本申请要求于2014年10月23日提交中国专利局、申请号为201410572170.7、发明名称为“一种用于室外机柜的防盗固定装置”的中国专利申请的优先权，其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明属于室外机柜的安装固定技术领域，具体涉及一种用于室外机柜的防盗固定装置。
背景技术
室外机柜是指直接处于自然气候影响下，由金属或非金属材料制成的，不允许无权限操作者进入操作的柜体，为无线通信站点或有限网络站点工作站提供户外物理工作环境和安全系统的设备。适合在室外环境，如公路边、公园、楼顶、山区、平地安装的机柜，机柜内可安装基站设备、电源设备、蓄电池、温控设备、传输设备及其他配套设备或以上设备预留安装空间及换热容量，能为内部设备正常运行提供可靠的机械与环境保护的机柜。
室外机柜一般包括底座与柜体，在使用时，传统的室外机柜安装方式是底座外侧穿膨胀螺栓与室外的水泥墩相锁，起固定的作用。但是这种安装方式存在一个问题，由于膨胀螺栓暴漏在外，外人可以通过拆卸膨胀螺栓盗走整个机柜，给日常使用带来不便，且造成严重的财产损失，目前的安装固定形式无法实现防盗的功能。
因此，鉴于以上问题，有必要提出一种起防盗作用的固定装置，通过该固定装置将机柜锁紧于室外后，外人难以拆除其上的固定部件，避免出现机柜被盗的问题，保证机柜的正常使用，避免出现严重的财产损失，实现了机柜的防盗功能。
发明内容
有鉴于此，本发明提供了一种用于室外机柜的防盗固定装置，通过该固定装置将机柜锁紧于室外后，外人难以拆除其上的固定部件，避免出现机柜被盗的问题，保证机柜的正常使用，避免出现严重的财产损失，实现 了机柜的防盗功能。

室外机柜一般包括底座与柜体，在使用时，传统的室外机柜安装方式是底座外侧穿膨胀螺栓与室外的水泥墩相锁，起固定的作用。但是这种安装方式存在一个问题，由于膨胀螺栓暴漏在外，外人可以通过拆卸膨胀螺栓盗走整个机柜，给日常使用带来不便，且造成严重的财产损失，目前的安装固定形式无法实现防盗的功能。
本发明针对现有技术中的不足，提供了一种用于室外机柜的防盗固定装置，通过该固定装置将机柜锁紧于室外后，外人难以拆除其上的固定部件，避免出现机柜被盗的问题，保证机柜的正常使用，避免出现严重的财产损失，实现了机柜的防盗功能。

在固定室外机柜时，可通过固定件4预先将底座2及柜体1固定于水泥基座3上，后将防盗罩5完全罩设于固定件4上，将固定件4封闭起来，防止外部人员接触到固定件，后采用连接件6自柜体1内部穿出将柜体1与防盗罩5锁紧固定。通过将连接件自柜体内部穿出锁紧，在拆除室外机柜时必须要打开柜体，自柜体内部松动连接件，避免外人接触到连接件及固定件，保证机柜的安全性，实现机柜的正常使用，避免出现严重的财产 损失，实现了机柜的防盗功能。
其中，固定件一般选用膨胀螺栓，连接稳定，不易松动。
连接件一般可选用螺钉、螺栓、销钉等，本申请采用组合螺钉。
底座2一侧开设防盗腔7，固定件4与防盗罩5均固定设置于防盗腔7内，固定件4锁紧底座2与水泥基座3。通过将防盗罩5安置于防盗腔7内，一方面可实现对固定件的有效保护，另一方面可对防盗腔7进行填充，实现对机柜的有效支撑，保证外观的美观。
如图1至图3，防盗罩5为矩形，且一侧与底部均设置有开口，防盗罩放入防盗腔内后，可与防盗腔的侧壁及底部接触将开口处封闭，形成密闭空间，固定件位于密闭空间内，防止外部人员接触到固定件。
此外，防盗罩还可仅底部开口，防盗罩与防盗腔的底部接触形成密闭空间，固定件位于所述密闭空间内。其中，防盗罩的具体形状结构可根据使用需要而定，在此不做限制。
防盗罩的顶部与防盗腔的上壁完全贴合，避免外人可通过缝隙对连接件进行松动，保证连接的稳定性。
其中防盗罩为由2-3mm厚的钢板一体折弯成型，强度较高。防盗罩的厚度及材质可根据使用需要而定，在此不做限制。
本申请的防盗固定装置的安装原理如下：
柜体1与底座2预先固定设置，后将机柜移至室外的水泥基座3上放稳，通过固定件膨胀螺栓将底座2与水泥基座3固定连接，后将防盗罩5直接罩设于膨胀螺栓上，且防盗罩与底座的侧壁或底边相互拼接形成防护膨胀螺栓的密闭空间，之后打开机柜1，将连接件自机柜1内部穿出将机柜与防盗罩的顶部连接固定，后关闭锁紧机柜，实现机柜的防盗。

  6. 如权利要求2所述的用于室外机柜的防盗固定装置，其特征在于，所述防盗罩的顶部与所述防盗腔的上壁完全贴合。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的用于室外机柜的防盗固定装置，其特征在于，所述连接件为组合螺钉。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的用于室外机柜的防盗固定装置，其特征在于，所述防盗罩为一体折弯成型件。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的用于室外机柜的防盗固定装置，其特征在于，所述防盗罩厚度为2-3mm。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的用于室外机柜的防盗固定装置，其特征在于，所述防盗罩材质为钢板。
