Abstract

Provided are a system and a method for processing information using a wearable device. The method for processing information using a wearable device according to the present invention comprises the steps of: (S100) designating a route number of a particular bus; (S110) a glasses-type wearable device acquiring a foreground video or image; (S120) recognizing the route number of a vehicle appearing in the foreground video or image; and (S130) if the recognized route number matches the designated route number, then providing a notice of the bus arrival to the user. According to the present invention, a situation in which a user, who is wearing a glasses-type wearable device and is waiting for a bus, misses a bus while engaged in other work via the glasses-type wearable device can be prevented from ocurring.
