通过本申请,在需要在不同的终端设备建立关联关系时,特别是对于已确定的目标终端设备,例如,在同一场所内不同用户持有的终端设备,可以由服务器接收至少两个终端设备的关联关系建立请求,建立请求是通过同时对至少两个终端设备执行同一预置操作而触发的,同时在请求中携带有终端设备在被执行预置操作时的操作特征信息,由于操作特性信息是不同终端中同时产生的同类操作信息,利用操作特征信息建立不同终端设备间的关联关系,具有更高的准确性,同时也提高了匹配过程的安全性。
当然,实施本申请的任一产品并不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有优点。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
需要将不同终端设备首先进行匹配的应用越来越多,匹配的方式也多种多样,但在现有技术中对终端设备的匹配方式中,随机选择终端设备的方式无法实现对已确定的目标设备的匹配。通过特定媒介如音频,二维码等进行匹配的方式中,所使用的媒介易被仿冒,可能引起信息泄漏等安全问题。本申请实施例提出了一种终端设备关联关系的建立方法,可以通过不同终端设备在触发同一预置操作时产生的操作特征信息,来确定进行匹配的终端设备对象,由于终端设备的操作特征信息的产生具有相对严格的时间特性,从而依据具有相同时间特性的操作特征信息进行终端设备的匹配,能够更加准确的对需要进行匹配的目标终端设备进行鉴别和匹配,同时更好的保证匹配过程的安全性。
实施例一
如图1所示,其为本申请实施例提供的终端设备关联关系的建立方法的流程图,该方法可以包括以下步骤:
S101:服务器接收至少两个终端设备的关联关系建立请求,所述请求通过 同时对至少两个终端设备执行同一预置操作而触发;所述请求中携带有终端设备在被执行所述预置操作时的操作特征信息;
不同终端设备或者设备中的应用需要进行匹配时,通常可以在服务器端进行终端设备关联关系的建立。在通过终端设备中的应用进行某些事务的处理,而需要对不同的终端设备建立关联关系时,可以由需要建立关联关系的终端设备,通过相关应用发送关联关系的建立请求,服务器可以接收至少两个终端设备的关联关系建立请求,并在满足一定条件的前提下为不同的终端设备建立关联关系。为了保证目标设备间关联关系的正确建立,终端设备所发出的请求可以是同时的,并且是在终端设备在被执行同种操作的条件下触发的。服务器所接收的请求,可以是通过同时对至少两个终端设备执行同一预置操作而触发的,例如,可以是摇动终端设备的操作,即当两个或两个以上终端设备需要建立关联关系时,可以由同一用户同时对终端设备进行摇动,以便被摇动的终端设备同时产生和发出关联关系的建立请求。在所接收的请求中,可以携带有终端设备在被执行预置操作时的操作特征信息,操作特征信息是终端设备在被执行预置操作时产生的信息,例如,当对多个终端设备同时进行摇动操作时,可以通过终端设备所搭载的加速度传感器,获取终端设备在被摇动的过程中产生的随时间变化的加速度采样信息,随时间变化的加速度采样信息,可以包括终端设备被同时摇动的过程中产生的一条或多条数据,每条数据中包括加速度值,以及产生该加速度值对应的时间信息等等。
此外,触发多个终端设备发出关联关系建立请求的预置操作可以有多种实现方式,除了摇动终端设备的操作触发终端设备的加速度传感器,进而将在被摇动的过程中产生的随时间变化的加速度采样信息等操作特征信息之外,也可以在需要对多个终端设备进行匹配时,同时对多个终端设备执行在相同的旋转操作或者是转向操作,从而触发终端设备中的陀螺仪或者方向传感器产生信号,进而触发这些终端设备发出建立关联关系的请求。同样,在请求中可以携带终端设备在被执行上述操作的操作特征信息,例如,旋转时在某个或某些轴上所转过的角度,和发生旋转操作的时间信息等等。
总之,多个终端设备建立关联关系的请求,具体通过何种预置操作触发,可以依具体的需求,以及设备所搭载的传感器种类来确定,只要满足同时对不 同终端设备进行相同的预置操作即可。操作特征信息可以是终端设备在被执行预置操作时产生的一种或多种感应数据,在预置操作触发后,可以通过终端设备所搭载的传感器等获取一种或多种感应数据,并根据感应数据获得操作特征信息,例如,对应的传感器数据,数据变化速率,操作或者数据变化发生的时间等等,都可以作为操作特征信息。也可以在同时对至少两个终端设备执行同一预置操作时,将终端设备中多种传感器所产生的信息,以及产生信息的时间作为操作特征信息,并携带在关联关系建立请求中,以便于服务器在进行不同终端设备的关联关系的确定时,有更多更丰富的操作特征信息进行分析,提高不同目标终端设备进行匹配的准确性。
S102:对各个终端设备的操作特征信息进行相似性对比;
在接收到各个终端设备的操作特征信息后,服务器可以对接收到的各个终端设备的操作特征信息进行相似性对比,进而确定不同终端设备所对应的操作特征信息是否满足预置的条件。具体在进行相似性对比时,根据操作特征信息的类型不同,可以有不同的相似性对比方式。例如,当通过同时对不同终端设备进行摇动操作触发关联关系建立请求时,可以将摇动操作过程中不同终端设备的加速度采样信息,以及摇动操作产生加速度采样信息时对应的时间信息作为操作特征信息,服务器接收到不同终端设备的操作特征信息后,可以根据其中包括对时间信息,以及加速度采样信息,对同时产生同样加速度采样信息的不同终端设备进行匹配,即在同时产生同样加速度采样信息的不同终端设备建立关联关系。在操作特征信息包括其他类型的信息时,可以对不同的终端设备的操作特性信息中的各类信息分别进行相似性的对比,在此就不一一列举了。
需要说明的是,在对不同终端设备执行预置操作时,所能收集到的操作特征的种类或数量越多,则对各个终端设备的操作特征信息进行相似性对比时,所获取的对比结果更加准确,从而可以提高不同目标终端设备进行匹配的准确性。例如,当对两个终端设备同时进行相同的摇动操作时,可以两个终端摇动终端被摇动过程中的多个时间点,分别收集两个设备的加速度采样信息以及时间信息,作为操作特征信息或一部分操作特征信息。另外,还可以附加终端设备的定位信息等,也作为操作特征信息携带在关联关系的建立请求中,以实现更加准确的建立目标终端设备间的关联关系。以下举例进行详细说明。
示例一
在示例一中,以两个目标终端设备进行匹配为例,所接收的关联关系建立请求通过对两个终端设备同时执行摇动操作触发,在请求中携带的操作特征信息,包括终端设备在被摇动的过程中产生的加速度采样信息,以及摇动操作产生加速度采样信息时对应的时间信息,具体数据如表1所示。

在接收到如表1所示的数据后,可以根据表1中的数据进行各终端设备的操作特征信息相似性对比。其中,ID为区分不同终端设备或者不同登录者的唯一性标识信息。具体在对比时,可以首先对比操作特征信息中的时间信息,如果操作特征信息中的时间信息一致,或者两者的差值小于预置的阈值,则表示两个终端设备被执行的摇动操作是同时的,然后再对比两者的加速度采样信息,如果对应的加速度A1与加速度A2相同或两者之差小于预置的阈值,则可以得到对比结果为两个终端设备的操作特征信息具有相似性。
示例二
在示例二中,以两个目标终端设备进行匹配为例,所接收的关联关系建立请求通过对两个终端设备同时执行摇动操作触发,在请求中携带的操作特征信息,包括终端设备在被摇动的过程中产生的随时间变化的加速度采样信息,其具体数据形式可以是多个时间点对应的加速度采样信息,以及摇动操作中各加速度采样信息产生时的时间信息,具体数据如表2所示。

在接收到如表2所示的数据后,可以根据表2中的数据进行各终端设备的操作特征信息相似性对比。其中ID为区分不同终端设备或者不同登录者的唯一性标识信息。具体在对比时,可以首先对比操作特征信息中对应的时间信息,如可以将时间B3与时间B4对比,将时间C3与时间C4对比,如果操作特征信息中的对应的时间信息一致,或者两者的差值小于预置的阈值,则表示两个终端设备被执行的摇动操作对应的加速度采样是同时的,然后再对比两者的加速度采样信息,如果对应的加速度B1与加速度B2,以及加速度C1与加速度C2相同或两者之差小于预置的阈值,则可以得到对比结果为两个终端设备的操作特征信息具有相似性。在示例二中,操作特征信息包括了终端设备在被摇动过程中产生的、随时间变化的加速度采样信息,其中包括了摇动过程中多个时间点采集加速度采样信息,以这种信息作为操作特征信息时,可以为更加精确的匹配目标设备提供更加可靠的依据,从而提高终端设备匹配的准确性。此外,如前所述,终端设备中传感器感应数据的变化速率,也可以作为操作特征信息,即作为两个或两个以上终端设备是否可以进行匹配的判断依据,因而,在另一种实现方式下,预置的操作可以是同时对多个终端设备的摇动操作,进而根据终端设备在被摇动过程中产生的多条加速度采样信息,获取的各终端设备的加速度变化,以及各加速度变化对应的时间信息,将加速度变化以及对应的时间信息作为操作特征信息。
示例三
在示例三中,以两个目标终端设备进行匹配为例,所接收的关联关系建立请求通过对两个终端设备同时执行摇动操作触发,在请求中携带的操作特征信息,包括终端设备在被摇动的过程中产生的加速度采样信息,摇动操作发生的 时间信息,以及各终端设备的定位信息,具体数据如表3所示。

在接收到如表3所示的数据后,可以根据表1中的数据进行各终端设备的操作特征信息相似性对比。其中,ID为区分不同终端设备或者不同登录者的唯一性标识信息。具体在对比时,可以首先对比操作特征信息中的时间信息,如果操作特征信息中的时间信息一致,或者两者的差值小于预置的阈值,则表示两个终端设备被执行的摇动操作是同时的。再对比两者的加速度采样信息,以及两者的定位信息,如果对应的加速度D1与加速度D2相同或两者之差小于预置的阈值,以及位置P1与位置P2相同或者距离小于预置的阈值,则可以得到对比结果是两个终端设备的操作特征信息具有相似性。另外,采用在关联关系建立请求中携带终端设备的定位信息的方式时,服务器端可以首选根据定位信息对不同的终端设备进行聚类,即在对各个终端设备的操作特征信息进行相似性比对时,可以根据所述定位信息,对各个终端设备进行聚类,得到多个区域范围,每个区域范围内包括至少两个终端设备,进而分别在相同的区域范围内,对终端设备的操作特征信息进行比对。
需要说明的是,对于收集到的操作特征信息的某些项目,虽然是同时对终端设备中执行的预置操作,但由于某些传感器的反应速度、精度,设备的数据处理速度等的不同,在操作特征信息的数据上会体现出一定的异步,即操作特性信息中对应的项目可能会存在一些差异,但这种差异常常是非常微小的,例如,其中的时间信息通常是在毫秒级甚至是微秒级的。因而对于相似性的判断,每个项目对应数值之间可以不必完全相同,只要差距在合理的预置阈值之下即可获得准确的对比结果。
S103:如果至少两个所述终端设备的操作特征信息之间的相似性符合预置 条件,则确定该至少两个终端设备之间具有关联关系。
在对终端设备的操作特征信息进行对比后,如果至少两个终端设备的操作特征信息之间的相似性符合预置条件,则可以确定该至少两个终端设备之间具有关联关系。并且可进一步将关联关系的确立信息返回。其中,关联关系的确立信息的具体数据可以根据具体应用的不同而包括不同内容。例如,当通过终端设备中安装的社交应用添加联系人好友时,可以在所返回的关联关系确立信息中包括允许各请求方互相添加好友的信息。又如当通过终端设备中的应用进行AA制付款时,可以在所返回的关联关系确立信息中包括各个终端设备应付款的金额。或者当通过终端设备在自动售卖机中进行商品的购买时,在自动售卖机中可以预先安装有可产生特定操作特性信息的传感器装置,用户只需将自己的便携终端设备与自动售卖机的传感器装置放在一起,然后进行诸如摇晃设备之类的操作,使两者同时产生特定的操作特征信息即可完成匹配。然后在所返回的关联关系确立信息中包括付款成功等信息,可以使用户很方便的购买商品。
以上对本申请实施一例提供的终端设备关联关系的建立方法进行了详细的介绍,通过该方法,在需要在不同的终端设备建立关联关系时,特别是对于已确定的目标终端设备,例如,在同一场所内不同用户持有的终端设备,可以由服务器接收至少两个终端设备的关联关系建立请求,建立请求是通过同时对至少两个终端设备执行同一预置操作而触发的,同时在请求中携带有终端设备在被执行预置操作时的操作特征信息,由于操作特性信息是不同终端中同时产生的同类操作信息,利用操作特征信息建立不同终端设备间的关联关系,具有更高的准确性,同时也提高了匹配过程的安全性。
基于本申请实施例一的终端设备关联关系的建立方法,在实际应用中可以实现更加丰富的应用,例如在终端设备关联关系建立后,可以进行AA制付款,社交账户的关联,在自动售卖终端进行支付等。下面分别以实施例的形式进行具体的介绍。
实施例二
本申请实施例二提供了一种多终端匹配和支付的方法,如图2所示,该方 法包括以下步骤:
S201:服务器接收至少两个终端设备的关联关系建立请求,所述请求通过同时对至少两个终端设备执行同一预置操作而触发;请求中携带有终端设备在被执行所述预置操作时的操作特征信息;
S202:对各个终端设备的操作特征信息进行相似性对比;
S203:如果至少两个所述终端设备的操作特征信息之间的相似性符合预置条件,则确定该至少两个终端设备之间具有关联关系;
上述步骤S201、S202以及步骤S203,可以参考本申请实施例一中的对应步骤,在此就不再一一赘述了。
S204:接收其中至少一个终端设备发出的支付信息,并根据所述支付信息,按照预置的支付方式进行各终端设备对应账户的支付操作。
在各目标终端设备建立关联关系后,可以接收其中至少一个终端设备发出的支付信息,例如包含支付金额,付款方式信息等的支付信息,进而可以根据支付信息,按照预置的支付方式,或者支付信息中付款方式信息对应的支付方式,进行各个终端设备对应账户的支付操作。具体的应用场景例如当多个用户参与同一项支付活动时,可以利用终端设备中安装的支付应用,在其中至少一个终端设备中输入支付信息,如支付金额等,并将参与支付活动的终端设备放在一起,通过对参与支付活动的各终端设备同时进行相同的操作,例如摇动操作,来触发各终端设备同时产生相同或相似的操作特征信息,并发送到服务器端,服务器可以根据各个终端设备的操作特征信息在发生时间,数值等等方面的相似度,来确定各个终端设备间的关联关系,进而再根据其中至少一个终端设备中输入支付信息,按照预置的支付方式,例如AA制的支付方式,对各终端设备对应账户的支付操作,如根据参与支付活动的平均支付金额对相应账户进行款项的扣除等等。
本申请实施例二提供的多终端匹配和支付的方法,可以根据已确定的目标终端设备发出的操作特征信息,准确而安全的在已确定的目标终端设备间建立关联关系,进而接收其中至少一个终端设备发出的支付信息,并根据支付信息,按照预置的支付方式进行各终端设备对应账户的支付操作,一方面,解决了已 确定的目标终端设备间如何准确而安全的建立关联关系的问题,另一方面,为在多用户参与的支付活动提供了一种更加便捷的支付处理方法。
实施例三
本申请实施例三提供了一种社交账户关联关系的建立方法,如图3所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
S301:服务器接收至少两个社交账户的关联关系建立请求,所述请求通过同时对对应终端设备执行同一预置操作而触发;所述请求中携带有终端设备在被执行所述预置操作时的操作特征信息;
本步骤S301,可以参考本申请实施例一中的对应步骤S101,所不同的是,在本申请实施例三步骤S301中,服务器接收的是至少两个社交账户的关联关系建立请求,而社交账户的关联关系建立请求同样可以通过对对应终端设备执行同一预置操作而触发,例如同时摇动不同终端设备而触发。此外,还可以将各终端设备中社交账户的识别信息也同时分别携带在关联关系建立请求中,以便在正确建立管理关系后,服务器可以根据各社交账户的识别信息,对社交账户的关联关系进行确立,记录,返回关联关系的建立结果等操作。社交账户的识别信息,可以根据具体的应用的不同而不同,例如可以是用户名,用户编号,e-mail地址等等。
S302:对各个终端设备的操作特征信息进行相似性对比;
本步骤S302可以参考本申请实施例一中的对应步骤S102,在这里就不再赘述了。
S303:如果至少两个所述终端设备的操作特征信息之间的相似性符合预置条件,则确定该至少两个社交账户之间具有关联关系。
在对终端设备的操作特征信息进行对比后,如果至少两个终端设备的操作特征信息之间的相似性符合预置条件,则可以该至少两个社交账户之间具有关联关系。并且,可以进一步将关联关系的确立信息返回。
为了便于更好的理解本申请实施例三中提供的社交账户关联关系的建立方法,及其与现有技术间的区别,以下特举一该方法的具体应用场景。
某公司推出一个必须是用户面对面才能相互添加好友的熟人社交应用,用于熟悉的用户间通过应用互相确立社交帐号的关联关系,现有技术中的扫码、声波、GPS等都不能确保多位用户的设备处于面对面的状态,但是,通过本申请实施例的方法则可以实现对这种面对面状态的相对准确的判断。具体实现时,可以由其中一个用户甲,在其手机上打开该熟人社交应用,并在相关的界面中选择“我要添加好友”等选项,与此同时,用户乙也可以打开其手机上的该熟人社交应用,并将用户甲与用户乙的手机放在一起由其中一人进行摇晃,类似的,用户甲和用户乙的手机都可以将各自收集到的操作特征信息上传到服务器,由服务器做出具体的关联关系的建立,并将关联关系信息返回,从而实现了两个社交账户间关联关系的建立。
本申请实施例三提供的社交账户关联关系的建立方法,可以根据已确定的目标终端设备发出的操作特征信息的相似性,准确而安全的在已确定的目标终端设备间建立关联关系,解决了已确定的目标终端设备间如何准确而安全的建立关联关系的问题,也为社交账户间关联关系的建立提供了一种更加便捷的方法。
实施例四
本申请实施例四提供了一种支付方法,其中,销售终端置有可通过预置操作产生操作特征信息的部件,如图4所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
S401:服务器接收所述部件与用户终端设备的关联关系建立请求,所述请求通过同时对所述部件与用户终端设备执行相同预置操作而触发;所述请求中携带有所述部件与用户终端设备在被执行所述预置操作时的操作特征信息;
在本申请实施例四提供的支付方法中,销售终端可以置有可通过预置操作产生特定操作特征信息的部件,例如可以通过摇动操作产生随时间变化的加速度采样信息的部件。当对该部件以及用户终端设备执行同一预置操作时,可以使该部件与用户终端设备同时产生相同的操作特征信息,例如当对两者同时执行摇动操作时,可以产生相同的随时间变化的加速度采样信息。服务器在接收到销售终端的部件,以及用户终端设备发出的操作特征信息后,可以两者各自发出的信息进行相似性对比。
S402:对所述部件与用户终端设备对应的操作特征信息进行相似性对比;
S403:如果所述部件与用户终端设备对应的操作特征信息之间的相似性符合预置条件,则根据销售终端产生的支付信息,对用户终端设备对应的账户进行支付操作。
如果销售终端的部件,以及用户终端设备发出的各操作特征信息,经过对比符合预置的条件,如满足同时发生,一组或多组对应数值也相同,则可以确定两者之间的关联关系,进而根据销售终端产生的支付信息,对用户终端设备对应的账户进行支付操作。
通过本申请实施例四提供的支付方法,可以根据销售终端的部件以及用户终端设备发出的各操作特征信息的相似性,准确而安全的建立销售终端的部件以及用户终端设备间的关联关系,进而完成相应的支付操作,为用户在自动销售终端中进行支付,提供了一种有效而且便捷的支付方法。
实施例五
本申请实施例五提供了一种向终端设备发出邀约请求的方法,可以应用于不同终端设备间建立关联关系时的发起方设备,如图5所示,为本申请实施例提供的向终端设备发出邀约请求的方法的流程图,该方法可以包括以下步骤:
S501:当前终端设备侧接收到向目标终端设备发出关于参与指定事件的邀约请求后,检测所述当前终端设备是否被执行预置操作;
当通过终端设备参与进行某种指定事件的邀约时,例如,在社交应用中添加好友的邀约,买卖双方进行付款的邀约,AA制结算邀约等等,可以首先有邀约的发起方,通过当前终端设备发起邀约请求,例如,可以在当前终端设备的应用中提供“我要加好友”,“我要AA制”,“我要付款”等操作接口,通过这些操作接口,可以接收向目标终端设备发出关于相应事件的相应邀约请求。当前终端设备侧接收到向目标终端设备发出关于参与指定事件的邀约请求后,检测当前终端设备是否被执行预置操作,预置的操作可以包括例如摇动终端设备使其产生对应的加速度采样信息等。
S502:如果是,则采集该预置操作的操作特征信息,并提交到服务器,以 便服务器对接收到的操作特征信息与同一时间段内接收到的其他终端设备的操作特征信息进行比对,并且,如果至少两个终端设备的操作特征信息之间的相似性符合预置条件,则确定该至少两个终端设备之间具有关联关系;
当前终端设备侧接收到向目标终端设备发出关于参与指定事件的邀约请求后,如果检测到当前终端设备被执行了预置操作,则可以采集该预置操作的操作特征信息,并将采集到的操作特征信息提交到服务器,以便在服务器接收到操作特征信息后,将接收到的操作特征信息与同一时间段内其他终端设备的操作特征信息进行比对,如果至少两个终端设备的操作特征信息之间的相似性符合预置条件,则确定该至少两个终端设备之间具有关联关系,并可进一步将关联关系的确立信息返回。例如,当预置操作为摇动终端设备,可以将摇动终端设备得到的加速度采样信息以及产生加速度采样信息时的时间信息作为操作特征信息,服务器在接收到当前终端设备的加速度采样信息以及时间信息后,可以根据时间信息确定同时被执行了摇动操作的其他终端设备,并将当前终端设备的加速度采样信息,与同时被执行了摇动操作的其他终端设备进行比对,如果操作特征中的时间信息一致,或者两者的差值小于预置的阈值,则表示两个终端设备被执行的摇动操作是同时的,然后再对比两者的加速度采样信息,如果对应的加速度相同或两者之差小于预置的阈值,则可以得到对比结果为两个终端设备的操作特征信息具有相似性。
需要说明的是,所采集的预置操作的操作特征信息,并不仅限于上述示例中的加速度采样信息和产生加速度采样信息的时间信息,预置操作触发而产生的操作特征信息,还可以是终端设备在被执行预置操作时产生的一种或多种感应数据,在预置操作触发后,可以通过终端设备所搭载的传感器等获取一种或多种感应数据,并根据感应数据获得操作特征信息,例如对应的传感器数据,数据变化率,操作或者数据变化发生的时间等等,都可以作为操作特征信息。可以在同时对至少两个终端设备执行同一预置操作时,将终端设备中多种传感器所产生的信息,以及产生信息的时间作为操作特征信息,并携带在关联关系建立请求中,以便于服务器在进行不同终端设备的关联关系的确定时,有更多更丰富的操作特征信息进行分析,提高不同目标终端设备进行匹配的准确性。关联关系的确立信息的具体数据可以根据具体应用的不同而包括不同内容,详 细内容可以参看实施例一步骤S103中的内容,在此就不再赘述了。
S503:根据返回的所述确立信息,将所述邀约请求发送到所述具有关联关系的目标终端设备,以便所述目标终端设备参与所述指定事件。
在服务器返回关联关系的确立信息后,可以根据返回的确立信息,将所述邀约请求发送到所述具有关联关系的目标终端设备,目标终端设备,是服务器根据操作特征信息确定的可以与当前终端设备建立关联关系的设备,目标终端设备在接受到邀约请求后,可以对参与指定的事件,在应用中对邀约请求进行响应,例如,接受添加好友的请求,参与AA制付款等。
以上对本申请实施例提供的向终端设备发出邀约请求的方法进行了详细的介绍,通过该方法,可以在当前终端设备发起某种指定事件的邀约时,采集预置操作的操作特征信息,并提交到服务器,由服务器对接收到的操作特征信息与同一时间段内接收到的其他终端设备的操作特征信息进行比对,在至少两个终端设备的操作特征信息之间的相似性符合预置条件时,确定该至少两个终端设备之间具有关联关系,并将关联关系的确立信息返回,当前终端设备根据返回的关联关系确立信息,将邀约请求发送到具有关联关系的目标终端设备,以便目标终端设备参与指定的事件,从而能够准确将地当前终端设备,与同时具有相同或相似的操作特征信息的终端设备进行匹配,提高了不同终端设备匹配,并建立关联关系的准确性以及安全性。
实施例六
本申请实施例六提供了一种接收终端设备发出的邀约请求的方法,可以应用于不同终端设备间建立关联关系时的接收方设备,如图6所示,其为本申请实施例提供的接收终端设备发出的邀约请求的方法的流程图,该方法可以包括以下步骤:
S601:目标终端设备检测是否被执行预置操作;
在通过终端设备参与进行某种指定事件的邀约时,作为接收邀约的目标终端设备,首先可以检测目标终端设备是否被执行预置操作,预置操作与发起方设备被执行的预置操作一致,并且是同时执行,例如,预置操作可以是将不同的终端设备(包括邀约发起方和邀约接收方设备)叠放在一起同时进行相同的 摇动。一旦目标终端设备被成功执行了预置的操作,就可以通过预置操作触发产生操作特征信息,操作特征信息则可以作为邀约发起方和邀约接收方设备向匹配,即建立关联关系的依据。
S602:当目标终端设备被执行了预置操作时,采集该预置操作的操作特征信息,并提交到服务器,以便服务器对接收到的操作特征信息与同一时间段内接收到的其他终端设备的操作特征信息进行比对,并且,如果至少两个终端设备的操作特征信息之间的相似性符合预置条件,则确定该至少两个终端设备之间具有关联关系;
在目标终端设备被成功执行了预置的操作后,可以采集该预置操作的操作特征信息,并提交到服务器,以便服务器对接收到的操作特征信息与同一时间段内接收到的其他终端设备的操作特征信息进行比对,并且,如果至少两个终端设备的操作特征信息之间的相似性符合预置条件,则确定该至少两个终端设备之间具有关联关系。并且还可进一步将关联关系的确立信息返回。本步骤S602的具体实现根据操作特征信息确定不同终端设备的实现方式,与实施例五步骤S502中的实现方式类似并可以互相参照,在此就不再赘述了。
S603:接收来自具有关联关系的源终端设备的邀约请求,以便参与所述邀约请求中指定的事件。
在服务器返回关联关系的确立信息后,作为接收方的终端设备可以根据返回的确立信息,接收来自具有关联关系的源终端设备的邀约请求,以便参与邀约请求中指定的事件,目标终端设备在接受到邀约请求后,可以对参与指定的事件,在应用中对邀约请求进行响应,例如,接受添加好友的请求,参与AA制付款等。
以上对本申请实施例提供的接收终端设备发出的邀约请求的方法进行了详细的介绍,通过该方法,可以在终端设备接收某种指定事件的邀约时,检测目标终端设备是否被执行预置操作,并在目标终端设备被执行预置操作时,采集预置操作的操作特征信息,并提交到服务器,由服务器对接收到的操作特征信息与同一时间段内接收到的其他终端设备的操作特征信息进行比对,在至少两个终端设备的操作特征信息之间的相似性符合预置条件时,确定该至少两个 终端设备之间具有关联关系,并将关联关系的确立信息返回,目标终端设备根据返回的关联关系确立信息,接收来自具有关联关系的源终端设备的邀约请求,以便参与邀约请求中指定的事件,从而能够准确的将目标前终端设备,与同时具有相同或相似的操作特征信息的终端设备进行匹配,提高了不同终端设备匹配,并建立关联关系的准确性以及安全性。
与本申请实施例一相对应,还提供了一种终端设备关联关系的建立装置,如图7所示,该装置可以包括:
匹配请求接收单元701,用于服务器接收至少两个终端设备的关联关系建立请求,请求通过同时对至少两个终端设备执行同一预置操作而触发;请求中携带有终端设备在被执行预置操作时的操作特征信息;
操作特征对比单元702,用于对各个终端设备的操作特征信息进行相似性对比;
关联关系确立单元703,用于如果至少两个终端设备的操作特征信息之间的相似性符合预置条件,则确定该至少两个终端设备之间具有关联关系。
其中,预置操作可以包括摇动终端设备的操作;对应的,操作特征信息可以包括终端设备在被摇动的过程中产生的随时间变化的加速度采样信息。
此外,预置操作包括摇动终端设备的操作;操作特征信息也可以是根据移动终端设备在被摇动过程中产生的多条加速度采样信息获取的加速度变化,以及加速度变化对应的时间信息。
在另一种实现方式下,请求中还可以携带有终端设备的定位信息;
在这种实现方式下,操作特征对比单元702可以包括:
操作特征对比子单元,用于根据定位信息,对各个终端设备进行聚类,得到多个区域范围,每个区域范围内包括至少两个终端设备;
分别在相同的区域范围内,对终端设备的操作特征信息进行比对。
通过该终端设备关联关系的建立装置,可以在需要在不同的终端设备建立关联关系时,特别是对于已确定的目标终端设备,例如在同一场所内不同用户持有的终端设备,可以由服务器接收至少两个终端设备的关联关系建立请求,建立请求是通过同时对至少两个终端设备执行同一预置操作而触发的,同时在请求中携带有终端设备在被执行预置操作时的操作特征信息,由于操作特性信息是不同终端中同时产生的同类操作信息,利用操作特征信息建立不同终端设备间的关联关系,具有更高的准确性,同时也提高了匹配过程的安全性。
与本申请实施例二相对应,还提供了一种多终端匹配和支付的装置,如图8所示,该装置可以包括:
关联请求接收单元801,用于服务器接收至少两个终端设备的关联关系建立请求,所述请求通过同时对至少两个终端设备执行同一预置操作而触发;所述请求中携带有终端设备在被执行所述预置操作时的操作特征信息;
相似性对比单元802,用于对各个终端设备的操作特征信息进行相似性对比;
关联关系建立单元803,用于如果至少两个所述终端设备的操作特征信息之间的相似性符合预置条件,则确定该至少两个终端设备之间具有关联关系;
支付单元804,用于接收其中至少一个终端设备发出的支付信息,并根据所述支付信息,按照预置的支付方式进行各终端设备对应账户的支付操作。
通过该装置,可以根据已确定的目标终端设备发出的操作特征信息,准确而安全的在已确定的目标终端设备间建立关联关系,进而接收其中至少一个终端设备发出的支付信息,并根据支付信息,按照预置的支付方式进行各终端设备对应账户的支付操作,一方面,解决了已确定的目标终端设备间如何准确而安全的建立关联关系的问题,另一方面,在多用户参与的支付活动中更加便捷的实现了支付处理。
与本申请实施例三相对应,还提供了一种社交账户关联关系的建立装置,如图9所示,该装置可以包括:
关联请求处理单元901,用于服务器接收至少两个社交账户的关联关系建 立请求,所述请求通过同时对对应终端设备执行同一预置操作而触发;所述请求中携带有终端设备在被执行所述预置操作时的操作特征信息;
特征信息对比单元902,用于对各个终端设备的操作特征信息进行相似性对比;
社交账户关联单元903,用于如果至少两个所述终端设备的操作特征信息之间的相似性符合预置条件,则确定该至少两个社交账户之间具有关联关系。
通过该装置,可以根据各已确定的目标终端设备发出的操作特征信息的相似性,准确而安全的在已确定的目标终端设备间建立关联关系,解决了已确定的目标终端设备间如何准确而安全的建立关联关系的问题,更加便捷的实现了社交账户间关联关系的建立。
与本申请实施例四相对应,还提供了一种支付装置,其中,销售终端中置有可通过预置操作产生操作特征信息的部件,如图10所示,该装置可以包括:
支付请求处理单元1001,用于服务器接收所述部件与用户终端设备的关联关系建立请求,所述请求通过同时对所述部件与用户终端设备执行相同预置操作而触发;所述请求中携带有所述部件与用户终端设备在被执行所述预置操作时的操作特征信息;

操作检测单元1101,用于当前终端设备侧接收到向目标终端设备发出关 于参与指定事件的邀约请求后,检测当前终端设备是否被执行预置操作;

与本申请实施例六相对应,还提供了一种接收终端设备发出的邀约请求的装置,如图12所示,该装置可以包括:
操作监控单元1201,用于目标终端设备侧检测目标终端设备是否被执行预置操作;
特征信息发送单元1202,用于如果是,则采集该预置操作的操作特征信息,并提交到服务器,以便服务器对接收到的操作特征信息与同一时间段内接收到的其他终端设备的操作特征信息进行比对,并且,如果至少两个终端设备的操作特征信息之间的相似性符合预置条件,则确定该至少两个终端设备之间具有关联关系,并将关联关系的确立信息返回;

  1. 一种终端设备关联关系的建立方法,其特征在于,包括:
    服务器接收至少两个终端设备的关联关系建立请求,所述请求通过同时对至少两个终端设备执行同一预置操作而触发;所述请求中携带有终端设备在被执行所述预置操作时的操作特征信息;
    对各个终端设备的操作特征信息进行相似性对比;
    如果至少两个所述终端设备的操作特征信息之间的相似性符合预置条件,则确定该至少两个终端设备之间具有关联关系。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:
    所述预置操作包括摇动终端设备的操作;
    所述操作特征信息包括所述终端设备在被摇动的过程中产生的随时间变化的加速度采样信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:
    所述预置操作包括摇动终端设备的操作;
    所述操作特征信息包括根据所述移动终端设备在被摇动过程中产生的多条加速度采样信息获取的加速度变化,以及所述加速度变化对应的时间信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述请求中还携带有所述终端设备的定位信息;
    所述对各个终端设备的操作特征信息进行相似性比对,包括:
    根据所述定位信息,对各个终端设备进行聚类,得到多个区域范围,每个区域范围内包括至少两个所述终端设备;
    分别在相同的区域范围内,对所述终端设备的操作特征信息进行比对。
  5. 一种多终端匹配和支付的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    服务器接收至少两个终端设备的关联关系建立请求,所述请求通过同时对至少两个终端设备执行同一预置操作而触发;所述请求中携带有终端设备在被 执行所述预置操作时的操作特征信息;
    对各个终端设备的操作特征信息进行相似性对比;
    如果至少两个所述终端设备的操作特征信息之间的相似性符合预置条件,则确定该至少两个终端设备之间具有关联关系;
    接收其中至少一个终端设备发出的支付信息,并根据所述支付信息,按照预置的支付方式进行各终端设备对应账户的支付操作。
  6. 一种社交账户关联关系的建立方法,其特征在于,包括:
    服务器接收至少两个社交账户的关联关系建立请求,所述请求通过同时对对应终端设备执行同一预置操作而触发;所述请求中携带有终端设备在被执行所述预置操作时的操作特征信息;
    对各个终端设备的操作特征信息进行相似性对比;
    如果至少两个所述终端设备的操作特征信息之间的相似性符合预置条件,则确定该至少两个社交账户之间具有关联关系。
  7. 一种支付方法,其特征在于,销售终端置有可通过预置操作产生操作特征信息的部件,所述方法包括:
    服务器接收所述部件与用户终端设备的关联关系建立请求,所述请求通过同时对所述部件与用户终端设备执行相同预置操作而触发;所述请求中携带有所述部件与用户终端设备在被执行所述预置操作时的操作特征信息;
    对所述部件与用户终端设备对应的操作特征信息进行相似性对比;
    如果所述部件与用户终端设备对应的操作特征信息之间的相似性符合预置条件,则根据销售终端产生的支付信息,对用户终端设备对应的账户进行支付操作。
  8. 一种向终端设备发出邀约请求的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    当前终端设备侧接收到向目标终端设备发出关于参与指定事件的邀约请求后,检测所述当前终端设备是否被执行预置操作;
    如果是,则采集该预置操作的操作特征信息,并提交到服务器,以便服务 器对接收到的操作特征信息与同一时间段内接收到的其他终端设备的操作特征信息进行比对,并且,如果至少两个终端设备的操作特征信息之间的相似性符合预置条件,则确定该至少两个终端设备之间具有关联关系,并将所述关联关系的确立信息返回;
    根据返回的所述确立信息,将所述邀约请求发送到所述具有关联关系的目标终端设备,以便所述目标终端设备参与所述指定事件。
  9. 一种接收终端设备发出的邀约请求的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    目标终端设备侧检测所述目标终端设备是否被执行预置操作;
    如果是,则采集该预置操作的操作特征信息,并提交到服务器,以便服务器对接收到的操作特征信息与同一时间段内接收到的其他终端设备的操作特征信息进行比对,并且,如果至少两个终端设备的操作特征信息之间的相似性符合预置条件,则确定该至少两个终端设备之间具有关联关系,并将所述关联关系的确立信息返回;
    根据返回的所述确立信息,接收来自具有关联关系的源终端设备的邀约请求,以便参与所述邀约请求中指定的事件。
  10. 一种终端设备关联关系的建立装置,其特征在于,包括:
    匹配请求接收单元,用于服务器接收至少两个终端设备的关联关系建立请求,所述请求通过同时对至少两个终端设备执行同一预置操作而触发;所述请求中携带有终端设备在被执行所述预置操作时的操作特征信息;
    操作特征对比单元,用于对各个终端设备的操作特征信息进行相似性对比;
    关联关系确立单元,用于如果至少两个所述终端设备的操作特征信息之间的相似性符合预置条件,则确定该至少两个终端设备之间具有关联关系。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于;
    所述预置操作包括摇动终端设备的操作;
    所述操作特征信息包括所述终端设备在被摇动的过程中产生的一条或多条加速度采样信息,以及产生所述加速度采样信息时对应的时间信息。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于:
    所述预置操作包括摇动终端设备的操作;
    所述操作特征信息包括根据所述移动终端设备在被摇动过程中产生的多条加速度采样信息获取的加速度变化,以及所述加速度变化对应的时间信息。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述请求中还携带有所述终端设备的定位信息;
    所述操作特征对比单元,包括:
    操作特征对比子单元,用于根据所述定位信息,对各个终端设备进行聚类,得到多个区域范围,每个区域范围内包括至少两个所述终端设备;
    分别在相同的区域范围内,对所述终端设备的操作特征信息进行比对。
  14. 一种多终端匹配和支付的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    关联请求接收单元,用于服务器接收至少两个终端设备的关联关系建立请求,所述请求通过同时对至少两个终端设备执行同一预置操作而触发;所述请求中携带有终端设备在被执行所述预置操作时的操作特征信息;
    相似性对比单元,用于对各个终端设备的操作特征信息进行相似性对比;
    关联关系建立单元,用于如果至少两个所述终端设备的操作特征信息之间的相似性符合预置条件,则确定该至少两个终端设备之间具有关联关系;
    支付单元,用于接收其中至少一个终端设备发出的支付信息,并根据所述支付信息,按照预置的支付方式进行各终端设备对应账户的支付操作。
  15. 一种社交账户关联关系的建立装置,其特征在于,包括:
    关联请求处理单元,用于服务器接收至少两个社交账户的关联关系建立请求,所述请求通过同时对对应终端设备执行同一预置操作而触发;所述请求中携带有终端设备在被执行所述预置操作时的操作特征信息;
    特征信息对比单元,用于对各个终端设备的操作特征信息进行相似性对比;
    社交账户关联单元,用于如果至少两个所述终端设备的操作特征信息之间的相似性符合预置条件,则确定该至少两个社交账户之间具有关联关系。
  16. 一种支付装置,其特征在于,销售终端置有可通过预置操作产生操作特征信息的部件,所述装置包括:
    支付请求处理单元,用于服务器接收所述部件与用户终端设备的关联关系建立请求,所述请求通过同时对所述部件与用户终端设备执行相同预置操作而触发;所述请求中携带有所述部件与用户终端设备在被执行所述预置操作时的操作特征信息;
    对比信息获取单元,用于对所述部件与用户终端设备对应的操作特征信息进行相似性对比;
    交易处理单元,用于如果所述部件与用户终端设备对应的操作特征信息之间的相似性符合预置条件,则根据销售终端产生的支付信息,对用户终端设备对应的账户进行支付操作。
  17. 一种向终端设备发出邀约请求的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    操作检测单元,用于当前终端设备侧接收到向目标终端设备发出关于参与指定事件的邀约请求后,检测所述当前终端设备是否被执行预置操作;
    特征信息处理单元,用于如果是,则采集该预置操作的操作特征信息,并提交到服务器,以便服务器对接收到的操作特征信息与同一时间段内接收到的其他终端设备的操作特征信息进行比对,并且,如果至少两个终端设备的操作特征信息之间的相似性符合预置条件,则确定该至少两个终端设备之间具有关联关系,并将所述关联关系的确立信息返回;
    邀约请求发送单元,用于根据返回的所述确立信息,将所述邀约请求发送到所述具有关联关系的目标终端设备,以便所述目标终端设备参与所述指定事件。
  18. 一种接收终端设备发出的邀约请求的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    操作监控单元,用于目标终端设备侧检测所述目标终端设备是否被执行预置操作;
    特征信息发送单元,用于如果是,则采集该预置操作的操作特征信息,并提交到服务器,以便服务器对接收到的操作特征信息与同一时间段内接收到的 其他终端设备的操作特征信息进行比对,并且,如果至少两个终端设备的操作特征信息之间的相似性符合预置条件,则确定该至少两个终端设备之间具有关联关系,并将所述关联关系的确立信息返回;
    邀约请求接收单元,用于根据返回的所述确立信息,接收来自具有关联关系的源终端设备的邀约请求,以便参与所述邀约请求中指定的事件。
