在上述钢轨打磨装置的一个实施例中,还包括:
清扫机构,所述清扫机构与所述框架固定连接,所述清扫机构用于在通过所述砂带对所述钢轨的顶面以及侧面进行打磨之前,清扫所述钢轨的顶面以及侧面上的灰尘。
本发明的第二个方面提供一种钢轨铣磨车,包括上述任一项所述的钢轨打磨装置,所述钢轨打磨装置的所述框架与所述钢轨铣磨车的车架固定连接。
本发明提供的钢轨打磨装置及钢轨铣磨车,通过电机带动主动轮旋转,主动轮带动从动轮及砂带旋转,同时加压气缸的活塞杆伸出,从而向支撑架施加压力,支撑架带动两个加压轮下降,以将砂带压至钢轨的顶面以及侧面,对钢轨的顶面以及侧面进行打磨作业,从而无需多个砂轮从不同的偏转角度包络钢轨进行打磨,同时提高了作业效率。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
图1为本发明一实施例所提供的钢轨打磨装置的结构示意图。参照图1,本实施例的钢轨打磨装置包括:框架1、与框架1固定连接的电机26、驱动机构和加压机构,驱动机构包括主动轮2、从动轮3和连接在主动轮2和从动轮3之间的砂带4,加压机构包括两个加压轮5、连接在两个加压轮5之间的支撑架6和与支撑架6连接的加压气缸7,加压机构位于主动轮2和从动轮3之间。
电机26用于通过驱动主动轮2旋转带动从动轮3旋转,以使主动轮2和从动轮3的旋转带动砂带4旋转;加压机构用于通过加压气缸7向支撑架6施加压力,使支撑架6带动两个加压轮5下降,以将砂带4压至钢轨的顶面以及侧面,对钢轨的顶面以及侧面进行打磨。
当打磨作业时,启动电机26带动主动轮2旋转,主动轮2带动从动轮3及砂带4旋转,同时加压气缸7的活塞杆伸出,从而向支撑架6施加压力,支撑架6带动两个加压轮5下降,以将砂带4压至钢轨的顶面以及侧面,对钢轨的顶面以及侧面进行打磨作业。
本实施例提供的钢轨打磨装置,通过电机26带动主动轮2旋转,主动轮2带动从动轮3及砂带4旋转,同时加压气缸7的活塞杆伸出,从而向支撑架6施加压力,支撑架6带动两个加压轮5下降,以将砂带4压至钢轨的顶面以及侧面,对钢轨的顶面以及侧面进行打磨作业,从而无需多个砂轮从不同的偏转角度包络钢轨进行打磨,同时提高了作业效率。
进一步的,加压机构还包括:横向进给气缸,横向进给气缸固定在框架1上,横向进给气缸用于驱动加压轮5沿钢轨轨道走行。为了保证加压轮5在轨距加宽时实现对轨道的打磨,设置了横向进给气缸,同时可以采 用直线导轨进行导向,本实施例中加压轮5采用仿形结构,保证了打磨角度范围。
图2为本发明另一实施例所提供的钢轨打磨装置的结构示意图。参照图2,进一步的,还包括:
牵引机构,牵引机构的一端与钢轨铣磨车的车架8固定连接,牵引机构的另一端与框架1固定连接,牵引机构用于当钢轨铣磨车行驶时,使钢轨打磨装置的行驶路线与钢轨铣磨车的行驶路线保持一致。
进一步的,如图2所示,牵引机构包括:拉杆9、第一拉杆头10、第二拉杆头11、第一安装座12和第二安装座13,第一拉杆头10和第二拉杆11头分别螺接在拉杆9的两端,第一安装座12通过第一球轴承与第一拉杆头10连接,第二安装座13通过第二球轴承与第二拉杆头11连接。第一安装座12与第一拉杆头10之间采用球轴承连接,第二安装座13与第二拉杆头11之间采用球轴承连接,避免在曲线作业时拉杆9、第一拉杆头10以及第二拉杆头11出现扭曲现象,拉杆9与第一拉杆头10以及第二拉杆头11之间采用螺纹连接,从而可以调整拉杆9与第一拉杆头10的相对位置。
进一步的,如图2所示,还包括:
升降机构,升降机构的一端与钢轨铣磨车的车架8固定连接,升降机构的另一端与框架1固定连接,升降机构用于使钢轨打磨装置提升或下降。
进一步的,如图2所示,升降机构包括液压缸14、带有关节轴承的螺杆15、销轴,液压缸14的一端通过销轴形式与钢轨铣磨车车架8固定连接,液压缸14的另一端通过带有关节轴承的螺杆15与框架1固定连接。需要说明的是,通过调节带有关节轴承的螺杆15伸入到液压缸的活塞杆的长度来调整钢轨打磨装置的升降高度,保证快速行驶的安全性,关节轴承的使用保证了液压缸14在垂直方向上具有一定的转动空间,避免卡死从而损坏液压缸14。
图3为本发明一实施例所提供的如图1所示的钢轨打磨装置的俯视图。参照图3,进一步的,还包括:
锁紧机构,锁紧机构包括锁紧气缸16、锁紧座17和锁紧插板18,锁紧插板18与锁紧气缸16的活塞杆连接,锁紧机构用于当锁紧气缸16的 活塞杆伸出时使锁紧插板18插入锁紧座17内,当锁紧气缸16的活塞杆缩回时使锁紧插板18脱离锁紧座17。需要说明的是,当停止打磨作业时,可以通过锁紧气缸16的活塞杆伸出带动锁紧插板18动作,使得锁紧插板18插入锁紧座17内,由于锁紧机构是固定在框架1上,从而可以保证钢轨打磨装置的锁定;当需要进行打磨作业时,锁紧气缸16的活塞杆缩回,使锁紧插板18脱离锁紧座17,锁紧插板18脱离锁紧座17后,可以通过升降机构将钢轨打磨装置下降到一定高度,启动电机26进行打磨作业。
进一步的,还包括:
导向机构,导向机构包括走行轮19和支撑架20,导向机构通过支撑架20与框架1固定连接,导向机构用于支撑钢轨打磨装置以及带动钢轨打磨装置沿钢轨轨道走行。支撑架20可以通过螺栓连接固定在框架1上,走行轮19与钢轨轨道接触。在作业过程中导向机构起到支撑整个钢轨打磨装置及走行的作用,在设计时考虑了轨距加宽因素,避免在作业过程中走行轮19与钢轨轨道出现啃轨现象。
进一步的,还包括:
张紧机构21,张紧机构21包括张紧气缸和连接杆,张紧气缸的活塞杆与连接杆固定连接,连接杆与从动轮3的轮轴固定连接,张紧气缸用于使张紧气缸的活塞杆伸出,以推动从动轮3移动使砂带4张紧。需要说明的是,在使用钢轨打磨装置较长一段时间后,可能会出现砂带4的张紧力度不够的问题,为解决该问题,本实施例中通过设置张紧机构21推动从动轮3移动使砂带4张紧。
进一步的,还包括:
集尘装置,集尘装置包括集屑靴22、集尘管路23、集尘筒24和风机25,集尘装置用于在风机25的运转下将集屑靴22收集的铁屑经集尘管路23收集到集尘筒24中。当集尘筒24中的铁屑满时,可将集尘筒24的外罩拆下,将铁屑排除。
进一步的,还包括:
清扫机构,清扫机构与框架1固定连接,清扫机构用于在通过砂带4对钢轨的顶面以及侧面进行打磨之前,清扫钢轨的顶面以及侧面上的灰尘。
综合上述介绍的各个实施例,下面介绍通过本发明提供的钢轨打磨装置进行打磨的具体实现过程:锁紧气缸16的活塞杆缩回,使锁紧插板18脱离锁紧座17;锁紧插板18脱离锁紧座17后,通过升降机构的液压缸14的活塞杆伸出,使钢轨打磨装置下降,从而使得走行轮19接触轨面;张紧机构21的张紧气缸的活塞杆伸出,使从动轮3移动进而使得砂带4处于张紧状态;启动电机26以及风机25运转;电机26带动主动轮2旋转,主动轮2带动从动轮3及砂带4旋转,同时加压气缸7驱动加压轮5和支撑架6下降(加压力与张紧力匹配),使得加压轮5与砂带4接触,并将砂带4压至钢轨的顶面以及侧面,对钢轨的顶面以及侧面进行打磨,在打磨作业完毕后,可以通过停止电机26及风机25运转,通过升降机构将钢轨打磨装置提升至安全高度,再通过锁紧机构固定钢轨打磨装置,保证钢轨铣磨车高速运行的安全性。需要说明的是,为避免作业过程中的零部件飞出来伤及人身安全,可以在通过防护罩27将钢轨打磨装置处于密闭空间,从而保障安全作业。
本发明实施例还提供一种钢轨铣磨车,钢轨铣磨车包括上述任一实施例中提及的钢轨打磨装置,钢轨打磨装置的框架与钢轨铣磨车的车架固定连接。
本实施例提供的钢轨铣磨车,通过电机26带动主动轮2旋转,主动轮2带动从动轮3及砂带4旋转,同时加压气缸7的活塞杆伸出,从而向支撑架6施加压力,支撑架6带动两个加压轮5下降,以将砂带4压至钢轨的顶面以及侧面,对钢轨的顶面以及侧面进行打磨作业,从而无需多个砂轮从不同的偏转角度包络钢轨进行打磨,同时提高了作业效率。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种钢轨打磨装置,其特征在于,包括:框架、与所述框架固定连接的电机、驱动机构和加压机构,所述驱动机构包括主动轮、从动轮和连接在所述主动轮和所述从动轮之间的砂带,所述加压机构包括两个加压轮、连接在两个所述加压轮之间的支撑架和与所述支撑架连接的加压气缸,所述加压机构位于所述主动轮和所述从动轮之间;
    所述电机用于通过驱动所述主动轮旋转,以使所述主动轮带动所述从动轮及所述砂带旋转;
    所述加压机构用于通过所述加压气缸向所述支撑架施加压力,使所述支撑架带动两个所述加压轮下降,以将所述砂带压至钢轨的顶面以及侧面,对所述钢轨的顶面以及侧面进行打磨。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的钢轨打磨装置,其特征在于,所述加压机构还包括:横向进给气缸,所述横向进给气缸固定在所述框架上,所述横向进给气缸用于驱动所述加压轮沿钢轨轨道走行。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的钢轨打磨装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    牵引机构,所述牵引机构的一端与钢轨铣磨车的车架固定连接,所述牵引机构的另一端与所述框架固定连接,所述牵引机构用于当所述钢轨铣磨车行驶时,使所述钢轨打磨装置的行驶路线与所述钢轨铣磨车的行驶路线保持一致。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的钢轨打磨装置,其特征在于,所述牵引机构包括:拉杆、第一拉杆头、第二拉杆头、第一安装座和第二安装座,所述第一拉杆头和所述第二拉杆头分别螺接在所述拉杆的两端,所述第一安装座通过第一球轴承与所述第一拉杆头连接,所述第二安装座通过第二球轴承与所述第二拉杆头连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的钢轨打磨装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    升降机构,所述升降机构的一端与所述钢轨铣磨车的车架固定连接,所述升降机构的另一端与所述框架固定连接,所述升降机构用于使所述钢轨打磨装置提升或下降。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的钢轨打磨装置,其特征在于,所述升降机 构包括液压缸、带有关节轴承的螺杆、销轴,所述液压缸的一端通过所述销轴与所述钢轨铣磨车的车架固定连接,所述液压缸的另一端通过所述带有关节轴承的螺杆与所述框架固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的钢轨打磨装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    锁紧机构,所述锁紧机构包括锁紧气缸、锁紧座和锁紧插板,所述锁紧插板与所述锁紧气缸的活塞杆连接,所述锁紧机构用于当所述锁紧气缸的活塞杆伸出时使所述锁紧插板插入所述锁紧座内,当所述锁紧气缸的活塞杆缩回时使所述锁紧插板脱离所述锁紧座。
  8. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的钢轨打磨装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    导向机构,所述导向机构包括走行轮和支撑架,所述导向机构通过所述支撑架与所述框架固定连接,所述导向机构用于支撑所述钢轨打磨装置以及带动所述钢轨打磨装置沿钢轨轨道走行。
  9. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的钢轨打磨装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    张紧机构,所述张紧机构包括张紧气缸和连接杆,张紧气缸的活塞杆与所述连接杆固定连接,所述连接杆与所述从动轮的轮轴固定连接,所述张紧气缸用于使所述张紧气缸的活塞杆伸出,以推动所述从动轮移动使所述砂带张紧。
  10. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的钢轨打磨装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    集尘装置,所述集尘装置包括集屑靴、集尘管路、集尘筒和风机,所述集尘装置用于在所述风机的运转下将所述集屑靴收集的铁屑经所述集尘管路收集到所述集尘筒中。
  11. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的钢轨打磨装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    清扫机构,所述清扫机构与所述框架固定连接,所述清扫机构用于在通过所述砂带对所述钢轨的顶面以及侧面进行打磨之前,清扫所述钢轨的顶面以及侧面上的灰尘。
  12. 一种钢轨铣磨车,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-11中任一项所述的钢轨打磨装置,所述钢轨打磨装置的所述框架与所述钢轨铣磨车的车架固定连接。
