随着3G技术的兴起和发展,带来移动电子商务的兴起,使手机成为更便捷的交易终端。最近几年,中国互联网高速发展,普及率不断提高为电子商务的高速发展打下了最坚实的基础。目前移动支付已经广泛应用于电子商务的各个角落,但移动支付的安全问题一直是移动支付能否快速推广的一个瓶颈:信息的机密性、完整性、不可抵赖性、真实性、支付模式、身份验证、支付终端的安全性、移动支付各环节的法律保障不健全,等等。
目前,移动支付业务中单纯的密码、验证码验证由于其安全性较低、较容易被拦截、破解而使用的越来越少。双因素身份验证在移动支付行业安全领域逐渐普及起来,它的基本原理是使用密码加实物的方式来进行综合验证。在移动支付消费场景中,最常见,也是最有效的实物包括两类,一是加强现有安全技术手段为主,如手机短信验证码、动态口令或密码、数字证书、优Key等;二是基于持卡人本人的生物特征,如指纹,虹膜和声音。其中,动态验证码和数字证书的拦截、升级类诈骗时有发生;优Key的使用便捷性较差,客户体验不好。指纹识别需要移动终端设备的硬件支持,而现有主流的移动终端设备大多不具备相关指纹读取设备。虹膜识别对于佩戴眼镜或者隐形眼镜的人来说准确率和方便性都会受到影响,而且使用方式也不太适合日常支付场景。此外,不同交易类型、不同客户、不同支付金额对于交易的安全性级别要求也存在差别,目前的安全验证技术难以在实现简便性的前提下保移动支付的安全性,这极大的阻碍了移动支付业务的推广和市场拓展。

在本发明的具体实施例中,终端在发送用户的交易请求前,用户首先要下载安装移动支付终端应用程序,然后用户进行移动支付用户注册,填写个人用户信息,包括用户名、密码、联系电话及邮箱等基本信息,因为部分交易功能需要实名认证,因此在注册过程中还需要用户上传实名认证所需材料,另外注册过程中服务端会提示用户输入语音信号,该语音信号的内容可以是任意的文本内容,也可以是服务端发送给终端的从备用词库中选取的文本内容,用户朗读出该文本内容,并由终端发送给服务端该语音信号,此时终端用户注册完成。当用户需要在终端交易时,用户启动终端上的移动支付应用程序,终端向服务端发送该用户的交易请求,服务端向该终端发送一随 机生成的动态口令,当发送来的该动态口令为语音时,用户朗读出该语音的内容,当发送来的该动态口令为文本时,用户朗读出该文本的内容,终端采集到该用户的语音信号发送给服务端。
如图4所示,本发明实施例还提供一种基于语音控制的移动支付装置,应用于一终端,包括:
第一发送模块40,设置为向服务端发送一用户的交易请求,所述交易请求中携带有所述终端的用户标识;
第三接收模块41,设置为接收服务端根据所述交易请求生成并发送的动态口令;
第二发送模块42,设置为向用户提示所述动态口令,接收用户根据所述动态口令输入的语音信号,并将所述语音信号发送给所述服务端进行交易认证。
在本发明的上述实施例中,所述装置还包括:
第三发送模块,设置为向服务端发送一用户注册请求,所述用户注册请求中携带有所述终端的用户标识,并在注册过程中,向服务端发送待注册用户的用户语音信号,以使服务端提取所述用户语音信号的语音特征,并保存为所述终端的用户标识对应的语音特征。
需要说明的是,该装置是与上述基于语音控制的移动支付方法实施例对应的装置,上述方法实施例中所有实现方式均适用于该装置的实施例中,也能达到相同的技术效果。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
工业实用性
如上所述,本发明实施例提供的一种基于语音控制的移动支付方法和装置具有以下有益效果:采用语音导航完成支付,简化支付操作流程,解放了用户的双手,而且由于声纹的唯一性和不可复制性确保交易均需用户亲自授权才可完成,保证了移动支付的安全性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于语音控制的移动支付方法,应用于服务端,包括:
    当接收到来自终端的交易请求时,生成一动态口令,并将所述动态口令发送给所述终端,所述交易请求携带有所述终端的用户标识;
    接收所述终端采集到的用户根据所述动态口令输入的语音信号;
    比较所述语音信号和所述动态口令的内容是否匹配,以及,比较所述语音信号的语音特征与预先存储的所述终端的用户标识对应的语音特征是否匹配,若两者均匹配成功,则判断用户认证成功并继续后续交易。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的基于语音控制的移动支付方法,其中,当接收到来自终端的交易请求时,生成一动态口令,并将所述动态口令发送给所述终端之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述终端发送的用户注册请求,所述用户注册请求中携带有所述终端的用户标识;
    根据所述用户注册请求,完成所述终端的用户注册过程,并在注册过程中,接收所述终端发送的用户语音信号,提取所述用户语音信号的语音特征,并保存为所述终端的用户标识对应的语音特征。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的基于语音控制的移动支付方法,其中,比较所述语音信号和所述动态口令的内容是否匹配,以及,比较所述语音信号的语音特征与预先存储的所述终端的用户标识对应的语音特征是否匹配包括:
    对所述语音信号进行处理,分别获得语音信号中的文本信息和声纹特征信息;
    比较所述文本信息与所述动态口令的内容是否匹配,以及比较所述声纹特征信息和预先存储的所述终端的用户标识对应的语音特征是否匹配。
  4. 一种基于语音控制的移动支付装置,应用于服务端,包括:
    生成模块,设置为在接收到来自终端的交易请求时,生成一动态口令,并将所述动态口令发送给所述终端,所述交易请求中包括所述终端的用户标识;
    第一接收模块,设置为接收所述终端采集到的用户根据所述动态口令输入的语音信号;
    比较模块,设置为比较所述语音信号和所述动态口令的内容是否匹配,以及,比较所述语音信号的语音特征与预先存储的所述终端的用户标识对应的语音特征是否匹配,若两者均匹配成功,则判断用户认证成功并继续后续交易。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的基于语音控制的移动支付装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    第二接收模块,设置为接收所述终端发送的用户注册请求,所述用户注册请求中携带有所述终端的用户标识;
    注册模块,设置为根据所述用户注册请求,完成所述终端的用户注册过程,并在注册过程中,接收所述终端发送的用户语音信号,提取所述用户语音信号的语音特征,并保存为所述终端的用户标识对应的语音特征。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的基于语音控制的移动支付装置,其中,所述比较模块包括:
    处理子模块,设置为对所述语音信号进行处理,分别获得语音信号中的文本信息和声纹特征信息;
    比较子模块,设置为比较所述文本信息与所述动态口令的内容是否匹配,以及比较所述声纹特征信息和预先存储的所述终端的用户标识对应的语音特征是否匹配。
  7. 一种基于语音控制的移动支付方法,应用于一终端,包括:
    向服务端发送一用户的交易请求,所述交易请求中携带有所述终端的用户标识;
    接收服务端根据所述交易请求生成并发送的动态口令;
    向用户提示所述动态口令,接收用户根据所述动态口令输入的语音信号,并将所述语音信号发送给所述服务端进行交易认证。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的基于语音控制的移动支付方法,其中,向服务端发送一用户的交易请求之前,所述方法还包括:
    向服务端发送一用户注册请求,所述用户注册请求中携带有所述终端的用户标识,并在注册过程中,向服务端发送待注册用户的用户语音信号,以使服务端提取所述用户语音信号的语音特征,并保存为所述终端的用户标识对应的语音特征。
  9. 一种基于语音控制的移动支付装置,应用于一终端,包括:
    第一发送模块,设置为向服务端发送一用户的交易请求,所述交易请求中携带有所述终端的用户标识;
    第三接收模块,设置为接收服务端根据所述交易请求生成并发送的动态口令;
    第二发送模块,设置为向用户提示所述动态口令,接收用户根据所述动态口令输入的语音信号,并将所述语音信号发送给所述服务端进行交易认证。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的基于语音控制的移动支付装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    第三发送模块,设置为向服务端发送一用户注册请求,所述用户注册请求中携带有所述终端的用户标识,并在注册过程中,向服务端发送待注册用户的用户语音信号,以使服务端提取所述用户语音信号的语音特征,并保存为所述终端的用户标识对应的语音特征。
