请参图1-4,本发明第一较佳实施方式的燃烧器100包括底杯102、喷火器104及火盖106。
具体地,该底杯102包括主体108、进气管110及单个喷嘴112。
该主体108大致呈圆柱状,其开设有一次空气补充腔114。主体108包括顶部116及底部118。
该进气管110连接在该底部118。进气管110包括进气端120及出气端122,该出气端122位于一次空气补充腔114内,进气端120位于一次空气补充腔114外。
见图2,进气管110开设进气通道124。该进气通道124贯穿该进气端120及该出气端122。该进气管110的半径由该进气端120向该出气端122的方向减少,如此,有利于燃气向一次空气补充腔114喷射。本实施方式中,该进气通道124包括三个进气段,沿进气端120向出气端122分别为第一进气段126、第二进气段128及第三进气段130。第一进气段126的直径较第二进气段128的直径大,第二进气段128的直径较第三进气段130的直径大。
该单个喷嘴112向上连接在该出气端122,且连通进气通道124。因此,水平流入的燃气经喷嘴112垂直喷射出来,使燃气能够向上供给喷火器104。
该喷火器104设置在该底杯102的主体108的顶部116上。该喷火器104为环状喷火器,例如圆环状喷火器。
见图2及图3,该喷火器104包括内环喷火器132、外环喷火器134、连接部136及单个文丘里管138。
该外环喷火器134围绕该内环喷火器132,该连接部136连接该内环喷火器132及该外环喷火器134。文丘里管138与内环喷火器132连接。
本实施方式中,文丘里管138竖直设置在内环喷火器132上,且与该喷嘴112相对。如此,从喷嘴112喷射出来的燃气可直接进入文丘里管138,提高了进气效率。
见图2,内环喷火器132呈中空柱状,其包括下端140及上端142,该上端142开设有内环混合腔144,具体地,见图3,上端142形成有相对于文丘里管138凸出的内环环形壁146,该内环环形壁146围成该内环混合腔144。较佳地,内环喷火器132与 文丘里管138同心设置。
内环环形壁146开设有内环火槽148,内环火槽148与内环混合腔144连通,使得位于内环混合腔144内的燃气与空气的混合气体能够从内环混合腔144经内环火槽148向外喷射,燃烧形成内环火。
见图2及图3,连接部136开设有中间通道150。本实施方式中,连接部136的数量为两个,该两个连接部136沿内环喷火器132的径向均匀分布。中间通道150连通内环混合腔144。位于内环混合腔144内的混合气体可进入中间通道150。
外环喷火器134通过连接部136连接内环喷火器132。具体地,见图3,该外环喷火器134包括环形外壁152、环形内壁154及弧形内壁156。环形外壁152位于外环喷火器134的外周缘。环形内壁154位于外环喷火器134的内周缘。该环形外壁152与该环形内壁154及弧形内壁156相对设置。弧形内壁156连接连接部136及环形内壁154。
见图2及图3,环形外壁152、环形内壁154及弧形内壁156共同围成外环混合腔158。位于内环混合腔144内的混合气体可以经中间通道150进入外环混合腔158。
见图2及图3,环形外壁152开设有外环火槽160,外环火槽160与外环混合腔158连通。位于外环混合腔158内的混合气体可经外环火槽160向外喷射,燃烧形成外环火。见图3,环形内壁154开设有中环火槽162,中环火槽162与外环混合腔158连通。位于外环混合腔158内的混合气体可经中环火槽162向外喷射,燃烧形成中环火。因此,本实施方式的喷火器104可提供三环火,实现了外环火、中环火、内环火的多环高效燃烧器100。可以理解,如燃烧器100仅需要两环火时,可灵活设置,如在环形内壁154上不设置中环火槽162即可。
本实施方式中,该环形外壁152与该环形内壁154所围成的该外环混合腔158朝远离该连接部136的方向逐渐变窄。如此,使得气体在外环混合室158的传播过程通道逐渐变窄,保证燃烧充分性的同时减少内环环形壁146所形成的内环火与环形内壁154所形成的中环火之间的相互干扰,提升使用了燃烧器100的寿命。
具体地,环形外壁152所构成的圆的圆心与文丘里管138所构成的圆的圆心重合,而该环形内壁154所构成的圆的圆心与该文丘里管138所构成的圆圆心存在偏距。本实施方式中,请见图4,环形内壁154包括第一半环形内壁164及第二半环形内壁166,第一半环形内壁164所构成的圆的圆心O1较文丘里管所构成的圆的圆心P向上偏距,第二半环形内壁166所构成的圆的圆心O2较文丘里管所构成的圆的圆心P向下偏距。因此,第一半环形内壁164与环形外壁152所围成的外环混合腔158朝远离该连接部136的方向逐渐变窄,第二半环形内壁166与环形外壁152所围成的外环混合腔158朝远离该连接部136的方向逐渐变窄。
进一步地,为了喷火器104与底杯102的装配,见图2,主体108包括第一定位件168。该第一定位件168设置在该顶部116上。内环喷火器132的下端140设置有第二定位件170,第二定位件170与该第一定位件168相配合连接而将该喷火器104定位在该底杯102上。
本实施方式中,该第一定位件168为间隔设置在该顶部116的多个凸缘。该第二定位件170为间隔开设在该下端140的卡位。凸缘与对应的卡位配合而定位该喷火器104在底杯102上。
另外,为了补充一次空气至一次空气补充腔114,该喷火器104与该底杯102之间形成有间隙(图未示)。该间隙与一次空气补充腔114连通,从而允许一次空气从该间隙进入至一次空气补充腔114内及该文丘里管138,使得一次空气能够与从该喷嘴112喷入该文丘里管138的燃气混合形成混合气体。
具体地,间隙可形成在相邻两个凸缘之间,及形成在相邻两个卡位之间。或者,在其它实施方式中,间隙可形成在相邻两个凸缘之间,或形成在相邻两个卡位之间。
见图3,该外环喷火器134还包括隔断部172,该隔断部172将该外环混合腔158分成两个独立的子腔。具体地,隔断部172的数量为两个,每个隔断部172为沿喷火器104的径向延伸的两个隔断壁,两个隔断壁之间构成通槽174。
当然,隔断部172的结构并不限于本实施方式,在其它实施方式中,隔断结构172可以根据需求而设定。
火盖106设置在该喷火器104上。该火盖106覆盖该内环混合腔144、该外环混合腔158及该中间通道150,使得内环混合腔144内的混合气体能通过内环火槽148向外喷射,外环混合腔158内的混合气体能通过外环火槽160及中环火槽162向外喷射。
具体地,见图1,火盖106包括内环火盖176、火盖连接部178及外环火盖180,外环火盖180围绕内环火盖176,火盖连接部178连接外环火盖180及内环火盖176。
外环火盖180覆盖外环混合腔158,内环火盖176覆盖内环混合腔144,火盖连接部178覆盖中间通道150。
工作时,燃气通过进气通道124进入燃烧器100,经喷嘴112喷射至一次空气补充腔114内,同时,一次空气经间隙进入一次空气补充腔114,与燃气一起进入文丘里管138进行预混以形成燃气与空气的混合气体,该混合气体从文丘里管138进入内环混合腔144,混合气体的一部分经内环火槽148向外喷射,燃烧形成内环火。
混合气体的另一部分经中间通道150向外环混合腔158扩散,到达外环混合腔158的混合气体经外环火槽160向外喷射,燃烧形成外环火,及经中环火槽162向外喷射,燃烧形成中环火。
综上所述,上述燃烧器100使用单喷嘴112及单个文丘里管138,燃气与空气的混合气体可由内环混合腔144通过中间通道150引向外环混合腔158,因此,上述燃烧器100减少了制造过程中设置多个文丘里室所带来的成本。
请参图5,本发明第二较佳实施方式提供的一种喷火器200。本实施方式的喷火器200与以上实施方式的喷火器104基本相同,其不同之处在于,本实施方式的喷火器200省略了隔断部,即喷火器200的外环混合腔202为整体连通的混合腔。如此,使得气体在外环混合腔202的流通变得流畅,同时当气体从文丘里管204引出后,该喷火器200可调节外环燃烧区左右区气体流量的均匀性。
本发明第三较佳实施方式提供的燃气用具包括燃烧器。燃烧器可为以上实施方式的燃烧器100,燃烧器可包括以上任一实施方式的喷火器。
可以理解,燃气用具可为燃气灶具或大烤箱等燃气用具。
在本说明书的描述中,参考术语“一个实施方式”、“一些实施方式”、“示意性实施方式”、“示例”、“具体示例”、或“一些示例”等的描述意指结合该实施方式或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点包含于本发明的至少一个实施方式或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施方式或示例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施方式或示例中以合适的方式结合。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施方式,本领域的普通技术人员可以理解:在不脱离本发明的原理和宗旨的情况下可以对这些实施方式进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种燃烧器,其特征在于,包括:
    底杯,该底杯包括进气通道及与该进气通道连通且向上设置的单个喷嘴;
    设置在该底杯上的环状喷火器,该喷火器包括与该单个喷嘴相对设置的单个文丘里管,该喷火器与该底杯之间形成有间隙从而允许一次空气从该间隙进入该文丘里管与从该喷嘴喷入该文丘里管的燃气混合形成混合气体;该喷火器形成有内环混合腔、外环混合腔及中间通道,该外环混合腔围绕该内环混合腔设置,该中间通道连通该内环混合腔及该外环混合腔,该内环混合腔连接该文丘里管;及
    设置在该喷火器上的火盖,该火盖覆盖该内环混合腔、该外环混合腔及该中间通道。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的燃烧器,其特征在于,该底杯包括进气管,该进气管开设有该进气通道,该进气管包括进气端及出气端,该进气通道贯穿该进气端及该出气端,该进气管的半径由该进气端向该出气端的方向减少,该喷嘴连接在该出气端。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的燃烧器,其特征在于,该喷火器包括内环喷火器、外环喷火器及连接部,该外环喷火器围绕该内环喷火器,该连接部连接该内环喷火器及该外环喷火器;
    该外环喷火器开设有该外环混合腔;
    该内环喷火器开设有该内环混合腔;
    该连接部开设有该中间通道。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的燃烧器,其特征在于,该底杯包括主体,该主体包括顶部、底部及第一定位件,该进气管连接在该底部,该第一定位件设置在该顶部上;
    该内环喷火器包括下端及上端,该上端开设有该内环混合腔,该下端设置有与该第一定位件相配合连接的第二定位件。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的燃烧器,其特征在于,该第一定位件为间隔设置在该顶部的多个凸缘,该第二定位件为间隔开设在该下端的卡位,该间隙形成在相邻两个凸缘之间,及/或形成在相邻两个卡位之间。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的燃烧器,其特征在于,该外环喷火器包括围成该外环混合腔的环形外壁、环形内壁及弧形内壁,该弧形内壁连接该环形内壁及该连接部,该环形 外壁与该环形内壁及该弧形内壁相对设置,该环形外壁与该环形内壁所围成的该外环混合腔朝远离该连接部的方向逐渐变窄。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的燃烧器,其特征在于,该环形内壁所构成的圆的圆心与该文丘里管所构成的圆的圆心存在偏距。
  8. 如权利要求3所述的燃烧器,其特征在于,该外环喷火器包括隔断部,该隔断部将该外环混合腔分成两个独立的子腔。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的燃烧器,其特征在于,该外环混合腔为整体连通的混合腔。
  10. 一种燃气用具,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的燃烧器。
