本实施例提出一种应用快速启动方法,所述应用快速启动方法包括:
步骤S10,获取终端侧边的触摸操作区域接收到的触摸操作,并确定接收到的所述触摸操作对应的控制指令;
在本实施例中,参照图3,终端侧边可为金属或者塑料等材质形成的边框,在侧边中设置触摸区域用来接收用户的触摸操作;或者终端为无边框终端,整个终端都是由玻璃屏幕组成,不存在实体按键,全侧边均可触摸,所有的操作均可通过触摸来进行。用户输入的触摸操作可为点击触摸操作以及滑动触摸操作,可预设触摸操作与控制指令之间的映射关系,例如不同的触摸滑动轨迹方向以及距离对应不同的控制指令。用户可根据需要设置不同的控制指令对应的触摸操作,如滑动触摸操作为文件排序,也可在设置之后,对各个控制指令对应的触摸操作进行修改。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,由于控制指令的触发方式为触摸操作,则易发生用户误触发的情况,为避免用户误触发所述步骤S10包括:
获取终端侧边的触摸操作区域接收到的触摸操作,并确定接收到的触摸操作所对应的滑动参数;
在所述滑动参数大于预设阈值时,确定接收到的所述触摸操作对应的控制指令。
参照图4,该滑动参数可包括滑动距离、滑动速度及/或滑动压力,在用户误触发时滑动距离一般较小、滑动速度一般较慢且滑动压力一般较小,故在滑动参数大于预设阈值时,认为当前触控操作不是误触发。或者,也可通过设置触摸控制开关来防止用户误触发,该触摸控制开关可为第一终端上的物理按键、虚拟按键或者手势等,即步骤S10包括:获取终端侧边的触摸感应区域接收触摸操作,并在接收到触摸操作时,确定终端当前出否处于侧边控制模式(即触摸控制开关是否开启);在终端当前处于侧边控
制模式时,确定接收到的所述触摸操作对应的控制指令。
步骤S20,在所述控制指令为应用启动指令时,启动并运行预设的应用。
用户可设置多个预设应用,并基于不同的触摸操作轨迹触发不同的应用,即预设触摸操作轨迹与预设应用之间的映射关系。则步骤S20包括:在所述控制指令为应用启动指令时,获取所述触摸操作的触摸轨迹;启动并运行所述触摸操作轨迹对应的预设应用。例如预设应用分别为相机、通话以及微信,且对应的操作轨迹为向重力方向滑动、向重力相反方向滑动以及连续接收到点击触摸操作。本领域技术人员可以理解的是,为避免用户记录太多手势,提高启动预设应用的准确性以及效率,所述步骤S20包括:在所述控制指令为应用启动指令时,显示预设应用的选择界面,以供用户基于所述选择界面选择相应的预设应用;在接收到用户选择的预设应用时,启动并运行所述预设应用。
在本实施例中,为进一步提高终端启动的准确性,所述步骤S20包括:
在所述控制指令为应用启动指令时,确定所述终端的握持方式,所述握持方式为横向握持或者纵向握持;
启动预设的应用,并按照所述握持方式显示所述预设应用的运行界面。
检测终端横向握持或者纵向握持的技术术语现有技术,在此不再赘述。在终端为横向握持时,横屏显示预设应用的运行界面,在所述终端为纵向握持时,竖屏显示预设应用的运行界面。
本实施例提出的应用快速启动方法,获取终端侧边的触摸操作区域接收到的触摸操作,并确定接收到的所述触摸操作对应的控制指令;在所述控制指令为应用启动指令时,启动并运行预设的应用,通过滑动终端的侧边即可实现应用的快速启动,非常便捷。
在本发明一实施方式中,为提高应用启动的准确性,通过以下实施例实现应用的快速启动,例如:

在所述控制指令为应用启动指令,且终端存在前台运行的应用时,获取所述前台运行的应用的关联应用;
启动并运行所述关联应用。
例如,在当前前台运行的应用为通话应用时,可基于对终端侧边触摸区域的触摸操作启动与通话相关的联系人应用,用户可在通话过程中快速启动联系人应用,以便于用户在通话过程中快速查找相应的联系人信息。应用之间的关联关系可由用户根据需要进行设置。本领域技术人员可以理解的是,在所述控制指令为应用启动指令,且终端不存在前台运行的应用时,启动并运行预设的应用。
所述“在所述控制指令为应用启动指令,且终端存在前台运行的应用时,获取所述前台运行的应用的关联应用”之后,所述应用快速启动方法还包括步骤:
在所述前台运行的应用不存在关联应用时,不响应所述应用启动指令;
或者,在所述前台运行的应用不存在关联应用时,后台运行所述前台运行的应用,启动并运行预设的应用。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,为提高应用启动的准确性,在所述前台运行的应用不存在关联应用时,可显示选择界面,以供用户选择确认或拒绝后台运行前台运行的应用;在接收到用户输入的确认信息时,后台运行所述前台运行的应用,启动并运行预设的应用;在在接收到用户输入的拒绝信息时,不响应所述应用启动指令。在其它变形实施例中,在所述前台运行的应用不存在关联应用时,可关闭所述前台运行的应用,启动并运行预设的应用。
2)第二实施例:所述步骤S10之后还包括步骤:
在所述控制指令为应用启动指令,且终端存在前台运行的应用时,启动预设的应用,并分屏显示前台运行的应用以及预设的应用的运行界面;
或者,在所述控制指令为应用启动指令,且终端存在前台运行的应用
时,将当前前台运行的应用切换为预设的后台应用。
在本实施例中可通过分屏显示的方式当前前台运行的应用与待启动的预设应用之间的冲突。用户可通过终端侧边的滑动操作调节各个分屏显示区域的尺寸,即所述“分屏显示前台运行的应用以及预设的应用的运行界面”之后,所述应用快速启动方法还包括步骤:在接收到双向滑动操作时,确定所述双向滑动操作所在的触摸感应区域,并获取所述触摸感应区域对应的显示区域;在所述双向滑动操作为相对方向的滑动操作时,按照预设的比例缩小获取到的显示区域,并增大其他显示区域以使所有显示区域占满显示屏的整个显示区域;在所述双向滑动操作为相对方向的滑动操作时,按照预设的比例增大获取到的显示区域,并缩小其他显示区域以使所有显示区域占满显示屏的整个显示区域。用户也可对各个显示区域的位置进行调节。
用户可设置各个应用的优先级,并在前台运行有应用时,将后台运行的应用中优先级最高的应用切换至前台运行;或者预设各个应用的权限,即可由后台切换至前台中的应用,则“在所述控制指令为应用启动指令,且终端存在前台运行的应用时,将当前前台运行的应用切换为预设的后台应用”包括:在所述控制指令为应用启动指令,且终端存在前台运行的应用时,获取后台中能够切换至前台的应用;将当前前台运行的应用切换为确定的应用。
在本发明一实施方式中,为丰富终端的功能,所述步骤S10之后还包括步骤:
在所述控制指令为模式切换指令时,将终端当前的运行模式切换为所述控制指令对应的运行模式。
用户可基于对终端侧边的触摸操作区域的触摸操作进行终端运行模式的切换,非常便捷。例如,终端可由普通运行模式切换为安全运行模式。
本发明实施例进一步提供一种应用快速启动系统。

需要强调的是,对本领域的技术人员来说,图2所示功能模块图仅仅是一个较佳实施例的示例图,本领域的技术人员围绕图2所示的应用快速启动系统的功能模块,可轻易进行新的功能模块的补充;各功能模块的名称是自定义名称,仅用于辅助理解该应用快速启动系统的各个程序功能块,不用于限定本发明的技术方案,本发明技术方案的核心是,各自定义名称的功能模块所要达成的功能。
本实施例一种应用快速启动系统,所述应用快速启动系统包括:
获取模块10,配置为获取终端侧边的触摸操作区域接收到的触摸操作;
确定模块20,配置为确定接收到的所述触摸操作对应的控制指令;

该滑动参数可包括滑动距离、滑动速度及/或滑动压力,在用户误触发时滑动距离一般较小、滑动速度一般较慢且滑动压力一般较小,故在滑动参数大于预设阈值时,认为当前触控操作不是误触发。或者,也可通过设
置触摸控制开关来防止用户误触发,该触摸控制开关可为第一终端上的物理按键、虚拟按键或者手势等,即确定模块20确定终端当前出否处于侧边控制模式(即触摸控制开关是否开启),并在终端当前处于侧边控制模式时,确定接收到的所述触摸操作对应的控制指令。
启动模块30,配置为在所述控制指令为应用启动指令时,启动并运行预设的应用。

所述应用快速启动系统还包括处理模块,配置为在所述前台运行的应用不存在关联应用时,不响应所述应用启动指令,或者,后台运行所述前台运行的应用,同时启动并运行预设的应用。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,为提高应用启动的准确性,所述应用快速启动系统还包括:显示模块,配置为在所述前台运行的应用不存在关联应用时,可显示选择界面,以供用户选择确认或拒绝后台运行前台运行的应用;运行模块,配置为在接收到用户输入的确认信息时,后台运行所述前台运行的应用,启动并运行预设的应用;所述处理模块,还配置为在接收到用户输入的拒绝信息时,不响应所述应用启动指令。在其它变形实施例中,所述处理模块,还配置为在所述前台运行的应用不存在关联应用时,可关闭所述前台运行的应用,启动并运行预设的应用。

在本实施例中可通过分屏显示的方式当前前台运行的应用与待启动的预设应用之间的冲突。用户可通过终端侧边的滑动操作调节各个分屏显示区域的尺寸,即所述确定模块20,还配置为在接收到双向滑动操作时,确定所述双向滑动操作所在的触摸感应区域;所述获取模块10,还配置为获取所述触摸感应区域对应的显示区域;所述应用快速启动系统还包括调节模块,配置为在所述双向滑动操作为相对方向的滑动操作时,按照预设的比例缩小获取到的显示区域,并增大其他显示区域以使所有显示区域占满显示屏的整个显示区域,以及在所述双向滑动操作为相对方向的滑动操作时,按照预设的比例增大获取到的显示区域,并缩小其他显示区域以使所有显示区域占满显示屏的整个显示区域。用户也可对各个显示区域的位置进行调节。

用户可基于对终端侧边的触摸操作区域的触摸操作进行终端运行模式的切换,非常便捷。例如,终端可由普通运行模式切换为安全运行模式。
实际应用中,应用快速启动系统中的获取模块10、确定模块20、启动模块30可由中央处理器(CPU,Central Processing Unit)、或数字信号处理器(DSP,Digital Singnal Processor)、或可编程逻辑阵列(FPGA,Field-Programmable Gate Array)实现。
本发明实施例上述业务信令跟踪的装置如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明实施例的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机、服务器、或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read Only Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。这样,本发明实施例不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。

- 如权利要求1所述的应用快速启动方法,其中,所述获取终端侧边的触摸操作区域接收到的触摸操作,并确定接收到的所述触摸操作对应的控制指令包括:获取终端侧边的触摸操作区域接收到的触摸操作,并确定接收到的触摸操作所对应的滑动参数;在所述滑动参数大于预设阈值时,确定接收到的所述触摸操作对应的控制指令。
- 如权利要求7所述的应用快速启动方法,其中,所述获取终端侧边的触摸操作区域接收到的触摸操作,并确定接收到的所述触摸操作对应的控制指令包括:获取终端侧边的触摸感应区域接收触摸操作,并在接收到触摸操作时,确定终端当前出否处于侧边控制模式;在终端当前处于侧边控制模式时,确定接收到的所述触摸操作对应的控制指令。
- 如权利要求1所述的应用快速启动方法,其中,所述在所述控制指令为应用启动指令时,所述终端启动预设的应用包括:在所述控制指令为应用启动指令时,获取所述触摸操作的触摸轨迹; 启动并运行所述触摸操作轨迹对应的预设应用。
- 如权利要求9所述的应用快速启动方法,其中,所述在所述控制指令为应用启动指令时,所述终端启动预设的应用包括:在所述控制指令为应用启动指令时,显示预设应用的选择界面,以供用户基于所述选择界面选择相应的预设应用;在接收到用户选择的预设应用时,启动并运行所述预设应用。
- 一种应用快速启动系统,所述应用快速启动系统包括:获取模块,配置为获取终端侧边的触摸操作区域接收到的触摸操作;确定模块,配置为确定接收到的所述触摸操作对应的控制指令;启动模块,配置为在所述控制指令为应用启动指令时,启动并运行预设的应用。
- 如权利要求11所述的应用快速启动系统,其中,所述获取模块还配置为在所述控制指令为应用启动指令,且终端存在前台运行的应用时,获取所述前台运行的应用的关联应用;所述启动模块还配置为启动并运行所述关联应用。
- 如权利要求12所述的应用快速启动系统,其中,所述应用快速启动系统还包括处理模块,配置为在所述前台运行的应用不存在关联应用时,不响应所述应用启动指令,或者,后台运行所述前台运行的应用,同时启动并运行预设的应用。
- 如权利要求11所述的应用快速启动系统,其中,所述启动模块还配置为在所述控制指令为应用启动指令,且终端存在前台运行的应用时,启动预设的应用;所述应用快速启动系统还包括显示模块,配置为分屏显示前台运行的应用以及预设的应用的运行界面;或者,所述应用快速启动系统还包括应用切换模块,配置为在所述控制指令为应用启动指令,且终端存在前台运行的应用时,将当前前台运行的应用切换为预设的后台应用。
- 如权利要求11-14任一项所述的应用快速启动系统,其中,所述启 动模块包括:确定单元,配置为在所述控制指令为应用启动指令时,确定所述终端的握持方式,所述握持方式为横向握持或者纵向握持;启动单元,配置为启动预设的应用;显示单元,配置为按照所述握持方式显示所述预设应用的运行界面。
- 如权利要求11-14任一项所述的应用快速启动系统,其中,所述应用快速启动系统还包括模式切换模块,配置为在所述控制指令为模式切换指令时,将终端当前的运行模式切换为所述控制指令对应的运行模式。
- 如权利要求11所述的应用快速启动系统,其中,所述获取模块,还配置为获取终端侧边的触摸操作区域接收到的触摸操作,并确定接收到的触摸操作所对应的滑动参数;所述确定模块,还配置为在所述滑动参数大于预设阈值时,确定接收到的所述触摸操作对应的控制指令。
- 如权利要求17所述的应用快速启动系统,其中,所述获取模块,还配置获取终端侧边的触摸感应区域接收触摸操作,并在接收到触摸操作时,确定终端当前出否处于侧边控制模式;所述确定模块,还配置在终端当前处于侧边控制模式时,确定接收到的所述触摸操作对应的控制指令。
- 如权利要求11所述的应用快速启动系统,其中,所述启动模块,还配置为在所述控制指令为应用启动指令时,获取所述触摸操作的触摸轨迹;启动并运行所述触摸操作轨迹对应的预设应用;所述启动模块,还配置在所述控制指令为应用启动指令时,显示预设应用的选择界面,以供用户基于所述选择界面选择相应的预设应用;在接收到用户选择的预设应用时,启动并运行所述预设应用。
- 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,该计算机可执行指令配置为执行权利要求1-10任一项所述的应用快速启动方法。
