在本发明的实施例中,移动终端可具有可信来源数据库,用于保存可信任的短信发送方号码,如支付宝、银行等短信发送方;也可以具有不可信来源数据库。在识别出被删除或被修改的信息后,如果确定被删除或被修改的信息来自可信源,则移动终端可以发出信息被删除或被修改的提示信息,也可以还原被删除或被修改的信息。具体地,移动终端可检查被删除或被修改的信息的发送方号码是否位于可信来源数据库中。如果位于可信来源数据库中,则可确定被删除或被修改的信息来自可信源。移动终端也可以检查被删除或被修改的信息的发送方号码是否在不可信来源数据库中。如果不在,则可确定被删除或被修改的信息来自可信源。
具体地,可从备份数据库中读取被删除或被修改的短信并还原至信息数据库,也可以从备份数据库中读取对应的短信,并还原至信息数据库,并发出提示信息,并基于用户根据提示信息执行的操作显示对应的短信。
当然,该信息数据库支持通过短信列表的方式显示短信。例如:对被删除或被修改的信息进行还原后,发出提示信息,然后用户可通过短信列表查看该短信,获知内容。
本发明实施例的信息的监控方法,通过将信息数据库中的信息与备份数据库中的信息进行对比,识别出被删除或被修改的信息,当确定该信息来自可信源时,还原该信息,解决了信息被恶意删除、修改的问题,提高了移动终端中信息的安全性,避免产生财产损失。
图2是根据本发明一个具体实施例的信息的监控方法的流程图。
如图2所示,信息的监控方法包括:
S201,监控短信数据变化。
具体地,手机中具有短信数据库和备份数据库。当手机接收到短信后,手机可将接收到的信息分别保存至短信数据库和备份数据库中。此时,当发现短信数据库中的短信发生变化时,如恶意病毒拦截或修改,则表明手机短信有变化。
S202,对比备份数据库,获得被删除或被修改的短信。
在接收到短信有变化的通知后,可将短信数据库中的所有短信与备份数据库中的所有短信进行对比,获得被删除或被修改的短信。
S203,判断是否来自可信源,如果该短信来自可信源,则跳转至步骤S204。如果该短信来自不可信源,则结束。
在获得被删除或被修改的短信后,可根据可信来源库判断该短信是否来自可信源。可信来源数据库用于保存可信任的短信发送方号码,如支付宝、银行等短信发送方。
S204,提醒用户,并还原被删除或被修改的短信。
在确定被删除或被修改的短信来自可信源后,可提醒用户有来自可信源的短信被删除或被修改,然后还原被删除或被修改的短信。
本发明实施例的信息的监控方法,通过监控短信数据变化,获得被删除或被修改的短信,当确定该短信来自可信源时,对用户进行提醒,并还原该短信,解决了短信被恶意删除、修改的问题,提高了手机中用户个人信息的安全性,有效地保护了用户的隐私,避免了财产损失。
为了实现上述实施例,本发明还提出一种信息的监控装置。
图3是根据本发明一个实施例的信息的监控装置的结构示意图。
如图3所示,信息的监控装置包括:处理模块110、监控模块120和警告提醒模块130。
处理模块110用于向监控模块120发送信息变化的通知。
在本发明的实施例中,移动终端中具有信息数据库和备份数据库。处理模块110用于根据用户或第三方应用程序对信息的操作更新信息数据库。当信息数据库中的信息发生变化时,处理模块110可向监控模块120发送信息变化的通知。上述信息可以为短信息,简 称短信。
监控模块120用于在接收通知后,分别从信息数据库和备份数据库中读取信息,并将来自信息数据库的信息与来自备份数据库中的信息进行对比,识别出被删除或被修改的信息。
警告提醒模块130用于当确定监控模块120识别出的被删除或被修改的信息来自可信源时,发出信息被删除或被修改的提示信息或/和还原被删除或被修改的信息。具体地,警告提醒模块130可检查被删除或被修改的信息的发送方号码是否位于可信来源数据库中。如果位于可信来源数据库中,则可确定被删除或被修改的信息来自可信源。警告提醒模块130也可以检查被删除或被修改的信息的发送方号码是否在不可信来源数据库中。如果不在,则可确定被删除或被修改的信息来自可信源。
在确定被删除或被修改的信息来自可信源后,警告提醒模块130可发出信息被删除或被修改的提示信息,也可以还原被删除或被修改的信息。具体地,可从备份数据库中读取被删除或被修改的短信并还原至信息数据库,也可以从备份数据库中读取对应的短信,并还原至信息数据库,并发出提示信息,并基于用户根据提示信息执行的操作显示对应的短信。
当然,该信息数据库支持通过短信列表的方式显示短信。例如:对被删除或被修改的信息进行还原后,发出提示信息,然后用户可通过短信列表查看该短信,获知内容。
另外,本实施例的信息的监控装置还可包括接收模块140。
接收模块140用于在接收到信息后,分别向监控模块120发送备份指令和向处理模块110发送更新指令。
监控模块120在收到接收模块140发送的备份指令后,可根据备份指令,从无线接口层RIL接收信息,并保存至备份数据库。
处理模块110在收到接收模块140发送的更新指令后,可根据更新指令,将接收到的信息保存至信息数据库中。
在本发明的实施例中,图4是根据本发明另一个实施例的信息的监控装置的结构示意图。如图4所示,可包括:
S401,电话底层接收短信,然后传送至RIL。其中,电话底层和RIL位于接收模块140中。
S402,RIL通知短信监控进程接收到短信。其中,短信监控进程位于监控模块120中。
S403,短信监控进程将接收到的短信备份至备份数据库中。
S404,RIL通知短信处理框架接收到短信。其中短信处理框架处于处理模块110中。
S405,经过短信处理框架处理后的短信保存至短信数据库中。
S406,当有短信被恶意拦截或修改时,短信处理框架向短信监控进程发送信息变化的通知。
S407,短信监控进程读取短信数据库中的所有短信。
S408,短信监控进程读取备份数据库中的所有短信。
S409,短信监控进程将短信数据库中的所有短信与备份数据库中的所有短信进行对比,识别出被删除或被修改的短信。
S410,短信监控进程从可信来源数据库读取可信任发送者的号码,识别出被删除或被修改的短信来自可信源。
S411,警告提醒模块130提醒用户有来自可信源的短信被删除或被修改,并还原被删除或被修改的短信。
本发明实施例的信息的监控装置,通过将短信数据库中的短信与备份数据库中的短信进行对比,识别出被删除或被修改的短信,当确定该短信来自可信源时,还原该短信,解决了短信被恶意删除、修改的问题,提高了移动终端中信息的安全性,避免产生财产损失。
为了实现上述实施例,本发明还提出一种移动终端,该移动终端包括壳体、处理器、存储器、电路板和电源电路,其中,上述电路板安置在上述壳体围成的空间内部,上述处理器和上述存储器设置在上述电路板上;上述电源电路,用于为上述移动终端的各个电路或器件供电;上述存储器用于存储可执行程序代码;上述处理器通过读取上述存储器中存储的可执行程序代码来运行与上述可执行程序代码对应的程序,以用于执行以下步骤:
S101’,接收信息变化的通知。
在本发明的实施例中,移动终端中具有信息数据库和备份数据库。当移动终端接收到信息后,移动终端可将接收到的信息保存至信息数据库中。同时,接收到的信息也保存至备份数据库中。应当注意的是,移动终端可直接从RIL获取信息。然后移动终端可根据用户或第三方应用程序对信息的操作更新信息数据库。如果信息数据库中的信息发生变化,则移动终端可接收信息变化的通知。上述信息可以为短信息,简称短信。
S102’,分别从信息数据库和备份数据库中读取信息,并将来自信息数据库的信息与来自备份数据库中的信息进行对比,识别出被删除或被修改的信息。
在本发明的实施例中,在接收到信息变化的通知后,移动终端可分别从信息数据库和备份数据库中读取所有的信息,并将来自信息数据库的信息与来自备份数据库中的信息进行对比,识别出被删除或被修改的信息。举例来说,当手机接收到短信后,如果没有恶意病毒或应用软件的拦截,手机中的信息数据库和备份数据库是一致的,但是当有恶意病毒恶意拦截或手机应用软件错误拦截、修改短信,则信息数据库和备份数据库会产生不一致。将手机信息数据库和备份数据库中的所有的短信进行对比,最终获得被删除或被修改的短 信。
S103’,若确定被删除或被修改的信息来自可信源,则发出信息被删除或被修改的提示信息或/和还原被删除或被修改的信息。
在本发明的实施例中,移动终端可具有可信来源数据库,用于保存可信任的短信发送方号码,如支付宝、银行等短信发送方;也可以具有不可信来源数据库。在识别出被删除或被修改的信息后,如果确定被删除或被修改的信息来自可信源,则移动终端可以发出信息被删除或被修改的提示信息,也可以还原被删除或被修改的信息。具体地,移动终端可检查被删除或被修改的信息的发送方号码是否位于可信来源数据库中。如果位于可信来源数据库中,则可确定被删除或被修改的信息来自可信源。移动终端也可以检查被删除或被修改的信息的发送方号码是否在不可信来源数据库中。如果不在,则可确定被删除或被修改的信息来自可信源。
在确定被删除或被修改的信息来自可信源后,可从备份数据库中读取被删除或被修改的短信并还原至信息数据库,也可以从备份数据库中读取对应的短信,并还原至信息数据库,并发出提示信息,并基于用户根据提示信息执行的操作显示对应的短信。
当然,该信息数据库支持通过短信列表的方式显示短信。例如:对被删除或被修改的信息进行还原后,发出提示信息,然后用户可通过短信列表查看该短信,获知内容。
本发明实施例的移动终端,通过将信息数据库中的信息与备份数据库中的信息进行对比,识别出被删除或被修改的信息,当确定该信息来自可信源时,还原该信息,解决了信息被恶意删除、修改的问题,提高了移动终端中信息的安全性,避免产生财产损失。

应当理解,本发明的各部分可以用硬件、软件、固件或它们的组合来实现。在上述实施方式中,多个步骤或方法可以用存储在存储器中且由合适的指令执行系统执行的软件或固件来实现。例如,如果用硬件来实现,和在另一实施方式中一样,可用本领域公知的下列技术中的任一项或他们的组合来实现:具有用于对数据信号实现逻辑功能的逻辑门电路的离散逻辑电路,具有合适的组合逻辑门电路的专用集成电路,可编程门阵列(PGA),现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)等。
本技术领域的普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法携带的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成,所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存储介质中,该程序在执行时,包括方法实施例的步骤之一或其组合。
此外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理模块中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个模块中。上述集成的模块既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。所述集成的模块如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。
上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。尽管上面已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,可以理解的是,上述实施例是示例性的,不能理解为对本发明的限制, 本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的范围内可以对上述实施例进行变化、修改、替换和变型。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种信息的监控方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收信息变化的通知;
    分别从信息数据库和备份数据库中读取信息,并将来自所述信息数据库的信息与来自所述备份数据库中的信息进行对比,识别出被删除或被修改的信息;以及
    若确定所述被删除或被修改的信息来自可信源,则发出信息被删除或被修改的提示信息或/和还原被删除或被修改的信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述分别从信息数据库和备份数据库中读取信息之前,还包括:
    从无线接口层RIL接收所述信息,并保存至所述备份数据库。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述分别从信息数据库和备份数据库中读取信息之前,还包括:
    将接收到的信息保存至所述信息数据库中,并根据用户或第三方应用程序对信息的操作更新所述信息数据库。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定所述被删除或被修改的信息来自可信源,包括:
    检查所述被删除或被修改的信息的发送方号码是否在可信来源数据库中,若是,则确定所述被删除或被修改的信息来自可信源;或者
    检查所述被删除或被修改的信息的发送方号码是否在不可信来源数据库中,若否,则确定所述被删除或被修改的信息来自可信源。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述还原被删除或被修改的信息,包括:
    从所述备份数据库中读取对应的短信,并还原至所述信息数据库;或者
    从所述备份数据库中读取对应的短信,并还原至所述信息数据库,以及发出提示信息,并基于用户根据所述提示信息执行的操作显示对应的短信。
  6. 一种信息的监控装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理模块,用于向监控模块发送信息变化的通知;
    所述监控模块,用于在接收所述通知后,分别从信息数据库和备份数据库中读取信息,并将来自所述信息数据库的信息与来自所述备份数据库中的信息进行对比,识别出被删除或被修改的信息;以及
    警告提醒模块,用于若确定所述监控模块识别出的所述被删除或被修改的信息来自可信源,则发出信息被删除或被修改的提示信息或/和还原被删除或被修改的信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收模块,用于在接收到信息后,分别向所述监控模块发送备份指令和向所述处理模块发送更新指令。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述监控模块,还用于:根据所述备份指令,从无线接口层RIL接收所述信息,并保存至所述备份数据库;
    所述处理模块,还用于:根据所述更新指令,将所述信息保存至所述信息数据库中。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块,还用于:根据用户或第三方应用程序对信息的操作更新所述信息数据库。
  10. 根据权利要求6-9任一权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,所述警告提醒模块,具体用于:检查所述被删除或被修改的信息的发送方号码是否位于可信来源数据库中,若是,则确定所述被删除或被修改的信息来自可信源;或者
    检查所述被删除或被修改的信息的发送方号码是否在不可信来源数据库中,若否,则确定所述被删除或被修改的信息来自可信源。
  11. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,包括:壳体、处理器、存储器、电路板和电源电路,其中,所述电路板安置在所述壳体围成的空间内部,所述处理器和所述存储器设置在所述电路板上;所述电源电路,用于为所述移动终端的各个电路或器件供电;所述存储器用于存储可执行程序代码;所述处理器通过读取所述存储器中存储的可执行程序代码来运行与所述可执行程序代码对应的程序,以用于:
    接收信息变化的通知;
    分别从信息数据库和备份数据库中读取信息,并将来自所述信息数据库的信息与来自所述备份数据库中的信息进行对比,识别出被删除或被修改的信息;以及
    若确定所述被删除或被修改的信息来自可信源,则发出信息被删除或被修改的提示信息或/和还原被删除或被修改的信息。
