一种LED灯与电线新型连接结构及用于制造该结构的装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及彩灯灯串的技术领域,具体涉及一种LED灯与电线新型连接结构及用于制造该结构的装置。
背景技术
节日灯串由于造型多种多样且灯光闪烁多彩,极具夜间照明装饰效果而成为人们在节日里作为增添节日气氛的首选,现在市场上普遍使用的节日灯串通常由一条电线连接许多LED灯泡,由于人工成本的不断增加,且产量的不断需求,自动化生产是当前的大趋势,而LED灯泡与电线的自动连接,目前可实现的方式有如下两种:
1、先将电线切断,再将切断后的电线进行绝缘皮剥皮,然后用金属片将去皮后的导线与LED管脚包裹紧固,如图1所示;缺陷:如果不将电线切断,就无法将弯圈后的电线内面进行自动剥皮,由于电线切断后再与LED管脚连接,且只靠金属片包裹,不严实,在长时间使用过程中会导致接触不良,且额外增加金属片配件,提高成本。
2、先将电线切断,再将切断后的电线进行绝缘皮剥皮,然后用去皮后的导线与LED管脚焊接固定,如图2所示;缺陷:如果不将电线切断,同样无法将弯圈后的电线内面进行自动剥皮,由于电线切断后再与LED管脚焊接连接,虽然克服了方式1的不严实和良好导电,但是焊接工艺却更加提高了成本。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本实用新型目的在于提供一种结构简单,制作方便的LED灯与电线新型连接结构及其制作方法。
一种用于制造LED灯与电线新型连接结构的装置,其特征在于包括安装在机座上的自动管脚打弯机构和辅助剥线座,所述自动管脚打弯机构包括将LED灯管脚折成直角的L型顶座和将折成直角后的管脚打弯的推座和成型座,所述辅助剥线座面对电线一侧设有凹槽用于引入电线,所述辅助剥线座内部竖直方向设置剥线刀具通孔,该凹槽与剥线刀具通孔连通。
所述的用于制造LED灯与电线新型连接结构的装置,其特征在于所述推座和成型座与LED灯管脚接触的面为圆弧面,L型顶座在成型座圆弧面的前下方,推座在成型座圆弧面的前上方。
所述的用于制造LED灯与电线新型连接结构的装置,其特征在于所述辅助剥线座面对电线一侧设有两个凹槽,所述辅助剥线座内部竖直方向相应设置两个剥线刀具通孔。
所述的用于制造LED灯与电线新型连接结构的装置,其特征在于凹槽到剥线刀具通孔的最短距离为电线导线与电线内圈绝缘皮的距离。
所述的用于制造LED灯与电线新型连接结构的装置,其特征在于所述的剥线刀具可以是铣刀或者剥刀。
所述的用于制造LED灯与电线新型连接结构的装置,其特征在于所述的铣刀包括刀轴和刀轴座,所述的剥刀包括刀轴a和套接在刀轴a上的复位弹簧以及刀轴座a。
一种采用上述装置制造的LED灯与电线新型连接结构,其特征在于LED灯管脚与电线的导线钩接固定。
本实用新型采用电线不切断自动剥去绝缘皮,再将LED灯管脚直接钩接电线去皮后的导线,结构简单,全自动化的装配线,不仅产量高,而且成本低,且质量可靠,显著的技术进步,具有广泛推广的意义。

具体实施方式
以下结合说明书附图对本实用新型作进一步详细说明,并给出具体实施方式。
现有技术中,中国专利授权公告号为CN203757476U的实用新型专利,名称为“一种LED彩灯全自动制造机”公开了安装在该制造机机座上的进线结构、推线机构、拉线机构、剥线机构等,而剥线机构仅仅是先将电线切断后剥线的。本实用新型采用如下步骤完成,步骤a:将LED灯1送入自动管脚打弯机构5进行管脚打弯,将打弯 后的LED灯1送入管脚定位机构进行管脚定位,再送入钩线紧固机构;所述自动管脚打弯机构5包括将LED灯管脚51折成直角的L型顶座54和将折成直角后的管脚打弯的推座53和成型座52,所述推座53和成型座52与LED灯管脚51接触的面为圆弧面55,L型顶座54在成型座52圆弧面55的前下方,推座53在成型座52圆弧面55的前上方,这样设置可以很好的将将LED灯管脚51折成弯钩状。步骤b:将自动弯成小圈的电线4送入辅助剥线座2,所述辅助剥线座2面对电线一侧设有两个凹槽21用于引入电线,辅助剥线座2内部竖直方向相应设置两个剥线刀具通孔22,该凹槽21与剥线刀具通孔22连通,剥线刀具3配合辅助剥线座2动作,即剥线刀具3沿着通孔22由下至上或者由上至下进入凹槽21。凹槽21到剥线刀具通孔22的最短距离为电线导线42与电线内圈绝缘皮42的距离,即凹槽21内已经进入的电线导线41与剥线刀具通孔22内周重合,剥线刀具3沿着通孔22内周进入凹槽21将电线内圈绝缘皮42剥去即可,所述的剥线刀具3可以是铣刀或者剥刀,为铣刀时,该铣刀包括刀轴31和刀轴座32,为剥刀时,需在刀轴a33上套接复位弹簧34,及配设刀轴座a35。电线内圈绝缘皮42剥好后,电线4再由推线机构送入外圈绝缘皮剥线机构进行外圈绝缘皮剥皮,接着送入钩线紧固机构。步骤a与步骤b不分先后,也可同时进行,只要保证LED灯1调整后的弯钩管脚与剥线后的电线在钩线紧固机构中会合即可,将步骤a中完成的LED灯管脚51弯钩与步骤b中完成的去绝缘皮电线导线41进行钩接并紧固即可得到LED灯管脚51与电线的导线41钩接后的产品,如图3所示,不仅不用如图1上的金属片5a包裹,也不用焊接连接,省去如图2上的焊点5b的材料,大大节约了成本,具有显著的经济效益。
上述所有需要滑动或者按压的动作部件都配有气缸,控制系统控制气缸运转,包括管脚定位机构、钩线紧固机构、外圈绝缘皮剥线机构均为现有技术并固定在机座上,不作详细描述。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种用于制造LED灯与电线新型连接结构的装置,其特征在于包括安装在机座上的自动管脚打弯机构(5)和辅助剥线座(2),所述自动管脚打弯机构(5)包括将LED灯管脚(51)折成直角的L型顶座(54)和将折成直角后的管脚(51)打弯的推座(53)和成型座(52),所述辅助剥线座(2)面对电线一侧设有凹槽(21)用于引入电线,所述辅助剥线座(2)内部竖直方向设置剥线刀具通孔(22),该凹槽(21)与剥线刀具通孔(22)连通。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的用于制造LED灯与电线新型连接结构的装置,其特征在于所述推座(53)和成型座(52)与LED灯管脚(51)接触的面为圆弧面(55),L型顶座(54)在成型座(52)圆弧面(55)的前下方,推座(53)在成型座(52)圆弧面(55)的前上方。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的用于制造LED灯与电线新型连接结构的装置,其特征在于所述辅助剥线座(2)面对电线一侧设有两个凹槽(21),所述辅助剥线座(2)内部竖直方向相应设置两个剥线刀具通孔(22)。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的用于制造LED灯与电线新型连接结构的装置,其特征在于凹槽(21)到剥线刀具通孔(22)的最短距离为电线导线(42)与电线内圈绝缘皮(42)的距离。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的用于制造LED灯与电线新型连接结构的装置,其特征在于还包括剥线刀具(3),所述的剥线刀具(3)可以是铣刀或者剥刀。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的用于制造LED灯与电线新型连接结构的装置,其特征在于所述的铣刀包括刀轴(31)和刀轴座(32),所述的剥刀包括刀轴a(33)和套接在刀轴a(33)上的复位弹簧(34)以及刀轴座a(35)。
  7. 一种采用权利要求1-6任一装置制造的LED灯与电线新型连接结构,其特征在于LED灯管脚(51)与电线的导线(41)钩接固定。
