- FIG. 1 shows the following two playback paths. (1) Playback path A of playback device A (2) Playback path B of playback device B
- Each of AV00 to AV255 shown in FIGS. 1 (1) and 1 (2) is reproduction data of content such as a movie, specifically, image data composed of image frames of about several seconds, for example.
- Playback data is arranged from left to right, and the playback apparatus starts playback from AV000 and plays back to AV255.
- segment area a plurality of image data of the same scene is set in the segment area (segments 1 to 15). For example, in segment 1, 16 pieces of image data AV001 to AV016 are set. These are image data of the same scene, but the 16 pieces of image data AV001 to AV0016 are encrypted with different keys (segment keys). Data encrypted with different encryption keys set in this segment area is referred to as variation data.
- Each playback device can obtain a segment key from a segment key file stored on the disc together with the content by using a key (device key) stored in the device itself.
- the segment key that can be acquired using the device key stored in one playback apparatus is only one segment key for each segment area. That is, each playback device can acquire a segment key that can decrypt one variation data among a plurality of variation data (eg, AV001 to AV016) of each segment area (eg, segment 1).
- the combination of segment keys that can be acquired from the segment key file is set differently depending on the device key stored in the playback device.

Abstract
Description

画像:MPEG-1、MPEG-2、AVC(MPEG-4AVC)、HEVC(MPEG-4HEVC)、
(Sync byte)
(b)トランスポートエラー識別子(Transport_error_indicator)
(c)ペイロードユニットスタート識別子(Payload_unit_start_indicator)
(d)トランスポートプライオリティ(Transport_priority)
(e)プログラムID(PID)
(Transport scrambling control)
(Adaptation field control)
(Continuity counter)
(Adaptation field)

(Start SPN)
(Iteration)
(Start SPN)
(Iteration)
00=0
01=1
10=2
11=3
ストリームPID(stream_PID)、
EPエントリ数(number_of_EP_entries)、
ソースパケット番号EPスタート(SPN_EP_start)、
EPエントリ数(number_of_EP_entries)は、EP_mapに含まれるPTS_EP_start とSPN_EP_startのペアのエントリの個数である。
PTS=pts(x1)とソースパケット番号(SPN)X1、
PTS=pts(x2)とソースパケット番号(SPN)X2、
PTS=pts(xk)とソースパケット番号(SPN)Xk、
すなわち同一のPTS(プレゼンテーション・タイムスタンプ)が設定される。
PTS(X1)=PTS(X1+1)
PTS(X2)=PTS(X2+1)
(2)拡張EPマップ(EP_map_ext)
