本发明提供一种基于远程控制的SIM卡终端管理方法及系统,为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
请参阅图1,图1为本发明一种基于远程控制的SIM卡终端管理方法较佳实施例的流程图,如图所示,其包括步骤:
S100、通过数据网络连接将终端设备注册到运营商后台服务器,在后台服务器保存对应的设备信息;
S200、当需要解锁时,终端 设备发送解锁请求至后台服务器,后台服务器对解锁请求进行解析,当满足解锁条件时,后台服务器更新对应的配置信息,并将更新的配置信息返回给终端设备,对终端设备进行解锁。
本发明实施例中,通过终端设备与后台服务器之间的信息交互,提升了管理的安全等级,提供了灵活多样的管理服务,加强了非法解锁终端设备的管理,提升了用户使用的体验,而且还可以帮助丢失终端设备的用户强制锁死手机,使丢失的终端设备没有使用价值,最终减少盗窃行为或增加合法用户重新获得丢失设备的可能性。
步骤S100中,在用户从运营商处拿到终端设备的第一时间,通过数据网路连接即可把终端设备注册到该运营商后台服务器。
下面对步骤S100进行具体说明,如图2所示,其可细化为如下步骤:
S101、获取终端设备的设备信息;
首先用户插入SIM卡,准备注册;获取终端设备的设备信息。其中,所述设备信息包括移动设备国际身份号码(IMEI,International Mobile Equipment Identity)、设备锁状态和版本等。
S102、对获取的设备信息进行加密;
S103、将加密的设备信息发送至运营商后台服务器;
终端设备将获取的加密的设备信息通过网络数据连接发送至对应的运营商后台服务器。
S104、运营商后台服务器验证设备信息的合法性,不合法则执行步骤S107,合法则执行步骤S105;
S105、判断终端设备是否已经注册,然后将带加密的判断结果信息返回至终端设备;
终端设备制造商会将从工厂收集的设置信息发送给运营商,运营商提前保存设备信息至后台服务器。运营商后台服务器在接收到合法的设备信息后,然后查询是否已保存当前终端设备的设备信息,以判断终端设备是否已经注册,然后将带加密的判断结果信息通过网络数据连接返回至终端设备。
S106、验证所返回的判断结果信息的合法性,并将解密后的判断结果信息进行显示。
此步骤S106中,终端设备接收到返回的判断结果信息后,验证所述判断结果信息的合法性,然后对所述判断结果信息进行解密,再将解密后的判断结果信息显示给用户。
S107、返回注册失败信息至终端设备。
具体来说,如图3所示,所述步骤S200可细化为如下步骤:
S201、终端设备接收到用户输入的解锁指令;
当用户需要解锁终端设备时,用户就可以直接在终端设备上选择需要解锁的类型,然后点击解锁按钮,这时终端设备接收到用户输入的解锁指令;
S202、获取终端设备的设备信息;其中,所述设备信息包括IMEI号、设备锁状态和版本等;
S203、将带有加密的设备信息的解锁请求发送至运营商后台服务器;
获取到终端设备的设备信息后,对所述设备信息进行加密,然后终端设备将带有加密的设备信息的解锁请求通过网络数据连接发送至运营商后台服务器;
S204、运营商后台服务器验证请求合法性,不合法则执行步骤S207,合法则执行步骤S205;
S205、判断请求的终端设备是否已注册,否则执行步骤S208,是则执行步骤S206;
验证请求合法后,判断请求的终端设备是否已注册,若没有注册,则执行步骤S208,若已注册,则执行步骤S206;
S206、判断是否允许解锁终端设备,是则更新对应的配置信息,并将更新的配置信息返回给终端设备,对终端设备进行解锁;
S207、返回请求失败信息至终端设备;
S208、反馈错误信息至终端设备。
具体来说,如图4所示,所述步骤S206可细化为如下步骤:
S216、运营商后台服务器查询终端设备对应的服务器策略信息;
S226、根据所述服务器策略信息判断是否允许解锁终端设备,若是则执行步骤S236,若否则执行步骤S246;
S236、更新对应的配置信息,并将更新的配置信息返回给终端设备,对终端设备进行解锁;
S246、将解锁失败的结果信息显示给用户。
运营商后台服务器判断是否允许解锁终端设备,允许解锁,则更新对应的配置信息,并将带加密的更新的配置信息通过网络数据连接返回给终端设备。终端设备接收到返回的配置信息后,验证所述配置信息的合法性,不合法,则立即将解锁失败的结果信息显示给用户;合法,则更新本地设备信息,对所述终端设备进行解锁,提示用户解锁成功,并重启终端设备。
所述步骤S216之前还包括:
预先在运营商后台服务器设置终端设备的服务器策略信息,并在有变动时实时更新服务器策略信息。
本发明所述步骤S203中,所述解锁请求包括永久解锁和临时解锁。
用户从运营商处拿到终端设备时,运营商和用户签署补贴合约。在用户和运营商签订的补贴合约到期后,或者用户付额外费用提前结束补贴合约,然后用户就可以直接在终端设备上申请永久解锁设备SIM卡绑定。这不仅方便了用户解锁终端设备,还加强了非法解锁终端设备的管理,提升了用户使用的体验。
具体地,所述步骤S203中,当所述解锁请求为临时解锁时,所述解锁请求中还包括:临时解锁的起始和终止时间。
具体地,当所述解锁请求为临时解锁时,所述步骤S206之后还包括步骤:在临时解锁后,终端设备实时检查临时解锁的终止时间是否已到,如果已到,提示用户并重新锁上终端设备。即在临时解锁终端设备后,终端设备实时获得当前时间,并将当前时间与保存的临时解锁的终止时间比较,在当前时间已到临时解锁的终止时间时,提示用户,并重新锁上终端设备。
如图5所示,其为步骤S206之后步骤的另一实施例的流程图,如图所示,其包括:
S1、开机;
S2、获得当前时间;
S3、更新设备信息;
S4、判断是否到期,否则返回至步骤S2,是则执行步骤S5;
S5、更新设备信息;
S6、重新锁住终端设备;
S7、提示用户。
本发明提供的临时解锁主要方便用户因短时间出国等原因,需要在自己的终端设备上临时使用目的地其他运营商的SIM卡,一段时间后又需换回当前运营商的SIM卡时,用户可直接在终端设备上申请临时解锁。这样既不对运营商的利益造成伤害,也提高了服务的用户体验。用户不需要因出国支付昂贵的漫游费,或者额外购买新终端设备,也不存在当前终端设备的数据与新设备同步等问题。
进一步地,本发明提供的基于远程控制的SIM卡终端管理方法,还可用于对丢失终端设备的远程控制。具体地,只要有网络数据连接,终端设备实时连接着运营商后台服务器。当用户告知运营商,拥有的终端设备丢失,请求锁死所述终端设备。运营商可以立即更新服务器策略信息,一旦终端设备连接到运营商后台服务器,就主动更新所述终端设备的配置信息,锁死所述终端设备,无法使用任何运营商的SIM卡服务。致使终端设备丢失后失去继续转卖的价值,从而降低移动设备的盗窃行为或增加合法用户重新获得丢失设备的可能性。
基于上述方法,本发明还提供一种基于远程控制的SIM卡终端管理系统较佳实施例的结构框图,如图6所示,其包括:
注册模块100,用于通过数据网络连接将终端设备注册到运营商后台服务器,在后台服务器保存对应的设备信息;
解锁模块200,用于当需要解锁时,终端设备发送解锁请求至后台服务器,后台服务器对解锁请求进行解析,当满足解锁条件时,后台服务器更新对应的配置信息,并将更新的配置信息返回给终端设备,对终端设备进行解锁。
具体来说,如图7所示,所述注册模块100具体包括:
第一获取单元101,用于获取终端设备的设备信息;
第一加密单元102,用于对获取的设备信息进行加密;
第一发送单元103,用于将加密的设备信息发送至运营商后台服务器;
第一验证单元104,用于运营商后台服务器验证设备信息的合法性,不合法则返回注册失败信息至终端设备,合法则执行第一判断单元105;
第一判断单元105,用于判断终端设备是否已经注册,然后将带加密的判断结果信息返回至终端设备;
第二验证单元106,用于验证所返回的判断结果信息的合法性,并将解密后的判断结果信息进行显示。
具体来说,如图8所示,所述解锁模块200具体包括:
接收单元201,用于终端设备接收到用户输入的解锁指令;
第二获取单元202,用于获取终端设备的设备信息;

所述查询子单元216之前还包括:
预先在运营商后台服务器设置终端设备的服务器策略信息,并在有变动时实时更新服务器策略信息。
关于上述模块单元的技术细节在前面的方法中已有详述,故不再赘述。
综上所述,本发明通过终端设备与后台服务器之间的信息交互,提升了管理的安全等级,提供了灵活多样的管理服务,加强了非法解锁终端设备的管理,提升了用户使用的体验。具体具有如下优点:
1)、在用户和运营商签订的补贴合约到期后,或者用户付额外费用提前结束补贴合约,然后用户就可以直接在终端设备上申请永久解锁设备SIM卡绑定。不仅方便了用户解锁终端设备,还加强了非法解锁终端设备的管理,提升了用户使用的体验。

    通过数据网络连接将终端设备注册到运营商后台服务器,在后台服务器保存对应的设备信息;所述设备信息包括移动设备国际身份号码、设备锁状态和版本;
    当需要解锁时,终端设备发送解锁请求至后台服务器,后台服务器对解锁请求进行解析,当满足解锁条件时,后台服务器更新对应的配置信息,并将更新的配置信息返回给终端设备,对终端设备进行解锁;
    其中,所述通过数据网络连接将终端设备注册到运营商后台服务器,在后台服务器保存对应的设备信息具体包括:
    获取终端设备的设备信息;
    对获取的设备信息进行加密;
    将加密的设备信息通过网络数据连接发送至对应的发送至运营商后台服务器;

    根据所述服务器策略信息判断是否允许解锁终端设备;
    若判断出允许解锁终端设备,则更新对应的配置信息,并将更新的配置信息返回给终端设备,对终端设备进行解锁。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的基于远程控制的SIM卡终端管理方法,其中所述运营商后台服务器查询终端设备对应的服务器策略信息之前,还包括:
    预先在运营商后台服务器设置终端设备的服务器策略信息,并在有变动时实时更新服务器策略信息。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的基于远程控制的SIM卡终端管理方法,其中所述将带有加密的设备信息的解锁请求发送至运营商后台服务器中,所述解锁请求包括永久解锁和临时解锁。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的基于远程控制的SIM卡终端管理方法,其中当所述解锁请求为临时解锁时,所述解锁请求中还包括:临时解锁的起始和终止时间。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的基于远程控制的SIM卡终端管理方法,其中当所述解锁请求为临时解锁时,所述若判断出允许解锁终端设备,则更新对应的配置信息,并将更新的配置信息返回给终端设备,对终端设备进行解锁之后,还包括:在临时解锁后,终端设备实时检查临时解锁的终止时间是否已到,如果已到,提示用户并重新锁上终端设备。
  16. 一种基于远程控制的SIM卡终端管理系统,其中包括:
    注册模块,用于通过数据网络连接将终端设备注册到运营商后台服务器,在后台服务器保存对应的设备信息;
    解锁模块,用于当需要解锁时,终端设备发送解锁请求至后台服务器,后台服务器对解锁请求进行解析,当满足解锁条件时,后台服务器更新对应的配置信息,并将更新的配置信息返回给终端设备,对终端设备进行解锁。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的基于远程控制的SIM卡终端管理系统,其中所述解锁模块具体包括:
    接收单元,用于终端设备接收到用户输入的解锁指令;
    第二获取单元,用于获取终端设备的设备信息;
    第二发送单元,用于将带有加密的设备信息的解锁请求发送至运营商后台服务器;
    第三验证单元,用于运营商后台服务器验证请求合法性,不合法则返回请求失败信息至终端设备,合法则执行第二判断单元;
    第二判断单元,用于判断请求的终端设备是否已注册,否则反馈错误信息至终端设备,是则执行第三判断单元;
    第三判断单元,用于判断是否允许解锁终端设备,是则更新对应的配置信息,并将更新的配置信息返回给终端设备,对终端设备进行解锁。
