Abstract

The present invention provides an integrated intelligent acoustic system which includes a control unit, an input unit, an acoustic unit and a display unit. The control unit of the present invention can be embedded with various software programs to realize different music playing functions, so as to satisfy different demands of the users. The control unit realizes intelligent management and usage to music files.

BACKGROUND OF THE PRESENT INVENTION
FIELD OF INVENTION
The present invention relates to an acoustic system, and more particular to an integrated intelligent acoustic system.
DESCRIPTION OF RELATED ARTS
Current well-known integrated acoustic systems comprise of DVD players, MP3 players and loudspeaker boxes combined with Bluetooth technology. The sound reproduction devices equipped to tablet computers or smartphones are often mini-loudspeakers with relatively low power. These kinds of well-known integrated acoustic systems have the following disadvantages.
(1) For well-known integrated acoustic systems:
①Due to poor intelligence, the well-known integrated acoustic systems cannot be functionally upgraded at random if required;
② It is hard to realize the integrating of a cloud music playing function, a WiFi music playing function, a Bluetooth music playing function and other intelligent music playing function;
③ It is inconvenient to manage music files, especially CDs which are becoming disused in the market.
(2) For tablet computers or smartphones:
① The lower power amplifiers and the mini-loudspeakers of the tablet computers or smartphones result in a relatively low acoustic quality which cannot satisfy the music listening requirement;
② The power supply capacity of the battery is limited, so it is impossible to ensure a good battery endurance.
SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION
The invention is advantageous in that it provides an integrated intelligent acoustic system, so as to solve at least one of the above problems.
Additional advantages and features of the invention will become apparent from the description which follows, and may be realized by means of the instrumentalities and combinations particular point out in the appended claims.
According to one aspect of the present invention, the present invention provides an integrated intelligent acoustic system comprising a control unit, an input unit, an  acoustic unit and a display unit, wherein the input unit sends operation commands to the control unit, wherein the control unit comprises an audio output port, wherein the control unit sends audio signals to the acoustic unit through the audio output port, wherein the acoustic unit receives the audio signals and then amplify and play the audio signals, wherein the control unit sends displaying signals to the display unit.
In the present invention, the control unit of the present invention can be embedded with various software programs, such as different kinds of media players to realize desired playing functions of users, so as to satisfy different demands of the users. The control unit realizes intelligent management and usage of music files via the input unit and the display unit. When the control unit is in a networking state (either wired networking or wireless networking) , functions of the software programs can be upgraded if required, cloud playing and WIFI music playing can be realized, and various music playing modes can be achieved. The present invention is able to amplify sound signals and improve the quality of the sound via the acoustic unit, so as to satisfy the relatively high requirement of music fans for them to enjoy music, and so as to realize the integrated intelligence of the acoustic system.
In some embodiments, the acoustic unit comprises at least one power amplifier and one loudspeaker, wherein the control unit sends the audio signals to the power amplifier through the audio output port, wherein the power amplifier amplifies the audio signals and then sends the amplified audio signals to the loudspeaker which will display the amplified audio signals. Thus, the power amplifier can amplify the audio signals to realize the high-power of the voice, and then the loudspeaker plays the treated audio signals.
In some embodiments, the control unit is selected from the group consisting of an android control unit platform, an IOS control unit platform, and a Windows operating platform. Thus, music files can be intelligently and integrally processed via the android control unit platform, the IOS control unit platform or the Windows operating platform.
In some embodiments, the input unit and display unit are integrated to a touch display panel or are mounted independently. Thus, command inputting and the related operations are able to be implemented via the touch display panel.
In some embodiments, the audio output port comprises at least one port selected from the group consisting of an I2S port, an AUDIO port and an HDMI port. Thus, the control unit is able to send digital audio signals to the acoustic unit through the I2S port, or send analog audio signals to the acoustic unit through the AUD1 port, or send digital HDMI format audio signals to acoustic unit via the HDMI port.
In some embodiments, the control unit is provided with at least one port selected from the group consisting of a USB port and a SD card port. Thus, the playing of the music in memory card can be realized via the USB port or the SD card port, so as to realize the diversity of the music playing modes.
In some embodiments, the integrated intelligent acoustic system further comprises a case, wherein the input unit, the display unit and the loudspeaker are all provided at the case in an exposing manner, wherein the control unit and the power amplifier are provided in the case. Thus, the case is able to incorporate the control unit, the input unit, the loudspeaker and the display unit to form an integral structure, so as to improve the security and antiknock ability of each component.
In some embodiments, the integrated intelligent acoustic system further comprises a remote control which sends operation commands to the control unit. Thus, it is possible to send operation commands to the control unit wirelessly through the remote control.
In some embodiments, the number of the power amplifier and the loudspeaker are both two, two the loudspeakers are symmetrically provided at a panel of the case. Thus, the music treatment effect is able to be further improved by the two power amplifiers and the loudspeaker, so as to improve the quality of the acoustic performance and  amplify the power to satisfy the relatively high requirement of music fans when enjoying music.
In some embodiments, the control unit further comprises a wireless transmission module. Thus, a wireless connecting is able to be realized by the control unit via the wireless transmission module.
Still further objects and advantages will become apparent from a consideration of the ensuing description and drawings.
These and other objectives, features, and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following detailed description, the accompanying drawings, and the appended claims.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
The following description is disclosed to enable any person skilled in the art to make and use the present invention. Preferred embodiments are provided in the following description only as examples and modifications will be apparent to those skilled in the art. The general principles defined in the following description would be  applied to other embodiments, alternatives, modifications, equivalents, and applications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
The following description will be further described the present invention in detail referring to the drawings.
Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 of the drawings illustrate the structure of an integrated intelligent acoustic system according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
As can be seen in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the integrated intelligent acoustic system comprises a control unit 1, an input unit 2, an acoustic unit 3 and a display unit 4. In addition, the integrated intelligent acoustic system can further comprise a case 5, a remote control 6 and a power circuit 7.
As can be seen in Fig. 1, the input unit 2 sends operation commands, such as selecting andplaying music files, upgrading software, and managing and using of music files, to the control unit 1.
As can be seen in Fig. 1, the control unit 1 sends displaying signals, such as signals for displaying the playing of music files, upgrading ofsoftware, intelligent and orderly management and use of music files, to the display unit 4.
According to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the input unit 2 and the display unit 4 are integrated to a touch display panel. In other words, via the touch display panel, not only the inputting of the operation orders is able to be realized, but also the displaying of the operation is achieved. According to other embodiments of the present invention, the input unit 2 can also be an independent keyboard which is used for inputting, the display unit 4 is a displayer.
According to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the control unit 1 is a Windows operating platform, the control unit 1 can be embedded with various software programs, such as different kinds of media players to realize desired playing  functions of users, so as to satisfy different demands of the users. The control unit realizes intelligent management and usage of music files via the input unit and the display unit. When the control unit is in a networking state (either wired networking or wireless networking) , functions of the software programs can be upgraded if required, cloud playing and WIFI music playing can be realized, and various music playing modes can be achieved. The present invention is able to amplify sound signals and improve the quality of the sound via the acoustic unit, so as to satisfy the relatively high requirement of music fans for them to enjoy music, and so as to realize the integrated intelligence of the acoustic system. According to other embodiments of the present invention, the control unit 1 can also be an android control platform, an IOS control platform, a CPU or some other intelligent operation platforms.
As can be seen in Fig. 1, the control unit 1 is integrated with an audio output port 11. After the control unit 1 receives the operation commands inputted by the input unit 2, the control unit 1 sends audio signals to the acoustic unit 3 through the audio output port 11.
According to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the audio output port 11 is an I2S port. The control unit 1 sends digital audio signals to the acoustic unit 3 through the I2S port, so as to improve the quality of the sound. According to other embodiments of the present invention, in accordance with the requirement of the acoustic quality, the audio output port 11 can also be an AUDIO port or a HDMI port. The control unit 1 can send analog audio signals to the acoustic unit 3 through the AUDIO port. The control unit 1 can send digital HDMI audio signals to the acoustic unit 3 through the HDMI port.
As can be seen in Fig. 1, the control unit 1 is integrated with a wireless transmission module 1. The control unit 1 can realize wireless networking through the wireless transmission module 14. The control unit 1 can also have access to the internet via a wired connection manner.
As can be seen in Fig. 1, the acoustic unit 3 comprises at least one power amplifier 31 and a loudspeaker 32. The control unit 1 sends audio signals to the power amplifier 31 through the audio output port 11. The power amplifier 31 amplifies the audio signals and then sends the amplified audio signals to the loudspeaker 32 which will play the amplified audio signals. The power amplifier 31 can amplify the audio signals to provide high power signals, and then the loudspeaker 32play the treated audio signals.
According to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the number of the groups of the power amplifier 31 and the loudspeaker 32 are both two. In other words, via the two groups of power amplifiers 31 and loudspeakers 32, the audio signals are amplified and played, so as to further improve the music treatment effect, improve the quality of the acoustic performance, and amplify the power to satisfy the relatively high requirement of music fans when they are enjoying the music. According to other embodiments of the present invention, if required, the number of the groups of the power amplifier 31 and the loudspeaker 32 can also be one, three or more than three.
According to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, as can be seen in Fig. 1, the control unit 1 is integrated with a USB port 12 and a SD card port 13. The peripheral tablet computers, smartphones and PCs can connect with the control unit through the USB port 12 and accomplish a data exchange and a music playing performance. The peripheral memory cards can also realize a music playing performance through the USB port 12 and the SD card port 13, so as to achieve the diversity of the music playing modes. According to other embodiments of the present invention, if required, the control unit 1 can only be integrated with a USB port 12 or a SD card port 13, or none.
As is shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the remote control 6 sends operation commands to the control unit 1. Operation commands, such as selecting and playing music files, upgrading software, and managing and using of music files, can be sent to the control unit 1 through the remote control 6 in a wireless manner.
As is shown in Fig. 2, the touch display panel, which is integrated with the input unit 2 and the display unit 4, is mounted to a front panel of the case 5. Two loudspeakers 32 are symmetrically mounted to the panel of the case 5 at positions corresponding to two sides of the touch display panel. The control unit 1 and the power amplifier 31 are mounted into the case 5. The case 5 can incorporate the control unit 1, the input unit 2, the loudspeaker 32 and the display unit 4 to form an integral structure, so as to improve the security and antiknock ability of each component.
As can be seen in Fig. 1, the power circuit 7 supplies electrical energy to the control unit 1, the acoustic unit 3 and the display unit 4, so as to ensure the continuous working of the integrated intelligent acoustic system.
The power circuit 7 is mounted into the case 5. The power circuit 7 can be supplied with electricity in an external plug-in manner or by a battery charging power source.
According to the present invention, the control unit 1 can be embedded with various software programs, such as different kinds of media players to realize desired playing functions of users, so as to satisfy different demands of the users. The control unit 1 realizes the intelligent and orderly management and usage of music files via the input unit 2 and the display unit 4. When the control unit is in a networking state (either wired networking or wireless networking) , functions of the software programs can be upgraded if required, cloud playing and WIFI music playing can be realized, and various music playing modes can be achieved. The present invention is able to amplify sound signals and improve the quality of the sound via the acoustic unit 3, so as to satisfy the relatively high requirement of music fans for them to enjoy music, and so as to realize the integrated intelligence of the acoustic system

Claims (19)

  1. An integrated intelligent acoustic system, comprising:
    a control unit;
    an input unit;
    a acoustic unit; and
    a display unit ;
    wherein said input unit sends operation commands to said control unit, wherein said control unit comprises an audio output port, wherein said control unit sends audio signals to said acoustic unit through said audio output port, wherein said acoustic unit receives the audio signals and then amplify and play the audio signals, wherein said control unit sends displaying signals to said display unit.
  2. The integrated intelligent acoustic system, as recited in claim 1, wherein said acoustic unit comprises at least one power amplifier and one loudspeaker, wherein said control unit sends said audio signals to said power amplifier through said audio output port, wherein said power amplifier amplifies the audio signals and then sends the amplified audio signals to said loudspeaker which will display the amplified audio signals.
  3. The integrated intelligent acoustic system, as recited in claim 2, wherein said control unit is selected from the group consisting of an android control unit platform, an IOS control unit platform, and a Windows operating platform.
  4. The integrated intelligent acoustic system, as recited in claim 3, wherein said input unit and display unit are integrated to a touch display panel or are mounted independently.
  5. The integrated intelligent acoustic system, as recited in claim 4, wherein said audio output port comprises at least one port selected from the group consisting of an I2S port, an AUDIO port and an HDMI port.
  6. The integrated intelligent acoustic system, as recited in claim 1, wherein said control unit is provided with at least one port selected from the group consisting of a USB port and a SD card port.
  7. The integrated intelligent acoustic system, as recited in any one of claims 2, further comprising a case, wherein said input unit, said display unit and said loudspeaker are all provided at said case in an exposing manner, wherein said control unit and said power amplifier are provided in said case.
  8. The integrated intelligent acoustic system, as recited in any one of claims 3, further comprising a case, wherein said input unit, said display unit and said loudspeaker are all provided at said case in an exposing manner, wherein said control unit and said power amplifier are provided in said case.
  9. The integrated intelligent acoustic system, as recited in any one of claims 4, further comprising a case, wherein said input unit, said display unit and said loudspeaker are all provided at said case in an exposing manner, wherein said control unit and said power amplifier are provided in said case.

The integrated intelligent acoustic system, as recited in any one of claims 5, further comprising a case, wherein said input unit, said display unit and said loudspeaker are all provided at said case in an exposing manner, wherein said control unit and said power amplifier are provided in said case
  11. The integrated intelligent acoustic system, as recited in claim 7, further comprising a remote control, wherein said remote control sends operation commands to said control unit.
  12. The integrated intelligent acoustic system, as recited in claim 8, further comprising a remote control, wherein said remote control sends operation commands to said control unit.
  13. The integrated intelligent acoustic system, as recited in claim 9, further comprising a remote control, wherein said remote control sends operation commands to said control unit.
  14. The integrated intelligent acoustic system, as recited in claim 10, further comprising a remote control, wherein said remote control sends operation commands to said control unit.
  15. The integrated intelligent acoustic system, as recited in claim 7, wherein the number of said power amplifier and said loudspeaker are both two, two said loudspeakers are symmetrically provided at a panel of said case.
  16. The integrated intelligent acoustic system, as recited in claim 8, wherein the number of said power amplifier and said loudspeaker are both two, two said loudspeakers are symmetrically provided at a panel of said case.
  17. The integrated intelligent acoustic system, as recited in claim 9, wherein the number of said power amplifier and said loudspeaker are both two, two said loudspeakers are symmetrically provided at a panel of said case.
  18. The integrated intelligent acoustic system, as recited in claim 10, wherein the number of said power amplifier and said loudspeaker are both two, two said loudspeakers are symmetrically provided at a panel of said case.
  19. The integrated intelligent acoustic system, as recited in claim 1, wherein said control unit further comprises a wireless transmission module.
