Description
本发明涉及通信领域,特别涉及一种通讯流量账户的处理方法及其装置。
目前市场上有通过后向为用户减免使用通讯流量的业务,比如使用了某应用(APP)之后,在月底通过运营商将该用户使用该应用的所有通讯流量予以减免的方式。这种流量减免的方式存在着很多缺点。例如,用户只能知道自己使用该应用的流量被减免了,但是却无法确定到底减免了多少流量,以致于没有参照物可以进行对比,无法了解流量使用情况。而且,由于现有的这种方式是统一到月底才对当月的流量进行结算,可能会产生减免不及时的情况。此外,有的应用减免流量限定了只适用于特定的通信运营商,例如只适用于中国电信,那么中国移动和中国联通的用户就都无法减免。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种通讯流量账户的处理方法及其装置,可以不受运营商的限制随时随地方便地进行流量转移。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的第一实施方式公开了一种通讯流量账户的处理方法,根据操作指令更新通讯流量资源信息,该方法包括以下步骤:

可选地但非必须地,该处理方法还包括以下步骤:接收第三方用户发送的通讯流量更改指令,该通讯流量更改指令中包括特定终端用户所关联的通讯流量账户及待转至所述特定终端用户所关联的通讯流量账户的通讯流量的大小;根据所述通讯流量更改指令更新与所述特定终端用户所关联的通讯流量账户对应的通讯流量资源信息。(图1中未示出该步骤)。有多种方式都可以使第三方用户发送通讯流量更改指令。例如,如果第三方用户是商户的
话,那么当用户在商户的交易操作成功后,该商户发送该指令来为用户增加通讯流量。但并不限于此,除了交易外,访问、评论等操作也都可以。
本发明的各方法实施方式均可以以软件、硬件、固件等方式实现。不管本发明是以软件、硬件、还是固件方式实现,指令代码都可以存储在任何类型的计算机可访问的存储器中(例如永久的或者可修改的,易失性的或者非易失性的,固态的或者非固态的,固定的或者可更换的介质等等)。同样,存储器可以例如是可编程阵列逻辑(Programmable Array Logic,简称“PAL”)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,简称“RAM”)、可编程只读存储器(Programmable Read Only Memory,简称“PROM”)、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,简称“ROM”)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM,简称“EEPROM”)、磁盘、光盘、数字通用光盘(Digital Versatile Disc,简称“DVD”)等等。
本发明第二实施方式也涉及一种通讯流量账户的处理方法。图2是该处理方法的流程示意图。
具体地说,在第一实施方式中,执行了一个类似于“充值”的操作,第二实施方式和第一实施方式大体上相似,执行了一个类似于“转赠的操作”。如图2所示,该处理方法包括以下步骤:
在步骤S201中,为终端用户建立与该终端用户相关联的通讯流量账户,存储与所述通讯流量账户对应的通讯流量资源信息,该通讯流量资源信息表示所对应的通讯流量账户的通讯流量的大小。
此后进入步骤S202,接收终端用户对所述通讯流量账户的通讯流量更改指令,所述通讯流量更改指令中包括另一个终端用户所关联的通讯流量账户及待转至所述另一个终端用户所关联的通讯流量账户的通讯流量的大小。
此后进入步骤S203,根据所述通讯流量更改指令更新与所述另一个终端用户所关联的通讯流量账户对应的通讯流量资源信息。
此后结束本流程。
为了便于理解,现给出一个按照上述步骤进行操作的实例。在这个实例中,终端用户在作为第三方用户的商户进行了交易之后,由商户发送通讯流量更改指令。可以理解,该实例仅仅是一个例子,本发明并不限于此,也可用于其他情况。
终端用户通过网页或者手机应用(APP)访问商户之后,在商户进行交易。然后商户在确认了交易成功之后发送通讯流量更改指令为用户增加通讯流量(例如调用相应的平台API/SDK)。平台根据通讯流量更改指令将流量发放到用户所关联的通讯流量账户。根据实际需要,用户对通讯流量账户里的流量可以进行“充值”操作或“转赠”操作。在“充值”操作的情况下,由于会根据终端设备的移动通讯制式选择该通讯制式提供方对应的专用接口进行操作,用户自身的终端设备(例如智能手机)无论是哪种通信制式都能进行“充值”而不受限制。在“转赠”操作的情况下,一个终端用户可以发送通讯流量更改指令为另一个终端用户增加通讯流量。
本发明第三实施方式涉及一种通讯流量账户的处理装置。图3是该通讯流量账户的处理装置的结构示意图。本发明的实际结构可以根据实际需要做出必要的调整,并不局限于图3中的结构。
具体地说,该处理装置根据操作指令更新通讯流量资源信息。如图3所示,该处理装置100包括:
流量存储单元101,用于为终端用户建立与该终端用户相关联的通讯流量账户,存储与所述通讯流量账户对应的通讯流量资源信息;
指令接收单元102,用于接收终端用户对所述通讯流量账户的操作指令,所述操作指令中包括移动通讯识别码;
识别单元103,用于识别所述移动通讯识别码对应的通讯服务提供方;
指令发送单元104,用于建立与所述通讯服务提供方的系统接口的连接,发送移动通讯识别码及用户的操作指令至所述通讯服务提供方的系统接口;
反馈接收单元105,用于接收所述通讯服务提供方的系统接口的反馈信息;以及
操作单元106,用于根据所述反馈信息执行对所述通讯流量账户的操作。
第一实施方式是与本实施方式相对应的方法实施方式,本实施方式可与第一实施方式互相配合实施。第一实施方式中提到的相关技术细节在本实施方式中依然有效,为了减少重复,这里不再赘述。相应地,本实施方式中提到的相关技术细节也可应用在第一实施方式中。
本发明第四实施方式也涉及一种通讯流量账户的处理装置。图4是该通讯流量账户的处理装置的结构示意图。本发明的实际结构可以根据实际需要做出必要的调整,并不局限于图4中的结构。
具体地说,该处理装置根据操作指令更新通讯流量资源信息。如图3所示,该处理装置200包括:
流量存储单元201,用于为终端用户建立与该终端用户相关联的通讯流量账户,存储与所述通讯流量账户对应的通讯流量资源信息,该通讯流量资源信息表示所对应的通讯流量账户的通讯流量的大小;
指令接收单元202,用于接收终端用户对所述通讯流量账户的通讯流量更改指令,所述通讯流量更改指令中包括另一个终端用户所关联的通讯流量账户及待转至所述另一个终端用户所关联的通讯流量账户的通讯流量的大小;以及
流量更新单元203,用于根据所述通讯流量更改指令更新与所述另一个
终端用户所关联的通讯流量账户对应的通讯流量资源信息.
第二实施方式是与本实施方式相对应的方法实施方式,本实施方式可与第二实施方式互相配合实施。第二实施方式中提到的相关技术细节在本实施方式中依然有效,为了减少重复,这里不再赘述。相应地,本实施方式中提到的相关技术细节也可应用在第二实施方式中。
需要说明的是,本发明各设备实施方式中提到的各单元都是逻辑单元,在物理上,一个逻辑单元可以是一个物理单元,也可以是一个物理单元的一部分,还可以以多个物理单元的组合实现,这些逻辑单元本身的物理实现方式并不是最重要的,这些逻辑单元所实现的功能的组合才是解决本发明所提出的技术问题的关键。此外,为了突出本发明的创新部分,本发明上述各设备实施方式并没有将与解决本发明所提出的技术问题关系不太密切的单元引入,这并不表明上述设备实施方式并不存在其它的单元。
需要说明的是,在本专利的权利要求和说明书中,诸如第一和第二等之类的关系术语仅仅用来将一个实体或者操作与另一个实体或操作区分开来,而不一定要求或者暗示这些实体或操作之间存在任何这种实际的关系或者顺序。而且,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者设备不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者设备所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个”限定的要素,并不排除在包括所述要素的过程、方法、物品或者设备中还存在另外的相同要素。
虽然通过参照本发明的某些优选实施方式,已经对本发明进行了图示和描述,但本领域的普通技术人员应该明白,可以在形式上和细节上对其作各种改变,而不偏离本发明的精神和范围。
Claims (8)
- 一种通讯流量账户的处理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:为终端用户建立与该终端用户相关联的通讯流量账户,存储与所述通讯流量账户对应的通讯流量资源信息;接收终端用户对所述通讯流量账户的操作指令,所述操作指令中包括移动通讯识别码;识别所述移动通讯识别码对应的通讯服务提供方;建立与所述通讯服务提供方的系统接口的连接,发送移动通讯识别码及用户的操作指令至所述通讯服务提供方的系统接口;接收所述通讯服务提供方的系统接口的反馈信息;以及根据所述反馈信息执行对所述通讯流量账户的操作。
- 如权利要求1所述的通讯流量账户的处理方法,其特征在于,根据所述反馈信息执行对所述通讯流量账户的操作是更新所述通讯流量账户对应的通讯流量资源信息,该通讯流量资源信息包括该终端用户所对应的通讯流量账户的通讯流量的大小。
- 如权利要求1所述的通讯流量账户的处理方法,其特征在于,所述操作指令中还包括通讯流量的待转量信息,该通讯流量的待转量信息包括待转至所述移动通讯识别码在所述通讯服务提供方的账户系统中所对应的账户的通讯流量的大小。
- 如权利要求1所述的通讯流量账户的处理方法,其特征在于,所述操作指令中还包括验证信息,该验证信息用于验证操作指令的真伪。
- 如权利要求1所述的通讯流量账户的处理方法,其特征在于,还包括以下步骤:接收第三方用户发送的通讯流量更改指令,该通讯流量更改指令中包括特定终端用户所关联的通讯流量账户及待转至所述特定终端用户所关联的通讯流量账户的通讯流量的大小;根据所述通讯流量更改指令更新与所述特定终端用户所关联的通讯流量账户对应的通讯流量资源信息。
- 一种通讯流量账户的处理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:为终端用户建立与该终端用户相关联的通讯流量账户,存储与所述通讯流量账户对应的通讯流量资源信息,该通讯流量资源信息表示所对应的通讯流量账户的通讯流量的大小;接收终端用户对所述通讯流量账户的通讯流量更改指令,所述通讯流量更改指令中包括另一个终端用户所关联的通讯流量账户及待转至所述另一个终端用户所关联的通讯流量账户的通讯流量的大小;以及根据所述通讯流量更改指令更新与所述另一个终端用户所关联的通讯流量账户对应的通讯流量资源信息。
- 一种通讯流量账户的处理装置,其特征在于,包括:流量存储单元,该流量存储单元为终端用户建立与该终端用户相关联的通讯流量账户,存储与所述通讯流量账户对应的通讯流量资源信息;指令接收单元,该指令接收单元接收终端用户对所述通讯流量账户的操作指令,所述操作指令中包括移动通讯识别码;识别单元,该识别单元识别所述移动通讯识别码对应的通讯服务提供方;指令发送单元,该指令发送单元建立与所述通讯服务提供方的系统接口 的连接,发送移动通讯识别码及用户的操作指令至所述通讯服务提供方的系统接口;反馈接收单元,该反馈接收单元接收所述通讯服务提供方的系统接口的反馈信息;以及操作单元,该操作单元根据所述反馈信息执行对所述通讯流量账户的操作。
- 一种通讯流量账户的处理装置,其特征在于,包括:流量存储单元,该流量存储单元为终端用户建立与该终端用户相关联的通讯流量账户,存储与所述通讯流量账户对应的通讯流量资源信息,该通讯流量资源信息表示所对应的通讯流量账户的通讯流量的大小;指令接收单元,该指令接收单元接收终端用户对所述通讯流量账户的通讯流量更改指令,所述通讯流量更改指令中包括另一个终端用户所关联的通讯流量账户及待转至所述另一个终端用户所关联的通讯流量账户的通讯流量的大小;以及流量更新单元,该流量更新单元根据所述通讯流量更改指令更新与所述另一个终端用户所关联的通讯流量账户对应的通讯流量资源信息。
