Abstract
一种输电线路山火高压灭火水枪,该灭火水枪包括汽油发动机(1)、减速器(2)、水袋(3)、高压水泵(4)和细水雾枪头(5),所述细水雾枪头(5)包括入水槽(5.1)、枪体(5.2)、细水雾转换阀(5.3)、直射水槽(5.5)、细水雾螺旋水槽(5.6),所述细水雾转换阀(5.3)安装在枪体(5.2)中能在外力作用下作工位移动,该细水雾转换阀(5.3)上有一个转换水槽(5.4),该转换水槽(5.4)能随所述细水雾转换阀(5.3)的工位移动一端与入水槽(5.1)连通,另一端与直射水槽(5.5)或者与细水雾螺旋水槽(5.6)连通;细水雾螺旋水槽(5.6)至少一个,并且每个细水雾螺旋水槽(5.6)都有细水雾喷孔(5.8)。该灭火水枪具有直射和螺旋雾化喷射两种模式,转换非常简单而快捷,能快速扑灭输电线路引起的山火,有效防止输电线路跳闸。
Description
本发明涉及灭火装置领域,尤其是一种输电线路山火高压灭火水枪。
受春节、春耕、清明、秋收等工农业生产生活用火习俗的影响,当遭遇持续干燥的天气时,输电线路走廊易爆发大面积山火,引起线路山火跳闸;然而,长期以来,电力部门因长期缺乏安全有效的灭火装备,为了确保人身安全,即使发现了输电线路山火,也一般不采取灭火措施;这种处理方式,使得部分山火在发现后进一步蔓延、扩大,最终引发输电线路跳闸。
现有的森林防火部门灭火装备,如消防车、灭火直升机等,均体积庞大,价格高昂,一方面由于运输困难难以较快到达输电线路山火发生地点,另一方面由于装备复杂,需要专业的消防员进行操作,较难适应数量众多的输电线路小范围山火灭火要求。
目前,市面上有一些林火细水雾扑灭装备,但其雾化通道为直线型,水滴相互碰撞少,雾化效果不理想;另一方面,现有林火扑灭装备细水雾切换机构复杂,长期使用后容易生锈冻结,使得切换机构坏死。这种装备对输电线路山火分布广泛、地形复杂、火场面积小、火场缺少水源的特点同样不适合。
因此如何快速有效地扑灭输电线路引起的山火,提高输电线路山火应急处置能力,以防止输电线路跳闸、减少损失是目前亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种输电线路山火高压灭火水枪,以快速有效地扑灭输电线路引起的山火,防止输电线路跳闸。
本发明提供的这种输电线路山火高压灭火水枪包括汽油发动机、减速器、水袋、高压水泵和细水雾枪头,所述汽油发动机通过减速器与高压水泵连接,
高压水泵与水袋连接,向细水雾枪头送水;所述细水雾枪头包括入水槽、枪体、细水雾转换阀、直射水槽、细水雾螺旋水槽,所述细水雾转换阀安装在枪体中能在外力作用下作工位移动,该细水雾转换阀上有一个转换水槽,该转换水槽能随所述细水雾转换阀的工位移动一端与入水槽连通,另一端与直射水槽或者与细水雾螺旋水槽连通;细水雾螺旋水槽至少一个,并且每个细水雾螺旋水槽都有细水雾喷孔。
为了进一步提高灭火效果,所述汽油发动机(1)采用两冲程三菱TB50发动机,排量为50cc。在同一条细水雾螺旋水槽上设置两个所述细水雾喷孔。所述直射水槽的直射喷孔直径大于细水雾喷孔的直径。所述直射喷孔(5.8)直径为1.4mm,所述细水雾喷孔(5.8)的直径为0.7mm。所述细水雾枪头(5)整体材质采用不锈钢,所述细水雾转换阀(5.3)为圆柱形。
本发明由于有直射和螺旋雾化喷射两种模式,雾化喷射采用的是螺旋喷射,当细水雾转换阀切换到雾化喷射状态时,水流在细水雾螺旋水槽中做加速运动,使得水流相互碰撞,破坏水的凝聚力,在高压作用下水流通过细水雾喷孔喷出去,形成包络面积宽并且雾化浓度大的细水雾,细水雾平均直径可达到500μm以下,雾化效果较好,相比现有技术用水相对较节约,并且本发明两种模式的转换非常简单而快捷,在灭火的时候可以迅速切换模式,因此本发明尤其适用于山火分布广泛、地形复杂、火场面积小、火场缺少水源的情况,有效防止因山火的蔓延、扩大引发的输电线路跳闸现象。为输电线路山火提供了快捷实用的灭火装备。

实施方式一:从图1可以看出本发明具有汽油发动机1、减速器2、水袋3、高压水泵4和细水雾枪头5,汽油发动机1的转轴与减速器2连接,减速器2与高压水泵4的转轴连接,高压水泵4的入水口通过水管与水袋3连接,高压水泵4出水口与细水雾枪头5通过水管连接;在本实施方式中汽油发动机1采用两冲程三菱TB50发动机,排量为50cc,使得整机输出功率大、水压高、射程远达8.12米。
图2和图3反映了细水雾枪头5的结构,从图2可以看出细水雾枪头5主要由入水口5.1、枪体5.2、细水雾转换阀5.3、转换水槽5.4、直射水槽5.5、细水雾螺旋水槽5.6、直射喷孔5.7、细水雾喷孔5.8组成。细水雾转换阀5.3为圆柱形不锈钢柱,安装在枪体5.2中,转换水槽5.4设在细水雾转换阀5.3上,入水口5.1、直射水槽5.5、细水雾螺旋水槽5.6、直射喷孔5.7、细水雾喷孔5.8均设在枪体5.2上,细水雾转换阀5.3一端与入水口5.1连通,另一端与直射水槽5.5或细水雾螺旋水槽5.6连通。细水雾转换阀5.3可以在外力作用下上下移动,比如直接用手指上顶或者下按该转换阀,使转换水槽5.4与直射水槽5.5或细水雾螺旋水槽5.6连通,对射水模式进行直喷或者螺旋雾喷的模式转化,当转换水槽5.4与直射水槽5.5连通时,枪头工作在直射喷水模式,水柱从直射喷孔5.5喷出;当转换水槽5.4与细水雾螺旋水槽5.6连通时,枪头工作在细水雾喷水模式,水流通过螺旋式水槽做加速运动,使得水流相互碰撞,破坏水的凝聚力,在高压作用下,做离心运动从细水雾喷孔5.8喷出,在本实施方式中细水雾喷孔5.8采用了两个,直径均设为0.7mm,直射喷孔的直径设为1.4mm。细水雾枪头5整体材质采用316
不锈钢以防生锈。经检测本实施方式的形成的细水雾效果较好,细水雾平均直径可达到500μm以下。
实施方式二:对于本发明而言,细水雾螺旋水槽5.6不限于一条,也可以是两条,此时转换水槽5.4的孔径相对实施方式一可以更大些,以使枪头工作在细水雾喷水模式转换水槽5.4能与两条细水雾螺旋水槽5.6同时连通。

- 一种输电线路山火高压灭火水枪,包括汽油发动机(1)、减速器(2)、水袋(3)、高压水泵(4)和细水雾枪头(5),所述汽油发动机(1)通过减速器(2)与高压水泵(4)连接,高压水泵(4)与水袋(3)连接,向细水雾枪头送水;其特征在于所述细水雾枪头(5)包括入水槽(5.1)、枪体(5.2)、细水雾转换阀(5.3)、直射水槽(5.5)、细水雾螺旋水槽(5.6),所述细水雾转换阀(5.3)安装在枪体(5.2)中能在外力作用下作工位移动,该细水雾转换阀上有一个转换水槽(5.4),该转换水槽能随所述细水雾转换阀的工位移动一端与入水槽(5.1)连通,另一端与直射水槽(5.5)或者与细水雾螺旋水槽(5.6)连通;细水雾螺旋水槽(5.6)至少一个,并且每个细水雾螺旋水槽(5.6)都有细水雾喷孔(5.8)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种输电线路山火高压灭火水枪,其特征是:直射水槽(5.5)的直射喷孔(5.7)直径大于细水雾喷孔(5.8)的直径。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种输电线路山火高压灭火水枪,其特征是:在同一条细水雾螺旋水槽上有两个所述细水雾喷孔。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种输电线路山火高压灭火水枪,其特征是:所述汽油发动机(1)采用两冲程三菱TB50发动机,排量为50cc。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种输电线路山火高压灭火水枪,其特征在于:所述直射喷孔(5.7)直径为1.4mm,所述细水雾喷孔(5.8)的直径为0.7mm。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种输电线路山火高压灭火水枪,其特征是:所述细水雾枪头(5)整体材质采用不锈钢。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种输电线路山火高压灭火水枪,其特征是:所述细水雾转换阀(5.3)为圆柱形。
