As one form of social networking service (hereinafter also referred to as “SNS”), a service called so-called chat, in which users perform real-time character communication with each other using portable terminals such as personal computers, tablet terminals and smartphones. Is provided. In addition to a mode in which users perform one-to-one communication by chat, in-group chat performed by a plurality of users belonging to a specific group or inter-group chat performed between specific groups is realized.
In addition, instead of the conventional communication using a fixed telephone line, terminals that have an equal relationship on the network are directly connected to each other by using the Internet line, and voice calls using VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) and terminal devices There is a communication service that uses a recording function attached to the phone to make a call with video in real time.
In order to receive the provision of such a communication service, it is necessary to register with the service provider in advance. As an example of SNS, in a chat service, a registered user's friend list is managed, other users to be added to the friend list are recommended to the registered user, and a predetermined set according to whether or not registered in the chat service The server apparatus which determines the other user which should be recommended to a registered user using these conditions is disclosed (refer patent document 1).
With the development of information and communication technology, the amount of information that can be acquired and transmitted by individuals has increased, and the range has been significantly expanded. By operating application software installed on a mobile terminal, it is easy to share information simultaneously with multiple people. In particular, in communication with video, it can be said that the amount and quality of information is increased by information obtained through vision, such as facial expressions of the other party, compared to communication using only letters and voices.
By using SNS in this way, you can overcome time and distance obstacles and share a large amount of information with each other in real time, but each user has a private time. Since it is normal, information is not always exchanged in real time. For example, if an idea flashes and you want to notify the other party immediately, you may not be able to make a call in real time. In such a case, the content and quality of an idea that has been flashed may change over time, and its usefulness may be reduced.
Another problem is that the convenience of SNS is eroding personal privacy, and the number of people who feel stress is increasing.

[Terminal device]
The configuration of the terminal device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 3 shows the functions of the terminal device 100 in a block diagram. These functions are realized when hardware configured by combining various processors such as a microprocessor and an image processing processor, a memory, a display, a communication circuit, and the like, and software by an operating system and an application program cooperate.
(1) Message transmission function FIG. 3: shows the functional structure of the terminal device 100 which concerns on this embodiment. The terminal device 100 includes a first storage unit 106 that stores a user address, a first selection unit 108 that selects a specific user from the first storage unit 106, a recording unit 110 that records a message, and a recording unit 110. The communication unit 112 includes a communication unit 112 that transmits the recorded message to the user selected by the first selection unit 108.
The first storage unit 106 stores information on other users who can communicate with the user of the terminal device 100 (the sender of the message or the receiver of the message). The information includes information for specifying the other party, such as the name and address of another user. For example, the information specifying the other party includes the addresses of other users who belong to the same SNS community and are registered as friends. This address information includes an IP address, a mail address, a URL address, and a telephone number.
The first selection unit 108 reads out the user information stored in the first storage unit 106 and makes it selectable by the user of the terminal device 100. Further, it has a function of specifying another user as a transmission destination selected by the user and reading out address information of the other user as a transmission destination from the first storage unit 106.
In the recording unit 110, a message transmitted by the user of the terminal device 100 to another user registered in the first storage unit 106 is recorded. In this case, the user of the terminal device 100 becomes a message sender, and when the sender performs an operation of recording a message, the message is recorded in the recording unit 110.
The message expressed by the user of the terminal device 100 is acquired by the input unit 114 and recorded in the recording unit 110. The input unit 114 is configured by an input medium such as a microphone or a camera, and those attached to the terminal device 100 are applied. The user of the terminal device 100 records the message on the recording unit 110 via the input unit 114 including such an input medium when expressing the message. When the message is a voice message containing only voice, the voice is recorded in the recording unit 110, and when the message is accompanied by voice and video, the video is recorded in the recording unit 110.
The message recorded in the recording unit 110 is uploaded from the communication unit 112 to the management server 200 based on the address information read from the first storage unit 106. Transmission from the communication unit 112 can be executed by the user operating the terminal device 100. Further, as a preferred mode, the communication unit 112 may be automatically operated to transmit a message when the voice of the message input from the input unit 114 is interrupted for a certain period of time. Alternatively, when a user records a message, the communication unit 112 may be configured to detect the command by uttering or gesturing a specific command and transmitting the message. Such detection of a specific command utterance or gesture can be performed by the determination unit 116 acquiring information from the input unit 114 and controlling the operation of the communication unit 112.
When the user records a message using the terminal device 100, it is preferable to execute personal authentication in order to prevent unauthorized use. The personal authentication can be performed using, for example, a personal identification number. In this case, the terminal device 100 can authenticate the user by requesting the user to input a personal identification number before recording the message, and determining the personal identification number input to the input unit 114 by the authentication unit 118. Moreover, you may acquire a user's biometric information and implement identity authentication. As the biometric information, physical characteristics of an individual such as a fingerprint, palm print, retina, vein pattern, and voice print can be used as authentication information.
When biometric authentication is performed, for example, voice print information of a user is stored in the second storage unit 120, and when a message is input to the input unit 114, the voice print information of the message input by the authentication unit 118, The user authentication may be executed by comparing the voice print information stored in the second storage unit 120. Thus, by performing personal authentication at the same time as inputting a message, the step of acquiring password information by inputting a password number or the like can be omitted, and convenience can be achieved. Thereby, the user can easily express a message and transmit it to the other party.
Note that voiceprint information includes information obtained by analyzing voice and converting characteristic parts into data. For example, changes in voice frequency and intensity can be analyzed on the time axis, and a characteristic part patterned can be used as voiceprint information.
As described above, in the terminal device 100, the terminal device 100 records the first storage unit 106 that stores the user address, the first selection unit 108 that selects a specific user from the first storage unit 106, and the message. And the communication unit 112 that transmits the message recorded by the recording unit 110 to the user specified by the first selection unit 108. In addition to these mechanisms, a determination unit 116 that controls the operation of the communication unit 112 based on information input to the input unit 114, an authentication unit 118 that performs personal authentication, a second storage unit 120, and the like may be added. Good.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the user of the terminal device 100 can send a message by designating the other party without establishing communication with the other party. Thus, the user can easily record a message each time and upload it sequentially to create a message as a conversation.
(2) Message Acquisition Function The terminal device 100 includes an incoming call notification unit 122 that notifies a user that a message has been delivered, a reproduction unit 126 that reproduces a message, and a second selection unit 124 that selects a message to be reproduced. Further, the terminal device 100 may be added with functions of a display control unit 128, an editing unit 130, and a history display unit 132 that assist the user in reproducing the message.
The incoming notification unit 122 notifies the user of the terminal device 100 that a message has arrived. The incoming call notification unit 122 notifies the user that the message has been received by the screen display of the terminal device 100, the ringtone, the vibration, or a combination thereof.
The playback unit 126 plays back an incoming message. When the user selects a message and performs a reproduction operation, the incoming message is reproduced by the terminal device 100. The message can be played back with operations such as pause, fast forward, and rewind by the function of the terminal device 100.
The second selection unit 124 selects a message to be reproduced according to the user's selection from the list of incoming messages displayed on the screen of the terminal device 100. The second selection unit 124 has a function of selecting a certain message from the incoming message list displayed on the screen. Further, the second selection unit 124 may have a function of selecting a plurality of messages and reproducing them in time series (in order of late reception time or in order of early reception time) and a function of reproducing them in a specified order. Good.
The display control unit 128 displays the received message as a thumbnail. The image displayed as a thumbnail is an arbitrary image included in the received message, and may be, for example, a reduced display of the first image of the message or an image several seconds or minutes after the beginning. Alternatively, it may be a thumbnail image representing a user who is a message sender recorded in the address book. By displaying the message content or the message sender in a thumbnail on the display screen, it is possible to intuitively grasp the message content or the message sender.
The history display unit 132 can display the incoming history of incoming messages in time series, and can be accompanied by a thumbnail display of messages created by the display control unit 128 at this time. The history display unit 132 can also classify the incoming call history of received messages by message sender, and display the incoming call history in time series for each category. In this case, the history display unit 132 can display the incoming call history from the past to the present in a state that can be selected by the user.
The second selection unit 124 can select one or a plurality of messages from the list of messages displayed as thumbnails by the display control unit 128 as described above. In addition, the second selection unit 124 can select one or a plurality of messages as described above from the list indicating the incoming call history created by the history display unit 132.
The editing unit 130 has a function of associating an unread message of the same caller so that it is continuously reproduced in time series when a specific message is selected. The message information associated by the editing unit 130 is displayed by the display control unit 128. Further, the associated message is continuously reproduced by the reproducing unit 126. Also, the editing unit 130 can reproduce a message that has been read and received in association with a message that reciprocates between users. For example, a message transmitted by a specific user in a specific period can be associated and reproduced. By reproducing the messages in association with each other, it is possible to save the trouble of individually selecting and reproducing the messages and to easily grasp the messages. In particular, even when messages are distributed in time, all messages can be reliably reproduced without leaking.
As described above, the message receiving function is realized in the terminal device 100 by the reproduction unit 126 that reproduces a message and the second selection unit 124 that selects a message to be reproduced. At this time, an incoming notification unit 122 that notifies the user that the message has been delivered, a display control unit 128 that assists the user in reproducing the message, an editing unit 130 that allows a plurality of messages to be associated and reproduced, and past incoming calls By adding each function of the history display unit 132 that displays the history, the convenience of the user is improved.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the user of the terminal device 100 selects and watches a message at his convenience without receiving a direct call from the user who is the message sender. Can do. In addition, it is possible to continuously view unviewed messages, or to select and reproduce one or more specific messages. With such a function of the terminal device 100, the user can easily receive a message and know the contents thereof.
[Terminal device and server]
FIG. 4 shows a relationship between a terminal device that transmits and receives a message and a management server that manages the message. In FIG. 4, the first terminal device 100 a and the second terminal device 100 b are placed in a state where they can be connected to the management server 200. Here, for convenience, it is assumed that the first terminal device 100a is on the message sender side and the second terminal device 100b is on the message receiver side. Note that since the transmission and reception of messages are performed mutually, the relationship between the first terminal device 100a and the second terminal device 100b shown in FIG. 4 may be interchanged.
The management server 200 receives the message from the receiving unit 202 that receives the message, the notification unit 206 that notifies the receiver that the message has been delivered from the sender, the storage unit 204 that stores the message, The transmission part 208 which outputs to the terminal device 100b of this is included. Since the management server 200 according to the present embodiment stores and manages messages, it has a function as a storage server and can be regarded as a storage server. As another form, the storage unit 204 may exist physically and at a distance from the management server 200 as long as it is connected by a communication line.
The storage unit 204 is assigned a fixed capacity to each user, and the message to be distributed by the user is stored and stored if the message is within the capacity range. If the user wishes to store messages beyond the allocated capacity, he may charge and allocate additional capacity.
The management server 200 may include an advertisement insertion unit 210. When the advertisement insertion unit 210 transmits a message to the receiving user, the advertisement insertion unit 210 attaches an advertisement to the message. The advertisement attached to the message by the advertisement insertion unit 210 is provided from the advertisement information providing unit 212. The advertisement information providing unit 212 may be in the management server 200 or may be outside the management server 200 and connected by an electric communication line.
The advertisement inserted in the message by the advertisement insertion unit 210 may be an arbitrary advertisement, but is preferably an advertisement having contents relevant to the message. The advertisement insertion unit 210 generates text data from the voice included in the message, analyzes the word included in the text data, acquires an advertisement related to the frequently occurring word from the advertisement information providing unit 212, and sends the message Insert into. For example, when the name of a specific food frequently appears in a message, the message is automatically analyzed and an advertisement related to the food is inserted into the message. Thus, by inserting an advertisement related to the content of the message, it is possible to enhance the advertising effectiveness. Also, the user who is the message recipient can use the advertisement information relevant to the content of the message.
[Function and operation]
FIG. 5 shows the flow of processing from when a message is created until it is played back by the other party. In the following description, it is assumed that the first terminal device 100a belongs to the message sender side and the second terminal device 100b belongs to the message receiver side.
(S402)。 The user on the sender side of the message operates the first terminal device 100a to record the message, and designates and transmits the address of the other party. In the first terminal device 100a, it is assumed that an application program for executing a message service is activated and the main screen is displayed (S402).
The user on the sender side opens the address book from the main screen displayed on the first terminal device 100a, and selects the other party to whom the message is sent (S404). One or more destinations can be selected from the address book selection screen.
When the partner is identified, message recording is started (S406). Recording is started by operating the first terminal device 100a. For example, recording is started by operating an icon displayed on the screen of the first terminal device 100a.
When recording starts, the caller expresses and records a message (S408). The message is recorded using an input device such as a microphone or a camera provided in the first terminal apparatus 100a. Message recording is started by operating the first terminal apparatus 100a. For example, in accordance with the screen display of the first terminal device 100a, recording is started by an operation such as touching or tapping an icon for starting recording. The caller speaks a message to the camera. By such an operation, the message is recorded in the recording unit of the first terminal device 100a. The recorded message includes the video of the person photographed by the camera in addition to the voice of the caller, and can also include other video.
When recording of the message by the caller ends, the recording ends (S410). The end of the message can be ended by the caller operating the first terminal device 100a. For example, the message can be ended by operating an icon displayed on the screen of the first terminal device 100a.
As described with reference to FIG. 3, the end of the message may be determined by detecting the voice of the user who is the caller. For example, when the voice of the user who is a caller is interrupted for a certain period of time, the end of the message can be determined. Alternatively, the end of the message can be determined by the user who is the caller uttering a specific command. When the recording is finished, a message is uploaded (S412). Uploading is performed by the caller operating the first terminal device 100a. Further, as described above, the determination unit provided in the first terminal device 100a may determine the end of the message and perform the upload. Thus, by controlling the end of recording and the transmission of recording by the voice of the user who is a caller, the user can easily send a message without performing complicated operations.
(S418)。 The management server 200 receives a message uploaded from the first terminal device 100a (S414). Then, the management server 200 stores the received message in the storage (S416). In addition, when receiving a message, the management server 200 notifies the user who is the recipient of the message (incoming push notification) (S418).
(S424)。 When the incoming notification (push notification) is transmitted from the management server 200, the second terminal device 100b displays that there is a new message (S420). The second terminal device 100b displays information such as the sender of the message and the date and time of incoming call on the screen (S422). The configuration of the screen display in the second terminal device 100b is arbitrary. For example, information such as the sender of the message and the reception date / time can be displayed on the main screen. Further, the incoming call history of messages may be displayed hierarchically for each time series or sender, and the receiver may assist in selecting a message to be reproduced. When the recipient selects a message to be played back according to the screen display of the second terminal device 100b, the information is notified from the second terminal device 100b to the management server 200 (S424).
The management server 200 reads and distributes the selected message (S426), and the second terminal device 100b reproduces the message (S428). The message can also be downloaded from the management server 200 to the second terminal device 100b. Also, a plurality of messages can be selected, and the selected messages can be played back in the selected order, in time series, or continuously in the specified playback order. Alternatively, unviewed messages can be reproduced continuously.
Further, when the management server 200 reads the message and outputs the data to the second terminal device 100b (S426), the management server 200 may insert an advertisement relevant to the content of the message into the message.
The recipient can send a message for the message. In this case, the functions of the second terminal device 100b and the second terminal device 100b are interchanged. A message issued by the recipient can be executed according to the same flow as described above. In this case, when replying to the reproduced message, since the other party is specified, it can be executed from the message recording start step (S406).
As described above, according to this embodiment, a message can be easily recorded and delivered to a destination.
[Modification 1]
The connection between the first terminal device 100a and the management server 200, and the second terminal device 100b and the management server 200 are connected by a short-range wireless communication network instead of an electric communication line such as the Internet and a telephone line. Also good. The near field communication network refers to a network in which near field wireless communication is chained between terminal devices and apparently has a function equivalent to a wireless communication line. For example, when a pair of terminal devices having a short-range wireless communication function is within a range in which contactless communication is possible, the short-range wireless communication network is configured such that a combination of such a pair of terminal devices is chained to each other. Allows long-distance communications similar to telecommunications lines. As a means for realizing the short-range wireless communication function, for example, a communication means based on Bluetooth (registered trademark) that uses a radio wave to exchange simple information between information devices with a distance of several meters to several tens of meters is used. be able to.
The terminal device and the management server may be directly connected by a short-range wireless communication network, or may be connected to a wireless base station or WiFi station on the way.
Using such a short-range wireless communication network, it is possible to save the line usage fee of the telecommunication line, and it is possible to upload and download information from the terminal device to the management server without depending on the communication speed of the line.
[Modification 2]
As shown in FIG. 14, a message may be transmitted and received between the first terminal device 100a of the first user 102 and the second terminal device 100b of the second user 104 without going through a server. Good. That is, terminals that are in an equal relationship on the network may be directly connected to each other, and messages may be exchanged with each other using a peer-to-peer (P2P) communication method for transmitting and receiving data. FIG. 14 shows a mode in which a message is transmitted from the first terminal device 100a to the second terminal device 100b, but it is not necessary that the terminal devices are directly connected, as indicated by a dotted line in the figure. What is necessary is just to be connected via a communication network. At this time, the communication network may partially include an electric communication line such as the Internet, or at least one self-configured network in which terminal devices are connected and linked by wireless communication (short-range wireless communication). It may be interposed in the part.
FIG. 15 shows a configuration of the terminal device 100c when a message is transmitted and received between the terminal devices. The configuration of the terminal device 100 shown in FIG. 15 has the same configuration as the configuration of the terminal device shown in FIG. Here, the overlapping description is omitted, and the differences will be described.
In FIG. 15, the terminal device 100 includes a storage unit 134 that stores a message received by the communication unit 112. For example, when the first user 102 illustrated in FIG. 14 transmits a message to the second user 104, the terminal device 100 that has received the message stores the message in the storage unit 134. The terminal device 100 that has received the message displays that the message has been received by the incoming call notification unit 122 using a ringtone, video display, vibration, or the like. The terminal device 100 can read out the message stored in the storage unit 134 by the function of the reproduction unit 126 and reproduce it on the display screen.
FIG. 16 shows a flow of processing from when a message is created by the first terminal device 100a until it is received and reproduced by the second terminal device 100b.
The process until the message is created and transmitted is the same as that shown in FIG. 5. Display of the main screen (S402), selection of the transmission partner (S404), recording start (S406), recording (S408), recording end (S410), Transmission (S412) processing is performed.
The second terminal device 100b receives the recording data (S414), and stores the recording data in its own storage unit (S416). When recording data is received, an incoming call is displayed (S420), history display (S422), message selection (S424), recording data playback (S428), and the like. When a message is transmitted from the second terminal device 100b to the first terminal device 100a, the processing flow shown in FIG. 16 is replaced.
By exchanging messages in this peer-to-peer communication method, messages can be exchanged without depending on the server. Further, by directly exchanging messages between terminal devices, there is no possibility that personal information will be leaked from the server, which is advantageous in terms of protecting privacy.
