Description
DESCRIPTION
Door and Furniture Surface That Can Be Assembled Together Technical Field
The invention relates to door or furniture surfaces to be used in door and furniture production which will be obtained by cutting plated and raw chipboard (flake board), MDF (medium density fiber board) and HDF (high density fiber board) in intended measurements and connecting of these with an interlocking mechanism.
State of the Art
Today, decorative papers are used in order to obtain intended appearance in door surfaces. Decorative papers can be printed in door format but in specific measurement standards and in limited colors. Exceeding the standards causes a great disadvantage in terms of costs. Combining decorative papers, which will be constituted in different colors, before pressing cause not only a heavy labor but also increased costs. In plated door forms, the process of adjusting the plates to each other and the labor of forming the door surface is long and costly, and production of doors having intended color is not possible. Apart from that, as the forming technique, creating simple patterns on the current surface by grooving requires labor and time. In the abstract of application No. US2014230356, which was found in the technical investigations, it is stated "A molded door skin is provided that features a molded component having a stainable or stained exterior surface including molded grooves and molded tonal portions". As it can be seen, the system comprises a grooved surface, however, it is related to a single color pressing and besides, it can only be applied on door surfaces and an embodiment which can provide solution to the disadvantages above is not disclosed.
In the abstract of the patent No. US2013129967, which is another application found in the technical investigations, it is stated "An improved molded door skin of a synthetic door is disclosed to have a recessed portion for removably installing a replaceable panel thereon, by
changing the replaceable panel with another one having different patterns, the molded door skin is therefore variegated".
As it can be seen, for said system, a groove must be cut on the surface of the door and the board must be of standard dimensions. Moreover, grooving process is required for the surface of the door and for the different boards which will be formed at the same time, a different processing is needed and it can only be applied to door surfaces but not to furniture surfaces,
Among ail these, the current embodiment does not provide a novelty which aims to solve the disadvantages mentioned above.
As a result, due to the drawbacks mentioned above and the inadequacy of the existing solutions regarding the subject matter, it is required to make a development in the related technical field.
Object of the Invention
The invention, configured by being inspired by the current conditions, aims to solve the above mentioned drawbacks.
The main object of the invention is to provide a door surface of intended dimensions.
Another object of the invention is to cut back labor and costs. Another object of the invention is to provide door surfaces of different colors and forms with regard to customer request.
Another object of the invention is to gain from the process due to having an easy structure. Another object of the invention is to prevent separation of the boards from each other during shipment.
In order to realize the objects stated above, the invention is;
A wood surface to be used in doors and furnitures, which is formed by combining female boards and male boards having different colors, shapes and dimensions, and which is locked by combining the rib comprised on the male board and the slot comprised on the female board in horizontal axis.
The structural and characteristic features and all the advantages of the present invention will be more clearly understood thanks to the figures below and the detailed description written with reference to those figures, therefore, the evaluation needs to be done by taking said figures and the detailed description into consideration.
Figures for a Better Understanding of the Invention
Figure 1 is the complete surface view formed by the combined plates according to the invention.
Figure 2 is the separated view of the boards constituting the surface according to the invention.
The drawings do not need to be scaled and the details that are not necessary for understanding the present invention may have been ignored. In addition, the members that are at least identical to a great extent or at least have identical functions to a great extent are referred with the same number.

Detailed Description of the Invention
In this detailed description, the preferred embodiments of the invention are described only for the subject to be understood better without any limiting effect.
In Figure 1, the three dimensional view of the wood surface (10) according to the invention as a whole is given. Said wood surface (10) is formed by interlocking female and male boards (11 ,13) in horizontal axis. In Figure 2, the view of the boards that form the wood surface (10) as separated from each other is given.
After door or furniture processes are completed, optionally, the wood surface (10) formed by combining the boards is pressed. Said wood surface (10) is made of chipboard (flake board), MDF (medium density fiber board) and HDF (high density fiber board), and formed by female boards (13) and male boards (11) which may have different colors and shapes with regard to customer request, and which can be connected to each other. The connection process is conducted in horizontal axis by interlocking the rib (12) of said male board (11) to the female board slot (14) of the female board (13), Said male board rib (12) goes into the female board slot (14) forming a locking mechanism and forms the wood surface (10). Said female and male boards (13, 11) do not separate from each other in vertical axis by any force after connection. This way, the separation of the boards during pressing process and shipment is prevented.
Claims
A wood surface (10) to be used in doors and furnitures, characterized in comprising at least one female board (13) and at least one male board (11) which make up a whole by being connected in different colors, shapes and dimensions.
The wood surface (10) according to Claim 1 , characterized in comprising a male board rib (12) which provides interlocking of the male board (11) and the female board (13) in horizontal axis and which is located on the male board (11).
The wood surface (10) according to Claim 2, characterized in comprising a female board slot (14) which is located on said female board (13) and in which the male board rib (12) is interlocked.
The wood surface (10) according to Claim 1 , characterized in being made of chipboard (flake board), DF (medium density fiber board) or HDF (high density fiber board).
