭终端的LTE制式,以取消尝试注册LTE网络。
具体地,可以在终端每次注册失败时,判定终端不具备LTE网络的访问权限并存储本次的注册失败记录,或者在终端多次注册失败后,判定终端不具备LTE网络的访问权限,并存储最终的注册失败记录。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,根据所述注册历史表单控制是否继续尝试注册所述LTE网络,包括以下具体步骤:判断所述注册历史表单是否存在所述注册失败记录;在判定所述注册历史表单存在所述注册失败记录时,不再尝试注册所述LTE网络。

(2)LTE网络不能完全覆盖终端所在的地理位置或者LTE网络处于忙时,网络侧都会拒绝终端的注册请求。
因此,仅在查询到注册失败记录时,直接关闭LTE制式,不再尝试注册LTE网络。

根据本发明的第二方面的实施例,提出了一种LTE网络的注册系统,包括:检测单元,用于在开启LTE制式时,在预定时间内检测是否成功注册所述LTE网络;访问记录单元,用于在检测到网络侧拒绝注册入网时,记录注册失败地理位置和注册失败时间,并访问注册历史表单;控制单元,用于根据所述注册历史表单控制是否关闭所述LTE制式,以及是否继续尝试注册所述LTE网络。

在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述判断单元210还用于,在重新开启所述LTE制式以尝试再次注册所述LTE网络后,判断再次尝试注册所述LTE网络是否失败;所述LTE网络的注册系统200,还包括:编辑单元212,用于在判定网络侧再次拒绝注册入网时,在所述注册历史表单中编辑注册失败次数加1;所述控制单元206还用于,在确定所述失败注册次数大于或等于指定次数时,关闭LTE制式并判定不具备所述LTE网络的注册权限。
在该技术方案中,通过在判定存在注册成功记录后,多次尝试接入LTE网络,每次注册失败后均更新注册次数,仅在注册次数超过指定次数(大于等于1)时,判定终端不具备LTE网络的注册权限,存储注册失败记录,以作为后续终端尝试接入LTE网络的基础,提高终端的接入效率。
图3示出了根据本发明的实施例的终端的示意框图。
如图3所示,根据本发明的实施例的终端300,包括:如上述任一项技术方案所述的LTE网络的注册系统200。
如图4所示,根据本发明的实施例的终端4,该终端4可以包括:至少一个处理器41,例如CPU,至少一个通信总线42以及存储器43;通信总线42用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信;存储器43可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是非易失性存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少一个磁盘存储器。存储器43中存储一组程序代码,且处理器41用于调用存储器43中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
在开启LTE制式时,在预定时间内检测是否成功注册所述LTE网络;
在检测到网络侧拒绝注册入网时,记录注册失败地理位置和注册失败时间,并访问注册历史表单;
根据所述注册历史表单控制是否关闭所述LTE制式,以及是否继续尝试注册所述LTE网络。
可选的,处理器41,还执行:
在判定不具备所述LTE网络的注册权限时,在所述注册历史表单中存储注册失败记录。
又可选的,处理器41根据所述注册历史表单控制是否继续尝试注册所述LTE网络,包括以下具体步骤:
判断所述注册历史表单是否存在所述注册失败记录;
在判定所述注册历史表单存在所述注册失败记录时,不再尝试注册所述LTE网络。
另可选的,处理器41,还执行:
在检测到所述网络侧接收注册入网时,在所述注册历史表单中存储注册成功记录。
还可选的,处理器41根据所述注册历史表单控制是否继续尝试注册所述LTE网络,包括以下具体步骤:
判断所述注册历史表单是否存在所述注册成功记录;
在判定所述注册历史表单存在所述注册成功记录时,判断所述终端移动后的地理位置与所述注册失败地理位置之间的距离是否大于或等于指定距离;
在判定所述终端移动后的地理位置与所述注册失败地理位置之间的距离大于或等于指定距离时,重新开启所述LTE制式以尝试再次注册所述LTE网络。
还可选的,处理器41根据所述注册历史表单控制是否继续尝试注册所述LTE网络,包括以下具体步骤:
在检测到所述网络侧接收注册入网时,在所述注册历史表单中存储注册成功记录;
判断所述注册历史表单是否存在所述注册成功记录;
在判定所述注册历史表单存在所述注册成功记录时,判断当前时间与所述注册失败时间之间的间隔是否大于或等于指定间隔;
在判定当前时间与所述注册失败时间之间的间隔大于或等于指定间隔时,重新开启所述LTE制式以尝试再次注册所述LTE网络。
进一步的,处理器41根据所述注册历史表单确定是否继续尝试注册所述LTE网络,还包括以下具体步骤:
在重新开启所述LTE制式以尝试再次注册所述LTE网络后,判断再次尝试注册所述LTE网络是否失败;
在判定网络侧再次拒绝注册入网时,在所述注册历史表单中编辑注册失败次数加1;
在确定所述失败注册次数大于或等于指定次数时,关闭LTE制式并判定不具备所述LTE网络的注册权限。
以上结合附图详细说明了本发明的技术方案,考虑到如何设计一种LTE网络的注册方案以保证终端的通信质量和低功耗的技术问题。因此,本发明提出了一种新的LTE网络的注册方案和一种终端,通过根据注册历史表单控制是否关闭LTE制式,以及是否继续尝试注册LTE网络,根据终端的注册历史表单在设定注册程序,避免了终端在不具备访问LTE网络的权限时,终端仍然多次尝试注册LTE核心网,通过增加终端的注册历史表单以确定终端是否有LTE核心网的注册权限,可以有效提高终端的接入效率,降低对用户正常通信过程的干扰,同时,节约了终端不必要的功耗损失。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种LTE网络的注册方法,适用于终端,其特征在于,包括:
    在开启LTE制式时,在预定时间内检测是否成功注册所述LTE网络;
    在检测到网络侧拒绝注册入网时,记录注册失败地理位置和注册失败时间,并访问注册历史表单;
    根据所述注册历史表单控制是否关闭所述LTE制式,以及是否继续尝试注册所述LTE网络。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的LTE网络的注册方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在判定不具备所述LTE网络的注册权限时,在所述注册历史表单中存储注册失败记录。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的LTE网络的注册方法,其特征在于,根据所述注册历史表单控制是否继续尝试注册所述LTE网络,包括以下具体步骤:
    判断所述注册历史表单是否存在所述注册失败记录;
    在判定所述注册历史表单存在所述注册失败记录时,不再尝试注册所述LTE网络。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的LTE网络的注册方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在检测到所述网络侧接收注册入网时,在所述注册历史表单中存储注册成功记录。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的LTE网络的注册方法,其特征在于,根据所述注册历史表单控制是否继续尝试注册所述LTE网络,包括以下具体步骤:
    判断所述注册历史表单是否存在所述注册成功记录;
    在判定所述注册历史表单存在所述注册成功记录时,判断所述终端移动后的地理位置与所述注册失败地理位置之间的距离是否大于或等于指定距离;
    在判定所述终端移动后的地理位置与所述注册失败地理位置之间的距离大于或等于指定距离时,重新开启所述LTE制式以尝试再次注册所述LTE网络。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的LTE网络的注册方法,其特征在于,根据所述注册历史表单控制是否继续尝试注册所述LTE网络,包括以下具体步骤:
    在检测到所述网络侧接收注册入网时,在所述注册历史表单中存储注册成 功记录;
    判断所述注册历史表单是否存在所述注册成功记录;
    在判定所述注册历史表单存在所述注册成功记录时,判断当前时间与所述注册失败时间之间的间隔是否大于或等于指定间隔;
    在判定当前时间与所述注册失败时间之间的间隔大于或等于指定间隔时,重新开启所述LTE制式以尝试再次注册所述LTE网络。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的LTE网络的注册方法,其特征在于,根据所述注册历史表单确定是否继续尝试注册所述LTE网络,还包括以下具体步骤:
    在重新开启所述LTE制式以尝试再次注册所述LTE网络后,判断再次尝试注册所述LTE网络是否失败;
    在判定网络侧再次拒绝注册入网时,在所述注册历史表单中编辑注册失败次数加1;
    在确定所述失败注册次数大于或等于指定次数时,关闭LTE制式并判定不具备所述LTE网络的注册权限。
  8. 一种LTE网络的注册系统,适用于终端,其特征在于,包括:
    检测单元,用于在开启LTE制式时,在预定时间内检测是否成功注册所述LTE网络;
    访问记录单元,用于在检测到网络侧拒绝注册入网时,记录注册失败地理位置和注册失败时间,并访问注册历史表单;
    控制单元,用于根据所述注册历史表单控制是否关闭所述LTE制式,以及是否继续尝试注册所述LTE网络。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的LTE网络的注册系统,其特征在于,还包括:
    存储单元,用于在判定不具备所述LTE网络的注册权限时,在所述注册历史表单中存储注册失败记录。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的LTE网络的注册系统,其特征在于,还包括:
    判断单元,用于判断所述注册历史表单是否存在所述注册失败记录;
    所述控制单元还用于,在判定所述注册历史表单存在所述注册失败记录时,不再尝试注册所述LTE网络。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的LTE网络的注册系统,其特征在于,所述存 储单元还用于,在检测到所述网络侧接收注册入网时,在所述注册历史表单中存储注册成功记录。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的LTE网络的注册系统,其特征在于,所述判断单元还用于,判断所述注册历史表单是否存在所述注册成功记录;以及
    用于在判定所述注册历史表单存在所述注册成功记录时,判断所述终端移动后的地理位置与所述注册失败地理位置之间的距离是否大于或等于指定距离;
    所述控制单元还用于,在判定所述终端移动后的地理位置与所述注册失败地理位置之间的距离大于或等于指定距离时,重新开启所述LTE制式以尝试再次注册所述LTE网络。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的LTE网络的注册系统,其特征在于,所述存储单元还用于,在检测到所述网络侧接收注册入网时,在所述注册历史表单中存储注册成功记录;
    所述判断单元还用于,判断所述注册历史表单是否存在所述注册成功记录;以及
    用于在判定所述注册历史表单存在所述注册成功记录时,判断当前时间与所述注册失败时间之间的间隔是否大于或等于指定间隔;
    所述控制单元还用于,在判定当前时间与所述注册失败时间之间的间隔大于或等于指定间隔时,重新开启所述LTE制式以尝试再次注册所述LTE网络。
  14. 根据权利要求12或13所述的LTE网络的注册系统,其特征在于,所述判断单元还用于,在重新开启所述LTE制式以尝试再次注册所述LTE网络后,判断再次尝试注册所述LTE网络是否失败;
    所述LTE网络的注册系统,还包括:
    编辑单元,用于在判定网络侧再次拒绝注册入网时,在所述注册历史表单中编辑注册失败次数加1;
    所述控制单元还用于,在确定所述失败注册次数大于或等于指定次数时,关闭LTE制式并判定不具备所述LTE网络的注册权限。
  15. 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括处理器和存储器,其中,所述存储器中存储一组程序代码,且所述处理器用于调用所述存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
    在开启LTE制式时,在预定时间内检测是否成功注册所述LTE网络;
    在检测到网络侧拒绝注册入网时,记录注册失败地理位置和注册失败时间,并访问注册历史表单;
    根据所述注册历史表单控制是否关闭所述LTE制式,以及是否继续尝试注册所述LTE网络。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器,还执行:
    在判定不具备所述LTE网络的注册权限时,在所述注册历史表单中存储注册失败记录。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器根据所述注册历史表单控制是否继续尝试注册所述LTE网络,包括以下具体步骤:
    判断所述注册历史表单是否存在所述注册失败记录;
    在判定所述注册历史表单存在所述注册失败记录时,不再尝试注册所述LTE网络。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器,还执行:
    在检测到所述网络侧接收注册入网时,在所述注册历史表单中存储注册成功记录。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器根据所述注册历史表单控制是否继续尝试注册所述LTE网络,包括以下具体步骤:
    判断所述注册历史表单是否存在所述注册成功记录;
    在判定所述注册历史表单存在所述注册成功记录时,判断所述终端移动后的地理位置与所述注册失败地理位置之间的距离是否大于或等于指定距离;
    在判定所述终端移动后的地理位置与所述注册失败地理位置之间的距离大于或等于指定距离时,重新开启所述LTE制式以尝试再次注册所述LTE网络。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器根据所述注册历史表单控制是否继续尝试注册所述LTE网络,包括以下具体步骤:
    在检测到所述网络侧接收注册入网时,在所述注册历史表单中存储注册成功记录;
    判断所述注册历史表单是否存在所述注册成功记录;
    在判定所述注册历史表单存在所述注册成功记录时,判断当前时间与所述 注册失败时间之间的间隔是否大于或等于指定间隔;
    在判定当前时间与所述注册失败时间之间的间隔大于或等于指定间隔时,重新开启所述LTE制式以尝试再次注册所述LTE网络。
  21. 根据权利要求19或20所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器根据所述注册历史表单确定是否继续尝试注册所述LTE网络,还包括以下具体步骤:
    在重新开启所述LTE制式以尝试再次注册所述LTE网络后,判断再次尝试注册所述LTE网络是否失败;
    在判定网络侧再次拒绝注册入网时,在所述注册历史表单中编辑注册失败次数加1;
    在确定所述失败注册次数大于或等于指定次数时,关闭LTE制式并判定不具备所述LTE网络的注册权限。
