- the front and rear air-drying and drying system of the above prior art belongs to the first drying system of the present invention.
- the present invention further provides a second drying system, wherein the first drying system is the main drying system,
- the second drying system is an auxiliary drying system, and the second drying system comprises at least two air chambers 5, which are arranged on the peripheral wall of the outer cylinder 2, and send hot air to the cylinder to communicate with the air duct, and each air chamber 5 is independently opened and closed.
- the hot air is sent, and the air chambers 5 are respectively arranged on the two sides of the inner cylinder 3 to drive the clothes to be lifted and lowered, the drying process, the second drying system controls the opening and closing of the air chambers to cooperate with the first drying system to complete the drying, according to the inner cylinder 3
- the rotation direction switching control one side air chamber 5 to open the air supply, and the other side air chamber to stop the air supply.
- the air blowing direction of the air chamber is controlled to open the air supply corresponding to the lifting side of the clothes, and the lower side is closed to supply the air, and the lifting side of the clothes also changes due to the change of the rotating direction of the inner cylinder. Therefore, the control chamber opening and closing corresponds to the rotation direction switching.
- the above rule is not fixed, and it is also possible to open the air supply on the side where the laundry falls and the other side to close.
- the heating unit for the dryer of the tumble dryer can also use other heating structures such as solar energy, and the air path is heated by an internal condensation cycle (see Figs. 12 and 13). It is also possible to adopt a wind path structure in which the hot and humid air after drying is discharged to the outside.
- the second drying system of the present embodiment includes a first air chamber 51 and a second air chamber 52.
- the first air chamber 51 is located on the left side of the outer cylinder 2, and the second air chamber 52 is located outside.
- the right side of the tube 2, the left and right sides are opposite to the user facing the dryer
- the air supply direction respectively corresponds to the path in which the inner cylinder rotates to lift and drop the clothes, that is, the inner cylinder switches forward and reverse, whether the first air chamber 51 or the second air chamber 52 is corresponding to the clothes lifting. And the path that fell.
- the clothes dryer of this embodiment is further provided with a third air chamber 53 (see FIG. 8) based on the fifth embodiment, and the third air chamber 53 is installed at the bottom of the outer cylinder 2, that is, directly below.
- the direction of the hair is up.
- the inner cylinder 3 is rotating forward or backward, the laundry always falls to the lower portion and is lifted upward from the lower portion, and the angle at which the laundry rolls and falls is different each time, so that the third air chamber 53 can continuously or intermittently open the hot air for a long time. Can better save drying time.
- the clothes dryer of the embodiment is further improved on the basis of the fifth embodiment, wherein the first air chamber 51 is located at the left side of the outer tube 2 and the rear end of the axial direction. An end opposite to the laundry inlet 6; the second plenum 52 is located at the right side of the outer cylinder 2, at the front end in the axial direction, near one end of the laundry inlet 6; the two plenums cover at least 60% of the area in the axial direction.
- the inner and the reverse of the inner cylinder are switched, and the first air chamber and the second air chamber are opened/closed corresponding to the lifting of the clothes, and the front and rear end portions of the outer cylinder are realized, and the air is dried by the side wall of the outer tube, and the clothes are dried. Uniform and does not hurt the clothes, and can reduce the drying time.
- the third air chamber 53 provided on the outer cylinder is located at the bottom of the outer cylinder 2 at an intermediate position in the axial direction, that is, in the axial direction of the outer cylinder 2, the third air chamber 53 is located at the first gas.
- the three plenums cover at least 80% of the area in the axial direction, or are completely covered.
- the left rear end or the right front end of the first air chamber and the second air chamber are not fixed, and may be disposed as a left front end, a right rear end, or a third air chamber front and rear.
- the first air chamber or the second air chamber is in the middle and the like.
- the inner cylinder 3 of the dryer rotates clockwise or most of the time rotates clockwise (refer to FIG. 15), and the inner cylinder 3 rotates to drive the clothes.
- the clothes fall on the right side of the inner tube 3,
- the left side is raised, the left side laundry is in a stacked state, the first air chamber 51 is opened, the second air chamber 52 is closed, and air is introduced from the left rear end of the outer cylinder 2, so that the rear side of the inner cylinder 3 is quickly dried.
- the inner cylinder 3 of the dryer rotates counterclockwise or rotates counterclockwise most of the time, the rotation of the inner cylinder 3 drives the clothes to roll, and the clothes fall on the left side of the inner cylinder 3, and the right side rises.
- the right side laundry is in a stacked state.
- the second air chamber 52 is opened, the first air chamber 51 is closed, and air is introduced from the front end of the right outer tube 2, and the clothes on the front side of the inner tube 3 are concentrated and dried.
- the control method cooperates with the first drying system to dry the clothes in an all-round manner, and avoids the continuous drying of the local clothes, so that the clothes fibers lose elasticity due to overdrying, and are easily broken, resulting in wear of the clothes.
- the intermediate period of the drying period may be increased, the proportion of the time of the forward and reverse rotation of the inner cylinder may be adjusted, and the opening and closing switching of the first air chamber 51 and the second air chamber 52 may be controlled; or, in the middle of the drying period, the third air chamber 53 may be opened.
- the first air chamber 51 and the second air chamber 52 on the left and right sides are closed; or, in the middle of the drying, the third air chamber 53 is supplied with the first air chamber 51 and the second air chamber 52, respectively.
- the drying time segmentation can be separated according to the temperature rising phase of the existing drying process, the temperature stationary phase and the temperature secondary rising phase, or separated according to the detected humidity and temperature changes.
- the heat of the clothes causes the temperature to rise rapidly to about 50 ° C; then the rate of temperature rise tends to be slow and steady, this stage is the period when the water vapor evaporates most, the heat is absorbed by the water and the temperature rises slowly.
- the rate of temperature rise in the cylinder will increase sharply again. This time means that the drying is nearing the end.
- the above two tumble dryers of the present invention comprise a dry clothes structure of a washing and drying machine, and a check valve 8 is arranged on the air inlet pipe 7 of each air chamber 5,
- the valve 8 can prevent water from entering the heating unit, or prevent the washing water from leaking when the washing machine is in the laundry; each of the air chambers 5 communicates with the air passage through the same air distribution valve 9, and the air distribution valve 9 controls the ventilation of each air chamber. Closed, or, each of the air chambers is respectively connected with the air passage, and each of the air chambers is provided with an opening control valve one by one.
- the number of the air chambers 5 of the above two tumble dryers of the present invention is not known to be two or three, and four or five or the like may be provided, not only in the circumferential direction of the outer cylinder. It can be increased and can also be increased in the axial direction.
- the air chamber 5 includes an air inlet 54 and an opening 55.
- the air inlet cover 56 is mounted on the opening 55.
- the ventilation cover 56 is evenly distributed with a plurality of ventilation holes 57.
- the air intake is uniform and no turbulence is formed.
