Description

工业除尘器 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种除尘装置,尤其是一种工业除尘器。
背景技术
按照国家规定,2010年锅炉烟尘排放浓度必须达到30mg/Nm3以下,这给一个电厂提出了一个难题,慎重地比较和论证了电除尘、布袋除尘及电袋复合式除尘这3种技术。虽然电除尘器的成本比较低,但是要稳定达标在技术上仍然很困难,而使用布袋除尘器虽然除尘效果好,但是运行成本比较高。所以电袋复合式除尘器相比它们单独使用效果更佳。
电袋式除尘器运用初期,仅是减单的的拆除原有电场里的零、部件,再发展成电袋复合式除尘器;当电袋复合除尘器经过一段时间的实际运行发现电场补袋室第一排布袋磨损严重,经常需要更换,不能达到长期运行的目的(30000小时)。
有鉴于此,特提出本实用新型。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种对滤袋的冲刷磨损的危害小,进而增加布袋除尘装置的布袋使用寿命的工业除尘器。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用技术方案的基本构思是:
一种工业除尘器,包括电除尘装置和布袋除尘装置,所述布袋除尘装置位于所述电除尘装置的出口处,在所述电除尘装置和布袋除尘装置之间设置有使风均匀吹出的均风板,在所述均风板上气孔的出口侧设有向下倾斜的风道,所述风道使吹出的风向所述布袋除尘装置的布袋下方汇聚。
优选的,所述风道由倾斜安装在所述均风板上的挂板构成。
作为所述风道的一种优选实施例,所述挂板靠近所述均风板的一端通过一挂钩连接在所述均风板上,其中所述挂钩的弯端穿过并固定在所述均风板上,所述挂钩的弯端向下,所述挂板一端连接在所述挂钩直端的下表面上,所述挂板的另一端与所述均风板之间通过一水平支杆连接。
作为所述风道的另一种实施例,所述挂板靠近所述均风板的一端通过一挂钩连接在所述均风板上,其中所述挂钩的弯端穿过并固定在所述均风板,所述挂钩的弯端向上,所述挂板一端连接在所述挂钩直端的上表面上。
本实用新型的有益效果为:本实用新型工业除尘器的烟气粉尘经过电除尘装置吹出经均风板均匀后折弯向下,汇聚到布袋除尘装置的布袋底部,然后由布袋底部向上升起进行布袋除尘(在布袋下方有一定空间),不直接冲刷布袋,有利于粉尘层降,粉尘的惯性小,减少气流对布袋的冲刷,对滤袋的冲刷磨损的危害小,从而延长布袋使用寿命。

具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本实用新型方案,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步的详细说明。
参照图1,本实用新型是一种工业除尘器,包括电除尘装置1和布袋除尘装置2,所述布袋除尘装置2位于所述电除尘装置1的出口处,在所述电除尘装置1和布袋除尘装置2之间设置有使风均匀吹出的均风板3,在所述均风板3上气孔的出口侧设有向下倾斜的风道,所述风道使吹出的风向所述布袋除尘装置2的布袋下方汇聚。本实用新型工业除尘器的烟气粉尘经过电除尘装置1吹出经均风板3均匀后折弯向下,汇聚到布袋除尘装置2的布袋底部,然后由布袋底部向上升起进行布袋除尘(在布袋下方有一定空间),不直接冲刷布袋,有利于粉尘层降,粉尘的惯性小,减少气流对布袋的冲刷,对滤袋的冲刷磨损的危害小,从而延长布袋使用寿命。
值得说明的是:均风板3和风道不宜离布袋20太近,否则由均风板3吹出的烟气无法到达布袋下方,也不能过远,过远烟气无法到达布袋。
所述风道由倾斜安装在所述均风板3上的挂板6构成。参照图1,为风道的一种结构方式,本实用新型工业除尘器内有净气室4,净气室4底端装 有梁5,所述电除尘装置1和布袋除尘装置2均位于所述净气室4下方,所述均风板3安装在所述净气室4的梁5上。结合图2,所述挂板6靠近所述均风板3的一端通过一挂钩7连接在所述均风板3上,其中所述挂钩7的弯端71穿过并固定在所述均风板3上,所述挂钩的弯端向下,所述挂板6一端连接在所述挂钩7直端72的下表面上,所述挂板6的另一端与所述均风板3之间通过一水平支杆8连接。水平支杆8的横截面积最好较小,防止对出来的烟气产生较大阻力。由板形成风道,结构简单,成本低,且易于实现。
所述风道结构还可以是这样的:所述挂板6靠近所述均风板3的一端通过一挂钩7连接在所述均风板3上,其中所述挂钩7的弯端穿过并固定在所述均风板3上,所述挂钩的弯端向上,所述挂板6一端连接在所述挂钩7直端的上表面上。依靠挂钩7的上表面支撑挂板6,省去水平支杆,使结构更加简单,成本更低,还可防止水平支杆对吹出的烟气造成阻力。
以上所述仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。

  1. 一种工业除尘器,其特征在于,包括电除尘装置和布袋除尘装置,所述布袋除尘装置位于所述电除尘装置的出口处,在所述电除尘装置和布袋除尘装置之间设置使风均匀吹出的均风板,在所述均风板上气孔的出口侧设有向下倾斜的风道,所述风道使吹出的风向所述布袋除尘装置的布袋下方汇聚。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的工业除尘器,其特征在于,所述风道由倾斜安装在所述均风板上的挂板构成。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的工业除尘器,其特征在于,所述挂板靠近所述均风板的一端通过一挂钩连接在所述均风板上,其中所述挂钩的弯端穿过并固定在所述均风板上,所述挂钩的弯端向下,所述挂板一端连接在所述挂钩直端的下表面上,所述挂板的另一端与所述均风板之间通过一水平支杆连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的工业除尘器,其特征在于,所述挂板靠近所述均风板的一端通过一挂钩连接在所述均风板上,其中所述挂钩的弯端穿过并固定在所述均风板,所述挂钩的弯端向上,所述挂板一端连接在所述挂钩直端的上表面上。
