进一步的, 在本实施例中, 所述第二弹片 114设置于所述第二凹槽 112之 中,且第二弹片 114位于所述第一凹槽 111与所述第二凹槽 112重叠部分之外。 具体的, 由于所述第二凹槽 112用于放置第二数码卡 40, 且相对应的, 第二 弹片 114用于连接于所述第二数码卡 40。 在本实施例中, 由于第二数码卡 40 为 SD卡, 其上触点通常仅设置于 SD卡侧边边缘。 因此在本实施例中, 第二 弹片 114的触点也相应设置于所述第二凹槽 112的边缘部分,且位于第二数码 卡 40, 从而避免第一弹片 113与第二弹片 114相互干涉, 防止第一数码卡 30 与第二数码卡 40在各自装设的过程中造成各自的触点损伤。
进一步的, 所述第一凹槽 111、 第二凹槽 112与所述托盘信号端子 115设 置于所述托盘 11相对的两面。所述托盘信号端子 115设置于所述托盘 11边缘。 具体的, 当托盘 11插入所述卡座 13, 且第一凹槽 111及第二凹槽 112的朝向 上方时, 则所述托盘 11的所述托盘信号端子 115朝向下方, 并电性连接于所 述卡座 13的插接端子 1311。
请再次参见图 1, 进一步的, 所述数码卡连接器 10还设有连接于所述托 盘 11的压板 15,所述压板 15与所述第一凹槽 111及第二凹槽 112之间设有间 隙, 当所述第一数码卡 30设置于第一凹槽 111或第二数码卡 40设置于第二凹 槽 112中时, 所述第一数码卡 30或第二数码卡 40卡持固定于所述压板 15与 所述托盘 11之间的间隙之中。压板 15用于压持固定设置于第一凹槽 111或第 二凹槽 112中的数码卡, 从而防止数码卡在托盘 11插拔过程中松脱或掉出。 在本实施例中, 所述第一弹片 113及第二弹片 114具有弹性, 当数码卡设置于 第一凹槽 111或第二凹槽 112中时,数码卡压持第一弹片 113或第二弹片 114, 第一弹片 113或第二弹片 114与压板 15抵持于数码卡两侧, 从而进一步将数 码卡稳固设置于第一凹槽 111或第二凹槽 112中。
请一并参见图 3-5。 进一步的, 所述卡座 13还设有连接于所述座体 131 的盖体 133, 所述托盘 11插接于所述座体 131的插接腔体 1310时, 所述卡座 13的盖体 133罩设于所述托盘 11的第一凹槽 111及设置于所述第一凹槽 111 中的第一数码卡 30或第二凹槽 112及设置于第二凹槽 112中的第二数码卡 40。 所述卡座 13的盖体 133用于对托盘 11形成保护。 在本实施例中, 所述盖体 133包括顶壁 1331及分别连接于顶壁 1331相对两个侧边的侧壁 1333,所述盖 体 133大体呈 U型, 所述座体 131设置于所述盖体 133的端部, 且卡持固定 于盖体 133的两个侧壁 1333之间。 所述顶壁 1331上还可开设通孔 1335, 从 而便于使用者透过所述通孔 1335观察数据卡与第一凹槽 111或第二凹槽 112 的放置情况。
进一步的, 所述卡座 13还设有限位弹片 135, 当所述托盘 11插接于所述 卡座 13时, 所述限位弹片 135抵持于所述托盘 11以将所述托盘 11 固定连接 于所述卡座 13。 在本实施例中, 所述限位弹片 135位于所述盖体 133的侧壁 1333内侧并对应所述托盘 11的侧边。
进一步的, 所述限位弹片 135的设置数量为两个, 当所述托盘 11插接于 所述卡座 13时,所述两个限位弹片 135分别抵持于所述托盘 11相对设置的两 个侧边。
进一步的, 所述限位弹片 135包括连接于所述盖体 133的固定端 1351、 相对于所述盖体 133脱离的活动端 1353及设置于所述固定端 1351与所述活动 端 1353之间的卡持部 1355, 所述托盘 11的侧边对应所述限位弹片 135的卡 持部 1355的凹部 117, 所述卡持部 1355朝向所述托盘 11的凹部 117凸起, 当所述托盘 11插接于所述卡座 13时, 所述限位弹片 135的卡持部 1355卡持 固定于所述托盘 11的凹部 117中。所述限位弹片 135用于在托盘 11插入所述 卡座 13时起导向及固定作用。
使用本发明的数码卡连接器 10时, 将数码卡装设于第一凹槽 111或第二 凹槽 112中,并通过设置于托盘 11的第一弹片 113、第二弹片 114电性连接至 托盘 11的托盘信号端子 115。 将装有数码卡的托盘 11插接于卡座 13并与卡 座 13的插接端子 1311电性连接。
本发明的数码卡连接器 10与一个托盘 11中设置第一凹槽 111及第二凹槽
112, 便于不同类型的数码卡以二选一的形式装设于托盘 11, 且适用于不同数 码卡的第一弹片 113及第二弹片 114集成于同一托盘 11, 集成度高, 由此实 现了在不增加布局空间的前提下, 通过一个数码卡连接器 10灵活满足用户的 不同用卡需求。 且由于第一弹片 113与第二弹片 114设置于托盘 11, 并进一 步通过托盘信号端子 115与第一弹片 113与第二弹片 114相互电性连接。从而 可简化卡座 13设计,只需其设置插接端子 1311与托盘 11的托盘信号端子 115 电性连接即可,简化了卡座 13的制程工艺,降低了卡座 13的制造及安装需求。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之 权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种数码卡连接器, 其特征在于: 包括托盘及卡座;
所述托盘设有用于容置第一数码卡的第一凹槽及用于容置第二数码卡的 第二凹槽, 所述第一凹槽与所述第二凹槽部分重叠; 所述托盘的第一凹槽内设 有用于连接第一数码卡的第一弹片,所述第二凹槽内设有用于连接第二数码卡 的第二弹片; 当所述第一数码卡容置于所述第一凹槽时, 所述第一弹片与所述 第一数码卡的触点相接触; 当所述第二数码卡容置于所述第二凹槽时, 所述第 二弹片与所述第二数码卡的触点相接触;
所述托盘还设有电性连接于所述第一弹片及第二弹片的托盘信号端子;所 述卡座设有座体, 所述座体开设有用于插接所述托盘的插接腔体, 所述插接腔 体内设有用于电性连接所述托盘信号端子的插接端子;所述托盘插接于所述座 体的插接腔体时,所述托盘的托盘信号端子电性连接于所述卡座的插接腔体内 的插接端子。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的数码卡连接器, 其特征在于: 所述第一弹片设置 于所述第一凹槽与所述第二凹槽相互重叠部分之中,所述第二弹片设置于所述 第二凹槽之中, 且第二弹片位于所述第一凹槽与所述第二凹槽重叠部分之外。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的数码卡连接器, 其特征在于: 所述第一凹槽、 第 二凹槽与所述托盘信号端子设置于所述托盘相对的两面。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的数码卡连接器, 其特征在于: 所述托盘信号端子 设置于所述托盘边缘。
5、 如权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的数码卡连接器, 其特征在于: 所述 数码卡连接器还设有连接于所述托盘的压板,所述压板与所述第一凹槽及第二 凹槽之间设有间隙,当所述第一数码卡设置于第一凹槽或第二数码卡设置于第 二凹槽中时,所述第一数码卡或第二数码卡卡持固定于所述压板与所述托盘之 间的间隙之中。
6、 如权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的数码卡连接器, 其特征在于: 所述 卡座还设有连接于所述座体的盖体, 所述托盘插接于所述座体的插接腔体时, 所述卡座的盖体罩设于所述托盘的第一凹槽及设置于所述第一凹槽中的第一 数码卡或第二凹槽及设置于第二凹槽中的第二数码卡。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的数码卡连接器, 其特征在于: 所述卡座还设有限 位弹片, 当所述托盘插接于所述卡座时, 所述限位弹片抵持于所述托盘以将所 述托盘固定连接于所述卡座。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的数码卡连接器, 其特征在于: 所述限位弹片的设 置数量为两个, 当所述托盘插接于所述卡座时, 所述两个限位弹片分别抵持于 所述托盘相对设置的两个侧边。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的数码卡连接器, 其特征在于: 所述限位弹片包括 连接于所述盖体的固定端、相对于所述盖体脱离的活动端及设置于所述固定端 与所述活动端之间的卡持部,所述托盘的侧边对应所述限位弹片的卡持部的凹 部, 所述卡持部朝向所述托盘的凹部凸起, 当所述托盘插接于所述卡座时, 所 述限位弹片的卡持部卡持固定于所述托盘的凹部中。
10、 如权利要求 1所述的数码卡连接器, 其特征在于: 所述第一数码卡为 SIM卡, 所述第二数码卡位 SD卡。
