Abstract
本发明公开了一种移动通信终端识别骚扰通信的方法、装置及系统。所述方法包括:移动通信终端获取骚扰地址库(101);将骚扰地址库中包含的至少一个骚扰地址作为指定联系人的新增通信方式保存在本地通讯录中(102);为已保存在指定联系人的通信方式中的骚扰地址设置骚扰标识标签,或为指定联系人设置骚扰标识标签(103);当有通信访问时,若通信访问发起方的网络地址为骚扰地址库中的骚扰地址,则从本地通讯录中获取骚扰地址对应的骚扰标识标签或骚扰地址对应的指定联系人的骚扰标识标签,并对应呈现所述骚扰标识标签及所述通信访问发起方的网络地址(104)。本发明解决了现有技术对于封闭的网际操作系统(IOS)上应用程序(APP)不能获取来电号码以及不能在来电界面上展现骚扰地址信息的问题。
Description
本发明涉及一种计算机领域,特别是涉及一种移动通信终端识别骚扰通信的方法、装置及系统。
随着科技的不断发展,获取大批用户手机号码变得越来越容易。这些被获取到的电话号码被一些人员利用来进行骚扰、推销、诈骗等,致使人们在日常生活中经常被各种各样的骚扰电话所打扰。如何防范和识别出这些骚扰电话已变的非常重要。
目前市面上出现了一些用于识别骚扰电话的应用(App)。这些App的识别原理大致为:截获手机系统的来电事件,获取来电号码;通过与本地的或者云端的骚扰电话号码库进行查询比对,进而确定来电号码是否为骚扰号码,然后再将查询结果信息展现到手机系统的来电界面上。
上述的实现方案有如下的一些弊端和局限性:
一、App必须能够获取到来电号码。
上述实现方案的前提是能够拿到来电的号码,对于比较开放的Android(安卓)手机系统而言,这是没有问题的,App完全可以做到这一点。但是,在比较封闭的iOS系统上,App是无法获取来电号码的,没了这个前提就无法进行后续的识别工作。
二、对应封闭的IOS系统而言,现有APP无法做到将骚扰警示信息展现到手机系统的来电界面上。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,提出了本发明以便于提供一种克服上述问题或者至少部分地解决上述问题的移动通信终端识别骚扰通信的方法、装置及系统。
依据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种移动通信终端识别骚扰通信的方法,包括:
移动通信终端获取骚扰地址库;
将所述骚扰地址库中包含的至少一个骚扰地址作为指定联系人的新增通信方式保存在本地通讯录中;
为已保存在所述指定联系人的通信方式中的所述骚扰地址设置骚扰标识标签和/或为所述指定联系人设置骚扰标识标签;
当有通信访问时,若通信访问发起方的网络地址为所述骚扰地址库中的骚扰地址,则从所述本地通讯录中获取所述骚扰地址对应的骚扰标识标签和/或骚扰地址对应的指定联系人的骚扰标识标签,并呈现所述骚扰标识标签。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供了一种计算机程序,包括计算机可读代码,当所述计算机可读代码在计算机上运行时,将执行前述的移动通信终端识别骚扰通信的方法。

借由上述技术方案,本发明实施例提供的技术方案至少具有下列优点:
本发明实施例提供的技术方案通过在将骚扰地址库中包含的骚扰地址作为指定联系人的新增通信方式保存在本地通信录中,并为各骚扰地址设置骚扰标识标签和/或为所述指定联系人设置骚扰标识标签;使得当移动通信终端有通信访问时,若通信访问发起方的网络地址为所述骚扰地址库中的骚扰地址,则只要直接采用现有的通信访问呈现机制就能从所述本地通讯录中获取所述骚扰地址对应的骚扰标识标签和/或骚扰地址对应的指定联系人的骚扰标识标签,并呈现所述骚扰标识标签,解决了现有技术对于IOS系统APP不能获取来电号码以及不能在来电界面上展现骚扰警示信息的问题,并且由于本发明实施例直接将骚扰地址保存在本地通讯录中,减少了现有技术中的需与骚扰电话号码库进行查询比对的过程,加快了骚扰通信的识别速度。另外,本发明实施例提供的技术方案不仅适用于可适用于IOS系统的设备,还可适用于其他操作系统设备,如Android系统设备。

如图1所示,本发明实施例一提供的移动通信终端识别骚扰通信的方法的流程示意图。本实施例提供的所述方法的执行主体是移动通信终端。所述移动通信终端可以是安装有未越狱IOS操作系统的移动通信终端。具体的,本实施例提供的所述方法包括:
步骤101、移动通信终端获取骚扰地址库。
其中,所述骚扰地址库可以从网络侧设备中获得。该网络侧设备可以是云端服务器。即移动通信终端可通过有线或无线网络从网络侧设备下载所述骚扰地址库。例如,移动通信终端可通过2G、3G和4G网络从网络侧设备下载所述骚扰地址库;也可通过Wi-Fi等局域网络接入方式接入互联网
中以实现从网络侧设备下载所述骚扰地址;还可以通过有线的方式接入互联网络实现从网络侧设备下载所述骚扰地址。当然,移动通信终端通过与计算设备进行数据同步的方式获取已下载在计算设备中的所述骚扰地址库的方式也是可行的,其中,所述计算设备是先通过网络从网络侧设备下载所述骚扰地址库的。
在本实施例中,移动通信终端可采用如下方法从所述网络侧设备下载所述骚扰地址库,该方法包括:
首先,移动通信终端可通过客户端界面向网络侧设备发送下载请求。
其中,该下载请求中携带有移动通信终端的标识。
然后,所述网络侧设备可根据所述下载请求,将骚扰地址库发送至移动通信终端。
步骤102、将所述骚扰地址库中包含的至少一个骚扰地址作为指定联系人的新增通信方式保存在本地通讯录中。
其中,所述指定联系人可以是一个,也可以是多个。当指定联系人为一个时,所述骚扰地址库中包含的所有骚扰地址可全部添加到这一个指定联系人中。当指定联系人为多个时,移动通信终端可对骚扰地址库中包含的所有骚扰地址进行划分,以得到与所述指定联系人数量相同的骚扰地址组,然后,将各骚扰地址组添加到对应的指定联系人中。
这里需要说明的是:本实施例中的所述指定联系人可以是新建的联系人,也可以是本地通信录中已有的联系人。即本实施提供的所述方法,还可包括如下步骤:
在所述本地通讯录中创建新联系人,所述新联系人作为所述指定联系人;或者
指定所述本地通讯录中已有的联系人作为所述指定联系人。
在实际使用过程中,用户可能会自主的对本地通信录中的网络地址进行骚扰标识标签的设置。此时,上述被指定的已有联系人即可以是被用户标记了骚扰标识标签的联系人,或包含有被用户标记了骚扰标识标签的网络地址的联系人。
步骤103、为已保存在所述指定联系人的通信方式中的所述骚扰地址设置骚扰标识标签和/或为所述指定联系人设置骚扰标识标签。
其中,为所述指定联系人设置的骚扰标识标签可以是图片或文字等。例如,为所述指定联系人设置的骚扰标识标签可以是骚扰标识头像和/或骚扰标识名称。图2所示,为所述指定联系人设置如图2所示的骚扰标识头像,以及骚扰标识名称“骚扰联系人”,这样只要来电号码是该指定联系人中包含的骚扰地址,移动通信终端在显示骚扰地址和骚扰标识标签的同时,还显示骚扰标识头像,以为移动通信终端使用者提供显著的提示作用。假设保险理财1来电,如图3所示,在来电访问提示页面上同时呈现骚扰标识头像、联系人骚扰标识名称“骚扰联系人”以及骚扰地址的骚扰标识标签“保险理财1”。
同样的,为所述骚扰地址设置的骚扰标签标识也可以是图片或文字等。在实际应用中,所述骚扰地址库中除包含有骚扰地址外,还可包含有各骚扰地址对应的骚扰标记。各骚扰地址对应的骚扰标记为“保险理财”、“房产中介”、“广告推销”、“快递送餐”、“骚扰电话”、“响一声”和“诈骗电话”等等。由此,移动通信终端可根据各骚扰地址对应的骚扰标记对添加到指定联系人中的骚扰地址进行骚扰标识标签的设置。例如,骚扰地址的类型为“响一声”,则移动通信终端可为该骚扰地址设置“响一声”的骚扰标识标签。因此,对应上述各类型,移动通信终端为各骚扰地址设置的骚扰标识标签可以是:“保险理财”、“房产中介”、“广告推销”、“快递送餐”、“骚扰电话”、“响一声”和“诈骗电话”等等。
对于普通的电话来说,其电话标签可以是:“住宅”、“工作”、“iPhone”、“手机”、“主要”、“住宅传真”、“工作传真”和“传呼”等。
其中,在实际应用中,为各所述骚扰地址设置的骚扰标识标签可以均不相同。例如,如图2所示,在骚扰标识标签中加入数字字符,如“保险理财1”、“保险理财2”、“保险理财3”等等。
步骤104、当有通信访问时,若通信访问发起方的网络地址为所述骚扰地址库中的骚扰地址,则从所述本地通讯录中获取所述骚扰地址对应的骚扰标识标签和/或骚扰地址对应的指定联系人的骚扰标识标签,并呈现所述骚扰标识标签。
具体的,当所述通信访问为来电访问时,所述通信访问发起方的网络地址为网络电话号码、移动电话号码或固定电话号码。
当所述通信访问为短信或网络消息访问时,所述通信访问发起方的网络地址为移动电话号码、邮箱用户名或短信平台号码。
所述呈现所述骚扰标识标签,可具体为:在通信访问提示页面上呈现所述骚扰标识标签。
当所述通信访问为来电访问时,所述在通信访问提示页面上呈现所述骚扰标识标签,具体为:
在来电访问提示页面上呈现所述骚扰标识标签,以及用于响应用户挂断和接通所述来电访问的操控键。
如图3所示,在来电访问提示页面上同时呈现骚扰标识头像、联系人骚扰标识名称“骚扰联系人”,骚扰地址的骚扰标识标签“保险理财1”;以及用于相应用户挂断和接通所述来电访问的操控键,“拒绝”操控键和“接听”操控键。当然,在来电访问提示页面上还呈现有“提醒我”操控键和“信息”操控键。
本实施例提供的技术方案通过在将骚扰地址库中包含的骚扰地址作为指定联系人的新增通信方式保存在本地通信录中,并为各骚扰地址设置骚扰标识标签和/或为所述指定联系人设置骚扰标识标签;使得当移动通信终端有通信访问时,若通信访问发起方的网络地址为所述骚扰地址库中的骚扰地址,则只要直接采用现有的通信访问呈现机制就能从所述本地通讯录中获取所述骚扰地址对应的骚扰标识标签和/或骚扰地址对应的指定联系人的骚扰标识标签,并呈现所述骚扰标识标签,解决了现有技术对于IOS系统APP不能获取来电号码以及不能在来电界面上展现骚扰警示信息的问题,并且由于本实施例直接将骚扰地址保存在本地通讯录中,减少了现有技术中的需与骚扰电话号码库进行查询比对的过程,加快了骚扰通信的识别速度。另外,本实施例提供的技术方案不仅适用于可适用于IOS系统的设备,还可适用于其他操作系统设备,如Android系统设备。
实际上,网络侧设备上的骚扰地址库中存储的骚扰地址数据非常的庞大。若移动通信终端将从网络侧设备上下载的骚扰地址库中的所有骚扰地址全部都添加到本地通讯录中,会占用移动通信终端很大的存储空间,还有影响移动通信终端的通讯录的正常适用,致使通讯录的打开变得非常慢。为解决上述问题,本发明的发明人发现骚扰地址库中的大多数骚扰地址只
会去骚扰在其所属地域内的移动通信终端的。例如,某北京广告推销公司只会将广告推销电话打给服务范围在北京的移动通信终端;房产中介公司只会将骚扰电话打给房产中介所在地域内的移动通信终端,等等。因此,网络侧设备侧就可根据骚扰地址所属地域,将同属一个地域的骚扰地址放在一个骚扰地址库中。这样移动通信终端可以只从网络侧设备获取其所在地域对应的骚扰地址库就可以了。即如图4所示,上述实施例提供的所述方法中步骤101、移动通信终端获取骚扰地址库之前,还可包括:
步骤105、所述移动通信终端向所述网络侧设备上传当前所在位置的位置信息,以使所述网络侧设备根据所述位置信息,确定移动通信终端当前所在地域,并为所述移动通信终端提供所述地域对应的骚扰地址库的下载服务。
其中,位置信息可是移动通信终端的IP地址或GPS信息。地域可根据移动供应商提供的服务划分区域来确定,如按省市划分。

本步骤为写入的电话号码做特殊的格式处理,添加前缀字符“86”及后缀字符“;”,既不影响移动通信终端的操作系统对其正常的识别,又能规避一些社交软件通过电话号码进行的好友推荐。

如图5所示,本发明实施例二提供的移动通信终端识别骚扰通信的方法的流程示意图。本实施例提供的所述方法的执行主体是网络侧设备,该网络侧设备可以是云端设备。具体的,本实施例二提供的方法,包括:
步骤201、网络侧设备根据骚扰地址所属的地域,将地域相同的骚扰地址归为一组,得到各地域对应的骚扰地址库。
这里需要补充的是:为了不影响系统的性能,不给系统本身的通讯录功能带使用上的负面影响,各地域对应的骚扰地址库中包含的骚扰地址可以设定一个上限值。例如,该地域对应的骚扰地址库只包含该地域骚扰地址排名Top1000的骚扰地址。通过实际实验得知,骚扰地址库包含Top1000的骚扰地址,识别覆盖率即可达到30%~40%。
步骤202、接收移动通信终端发送的下载请求,所述下载请求中携带有所述移动通信终端当前所在的位置信息。
其中,所述位置信息为可以是移动通信终端的IP地址或是GPS信息。
步骤203、根据所述位置信息,确定所述移动通信终端当前所处的地域。
具体的,网络侧设备可根据IP地址与地域对照表,来确定移动通信终端的IP地址对应的地域。例如,IP地址为211.136.24.23通过查询可获得该IP地址所对应的地域是北京。网络侧设备可根据移动通信终端的GPS信息所在实际地理位置,来确定移动通信终端的地域。
步骤204、根据所述地域,获取所述地域对应的所述骚扰地址库。
步骤205、将获取到的所述骚扰地址库发送至所述移动通信终端,以使所述移动通信终端将所述骚扰地址库中包含的至少一个骚扰地址作为指定联系人的新增通信方式保存在本地通讯录中;为已保存在所述指定联系人的通信方式中的所述骚扰地址设置骚扰标识标签和/或为所述指定联系人设置骚扰标识标签;当有通信访问时,若通信访问发起方的网络地址为所述骚扰地址库中的骚扰地址,则从所述本地通讯录中获取所述骚扰地址对应的骚扰标识标签和/或骚扰地址对应的指定联系人的骚扰标识标签,并呈现

本实施例提供的技术方案中网络侧设备通过将骚扰地址按照所属地域进行划分,得到各地域对应的骚扰地址库,可有效的减小移动通信终端下载骚扰地址库的大小;此外,本实施例提供的技术方案通过在将骚扰地址库中包含的骚扰地址作为指定联系人的新增通信方式保存在本地通信录中,并为各骚扰地址设置骚扰标识标签和/或为所述指定联系人设置骚扰标识标签;使得当移动通信终端有通信访问时,若通信访问发起方的网络地址为所述骚扰地址库中的骚扰地址,则只要直接采用现有的通信访问呈现机制就能从所述本地通讯录中获取所述骚扰地址对应的骚扰标识标签和/或骚扰地址对应的指定联系人的骚扰标识标签,并呈现所述骚扰标识标签,解决了现有技术对于IOS系统APP不能获取来电号码以及不能在来电界面上展现骚扰警示信息的问题,并且由于本实施例直接将骚扰地址保存在本地通讯录中,减少了现有技术中的需与骚扰电话号码库进行查询比对的过程,加快了骚扰通信的识别速度。另外,本实施例提供的技术方案不仅适用于可适用于IOS系统的设备,还可适用于其他操作系统设备,如Android系统设备。
进一步的,上述实施例提供的方法还可包括如下步骤:
采用预设的数据分析模型对数据库中的网络地址进行数据分析,确定出骚扰地址。
具体的,当所述通信访问为来电访问时,所述通信访问发起方的网络地址为网络电话号码、移动电话号码或固定电话号码。
当所述通信访问为短信或网络消息访问时,所述通信访问发起方的网络地址为移动电话号码、邮箱用户名或短信平台号码。
由于网络侧设备中,如云端设备,可能存储有大量的数据。这些大数据中包含有用户上报的网络地址,也有网络侧设备通过客户端应用获取到的网络地址等等。这些网络地址中有些是骚扰地址,有些可能是被误标为骚扰地址,有些可能就是一些普通的网络地址。因此,网络侧设备需采用相应的技术在大数据中分析出骚扰地址。
进一步的,上述实施例提供的方法还可包括如下步骤:
根据骚扰地址的通信访问记录和/或所述骚扰地址的地址特征,确定各
骚扰电话所属的地域。
其中,网络侧设备可以根据骚扰地址的地址特征,确定各骚扰电话所属的地域。例如,130-4249-****,可根据号码段130-4249来识别其所属的地域。座机号码可根据区号来进行识别。
而对于一些无法根据号码本身识别的骚扰地址,如400-***可采用其他的方式来识别,即根据骚扰地址的通信访问记录,来确定各骚扰电话所属的地域。比如,可根据400-***的通信访问记录,分析其通信访问记录的对象所属的地域,来确定400-***所属的地域。假设,400-***拨打出去的对象号码60%都是在北京的号码,可将该400-***的地域划定为北京。
如图6所示,本发明实施例三提供的移动通信终端识别骚扰通信的方法的流程示意图。本实施例三以云端设备和移动通信终端为例,对本发明提供的技术方案进行说明。具体的,本实施例三提供的所述方法,包括:
步骤301、云端设备确定数据库中各骚扰地址所属的地域。
在具体实施例时,云端设备可先通过云端大数据综合分析识别出骚扰地址,然后再根据骚扰地址的通信访问记录和/或所述骚扰地址的地址特征,确定各骚扰电话所属的地域。
步骤302、云端设备根据骚扰地址所属的地域,将地域相同的骚扰地址归为一组,得到各地域对应的骚扰地址库。
步骤303、云端设备接收移动通信终端发送的下载请求。
其中,所述下载请求中携带有所述移动通信终端当前所在的位置信息。
步骤304、云端设备根据所述位置信息,确定所述移动通信终端当前所处的地域。
步骤305、云端设备根据所述地域,获取所述地域对应的所述骚扰地址库,并将获取到的所述骚扰地址库发送至所述移动通信终端。
步骤306、移动通信终端将所述骚扰地址库中包含的至少一个骚扰地址作为指定联系人的新增通信方式保存在本地通讯录中。
步骤307、移动通信终端为已保存在所述指定联系人的通信方式中的所述骚扰地址设置骚扰标识标签和/或为所述指定联系人设置骚扰标识标签。
步骤308、当有通信访问时,若通信访问发起方的网络地址为所述骚扰
地址库中的骚扰地址,则移动端设备从所述本地通讯录中获取所述骚扰地址对应的骚扰标识标签和/或骚扰地址对应的指定联系人的骚扰标识标签,并呈现所述骚扰标识标签。

进一步的,本实施例提供的所述移动通信终端中,所述设置模块具体配置为为所述指定联系人设置骚扰标识头像和/或骚扰标识名名称。
进一步的,本实施例提供的所述移动通信终端,还可包括:添加模块。其中,添加模块,配置为为所述骚扰地址添加前缀和/或后缀。所述前缀和/或后缀满足所述骚扰地址能被所述移动通信终端的系统所识别。
进一步的,当所述指定联系人中包含的骚扰地址为两个以上时,所述移动通信终端还包括:
排序模块,配置为根据设定的排序规则,对所述指定联系人中包含的两个以上的骚扰地址进行排序。

- 一种移动通信终端识别骚扰通信的方法,其特征在于,包括:移动通信终端获取骚扰地址库;将所述骚扰地址库中包含的至少一个骚扰地址作为指定联系人的新增通信方式保存在本地通讯录中;为已保存在所述指定联系人的通信方式中的所述骚扰地址设置骚扰标识标签和/或为所述指定联系人设置骚扰标识标签;当有通信访问时,若通信访问发起方的网络地址为所述骚扰地址库中的骚扰地址,则从所述本地通讯录中获取所述骚扰地址对应的骚扰标识标签和/或骚扰地址对应的指定联系人的骚扰标识标签,并呈现所述骚扰标识标签。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:在所述本地通讯录中创建新联系人,所述新联系人作为所述指定联系人;或者指定所述本地通讯录中已有的联系人作为所述指定联系人。

- 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述移动通信终端通过有线或无线网络从网络侧设备下载所述骚扰地址库之前,还包括:所述移动通信终端向所述网络侧设备上传当前所在位置的位置信息,以使所述网络侧设备根据所述位置信息,确定移动通信终端当前所在地域,并为所述移动通信终端提供所述地域对应的骚扰地址库的下载服务。
- 根据权利要求1~6中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述为所述指定联系人设置骚扰标识标签,具体为:为所述指定联系人设置骚扰标识头像和/或骚扰标识名称。

- 根据权利要求1~6中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述指定联系人中包含的骚扰地址为两个以上时,所述将所述骚扰地址库中包含的至少一个骚扰地址作为指定联系人的新增通信方式保存在本地通讯录中之后,还包括:根据设定的排序规则,对所述指定联系人中包含的两个以上的骚扰地址进行排序。
- 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述为已保存在所述指定联系人的通信方式中的所述骚扰地址设置骚扰标识标签,包括:按照所述指定联系人中包含的两个以上的骚扰地址的排序顺序,顺次 为各骚扰地址设置包含有与所述排序顺序相对应的数字字符的骚扰标识标签。
- 一种计算机程序,包括计算机可读代码,当所述计算机可读代码在计算机上运行时,将执行根据权利要求1至14中的任一项所述的移动通信终端识别骚扰通信的方法。
- 一种计算机可读介质,其中存储了如权利要求15所述的计算机程序。
- 一种移动通信终端识别骚扰通信的方法,其特征在于,包括:网络侧设备根据骚扰地址所属的地域,将地域相同的骚扰地址归为一组,得到各地域对应的骚扰地址库;接收移动通信终端发送的下载请求,所述下载请求中携带有所述移动通信终端当前所在的位置信息;根据所述位置信息,确定所述移动通信终端当前所处的地域;根据所述地域,获取所述地域对应的所述骚扰地址库;将获取到的所述骚扰地址库发送至所述移动通信终端,以使所述移动通信终端将所述骚扰地址库中包含的至少一个骚扰地址作为指定联系人的新增通信方式保存在本地通讯录中;为已保存在所述指定联系人的通信方式中的所述骚扰地址设置骚扰标识标签和/或为所述指定联系人设置骚扰标识标签;当有通信访问时,若通信访问发起方的网络地址为所述骚扰地址库中的骚扰地址,则从所述本地通讯录中获取所述骚扰地址对应的骚扰标识标签和/或骚扰地址对应的指定联系人的骚扰标识标签,并呈现所述骚扰标识标签。
- 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:采用预设的数据分析模型对数据库中的网络地址进行数据分析,确定出骚扰地址。
- 根据权利要求17或18所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:根据骚扰地址的通信访问记录和/或所述骚扰地址的地址特征,确定各骚扰电话所属的地域。
- 一种计算机程序,包括计算机可读代码,当所述计算机可读代码在计算机上运行时,将执行根据权利要求17至19中的任一项所述的移动 通信终端识别骚扰通信的方法。
- 一种计算机可读介质,其中存储了如权利要求20所述的计算机程序。
- 一种移动通信终端,其特征在于,包括:获取模块,配置为获取骚扰地址库;保存模块,配置为将所述骚扰地址库中包含的至少一个骚扰地址作为指定联系人的新增通信方式保存在本地通讯录中;设置模块,配置为为已保存在所述指定联系人的通信方式中的所述骚扰地址设置骚扰标识标签和/或为所述指定联系人设置骚扰标识标签;第一处理模块,配置为当有通信访问时,若通信访问发起方的网络地址为所述骚扰地址库中的骚扰地址,则从所述本地通讯录中获取所述骚扰地址对应的骚扰标识标签和/或骚扰地址对应的指定联系人的骚扰标识标签,并呈现所述骚扰标识标签。
- 根据权利要求22所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,还包括:第二处理模块,配置为在所述本地通讯录中创建新联系人,所述新联系人作为所述指定联系人;或者指定所述本地通讯录中已有的联系人作为所述指定联系人。
- 根据权利要求22或23所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,所述获取模块,包括:下载单元,配置为通过有线或无线网络从网络侧设备下载所述骚扰地址库。
- 根据权利要求24所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,所述获取模块,还包括:上传单元,配置为向所述网络侧设备上传当前所在位置的位置信息,以使所述网络侧设备根据所述位置信息,确定移动通信终端当前所在地域,并为所述移动通信终端提供所述地域对应的骚扰地址库的下载服务。
- 根据权利要求22或23所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,所述设置模块,具体配置为为所述指定联系人设置骚扰标识头像和/或骚扰标识名名称。
- 根据权利要求22或23所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,还包 括:添加模块,配置为为所述骚扰地址添加前缀和/或后缀;其中,所述前缀和/或后缀满足所述骚扰地址能被所述移动通信终端的系统所识别。
- 根据权利要求22或23所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,当所述指定联系人中包含的骚扰地址为两个以上时,所述移动通信终端还包括:排序模块,配置为根据设定的排序规则,对所述指定联系人中包含的两个以上的骚扰地址进行排序。
- 根据权利要求28所述的移动通信终端,其特征在于,所述设置模块,具体配置为按照所述指定联系人中包含的两个以上的骚扰地址的排序顺序,顺次为各骚扰地址设置包含有与所述排序顺序相对应的数字字符的骚扰标识标签。
- 一种网络侧设备,其特征在于,包括:分组模块,配置为根据骚扰地址所属的地域,将地域相同的骚扰地址归为一组,得到各地域对应的骚扰地址库;接收模块,配置为接收移动通信终端发送的下载请求,所述下载请求中携带有所述移动通信终端当前所在的位置信息;第一确定模块,配置为根据所述位置信息,确定所述移动通信终端当前所处的地域;获取模块,配置为根据所述地域,获取所述地域对应的所述骚扰地址库;发送模块,配置为将获取到的所述骚扰地址库发送至所述移动通信终端,以使所述移动通信终端将所述骚扰地址库中包含的至少一个骚扰地址作为指定联系人的新增通信方式保存在本地通讯录中;为已保存在所述指定联系人的通信方式中的所述骚扰地址设置骚扰标识标签和/或为所述指定联系人设置骚扰标识标签;当有通信访问时,若通信访问发起方的网络地址为所述骚扰地址库中的骚扰地址,则从所述本地通讯录中获取所述骚扰地址对应的骚扰标识标签和/或骚扰地址对应的指定联系人的骚扰标识标签,并呈现所述骚扰标识标签。
- 根据权利要求30所述的网络侧设备,其特征在于,还包括:分析模块,配置为采用预设的数据分析模型对电话号码库中电话号码进行数据分析,确定出骚扰地址。
- 根据权利要求30或31所述的网络侧设备,其特征在于,还包括:第二确定模块,配置为根据骚扰地址的通信访问记录和/或所述骚扰地址的地址特征,确定各骚扰电话所属的地域。
- 一种通信系统,其特征在于,包括:上述权利要求22~29中任一项所述的移动通信终端;以及上述权利要求30~32中任一项所述的网络侧设备。
