本实用新型涉及一种牵引器,尤其指一种更易对线轮进行锁紧与打开操作的牵引器开关装置。
背景技术
目前,牵引器在养宠物的人群中应用十分普遍,其解决了很多问题,但现有技术的牵引器仍存在很多不足,如现有技术中,使用者对牵引器的锁定与解锁过程需分开操作,且牵引器结构较复杂,容易损坏,且修复困难,不能满足使用者的需要。
实用新型内容
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种牵引器开关装置,其更易对线轮进行锁紧与打开操作,且结构简单,坚固耐用。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种牵引器开关装置,包括壳体1,所述壳体1中设置缠绕狗绳的可伸缩线轮2、锁块3以及开关4;所述开关4控制锁块3在工作位置和非工作位置之间转换,且所述锁块3处于工作位置时,阻止所述线轮2转动;所述锁块3具有与线轮2卡接的锁扣端31,以及与壳体1连接的固定端32,所述锁块3以固定端32为圆心旋转使锁扣端31在工作位置和非工作位置之间转换;所述固定端32设置扭簧33,所述扭簧33给锁块3施加使锁扣端31转动至非工作位置的扭力;所述线轮2侧壁环绕线轮旋转中心阵列的设置与锁块配合的卡扣21,所述锁块3旋转至工作位置时,其锁扣端31与所述卡扣21卡接。

其中,如图1所示,所述锁块3具有与线轮2卡接的锁扣端31,以及与壳体1连接的固定端32,所述锁块3以固定端32为圆心旋转使锁扣端31在工作位置和非工作位置之间转换;所述固定端32设置扭簧33,所述扭簧33给锁块3施加使锁扣端31转动至非工作位置的扭力;所述线轮2侧壁环绕线轮旋转中心阵列的设置与锁块配合的卡扣21,所述锁块3旋转至工作位置时,其锁扣端31与所述卡扣21卡接。

如图4、图5所示,本实施例中,需要临时阻止线轮2转动时,通过摁压开关4的摁压部42,对限位柱44施加向下的力,使限位柱44下移至L形滑槽12的竖直段底部,同时所述开关主体41下部中间设置的压杆45将锁块3向下推至与线轮2侧壁设置的卡扣21卡接,实现锁紧,打开时松开开关,当需要对线轮2持续锁定时,进行上述锁紧步骤后,对开关4的摁压部42施加向右的力,使限位柱44右移至L形滑槽12的水平段最右端,同时支撑部43连同销轴431在导向槽11中向右移动相同距离,实现对线轮的锁紧操作,打开时仅需对开关4的摁压部42施加向左的力,使限位柱44左移至L形滑槽12的水平段滑槽最左端,松开开关4,锁块3的锁扣端31受其固定端32设置的扭簧33作用回到非工作位置,进而与线轮2上的卡扣21分离,实现开锁操作。
优选的,如图2所示,所述压杆45由两个相对平行放置的杆体构成,所述杆体底部销接一转轴451,所述转轴451可转动的与所述锁块3接触并相抵,该实施例中,所述压杆45对锁块3施力时,所述转轴451转动抵消其与锁块3接触面之间产生的摩擦力,减少使用者驱动锁块3所需的力。
优选的,如图1、图3所示,所述开关4的支撑部43前端延伸设置与壳体1内壁配合的定位杆46,所述支撑部43在导向槽11中左右滑动时,所述定位杆46在壳体1内壁左右依次设置的第一定位槽13、第二定位槽14之间切换,所述第一定位槽13与第二定位槽14之间设置凸出的止挡部15,开关4呈打开状态时,所述定位杆46在第一定位槽13中,当开关4进行锁紧操作时,所述定位杆46同支撑部43一起向右移动,同时所述定位杆46划过止挡部15进入第二定位槽14中,此时所述限位柱44向右推至L形滑槽12水平段最右端。
需要说明的是,所述定位杆46应当具有一定弹性,当其通过止挡部15时会产生一定的形变,同时在所述定位杆46进入第二定位槽14中时,止挡部15与定位杆46配合使开关4保持锁紧状态;当定位杆46滑过外壳上的止挡部15时,也会有轻微的声音发出,也可以起到提示使用者手压开关是否完成的锁定或者解锁动作。
上述实施例中,优选的,包括从斜上方向下抵住锁扣端31的保险锁块47,所述保险锁块47为连接支撑部43与开关主体41下部之间的部分,当所述开关 4的限位柱44向右推至L形滑槽12水平段最右端时,所述保险锁块47从锁扣端41的斜上方与其相抵,防止因宠物突然跑开产生的巨大拉力使锁块3与线轮2脱开。
