Description

压力平衡式油密封旋塞阀和调节定心机构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种旋塞阀,尤其是一种压力平衡式油密封旋塞阀。此外,本发明还涉及一种阀体部件,具体是一种调节定心机构。
背景技术
压力平衡式油密封旋塞阀的密封作用,主要是依靠阀体和旋塞锥面之间厚度均匀的油膜来实现的,而油膜厚度的确定就是靠旋塞的调节定心机构来完成的。阀门在管道上使用,会频繁的开启和关闭。一般来讲,开关几次后,就应该向阀腔内注入新的密封脂,并且重新利用旋塞调节定心机构对油膜的厚度和均匀程度进行调节。因此,就阀门的使用而言,对旋塞的调节定心机构的调节,也是比较频繁的。另外,压力平衡式油密封旋塞阀的要点之一就是要把管道中的介质压力引入到旋塞阀的旋塞下部和上部,使旋塞处于压力平衡状态,并帮助密封的实现。
在油气管道上,大量使用旋塞阀的调节定心机构都是附图3和4所示的结构。其具体结构为:在旋塞的介质压力引入孔下方的锥孔处有一个钢球与之配合;其下为一个有球形凹槽的顶块;其下为承压金属薄片;其下为顶块;其下为调节螺栓。但是,这种结构的旋塞调节定心机构,往往会使阀门在装配和使用过程中存在以下问题:
(1)钢球和旋塞锥孔的配合,有自动定心的作用。但是,由于钢球和旋塞锥孔间的接触面很小,使它们之间极易产生金属硬密封的效果,造成流道中的介质压力不能进入旋塞的下方和阀腔中。使得压力平衡的效果丧失,降低了阀门的密封能力,阀门容易产生内漏;
(2)由于受钢球尺寸的限制,造成顶块的尺寸不会很大,在调节过程中,顶块的下端面和承压金属薄片之间的接触应力会很大,容易引起承压金属薄片的永久塑性变形;
(3)由附图3和4可知,当旋塞和阀体锥面的油膜厚度合适时,能够使承压金属薄片保持平整状态,对承压金属薄片与阀体、承压金属薄片与阀盖之间的密封是最为有利的。但是,附图4的旋塞调节定心机构,在阀门使用过程中,由于频繁的调节,会使承压金属薄片的中心部位向上变形凸起,使承压金属薄片发生松动,从而引起阀体和阀盖间的密封外漏;
(4)由于调节螺栓和锁紧螺母都是裸露在外界环境中的,阀门在长时间的使用过程中,调节螺栓的螺纹常因积垢或生锈而失效。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种保持压力平衡更可靠的压力平衡式油密封旋塞阀。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的压力平衡式油密封旋塞阀,包括旋塞、阀体以及调节定心机构,所述旋塞的底部设置有压力引入孔,所述调节定心机构安装在阀体的底板上并与所述压力引入孔同轴配合,所述调节定心机构包括调节螺栓、承压金属薄片、圆形的调整垫片、上顶块和下顶块,所述旋塞的底部设置有圆柱形且直径大于压力引入孔的旋塞平底孔;所述阀体的底底板上设置有螺纹孔,并且螺纹孔、旋塞平底孔和压力引入孔同轴设置;从旋塞平底孔到螺纹孔的方向上,调整垫片、上顶块、承压金属薄片、下顶块和调节螺栓依次设置,其中,调整垫片和上顶块设置在旋塞平底孔内,承压金属薄片设置在旋塞和阀体的底板之间,下顶块设置在螺纹孔上部,调节螺栓安装在螺纹孔内并延伸到阀体的底板外。

本发明的有益效果是:圆形调整垫片和旋塞平底孔的配合面积较大,在实际使用中不容易完全密封,这就使得旋塞内的压力能够顺利进入到旋塞与阀体之间,这使得旋塞能够长期保持压力平衡;同时,圆形调整垫片和旋塞平底孔较大的接触面积也能起到过滤的作用,使得介质中的杂质不容易进入到旋塞与阀体之间。圆形调整垫片在装配的时候不需要像球体那样准确定位,因此在装配时更加方便。上顶块可以采用凸顶块和凹顶块组成,凸顶块下端的圆锥面和凹顶块上端的球面相配合,实现自动定心的作用,以消除其它因素对旋塞和阀体锥面配合的影响。

如图1和图2所示,本发明包括旋塞1、阀体2以及调节定心机构3,所述旋塞1的底部设置有压力引入孔4,所述调节定心机构3安装在阀体2的底板上并与所述压力引入孔4同轴配合,所述调节定心机构3包括调节螺栓11、承压金属薄片9、圆形的调 整垫片6、上顶块和下顶块10,所述旋塞1的底部设置有圆柱形且直径大于压力引入孔4的旋塞平底孔5;所述阀体2的底底板上设置有螺纹孔,并且螺纹孔、旋塞平底孔5和压力引入孔4同轴设置;从旋塞平底孔5到螺纹孔的方向上,调整垫片6、上顶块、承压金属薄片9、下顶块10和调节螺栓11依次设置,其中,调整垫片6和上顶块设置在旋塞平底孔5内,承压金属薄片9设置在旋塞1和阀体2的底板之间,下顶块10设置在螺纹孔内,调节螺栓11安装在螺纹孔内并延伸到阀体2的底板外。本旋塞阀的旋塞1与传统的不同,其底部设置的是旋塞平底孔5,而不是锥形孔,旋塞平底孔5的大小可以按需要进行设计,使得旋塞平底孔5的底部和承压金属薄片9之间的接触应力远远小于其实现密封所要求的必需比压,不会产生密封效果。也就是说,此处结构可以有效实现既阻挡流道介质中的细小颗粒物杂质进入旋塞1下部和阀腔中,同时又可以把流道中的介质压力引入旋塞1下部和阀腔内。有效的实现旋塞1的压力平衡状态,保证旋塞1与阀体2密封面的有效密封。旋塞平底孔5与压力引入孔4同心,调整垫片6为圆形,其厚度可根据实际情况而定。在实际使用中,利用调节螺栓11推动下顶块10、进而带动承压金属薄片9、上顶块,最终使得调整垫片6与旋塞平底孔5配合,通过调节调节螺栓11,可以控制调整垫片6与旋塞平底孔5的配合程度,以达到技能平衡压力,又能过滤杂质,还能调节旋塞1的密封程度,最终有效提升了阀门的内、外密封的性能
为了快速的同心定位,如图2所示,所述上顶块由凸顶块8和凹顶块7组成,凸顶块8和凹顶块7通过球形面或\和圆锥形面相互配合。这样,凸顶块8和凹顶块7可以通过球形面配合,也可以通过圆锥面配合,还可以是球形面与圆锥面进行配合。这样的配合可以实现自动定心的作用,以消除其它因素对旋塞1和阀体2锥面配合的影响。
具体的,如图2所示,所述凹顶块7的下表面为圆锥形凹面,凹顶块7的上表面与调整垫片6接触配合;所述凸顶块8的上表面为球形凸面,凸顶块8的下表面与承压金属薄片9接触配合;所述凹顶块7与凸顶块8通过圆锥形凹面和球形凸面相互配合。这种球面的配合可以自动定心,能够使用一定的角度误差,这样在调节螺栓11进行调节时能够更好的传递作用力,使得作用力的方向始终与旋塞1同轴,避免对其造成影响。
为了有效的防护调节螺栓11,如图2所示,还包括防护盖12,所述防护盖12设置有内螺纹,所述防护盖12通过内螺纹安装在调节螺栓11延伸出底板的一端。防护盖12可以采用耐腐蚀材料制成,例如常用的塑料或者不锈钢,在防护盖12的底部端面上可以假装密封圈13,当防护盖12套设到调节螺栓11上后,防护盖12将调节螺栓11露出来的部分密封在内,从而避免调节螺栓11被腐蚀。

Claims (10)

  1. 压力平衡式油密封旋塞阀,包括旋塞(1)、阀体(2)以及调节定心机构(3),所述旋塞(1)的底部设置有压力引入孔(4),所述调节定心机构(3)安装在阀体(2)的底板上并与所述压力引入孔(4)同轴配合,其特征在于:所述调节定心机构(3)包括调节螺栓(11)、承压金属薄片(9)、圆形的调整垫片(6)、上顶块和下顶块(10),所述旋塞(1)的底部设置有圆柱形且直径大于压力引入孔(4)的旋塞平底孔(5);所述阀体(2)的底底板上设置有螺纹孔,并且螺纹孔、旋塞平底孔(5)和压力引入孔(4)同轴设置;从旋塞平底孔(5)到螺纹孔的方向上,调整垫片(6)、上顶块、承压金属薄片(9)、下顶块(10)和调节螺栓(11)依次设置,其中,调整垫片(6)和上顶块设置在旋塞平底孔(5)内,承压金属薄片(9)设置在旋塞(1)和阀体(2)的底板之间,下顶块(10)设置在螺纹孔上部,调节螺栓(11)安装在螺纹孔内并延伸到阀体(2)的底板外。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的压力平衡式油密封旋塞阀,其特征在于:所述上顶块由凸顶块(8)和凹顶块(7)组成,凸顶块(8)和凹顶块(7)通过球形面或\和圆锥形面相互配合。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的压力平衡式油密封旋塞阀,其特征在于:所述凹顶块(7)的下表面为圆锥形凹面,凹顶块(7)的上表面与调整垫片(6)接触配合;所述凸顶块(8)的上表面为球形凸面,凸顶块(8)的下表面与承压金属薄片(9)接触配合;所述凹顶块(7)与凸顶块(8)通过圆锥形凹面和球形凸面相互配合。
  4. 如权利要求1、2或3所述的压力平衡式油密封旋塞阀,其特征在于:还包括防护盖(12),所述防护盖(12)设置有内螺纹,所述防护盖(12)通过内螺纹安装在调节螺栓(11)延伸出底板的一端。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的压力平衡式油密封旋塞阀,其特征在于:还包括密封圈(13),所述密封圈(13)设置在防护盖(12)的底部端面上。
  6. 调节定心机构,其特征在于:包括依次接触配合的圆形调整垫片(6)、上顶块、承压金属薄片(9)、下顶块(10)和调节螺栓(11)。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的调节定心机构,其特征在于:所述上顶块由凸顶块(8)和凹顶块(7)组成,凸顶块(8)和凹顶块(7)通过球形面或\和圆锥形 面相互配合。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的压力平衡式油密封旋塞阀,其特征在于:所述凹顶块(7)的下表面为圆锥形凹面,凹顶块(7)的上表面与调整垫片(6)接触配合;所述凸顶块(8)的上表面为球形凸面,凸顶块(8)的下表面与承压金属薄片(9)接触配合;所述凹顶块(7)与凸顶块(8)通过圆锥形凹面和球形凸面相互配合。
  9. 如权利要求6、7或8所述的压力平衡式油密封旋塞阀,其特征在于:还包括防护盖(12),所述防护盖(12)设置有内螺纹,所述防护盖(12)通过内螺纹安装在调节螺栓(11)背向下顶块(10)的一端。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的压力平衡式油密封旋塞阀,其特征在于:还包括密封圈(13),所述密封圈(13)设置在防护盖(12)的底部端面上。
