显示单元,用于在所述控制指令为数据传输指令时,显示数据选择界面,以基于所述数据选择界面选择待传输数据;
处理单元,用于在接收到输入的选择信息时,将所述选择信息对应的 数据作为待传输数据,其中,该待传输数据包括第一终端中保存的文件以及第一终端当前显示界面。
优选地,获取模块,用于基于第一终端侧面的触摸感应区域接收触摸操作,并在接收到触摸操作时,确定第一终端当前是否处于侧面控制模式;在第一终端当前处于侧面控制模式时,确定接收到的所述触摸操作对应的控制指令。
优选地,发送模块,用于确定第一终端是否建立与第二终端之间的连接;在第一终端已建立与第二终端之间的连接时,向第二终端发送所述待传输数据;在第一终端未建立与第二终端之间的连接时,输出提示信息。
优选地,发送模块,用于建立与第二终端之间的通信连接;
其中,建立通信连接的方式包括至少以下之一:
获取其所在的局域网内的第二终端并显示,以供用户基于当前显示的第一终端信息选择第二终端;
主动向第二终端发送连接请求;
接收到第二终端主动向第一终端发送连接请求,基于所述连接请求建立与所述第二终端之间的通信连接。
本发明提出的终端间数据传输方法和装置,基于第一终端侧面的触摸感应区域接收触摸操作,并确定接收到的所述触摸操作对应的控制指令,在所述控制指令为数据传输指令时,将待传输数据发送至第二终端,用户直接基于第一终端侧面的触摸感应区域即可触发将待传输数据发送至第二终端的指令,不用进入专门的传输软件触发数据传输的指令,非常便捷。

应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明提供一种终端间数据传输方法。
参照图1,图1为本发明终端间数据传输方法较佳实施例的功能模块示意图。
本实施例提出一种终端间数据传输方法,所述终端间数据传输方法包括:
步骤S10,获取第一终端侧边的触摸操作区域接收到的触摸操作,并确定接收到的所述触摸操作对应的控制指令;
在本实施例中,第一终端侧面可为金属或者塑料等材质形成的边框,在侧面中设置触摸区域用来接收用户的触摸操作;或者第一终端为无边框第一终端,全侧边都可触摸,整个终端都是由玻璃屏幕组成,不存在实体按键,均是触摸来进行相应操作。
用户输入的触摸操作可为点击触摸操作以及滑动触摸操作,可预设触摸操作与控制指令之间的映射关系,例如,不同的触摸滑动轨迹方向以及距离对应不同的控制指令。用户可根据需要设置不同的控制指令对应的触摸操作,如向与重力相反方向滑动触摸为文件传输,也可在设置之后,对各个控制指令对应的触摸操作进行修改。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,由于控制指令的触发方式为触摸操作,则易发生用户误触发的情况,为避免用户误触发所述步骤S10包括:
获取第一终端侧边的触摸操作区域接收到的触摸操作,并获取接收到的触摸操作所对应的滑动参数;
在所述滑动参数大于预设阈值时,确定接收到的所述触摸操作对应的控制指令。
该滑动参数可包括以下至少之一:滑动距离、滑动速度、滑动压力,在用户误触发时滑动距离一般较小、滑动速度一般较慢、且滑动压力一般较小,故在滑动参数大于预设阈值时,认为当前触控操作不是误触发。其中,所述滑动参数大于预设阈值可以为以下至少之一:滑动距离大于预设距离门限值;滑动速度大于预设速度门限值;滑动压力大于预设压力门限值。
或者,也可通过设置触摸控制开关来防止用户误触发,该触摸控制开关可为第一终端上的物理按键、虚拟按键或者手势等,即步骤S10包括:基于第一终端侧面的触摸感应区域接收触摸操作,并在接收到触摸操作时,确定第一终端当前是否处于侧面控制模式(即触摸控制开关是否开启);在第一终端当前处于侧面控制模式时,确定接收到的所述触摸操作对应的控制指令。
步骤S20,在所述控制指令为数据传输指令时,获取待传输数据;
在本实施例中,当前待输出数据可谓用户选中的数据,也可为预设的数据。
相应的,所述获取待传输数据的具体实施例包括:
1)第一实施例,所述步骤S20包括:
在所述控制指令为数据传输指令时,确定是否有已选中文件;
在有已选中文件时,将所述已选中文件作为待传输数据。
用户可通过多种方式选择待传输数据,例如基于显示界面中的虚拟空间触发文件选择界面,以供用户基于所述文件选择界面通过点击选择相应的待传输文件;
或者通过第一终端侧边的触摸感应区域选择相应的文件,即所述步骤 S10之后包括:在所述控制指令为文件选中指令时,基于所述触摸操作的滑动方向以及滑动距离确定已选中文件。
优选地,还可以包括:在没有已选中文件时,截取第一终端当前显示界面;将所述当前显示界面作为待传输数据。即可将第一终端的显示界面投影至其它第一终端,以供其它第一终端基于接收到的显示界面进行相应的操作。
2)第二实施例,所述步骤S20包括:
在所述控制指令为数据传输指令时,显示数据选择界面,以供用户基于所述数据选择界面选择待传输数据;
在接收到用户输入的选择信息时,将所述选择信息对应的数据作为待传输数据,其中,该待传输数据包括第一终端中保存的文件以及第一终端当前显示界面。
步骤S30,将待传输数据发送至第二终端。
在本实施例中,第一终端在将待传输数据发送至第二终端之前,需要建立与第二终端之间的通信连接;
其中,所述建立通信连接的方式包括至少以下之一:
获取其所在的局域网内的第二终端并显示,以供用户基于当前显示的第一终端信息选择第二终端;
主动向第二终端发送连接请求;
接收到第二终端主动向第一终端发送连接请求,基于所述连接请求建立与所述第二终端之间的通信连接。
例如:1)第一终端由路由器获取其所在的局域网内的第二终端并显示,以供用户基于当前显示的第一终端信息选择第二终端;在接收到用户输入的选择信息时,根据用户的选择信息锁定第二终端;获取第二终端的地址信息,并基于获取到的地址信息建立与第二终端之间的通信连接。2)第一 终端主动向第二终端发送连接请求,或者第二终端主动向第一终端发送连接请求,等等。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,在获取到待传输数据时第一终端可能还未与第二终端之间建立通信连接,则步骤S30包括:确定第一终端是否建立与第二终端之间的连接;在第一终端已建立与第二终端之间的连接时,向第二终端发送所述待传输数据。在第一终端未建立与第二终端之间的连接时,输出提示信息。
其中,所述提示信息可以为文字提示也可以是声音提示,比如,可以文字通知用户当前未与第二终端建立连接。
进一步的,还可以控制第一终端进入与第二终端建立连接的操作界面;或者,还可以控制第一终端进入选择采用哪种连接方式建立连接的操作界面;或者,还可以为直接采用默认的连接方式自动的与第二终端建立连接,这种场景下,可以在建立连接之后再次重新执行步骤30。
本实施例提出的终端间数据传输方法,基于第一终端侧面的触摸感应区域接收触摸操作,并确定接收到的所述触摸操作对应的控制指令,在所述控制指令为数据传输指令时,将待传输数据发送至第二终端,用户直接基于第一终端侧面的触摸感应区域即可触发将待传输数据发送至第二终端的指令,不用进入专门的传输软件触发数据传输的指令,非常便捷。
本发明进一步提供一种终端间数据传输装置。
参照图2,图2为本发明终端间数据传输装置较佳实施例的功能模块示意图。
需要强调的是,对本领域的技术人员来说,图2所示功能模块图仅仅是一个较佳实施例的示例图,本领域的技术人员围绕图2所示的终端间数据传输装置的功能模块,可轻易进行新的功能模块的补充;各功能模块的名称是自定义名称,仅用于辅助理解该终端间数据传输装置的各个程序功 能块,不用于限定本发明的技术方案,本发明技术方案的核心是,各自定义名称的功能模块所要达成的功能。
本实施例提出一种终端间数据传输装置,所述终端间数据传输装置包括:
获取模块10,用于获取第一终端侧边的触摸操作区域接收到的触摸操作,;
确定模块20,用于确定接收到的所述触摸操作对应的控制指令;
在本实施例中,第一终端侧面可为金属或者塑料等材质形成的边框,在侧面中设置触摸区域用来接收用户的触摸操作;或者第一终端为无边框第一终端,其侧面为显示屏(触摸屏)的一部分,用户接收用户输入的触摸操作。用户输入的触摸操作可为点击触摸操作以及滑动触摸操作,可预设触摸操作与控制指令之间的映射关系,例如不同的触摸滑动轨迹方向以及距离对应不同的控制指令。用户可根据需要设置不同的控制指令对应的触摸操作,如向与重力相反方向滑动触摸为文件传输,也可在设置之后,对各个控制指令对应的触摸操作进行修改。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,由于控制指令的触发方式为触摸操作,则易发生用户误触发的情况,为避免用户误触发所述确定模块20包括:
获取单元,用于获取接收到的触摸操作所对应的滑动参数;
确定单元,还用于在所述滑动参数大于预设阈值时,确定接收到的所述触摸操作对应的控制指令。
所述该滑动参数包括以下至少之一:滑动距离、滑动速度、滑动压力;
相应的,确定单元,还用于基于以下至少之一确定所述所述滑动参数大于预设阈值:滑动距离大于预设距离门限值;滑动速度大于预设速度门限值;滑动压力大于预设压力门限值。
该滑动参数可包括滑动距离、滑动速度及/或滑动压力,在用户误触发 时滑动距离一般较小、滑动速度一般较慢且滑动压力一般较小,故在滑动参数大于预设阈值时,认为当前触控操作不是误触发。或者,也可通过设置触摸控制开关来防止用户误触发,该触摸控制开关可为第一终端上的物理按键、虚拟按键或者手势等,即确定模块20包括:在接收到触摸操作时,确定第一终端当前出否处于侧面控制模式(即触摸控制开关是否开启);在第一终端当前处于侧面控制模式时,确定接收到的所述触摸操作对应的控制指令。
获取模块10,还用于在所述控制指令为数据传输指令时,获取待传输数据;
在本实施例中,当前待输出数据可谓用户选中的数据,也可为预设的数据,即获取待传输数据的具体实施例包括:
1)第一实施例,所述获取模块10包括:
确定单元,用于在所述控制指令为数据传输指令时,确定是否有已选中文件;
处理单元,用于在有已选中文件时,将所述已选中文件作为待传输数据。
用户可通过多种方式选择待传输数据,例如基于显示界面中的虚拟空间触发文件选择界面,以供用户基于所述文件选择界面通过点击选择相应的待传输文件;或者通过第一终端侧边的触摸感应区域选择相应的文件,即所述获取模块10还包括:截取单元,用于在没有已选中文件时,截取第一终端当前显示界面;所述处理单元,还用于将所述当前显示界面作为待传输数据。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,在没有已选中文件时,截取第一终端当前显示界面;将所述当前显示界面作为待传输数据。即可将第一终端的显示界面投影至其它第一终端,以供其它第一终端基于接收到的显示界面 进行相应的操作。
2)第二实施例,所述获取模块10还包括:
显示单元,用于在所述控制指令为数据传输指令时,显示数据选择界面,以供用户基于所述数据选择界面选择待传输数据;
所述处理单元,还用于在接收到用户输入的选择信息时,将所述选择信息对应的数据作为待传输数据,其中,该待传输数据包括第一终端中保存的文件以及第一终端当前显示界面。
发送模块,用于建立与第二终端之间的通信连接;
其中,建立通信连接的方式包括至少以下之一:
获取其所在的局域网内的第二终端并显示,以供用户基于当前显示的第一终端信息选择第二终端;
主动向第二终端发送连接请求;
接收到第二终端主动向第一终端发送连接请求,基于所述连接请求建立与所述第二终端之间的通信连接。
例如:1)第一终端由路由器获取其所在的局域网内的第二终端并显示,以供用户基于当前显示的第一终端信息选择第二终端;在接收到用户输入的选择信息时,根据用户的选择信息锁定第二终端;获取第二终端的地址信息,并基于获取到的地址信息建立与第二终端之间的通信连接。2)第一终端主动向第二终端发送连接请求,或者第二终端主动向第一终端发送连接请求,等等。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,在获取到待传输数据时第一终端可能还未与第二终端之间建立通信连接,则发送模块30包括:确定单元,用于确定第一终端是否建立与第二终端之间的连接;发送单元,用于在第一终端已建立与第二终端之间的连接时,向第二终端发送所述待传输数据。所述终端间数据传输装置还包括提示模块,用于在第一终端未建立与第二终 端之间的连接时,输出提示信息。
本实施例提出的终端间数据传输装置,基于第一终端侧面的触摸感应区域接收触摸操作,并确定接收到的所述触摸操作对应的控制指令,在所述控制指令为数据传输指令时,将待传输数据发送至第二终端,用户直接基于第一终端侧面的触摸感应区域即可触发将待传输数据发送至第二终端的指令,不用进入专门的传输软件触发数据传输的指令,非常便捷。
需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者装置所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括该要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置中还存在另外的相同要素。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种终端间数据传输方法,所述终端间数据传输方法包括以下步骤:
    获取第一终端侧边的触摸操作区域接收到的触摸操作,并确定接收到的所述触摸操作对应的控制指令;
    在所述控制指令为数据传输指令时,获取待传输数据;
    将待传输数据发送至第二终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的终端间数据传输方法,其中,所述获取第一终端侧边的触摸操作区域接收到的触摸操作,并确定接收到的所述触摸操作对应的控制指令的步骤包括:
    获取第一终端侧边的触摸操作区域接收到的触摸操作,并获取接收到的触摸操作所对应的滑动参数;
    在所述滑动参数大于预设阈值时,确定接收到的所述触摸操作对应的控制指令。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的终端间数据传输方法,其中,所述该滑动参数包括以下至少之一:滑动距离、滑动速度、滑动压力;
    相应的,所述所述滑动参数大于预设阈值,为以下至少之一:滑动距离大于预设距离门限值;滑动速度大于预设速度门限值;滑动压力大于预设压力门限值。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的终端间数据传输方法,其中,所述在所述控制指令为数据传输指令时,获取待传输数据的步骤包括:
    在所述控制指令为数据传输指令时,确定是否有已选中文件;
    在有已选中文件时,将所述已选中文件作为待传输数据。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的终端间数据传输方法,其中,所述在所述控制指令为数据传输指令时,确定是否有已选中文件的步骤之后,所述终端间数据传输方法还包括:
    在没有已选中文件时,截取第一终端当前显示界面;
    将所述当前显示界面作为待传输数据。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的终端间数据传输方法,其中,所述基于第一终端侧面的触摸感应区域接收触摸操作,并确定接收到的所述触摸操作对应的控制指令的步骤之后,所述终端间数据传输方法还包括步骤:
    在所述控制指令为文件选中指令时,基于所述触摸操作的滑动方向以及滑动距离确定已选中文件。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的终端间数据传输方法,其中,所述在所述控制指令为数据传输指令时,获取待传输数据的步骤包括:
    在所述控制指令为数据传输指令时,显示数据选择界面,以基于所述数据选择界面选择待传输数据;
    在接收到输入的选择信息时,将所述选择信息对应的数据作为待传输数据,其中,该待传输数据包括第一终端中保存的文件以及第一终端当前显示界面。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的终端间数据传输方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    基于第一终端侧面的触摸感应区域接收触摸操作,并在接收到触摸操作时,确定第一终端当前是否处于侧面控制模式;在第一终端当前处于侧面控制模式时,确定接收到的所述触摸操作对应的控制指令。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的终端间数据传输方法,其中,将待传输数据发送至第二终端,包括:
    确定第一终端是否建立与第二终端之间的连接;
    在第一终端已建立与第二终端之间的连接时,向第二终端发送所述待传输数据;在第一终端未建立与第二终端之间的连接时,输出提示信息。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的终端间数据传输方法,其中,所述将待传 输数据发送至第二终端之前,还包括:建立与第二终端之间的通信连接;
    其中,建立通信连接的方式包括至少以下之一:
    获取其所在的局域网内的第二终端并显示,以供用户基于当前显示的第一终端信息选择第二终端;
    主动向第二终端发送连接请求;
    接收到第二终端主动向第一终端发送连接请求,基于所述连接请求建立与所述第二终端之间的通信连接。
  11. 一种终端间数据传输装置,所述终端间数据传输装置包括:
    获取模块,用于获取第一终端侧边的触摸操作区域接收到的触摸操作;
    确定模块,用于确定接收到的所述触摸操作对应的控制指令;
    获取模块,还用于在所述控制指令为数据传输指令时,获取待传输数据;
    发送模块,用于将待传输数据发送至第二终端。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的终端间数据传输装置,其中,所述确定模块包括:
    获取单元,用于获取接收到的触摸操作所对应的滑动参数;
    确定单元,还用于在所述滑动参数大于预设阈值时,确定接收到的所述触摸操作对应的控制指令。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的终端间数据传输装置,其中,所述该滑动参数包括以下至少之一:滑动距离、滑动速度、滑动压力;
    相应的,确定单元,还用于基于以下至少之一确定所述所述滑动参数大于预设阈值:滑动距离大于预设距离门限值;滑动速度大于预设速度门限值;滑动压力大于预设压力门限值。
  14. 根据权利要求11或12所述的终端间数据传输装置,其中,所述获取模块包括:
    确定单元,用于在所述控制指令为数据传输指令时,确定是否有已选中文件;
    处理单元,用于在有已选中文件时,将所述已选中文件作为待传输数据。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的终端间数据传输装置,其中,所述获取模块还包括:
    截取单元,用于在没有已选中文件时,截取第一终端当前显示界面;
    所述处理单元,还用于将所述当前显示界面作为待传输数据。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的终端间数据传输装置,其中,所述确定模块,还用于在所述控制指令为文件选中指令时,基于所述触摸操作的滑动方向以及滑动距离确定已选中文件。
  17. 根据权利要求11或12所述的终端间数据传输装置,其中,所述获取模块包括:
    显示单元,用于在所述控制指令为数据传输指令时,显示数据选择界面,以基于所述数据选择界面选择待传输数据;
    处理单元,用于在接收到输入的选择信息时,将所述选择信息对应的数据作为待传输数据,其中,该待传输数据包括第一终端中保存的文件以及第一终端当前显示界面。
  18. 根据权利要求11所述的终端间数据传输装置,其中,获取模块,用于基于第一终端侧面的触摸感应区域接收触摸操作,并在接收到触摸操作时,确定第一终端当前是否处于侧面控制模式;在第一终端当前处于侧面控制模式时,确定接收到的所述触摸操作对应的控制指令。
  19. 根据权利要求11所述的终端间数据传输装置,其中,发送模块,用于确定第一终端是否建立与第二终端之间的连接;在第一终端已建立与第二终端之间的连接时,向第二终端发送所述待传输数据;在第一终端未 建立与第二终端之间的连接时,输出提示信息。
  20. 根据权利要求11所述的终端间数据传输装置,其中,发送模块,用于建立与第二终端之间的通信连接;
    其中,建立通信连接的方式包括至少以下之一:
    获取其所在的局域网内的第二终端并显示,以供用户基于当前显示的第一终端信息选择第二终端;
    主动向第二终端发送连接请求;
    接收到第二终端主动向第一终端发送连接请求,基于所述连接请求建立与所述第二终端之间的通信连接。
