所述被监测区域的业务劣化情况包括:所述被监测区域的监测参数指定的告警码对应的告警数量,以及所述被监测区域的监测参数指定的性能检测点发生的性能劣化越限的数量。
其中,预警模块33根据统计结果判定被监测区域满足业务持续劣化条件,包括:
预警模块33判定如所述统计结果中,所述被监测区域的监测参数指定的告警码对应的告警数量,以及所述被监测区域的监测参数指定的性能检测点发生的性能劣化越限的数量,二者的总和大于业务劣化门限,且所述总和大于业务劣化门限的持续时间超过业务劣化持续时间门限,则判定被监测区域满足业务持续劣化条件。
其中,预警模块33进行业务劣化越限预警,包括:
预警模块33根据所述被监测区域的业务劣化监测结果生成业务劣化越限预警记录,获取所述被监测区域的信息通知方式和维护人员的联系信息,将所述业务劣化越限预警记录发送给所述被监测区域对应的维护人员。
可选地,配置模块31,还设置为创建信息配置模板,所述信息配置模板供用户配置被监测区域信息和被监测区域对应的监测参数信息;和/或创建信息通知模板,所述信息通知模板供用户配置业务劣化越限预警信息通知方式和所述被监测区域对应的维护人员的信息。
上述实施例提供的一种业务劣化监测方法和装置,监测每个被监测区域内的告警情况和性能参数,在监测到业务持续劣化后,向相关人员发送业务劣化越限预警信息,解决相关监测技术中存在的低效、繁琐、预警不及时的问题,预警及时、监测效率高、节省人力。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序 来指令相关硬件完成,所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中,如只读存储器、磁盘或光盘等。可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用一个或多个集成电路来实现,相应地,上述实施例中的各模块/单元可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。本发明实施例不限制于任何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
工业实用性
本发明实施例提供的业务劣化监测方法和装置,能够自动监测每个被监测区域内的告警情况和性能参数,在监测到业务持续劣化后,向相关人员发送业务劣化越限预警信息,解决相关监测技术中存在的低效、繁琐、预警不及时的问题,预警及时、监测效率高、节省人力。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种业务劣化监测方法,该方法包括:
    确定被监测区域和监测参数;
    根据监测参数对被监测区域进行业务劣化监测分析,统计被监测区域的业务劣化情况;
    在根据统计结果判定被监测区域满足业务持续劣化条件时,进行业务劣化越限预警。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中:
    所述确定被监测区域和监测参数,包括:
    读取配置文件,获取被监测区域信息以及每一个被监测区域对应的监测参数信息。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其中:
    所述根据监测参数对被监测区域进行业务劣化监测分析,统计被监测区域的业务劣化情况,包括:
    根据每个监测区域对应的监测参数分别生成监测任务;
    并行执行每个监测任务,包括:每一个监测任务对自己监测的被监测区域进行业务劣化监测分析,统计被监测区域的业务劣化情况。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其中:
    所述被监测区域信息包括:被监测区域的标识和被监测区域的范围;
    所述监测参数信息包括:告警码信息、性能检测点信息、业务劣化门限、和业务劣化持续时间门限;
    所述被监测区域的业务劣化情况包括:所述被监测区域的监测参数指定的告警码对应的告警数量,以及所述被监测区域的监测参数指定的性能检测点发生的性能劣化越限的数量。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其中:
    所述根据统计结果判定被监测区域满足业务持续劣化条件,包括:
    如所述统计结果中,所述被监测区域的监测参数指定的告警码对应的告警数量,以及所述被监测区域的监测参数指定的性能检测点发生的性能劣化越限的数量,二者的总和大于业务劣化门限,且所述总和大于业务劣化门限的持续时间超过业务劣化持续时间门限,则判定被监测区域满足业务持续劣化条件。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中:
    所述进行业务劣化越限预警,包括:
    根据所述被监测区域的业务劣化监测结果生成业务劣化越限预警记录,获取所述被监测区域的信息通知方式和维护人员的联系信息,将所述业务劣化越限预警记录发送给所述被监测区域对应的维护人员。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的方法,所述读取配置文件之前,所述方法还包括:
    创建信息配置模板,所述信息配置模板供用户配置被监测区域信息和被监测区域对应的监测参数信息;和/或
    创建信息通知模板,所述信息通知模板供用户配置业务劣化越限预警信息通知方式和所述被监测区域对应的维护人员的信息。
  8. 一种业务劣化监测装置,包括:
    配置模块,设置为确定被监测区域和监测参数;
    监测模块,设置为根据监测参数对被监测区域进行业务劣化监测分析,统计被监测区域的业务劣化情况;以及
    预警模块,设置为在根据统计结果判定被监测区域满足业务持续劣化条件时,进行业务劣化越限预警。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的装置,其中:所述配置模块确定被监测区域和监测参数,包括:
    所述配置模块读取配置文件,获取被监测区域信息以及每一个被监测区域对应的监测参数信息。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的装置,其中:所述监测模块根据监测参数对被监测区域进行业务劣化监测分析,统计被监测区域的业务劣化情况,包括:
    所述监测模块根据每个监测区域对应的监测参数分别生成监测任务;
    并行执行每个监测任务,包括:每一个监测任务对自己监测的被监测区域进行业务劣化监测分析,统计被监测区域的业务劣化情况。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的装置,其中:
    所述被监测区域信息包括:被监测区域的标识和被监测区域的范围;
    所述监测参数信息包括:告警码信息、性能检测点信息、业务劣化门限、和业务劣化持续时间门限;
    所述被监测区域的业务劣化情况包括:所述被监测区域的监测参数指定的告警码对应的告警数量,以及所述被监测区域的监测参数指定的性能检测点发生的性能劣化越限的数量。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的装置,其中:所述预警模块根据统计结果判定被监测区域满足业务持续劣化条件,包括:
    所述预警模块判定如所述统计结果中,所述被监测区域的监测参数指定的告警码对应的告警数量,以及所述被监测区域的监测参数指定的性能检测点发生的性能劣化越限的数量,二者的总和大于业务劣化门限,且所述总和大于业务劣化门限的持续时间超过业务劣化持续时间门限,则判定被监测区域满足业务持续劣化条件。
  13. 如权利要求8所述的装置,其中:所述预警模块进行业务劣化越限预警,包括:
    所述预警模块根据所述被监测区域的业务劣化监测结果生成业务劣化越限预警记录,获取所述被监测区域的信息通知方式和维护人员的联系信息,将所述业务劣化越限预警记录发送给所述被监测区域对应的维护人员。
  14. 如权利要求8所述的装置,其中:
    所述配置模块,还设置为创建信息配置模板,所述信息配置模板供用户配置被监测区域信息和被监测区域对应的监测参数信息;和/或创建信息通知模板,所述信息通知模板供用户配置业务劣化越限预警信息通知方式和所述被监测区域对应的维护人员的信息。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有程序指令,当该程序指令被执行 时可实现权利要求1-7任一项所述的方法。
