无线电通信频谱是一种宝贵的自然资源。随着无线业务的迅速增长,对频谱资源的需求越来越大。目前,频谱分配方法采用固定频谱管理(Fixed Spectrum Management,FSM)方法,即将已授权频谱固定的分配给不同的运营商,一旦完成频谱的分配就不再更改。
研究发现某些频段,例如电视频段,在大多数时间内并未使用或者在大多数地域内并未使用,而某些频段则出现了多系统多用户同时竞争的情况,即某些业务承载量很大的系统没有足够的频谱资源而另外一些业务承载量不大的系统却占用了太多的资源,从而导致频谱资源利用率较低。
可见,传统的频谱分配方法缺乏灵活性,频谱资源利用率较低。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种频谱分配和信息上报方法、装置,用于解决传统的频谱分配方法缺乏灵活性,频谱资源利用率较低的问题。

本发明实施例提供的方法、装置和设备中,用户设备根据在每个频谱单元上检测到的参考信号进行信道估计,并将信道估计得到的信道质量信息,上报给所属基站;基站将所辖的各用户设备在每个频谱单元上的信道质量信息,上报给运营商的网管设备;运营商的网管设备对所辖的各用户设备在每个频谱单元上的信道质量进行处理,得到该频谱单元上的增益信息,并上报给频谱管理中心;频谱管理中心根据各运营商的网管设备上报的在各频谱单元上的增益信息,为各运营商重新配置频谱资源,从而提高了授权频谱的使用效率。

现有授权(Licensed)频谱的分配方法采用固定频谱管理方法,而本发明针对网络系统自身特性,根据运营商的网管设备上报的增益信息,灵活调整为各运营商已分配的频谱资源,从而提高了授权频谱的使用效率。
本发明中描述的技术方案可用于各种通信系统,例如当前2G、3G通信系统和下一代通信系统,例如全球移动通信系统(GSM,Global System for Mobile communications),码分多址(CDMA,Code Division Multiple Access)系统,时分多址(TDMA,Time Division Multiple Access)系统,宽带码分多址(WCDMA,Wideband Code Division Multiple Access Wireless),频分多址(FDMA,Frequency Division Multiple Addressing)系统,正交频分多址(OFDMA,Orthogonal Frequency-Division Multiple Access)系统,单载波FDMA(SC-FDMA)系统,通用分组无线业务(GPRS,General Packet Radio Service)系统,长期演进(LTE,Long Term Evolution)系统,以及其他此类通信系统。
下面结合说明书附图对本发明实施例作进一步详细描述。应当理解,此处所描述的实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,本发明实施例提供的一种频谱分配方法,该方法包括:
步骤11、在确定满足频谱调整条件后,针对每个频谱单元,接收运营商的网管设备上报的在该频谱单元上的增益信息,其中,频谱单元是对授权频谱进行划分而得到的,运营商的网管设备上报的增益信息是根据归属于该运营商的用户设备在该频谱单元上的信道质量信息得到的。
较佳地,信道质量信息为:参考信号接收质量(Reference Signal Received Quality,RSRQ)、或者参考信号接收功率(Reference Signal Received Power,RSRP)。当然,信道质量信息也可以是其他信息,本发明不限定信道质量信息的具体实现形式。
步骤12、针对每个频谱单元,根据接收到的增益信息,将该频谱单元配置给增益信息最优的运营商,以使该运营商的网管设备在该频谱单元上调度归属于该运营商的用户设备。
本发明实施例中,在确定满足频谱调整条件后,根据各运营商的网管设备上报的在各频谱单元上的增益信息,为各运营商重新配置频谱资源,从而提高了授权频谱的使用效率。
采用本发明提供的频谱分配方法,可以为初始为各运营商分配频谱资源,也可以在各运营商已配置频谱资源后,重新为各运营商分配频谱资源。
较佳地,上述步骤11~步骤12的执行主体为频谱管理中心,其功能是为各运营商分配频谱;在满足频谱调整条件时,调整已为各运营商分配的频谱;以及监测各运营商的频谱使用状况等。
在实施中,根据以下方式确定满足频谱调整条件:
方式1、在设定的频谱调整周期到达时,确定当前满足频谱调整条件。
该方式下,预先配置频谱调整周期,当频谱调整周期到来时,执行频谱分配过程,即该方式为周期性调整。
方式2、在确定出至少一个运营商的频谱需求发生变化时,确定当前满足频谱调整条件。
该方式下,在确定出至少一个运营商所需求的频谱量发生变化时,确定当前满足频谱调整条件,即该方式为事件触发。
该方式下,为了避免频繁调整,较佳地,在确定出至少一个运营商的频谱需求发生变化,且变化量大于设定阈值时,确定满足频谱调整条件。其中,阈值为经验值,可根据需要设定。
该方式下,运营商所需求的频谱量可以由运营商的网管设备上报。
该方式下,在确定出至少一个运营商的频谱需求发生变化后,该方法还包括:向各运营商的网管设备发送第一通知消息,以通知运营商的网管设备上报增益信息。
在实施中,该方法还包括:在授权频谱和/或用于划分频谱单元的颗粒度发生变化时,重新划分频谱单元,并将更新后的频谱单元通知给各运营商的网管设备。
较佳地,重新划分频谱单元,包括以下三种情况:
在授权频谱发生变化时,按照原有的用于划分频谱单元的颗粒度,重新划分频谱单元;或者
在用于划分频谱单元的颗粒度发生变化时,按照更新后的颗粒度,重新划分频谱单元;或者
在授权频谱和用于划分频谱单元的颗粒度均发生变化时,按照更新后的颗粒度,重新划分频谱单元。
需要说明的是,在两种场景下,需要将划分的频谱单元通知给各运营商的网管设备:一是在初始划分频谱单元后,将划分后的频谱单元通知给各运营商的网管设备;二是在重新划分频谱单元后,将更新后的频谱单元通知各运营商的网管设备。
在实施中,初始划分频谱单元时,根据设定的用于划分频谱单元的颗粒度,对授权频谱进行划分,得到多个频谱单元。举例说明,假设授权频谱为M MHz,设定的用于划分频谱单元的颗粒度为P MHz,那么划分得到的频谱单元为N=M/P个。
基于上述任一实施例,该方法还包括:
在确定出为任一运营商所分配的频谱已达到所述任一运营商所需求的频谱量时,向该任一运营商的网管设备发送第二通知消息,以通知该任一运营商的网管设备不再上报任何频谱单元上的增益信息,即该任一运营商退出本次频谱分配过程。
本发明实施例中,步骤11中,针对每个频谱单元,每个基站上报的归属于该基站的用户设备在该频谱单元上的信道质量信息为:
用户设备根据在每个频谱单元上检测到的参考信号进行信道估计而得到的信道质量信息;其中,每个运营商的网管设备在每个频谱单元上均配置用于信道估计的参考信号;或者,每个运营商的网管设备仅在已为自身分配的频谱单元上配置用于信道估计的参考信号。
若每个运营商的网管设备在每个频谱单元上均配置用于信道估计的参考信号,则每个运营商的网管设备所辖的用户设备可以在每个频谱单元上检测到参考信号,以进行信道估计;
若每个运营商的网管设备仅在已为自身分配的频谱单元上配置用于信道估计的参考信号,则每个运营商的网管设备所辖的用户设备可以在该运营商的频谱单元上检测到参考信号,以进行信道估计;为了能检测到除所属的运营商的网管设备之外的其他运营商的网管设备配置的参考信号,该用户设备需要预先确定出其他运营商的网管设备所配置的参考信号所在的物理资源块(PRB,Physical Resource Block)和参考信号的图样信息,从而才能在其他运营商的网管设备的频谱单元上检测到其他运营商的网管设备配置的参考信号,并进行信道估计。
基于同一发明构思,本发明实施例提供的一种信息上报方法,如图2所示,该方法包括:
步骤21、在确定满足上报条件后,针对每个频谱单元,将该频谱单元通知给所辖的每个基站,其中,该频谱单元是频谱管理中心对授权频谱进行划分而得到的。
步骤22、针对每个频谱单元,接收每个基站上报的归属于该基站的用户设备在该频谱单元上的信道质量信息。
较佳地,信道质量信息为:RSRQ或者RSRP。当然,信道质量信息也可以是其他信息,本发明不限定信道质量信息的具体实现形式。
较佳地,基站上报的归属于该基站的用户设备在该频谱单元上的信道质量信息,可以是对用户设备多次上报的在该频谱单元上的信道质量信息进行线性处理(例如求平均值)而得到的。
步骤23、针对每个频谱单元,根据接收到的用户设备在该频谱单元上的信道质量信息,计算出该频谱单元上的增益信息,并将确定出的增益信息上报给频谱管理中心,以使频谱管理中心根据该增益信息对已分配给运营商的频谱进行调整。
本发明实施例中,在确定满足上报条件后,针对每个频谱单元,将该频谱单元通知给所辖的每个基站;接收每个基站上报的归属于该基站的用户设备在该频谱单元上的信道质量信息;根据接收到的用户设备在该频谱单元上的信道质量信息,计算出该频谱单元上的增益信息,并将确定出的增益信息上报给频谱管理中心,以使频谱管理中心根据该增益信息对已分配给运营商的频谱进行调整,从而提高了授权频谱的使用效率。
较佳地,上述步骤21~步骤23的执行主体为运营商的网管设备。其中,该网管设备可以为一个服务器。
在实施中,确定满足上报条件,包括以下三种方式:
方式一、在设定的频谱调整周期到达时,确定满足上报条件。
方式二、在确定自身所需求的频谱量发生变化时,确定满足上报条件。
方式三、在接收到频谱管理中心发送的第一通知消息后,确定满足上报条件,该第一通知消息用以通知各运营商的网管设备上报在各频谱单元上的增益信息。
在实施中,该方法还包括:在接收到频谱管理中心发送的第二通知消息后,不再上报任何所述频谱单元上的增益信息,该第二通知消息用于通知运营商的网管设备不再上报任何频谱单元上的增益信息,此时该运营商退出本次频谱分配过程。
在实施中,步骤23中,针对每个频谱单元,根据接收到的用户设备在该频谱单元上的信道质量信息,计算出该频谱单元上的增益信息,还包括:
根据用户设备的业务优先级信息、用户设备的吞吐量信息、基站为用户设备已分配的PRB数量、用户设备使用基站为其已分配的PRB的时长中的至少一种信息,计算出该频谱单元上的增益信息。
较佳地,可以根据预先配置的用户设备的业务优先级信息与权值的对应关系,确定出用户设备的业务优先级信息对应的权值,用以计算增益信息;其中,用户设备的业务优先级越高,计算出的增益信息越大。
较佳地,根据各用户设备的吞吐量信息确定各用户设备的业务量影响因子,并将确定出的业务量影响因子作为加权值,用以计算该频谱单元上的增益信息。
举例说明,假设归属于该基站的用户设备数量为N,吞吐量分别为OTA1,OTA2,…,OTAN,则定义第i个用户设备的业务量影响因子为:

较佳地,可以根据预先配置的用户设备使用基站为其已分配的PRB的时长与权值的对应关系,确定出用户设备使用基站为其已分配的PRB的时长对应的权值,用以计算增益信息;其中,用户设备使用基站为其已分配的PRB的时长越长,计算出的增益信息越小。
本发明实施例中,步骤22中,针对每个频谱单元,每个基站上报的归属于该基站的用户设备在该频谱单元上的信道质量信息为:

若每个运营商的网管设备仅在已为自身分配的频谱单元上配置用于信道估计的参考信号,则每个运营商的网管设备所辖的用户设备可以在该运营商的频谱单元上检测到参考信号,以进行信道估计;为了能检测到除所属的运营商的网管设备之外的其他运营商的网管设备配置的参考信号,该用户设备需要预先确定出其他运营商的网管设备所配置的参考信号所在的PRB和参考信号的图样信息,从而才能在其他运营商的网管设备的频谱单元上检测到其他运营商的网管设备配置的参考信号,并进行信道估计。
基于同一发明构思,本发明实施例提供的另一种信息上报方法,如图3所示,该方法包括:
步骤31、在确定满足上报条件后,根据在每个频谱单元上检测到的参考信号进行信道估计,频谱单元是频谱管理中心对授权频谱进行划分而得到的。
其中,确定满足上报条件,包括:
在设定的频谱调整周期到达时,确定满足上报条件;或者
在接收到所属基站发送的第三通知消息后,确定满足上报条件,该第三通知消息用以通知所辖的各用户设备上报在各频谱单元上的信道质量信息。
步骤32、将信道估计得到的信道质量信息,上报给所属基站。
较佳地,信道质量信息为:RSRQ或者RSRP。当然,信道质量信息也可以是其他信息,本发明不限定信道质量信息的具体实现形式。
其中,每个运营商的网管设备在每个频谱单元上均配置用于信道估计的参考信号;或者,每个运营商的网管设备仅在已为自身分配的频谱单元上配置用于信道估计的参考信
号。
本发明实施例中,在确定满足频谱调整条件后,根据在每个频谱单元上检测到的参考信号进行信道估计,将信道估计得到的信道质量信息,上报给所属基站。基站将所辖的各用户设备在每个频谱单元上的信道质量信息,上报给运营商的网管设备;进一步,,从而提高了授权频谱的使用效率。
本发明实施例的步骤31~步骤32的执行主体为用户设备。
在实施中,若每个运营商的网管设备在每个频谱单元上均配置用于信道估计的参考信号,则每个运营商的网管设备所辖的用户设备可以在每个频谱单元上检测到参考信号,以进行信道估计;
若每个运营商的网管设备仅在已为自身分配的频谱单元上配置用于信道估计的参考信号,则每个运营商的网管设备所辖的用户设备可以在该运营商的频谱单元上检测到参考信号,以进行信道估计;为了能检测到除所属的运营商的网管设备之外的其他运营商的网管设备配置的参考信号,较佳地,步骤31中,根据在每个频谱单元上检测到的参考信号进行信道估计之前,还包括:
确定除所属运营商之外的其他运营商的网管设备配置的参考信号所在的PRB和参考信号的图样信息。
其中,各运营商的网管设备配置的参考信号所在的PRB和参考信号的图样信息可以预先设定,并通过协议配置到运营商的网管设备、基站和用户设备;也可以由运营商的网管设备通知给基站,再由基站通知给各用户设备。本发明不限定用户设备获取除所属运营商之外的其他运营商的网管设备配置的参考信号所在的PRB和参考信号的图样信息的方式。
由于用户设备在进行信道估计之前,已确定出其他运营商的网管设备所配置的参考信号所在的PRB和参考信号的图样信息,从而能够在其他运营商的网管设备的频谱单元上检测到其他运营商的网管设备配置的参考信号,并进行信道估计。
下面以根据接收到的用户设备在该频谱单元上的信道质量信息和用户设备的吞吐量信息,计算出该频谱单元上的增益信息为例进行说明。

实施例一、从各装置的交互过程来说明本发明所提供的频谱分配方法和信息上报方法。如图4所示,包括:
步骤41、频谱管理中心判断动态频谱调整周期T是否到达;
若是,执行步骤42;
若否,结束流程。
步骤42、频谱管理中心将所有的授权频谱P,划分为N个频谱单元,则每个频谱单元的频谱资源为P/N,并预分配给各运营商的网管设备;
步骤43、运营商的网管设备依次将各频谱单元通过移动管理实体(MME,Mobile Management Entity),由S1接口通知给演进型节点B(e-NodeB,evoloved NodeB)。
步骤44、运营商的网管设备根据e-NodeB上报的在该频谱单元上的信道质量信息,计算该频谱单元上的增益信息,并将计算出的增益信息上报给频谱管理中心。
步骤45、频谱管理中心接收各运营商的网管设备上报的增益信息,并进行频谱分配判决,将该频谱单元分配给具有最好性能增益的运营商,即增益信息最优的运营商。

实施例二、假设运营商A需求5MHz频谱资源,运营商B需求10MHz频谱资源,频谱管理中心总共有10MHz频谱资源可供分配。
1:待动态频谱调整周期T到达时进行频谱分配。
2:频谱管理中心将所有的频谱10MHz,划分为2个频谱单元,则每个频谱单元的频谱资源为5MHz,并通知给各运营商。
3:各运营商通过MME或S-GW通知e-NodeB临时配置第一个5MHz频谱单元。
4:e-NodeB根据用户设备多次上报的RSRQ值计算线性平均值,MME或S-GW根据e-NodeB上报的RSRQ线性平均值以及用户设备的吞吐量信息计算增益值。假设若运营商A计算的增益值为2dB,运营商B计算的增益值为-1dB。
5:频谱管理中心将第一个5MHz频谱单元分配给增益值较大的运营商,即运营商A。
6:频谱管理中心确定运营商A已满足频谱分配需求,并通知运营商A退出后续频谱分配。
7:运营商B确定还有频谱单元未分配完毕,则返回步骤3继续进行频谱资源的分配,
8:由于运营商A已退出频谱分配竞争,因此第二个5MHz频谱单元分配给运营商B。
上述方法处理流程可以用软件程序实现,该软件程序可以存储在存储介质中,当存储的软件程序被调用时,执行上述方法步骤。

较佳地,若每个运营商的网管设备仅在已为自身分配的频谱单元上配置用于信道估计的参考信号,信道估计单元71根据在每个频谱单元上检测到的参考信号进行信道估计之前,还用于:
确定除所属运营商之外的其他运营商的网管设备配置的参考信号所在的PRB和参考信号的图样信息。
较佳地,信道质量信息为:RSRQ、或者RSRP。当然,信道质量信息也可以是其他
信息,本发明不限定信道质量信息的具体实现形式。
基于同一发明构思,本发明实施例还提供了一种频谱管理中心,如图8所示,该频谱管理中心包括:收发信机81、以及与该收发信机81连接的至少一个处理器82,其中:
收发信机81被配置用于:在处理器82确定满足频谱调整条件后,针对每个频谱单元,接收运营商的网管设备上报的在该频谱单元上的增益信息,其中,该频谱单元是对授权频谱进行划分而得到的,运营商的网管设备上报的增益信息是根据归属于该运营商的用户设备在频谱单元上的信道质量信息得到的;
处理器82被配置用于:根据收发信机81接收到的增益信息,将该频谱单元配置给增益信息最优的运营商,以使该运营商的网管设备在该频谱单元上调度归属于该运营商的用户设备。
其中,收发信机81与处理器82之间可以通过总线连接。
较佳地,处理器82被配置根据以下方式确定满足频谱调整条件:
在设定的频谱调整周期到达时,确定满足频谱调整条件;或者
在确定出至少一个运营商所需求的频谱量发生变化时,确定满足频谱调整条件。
较佳地,处理器82被配置在确定出至少一个运营商所需求的频谱量发生变化后,收发信机81还被配置用于:
向各运营商的网管设备发送第一通知消息,以通知所述运营商的网管设备上报所述增益信息。
较佳地,处理器82还被配置用于:
在授权频谱和/或用于划分所述频谱单元的颗粒度发生变化时,重新划分所述频谱单元,并使收发信机81将更新后的频谱单元通知给各运营商的网管设备。
较佳地,处理器82还被配置用于:
在确定出为任一运营商所分配的频谱已达到所述任一运营商所需求的频谱量时,使收发信机81向所述任一运营商的网管设备发送第二通知消息,以通知所述任一运营商的网管设备不再上报任何所述频谱单元上的增益信息。
基于上述任一实施例,信道质量信息为:RSRQ、或者RSRP。
需要说明的是,针对每个频谱单元,每个基站上报的归属于该基站的用户设备在该频谱单元上的信道质量信息为:
用户设备根据在每个频谱单元上检测到的参考信号进行信道估计而得到的信道质量信息;其中,每个运营商的网管设备在每个频谱单元上均配置用于信道估计的参考信号;或者,每个运营商的网管设备仅在已为自身分配的频谱单元上配置用于信道估计的参考信号。
若每个运营商的网管设备在每个频谱单元上均配置用于信道估计的参考信号,则每个
运营商的网管设备所辖的用户设备可以在每个频谱单元上检测到参考信号,以进行信道估计;
若每个运营商的网管设备仅在已为自身分配的频谱单元上配置用于信道估计的参考信号,则每个运营商的网管设备所辖的用户设备可以在该运营商的频谱单元上检测到参考信号,以进行信道估计;为了能检测到除所属的运营商的网管设备之外的其他运营商的网管设备配置的参考信号,该用户设备需要预先确定出其他运营商的网管设备所配置的参考信号所在的PRB和参考信号的图样信息,从而才能在其他运营商的网管设备的频谱单元上检测到其他运营商的网管设备配置的参考信号,并进行信道估计。
基于同一发明构思,本发明实施例还提供了一种运营商的网管设备,如图9所示,该网管设备包括:收发信机91、以及与该收发信机91连接的至少一个处理器92,其中:
收发信机91被配置用于:在处理器92确定满足上报条件后,将该频谱单元通知给所辖的每个基站,该频谱单元是频谱管理中心对授权频谱进行划分而得到的;接收所述基站上报的归属于所述基站的用户设备在该频谱单元上的信道质量信息;
处理器92被配置用于:根据收发信机91接收到的所述用户设备在该频谱单元上的信道质量信息,计算出该频谱单元上的增益信息,并使收发信机91将计算出的增益信息上报给所述频谱管理中心。
较佳地,处理器92被配置具体用于:
在设定的频谱调整周期到达时,确定满足上报条件;或者
在确定自身所属的运营商所需求的频谱量发生变化时,确定满足上报条件;或者
在收发信机91接收到所述频谱管理中心发送的第一通知消息后,确定满足上报条件。
较佳地,收发信机91还被配置用于:在接收到所述频谱管理中心发送的第二通知消息后,不再上报任何所述频谱单元上的增益信息。
较佳地,处理器92还被配置用于:
根据所述用户设备的业务优先级信息、所述用户设备的吞吐量信息、所述基站为所述用户设备已分配的PRB数量、所述用户设备使用所述基站为其已分配的PRB的时长中的至少一种信息,计算出该频谱单元上的增益信息。
基于上述任一实施例,信道质量信息为:RSRQ、或者RSRP。
本发明实施例中,针对每个频谱单元,每个基站上报的归属于该基站的用户设备在该频谱单元上的信道质量信息为:
用户设备根据在每个频谱单元上检测到的参考信号进行信道估计而得到的信道质量信息;其中,每个运营商的网管设备在每个频谱单元上均配置用于信道估计的参考信号;或者,每个运营商的网管设备仅在已为自身分配的频谱单元上配置用于信道估计的参考信号。
若每个运营商的网管设备在每个频谱单元上均配置用于信道估计的参考信号,则每个运营商的网管设备所辖的用户设备可以在每个频谱单元上检测到参考信号,以进行信道估计;
若每个运营商的网管设备仅在已为自身分配的频谱单元上配置用于信道估计的参考信号,则每个运营商的网管设备所辖的用户设备可以在该运营商的频谱单元上检测到参考信号,以进行信道估计;为了能检测到除所属的运营商的网管设备之外的其他运营商的网管设备配置的参考信号,该用户设备需要预先确定出其他运营商的网管设备所配置的参考信号所在的PRB和参考信号的图样信息,从而才能在其他运营商的网管设备的频谱单元上检测到其他运营商的网管设备配置的参考信号,并进行信道估计。
基于同一发明构思,本发明实施例还提供了一种用户设备,如图10所示,该用户设备包括:收发信机101、以及与该收发信机101连接的至少一个处理器102,其中:
处理器102被配置用于:在确定满足上报条件后,根据在每个频谱单元上检测到的参考信号进行信道估计,所述频谱单元是频谱管理中心对授权频谱进行划分而得到的;
收发信机101被配置用于:将处理器102得到的信道质量信息,上报给所属基站;
其中,每个运营商的网管设备在每个所述频谱单元上均配置用于信道估计的参考信号;或者,每个运营商的网管设备仅在已为自身分配的频谱单元上配置用于信道估计的参考信号。
其中,收发信机101与处理器102之间可以通过总线连接。
较佳地,若每个运营商的网管设备仅在已为自身分配的频谱单元上配置用于信道估计的参考信号,处理器102根据在每个频谱单元上检测到的参考信号进行信道估计之前,还用于:
确定除所属运营商之外的其他运营商的网管设备配置的参考信号所在的PRB和参考信号的图样信息。

Claims (24)
- 一种频谱分配方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:在确定满足频谱调整条件后,针对每个频谱单元执行以下处理:接收运营商的网管设备上报的在该频谱单元上的增益信息,其中,该频谱单元是对授权频谱进行划分而得到的,运营商的网管设备上报的增益信息是根据归属于该运营商的用户设备在所述频谱单元上的信道质量信息得到的;根据接收到的增益信息,将该频谱单元配置给增益信息最优的运营商,以使该运营商的网管设备在该频谱单元上调度归属于该运营商的用户设备。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,根据以下方式确定满足频谱调整条件:在设定的频谱调整周期到达时,确定满足频谱调整条件;或者在确定出至少一个运营商所需求的频谱量发生变化时,确定满足频谱调整条件。
- 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在确定出至少一个运营商所需求的频谱量发生变化后,该方法还包括:向各运营商的网管设备发送第一通知消息,以通知所述运营商的网管设备上报所述增益信息。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:在授权频谱和/或用于划分所述频谱单元的颗粒度发生变化时,重新划分所述频谱单元,并将更新后的频谱单元通知给各运营商的网管设备。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:在确定出为任一运营商所分配的频谱已达到所述任一运营商所需求的频谱量时,向所述任一运营商的网管设备发送第二通知消息,以通知所述任一运营商的网管设备不再上报任何所述频谱单元上的增益信息。
- 如权利要求1~5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述信道质量信息为:参考信号接收质量RSRQ、或者参考信号接收功率RSRP。
- 一种信息上报方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:在确定满足上报条件后,针对每个频谱单元执行以下处理:将该频谱单元通知给所辖的每个基站,该频谱单元是频谱管理中心对授权频谱进行划分而得到的;接收所述基站上报的归属于所述基站的用户设备在该频谱单元上的信道质量信息;根据接收到的所述用户设备在该频谱单元上的信道质量信息,计算出该频谱单元上的增益信息,并将确定出的增益信息上报给所述频谱管理中心。
- 如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,确定满足上报条件,包括:在设定的频谱调整周期到达时,确定满足上报条件;或者在确定自身所需求的频谱量发生变化时,确定满足上报条件;或者在接收到所述频谱管理中心发送的第一通知消息后,确定满足上报条件。
- 如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:在接收到所述频谱管理中心发送的第二通知消息后,不再上报任何所述频谱单元上的增益信息。
- 如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,针对每个所述频谱单元,根据接收到的所述用户设备在该频谱单元上的信道质量信息,计算出该频谱单元上的增益信息,还包括:根据所述用户设备的业务优先级信息、所述用户设备的吞吐量信息、所述基站为所述用户设备已分配的物理资源块PRB数量、所述用户设备使用所述基站为其已分配的PRB的时长中的至少一种信息,计算出该频谱单元上的增益信息。
- 如权利要求7~10任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述信道质量信息为:参考信号接收质量RSRQ、或者参考信号接收功率RSRP。
- 一种信息上报方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:在确定满足上报条件后,根据在每个频谱单元上检测到的参考信号进行信道估计,所述频谱单元是频谱管理中心对授权频谱进行划分而得到的;将信道估计得到的信道质量信息,上报给所属基站;其中,每个运营商的网管设备在每个所述频谱单元上均配置用于信道估计的参考信号;或者,每个运营商的网管设备仅在已为自身分配的频谱单元上配置用于信道估计的参考信号。
- 如权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,若每个运营商的网管设备仅在已为自身分配的频谱单元上配置用于信道估计的参考信号,根据在每个频谱单元上检测到的参考信号进行信道估计之前,还包括:确定除所属运营商之外的其他运营商的网管设备配置的参考信号所在的物理资源块PRB和参考信号的图样信息。
- 一种频谱分配装置,其特征在于,该装置包括:处理单元,用于在确定满足频谱调整条件后,针对每个频谱单元,接收运营商的网管设备上报的在该频谱单元上的增益信息,其中,该频谱单元是对授权频谱进行划分而得到的,运营商的网管设备上报的增益信息是根据归属于该运营商的用户设备在所述频谱单元上的信道质量信息得到的;频谱分配单元,根据所述处理单元接收到的增益信息,将该频谱单元配置给增益信息最优的运营商,以使该运营商的网管设备在该频谱单元上调度归属于该运营商的用户设备。
- 如权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元根据以下方式确定满足频谱调整条件:在设定的频谱调整周期到达时,确定满足频谱调整条件;或者在确定出至少一个运营商所需求的频谱量发生变化时,确定满足频谱调整条件。
- 如权利要求15所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元在确定出至少一个运营商所需求的频谱量发生变化后,还用于:向各运营商的网管设备发送第一通知消息,以通知所述运营商的网管设备上报所述增益信息。
- 如权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元还用于:在授权频谱和/或用于划分所述频谱单元的颗粒度发生变化时,重新划分所述频谱单元,并将更新后的频谱单元通知给各运营商的网管设备。
- 如权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述频谱调整单元还用于:在确定出为任一运营商所分配的频谱已达到所述任一运营商所需求的频谱量时,向所述任一运营商的网管设备发送第二通知消息,以通知所述任一运营商的网管设备不再上报任何所述频谱单元上的增益信息。
- 一种信息上报装置,其特征在于,该装置包括:确定单元,用于在确定满足上报条件后,针对每个频谱单元,将该频谱单元通知给所辖的每个基站,该频谱单元是频谱管理中心对授权频谱进行划分而得到的;接收单元,用于接收所述基站上报的归属于所述基站的用户设备在该频谱单元上的信道质量信息;上报单元,用于根据所述接收单元接收到的所述用户设备在该频谱单元上的信道质量信息,计算出该频谱单元上的增益信息,并将计算出的增益信息上报给所述频谱管理中心。
- 如权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定单元具体用于:在设定的频谱调整周期到达时,确定满足上报条件;或者在确定自身所属的运营商所需求的频谱量发生变化时,确定满足上报条件;或者在接收到所述频谱管理中心发送的第一通知消息后,确定满足上报条件。
- 如权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接收单元还用于:接收到所述频谱管理中心发送的第二通知消息;所述上报单元还用于:在所述接收单元接收到所述第二通知消息后,不再上报任何所述频谱单元上的增益信息。
- 如权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述上报单元还用于:根据所述用户设备的业务优先级信息、所述用户设备的吞吐量信息、所述基站为所述用户设备已分配的PRB数量、所述用户设备使用所述基站为其已分配的PRB的时长中的 至少一种信息,计算出该频谱单元上的增益信息。
- 一种信息上报装置,其特征在于,该装置包括:信道估计单元,用于在确定满足上报条件后,根据在每个频谱单元上检测到的参考信号进行信道估计,所述频谱单元是频谱管理中心对授权频谱进行划分而得到的;发送单元,用于将所述信道估计单元得到的信道质量信息,上报给所属基站;其中,每个运营商的网管设备在每个所述频谱单元上均配置用于信道估计的参考信号;或者,每个运营商的网管设备仅在已为自身分配的频谱单元上配置用于信道估计的参考信号。
- 如权利要求23所述的装置,其特征在于,若每个运营商的网管设备仅在已为自身分配的频谱单元上配置用于信道估计的参考信号,所述信道估计单元根据在每个频谱单元上检测到的参考信号进行信道估计之前,还用于:确定除所属运营商之外的其他运营商的网管设备配置的参考信号所在的物理资源块PRB和参考信号的图样信息。
