- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 전압센싱부재는 제 1 전압센싱벽의 각각 제 3 단부 및 제 4 단부에 연결되어 연장되어 있는 제 1 연결부재 및 제 2 연결부재를 더 포함하고 있고; 상기 제 1 연결부재 및 제 2 연결부재는 제 1 핑거부의 제 1 평탄 외면 상에 제 1 전압센싱부재를 고정하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 핑거부의 제 3 측면은 전기 커넥터 탭(electrical connector tab)을 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,프레임 연장부(frame extension portion)를 가지고 있는 제 1 프레임 부재(frame member)를 더 포함하고 있고;상기 제 1 전지셀 및 제 2 전지셀은 상호 대향 위치하면서 접촉하고 있으며;상기 제 3 전지셀 및 제 4 전지셀은 상호 대향 위치하면서 접촉하고 있고;상기 제 1 프레임 부재는, 프레임 연장부가 각각 제 2 전지셀 및 제 3 전지셀의 제 2 전기 단자 및 제 3 전기 단자 사이의 갭(gap)에 위치하여 제 3 전기 단자로부터 제 2 전기 단자를 전기적으로 절연시키도록, 상기 제 2 전지셀 및 제 3 전지셀에 대향 위치하면서 접촉하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 프레임 부재는 실질적으로 직사각형 링 형상의 제 1 외곽 플라스틱 프레임(substantially rectangular ring-shaped outer plastic frame) 및 제 1 열교환기(heat exchanger)를 더 포함하고;상기 제 1 열교환기는 관통하여 연장되어 있는 제 1 유로부(flow path portion)를 설정하고 상호 연결되어 있는 제 1 열전도성 플레이트(thermally conductive plate) 및 제 2 열전도성 플레이트를 포함하고 있으며, 상기 제 1 유로부는 각각 제 1 열전도성 플레이트 및 제 2 열전도성 플레이트를 관통하여 연장하고 있는 적어도 제 1 유로 보조부(flow path subportion) 및 제 2 유로 보조부를 포함하고 있고;실질적으로 직사각형 링 형상의 상기 제 1 외곽 플라스틱 프레임은 제 1 열전도성 플레이트 및 제 2 열전도성 플레이트의 외주부(outer peripheral region) 주위에 연결되어 있으며; 실질적으로 직사각형 링 형상의 상기 제 1 외곽 플라스틱 프레임은 제 1 측벽(side wall), 제 2 측벽, 제 3 측벽, 및 제 4 측벽을 포함하고 있고; 상기 제 1 측벽 및 제 2 측벽은 상호 실질적으로 평행하게 연장되어 있으며; 상기 제 3 측벽 및 제 4 측벽은 제 1 측벽 및 제 2 측벽에 실질적으로 수직하고 상호 평행하도록 연장되어 있으며 제 1 측벽 및 제 2 측벽 사이에 연결되어 있고; 상기 제 1 측벽은 각각 제 1 유로 보조부 및 제 2 유로 보조부와 연통하는 관통 연장되어 있는 제 1 개구 및 제 2 개구를 포함하고 있고; 상기 제 2 측벽은 각각 제 1 유로 보조부 및 제 2 유로 보조부와 연통하는 관통 연장되어 있는 제 3 개구 및 제 4 개구를 포함하고 있고;상기 프레임 연장부는 실질적으로 직사각형 링 형상의 제 1 외곽 플라스틱 프레임의 제 3 측벽으로부터 바깥쪽으로 연장되어 있으며;상기 제 2 전지셀은 제 1 열전도성 플레이트의 일측 상에 대향하여 위치되어 있고; 및상기 제 3 전지셀은 제 2 열전도성 플레이트의 일측 상에 대향하여 위치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.

- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 플라스틱 프레임은 실질적으로 직사각형 링 형상의 제 1 외곽 플라스틱 프레임인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 프레임 부재는 제 1 열교환기를 더 포함하고 있고;상기 제 1 열교환기는 관통하여 연장되어 있는 제 1 유로부를 설정하고 상호 연결되어 있는 제 1 열전도성 플레이트 및 제 2 열전도성 플레이트를 포함하고 있으며, 상기 제 1 유로부는 각각 제 1 열전도성 플레이트 및 제 2 열전도성 플레이트를 관통하여 연장하고 있는 적어도 제 1 유로 보조부 및 제 2 유로 보조부를 포함하고 있고;실질적으로 직사각형 링 형상의 상기 제 1 외곽 플라스틱 프레임은 제 1 열전도성 플레이트 및 제 2 열전도성 플레이트의 외주부 주위에 연결되어 있고; 실질적으로 직사각형 링 형상의 상기 제 1 외곽 플라스틱 프레임은 제 1 측벽, 제 2 측벽, 제 3 측벽, 및 제 4 측벽을 포함하고 있으며; 상기 제 1 측벽 및 제 2 측벽은 실질적으로 상호 평행하게 연장되어 있고; 상기 제 3 측벽 및 제 4 측벽은, 제 1 측벽 및 제 2 측벽 사이에 연결되어 있으며 상호 평행하게 연장되어 있고 제 1 측벽 및 제 2 측벽에 수직하고 있으며; 상기 제 1 측벽은 각각 제 1 유로 보조부 및 제 2 유로 보조부와 연통하는 관통 연장되어 있는 제 1 개구 및 제 2 개구를 포함하고 있고; 상기 제 2 측벽은 각각 제 1 유로 보조부 및 제 2 유로 보조부와 연통하는 관통 연장되어 있는 제 3 개구 및 제 4 개구를 포함하고 있으며; 상기 제 1 프레임 연장부는 실질적으로 직사각형 링 형상의 제 1 외곽 플라스틱 프레임의 제 3 측벽으로부터 바깥쪽으로 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 전지셀은 또한 제 1 열전도성 플레이트의 일측 상에 대향하여 위치되어 있고; 및상기 제 2 전지셀은 제 2 열전도성 플레이트의 일측 상에 대향하여 위치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,제 3 전기 단자를 포함하는 제 3 전지셀; 및제 2 전지셀 및 제 3 전지셀 사이에 위치하는 제 2 프레임 부재로서, 상기 제 2 프레임 부재는 제 2 플라스틱 프레임 및 상기 제 2 플라스틱 프레임으로부터 바깥으로 연장되어 있는 제 2 프레임 연장부를 포함하고 있으며; 상기 제 3 전지셀은 제 2 플라스틱 프레임의 제 1 측면에 대향하여 위치되어 있고, 상기 제 2 프레임 연장부가 제 2 핑거부 및 제 3 핑거부에 실질적으로 평행한 제 2 갭을 관통하여 연장되어 있는 제 2 프레임 부재;를 더 포함하고 있고;상기 상호연결 어셈블리는 제 3 핑거부 및 제 3 전압센싱부재를 더 포함하고 있으며;상기 제 3 핑거부는 플레이트부의 제 1 단부에 연결되어 연장되어 있으며, 상기 제 3 핑거부는, 제 2 핑거부에 실질적으로 평행하도록 연장되어 있고 제 3 핑거부 및 제 2 핑거부 사이에 제 2 갭이 설정되도록 제 2 핑거부로부터 떨어져 있으며, 상기 제 3 핑거부는 제 1 측면, 제 2 측면 및 제 1 평탄 외면을 포함하고 있고, 상기 제 3 핑거부의 제 1 평탄 외면은 제 3 핑거부의 제 1 측면 및 제 2 측면 사이에 위치되어 있으며;상기 제 3 전압센싱부재는 제 3 핑거부에 연결되어 있고, 상기 제 3 전압센싱부재는 제 3 핑거부의 제 1 평탄 외면 상에 직접 위치되어 있는 제 1 전압센싱벽을 포함하며;상기 제 3 전기 단자는 제 2 갭와 제 2 프레임 연장부 및 제 3 핑거부 사이를 관통하여 연장되어 있고, 상기 제 3 전기 단자는, 제 2 프레임 연장부가 제 3 전기 단자로부터 제 2 전기 단자를 전기적으로 절연하도록, 상기 제 3 전압센싱부재에 연결되어 있는 제 1 단자부를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 프레임 연장부는 플라스틱으로 이루어져 있고 제 1 핑거부의 길이와 실질적으로 동일한 길이를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 플레이트부, 제 1 핑거부, 및 제 2 핑거부는 각각 플라스틱으로 이루어져 있고, 상기 제 1 전압센싱부재 및 제 2 전압센싱부재는 각각 금속으로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 핑거부는 플레이트부의 제 1 단부에 실질적으로 평행한 제 1 핑거부를 관통하여 연장되어 있는 평면을 따라 T자 형상의 단면 프로파일을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
