Description

集群通信业务处理方法、核心网设备及UE、存储介质 技术领域
本发明涉及移动通信技术,尤其涉及一种集群通信业务处理方法、核心网设备及用户设备(UE,User Experiment)、存储介质。
背景技术
集群通信业务是指利用具有信道共用和动态分配等技术特点的集群通信系统组成的集群通信共网,为多个部门、单位等集团用户提供的专用指挥调度等集群通信业务。随着通信网络的不断发展,集群通信系统将提供日益丰富的集群通信业务。目前,常见的集群通信业务有两种:一种是呼叫类业务,例如即按即说(Push To Talk,PTT)的组呼业务;另一种是非呼叫类业务,例如短信、图片、定位、遥闭、遥开、PTT信息更新等业务。
在集群通信业务中,主动发起集群通信业务请求的用户设备具有话语权,属于话语权用户设备,其他接收集群通信业务请求的用户设备属于非话语权用户设备。具体来说,话语权用户设备通过上行控制信道将集群通信业务请求消息发送至集群核心网设备,集群核心网设备解析该集群通信业务请求消息,根据该集群通信业务请求消息中所带的内容(如呼叫类型、呼叫属性等)确定业务类型和群组标识,集群核心网设备根据群组标识生成寻呼消息,并将其发送至基站,基站通过寻呼信道将寻呼消息发送给非话语权用户设备,非话语权用户设备接收到寻呼消息之后,解析所述寻呼消息,并匹配群组标识,如果匹配成功则回复寻呼响应,基站为组呼分配下行共享信道资源、建立下行共享信道传送下行数据,并通过控制信道将共享信道资源信息发送给群组用户,非话权用户收到控制信道消息后开始在下行共享信道上接收数据进行集群通信业务。
一方面,在集群通信中的组呼业务中,对于已与集群核心网设备建立连接的用户设备,例如组呼话语权用设备户,当有其他用户设备向该用户设备发起另一个集群通信业务时,由集群核心网设备通过解析其他用户设备发送的集群通信业务请求消息,以确定该集群通信业务的类型,如果该集群通信业务为呼叫类业务,则控制该用户设备退出当前呼叫业务接入新的呼叫类业务,或者控制该用户设备保持当前呼叫业务拒绝新的呼叫类业务;如果该为非呼叫类业务,则控制该用户设备保持当前呼叫业务并接收该非呼叫类业务。但是,对于未与集群核心网设备建立连接的用户设备,例如组呼非话语权用户设备,由于该用户设备未与集群核心网设备直接建立连接,使集群核心网设备不能确定该用户设备当前是否正在接听组呼,从而导致集群核心网设备无法控制该用户设备是接入还是拒绝新的集群通信业务。
另一方面,无论话语权用户设备向集群核心网设备发送的集群通信业务请求消息是呼叫类业务还是非呼叫类业务,集群核心网设备接收到集群通信业务请求消息之后,均是通过发送携带群组标识的寻呼消息至基站,通过基站发送给非话语权用户设备,非话语权用户设备接收到寻呼消息之后,并不清楚所接收是呼叫类业务还是非呼叫类业务。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例期望提供一种集群通信业务处理方法、核心网设备及UE、存储介质,用以解决现有技术针对集群通信业务集群核心网集群核心网存在的缺陷。
本发明实施例的技术方案是这样实现的:
第一方面,本发明实施例提供一种集群通信业务处理方法,所述方法包括:
用户设备接收集群核心网设备发送的集群通信业务请求消息,所述集 群通信业务请求消息中包括业务类型标识;

本发明实施例所提供的集群通信业务处理方法、核心网设备及UE、存储介质,通过用户设备接收集群核心网设备发送的带有业务类型标识的集群通信业务请求,使该用户设备可以根据业务类型标识确定是否接收所述集群通信业务。这样,可以使得组呼业务中未与集群核心网设备建立连接 的非话语权用户设备,自己能根据业务类型标识来确定是否接收新的集群通信业务,从而解决了现有技术中由于用户设备未与集群核心网设备建立连接,而导致的集群核心网设备无法控制用户设备是接入还是拒绝新集群通信业务的问题。
另外,本发明实施例一通过在用户设备所接收的集群通信业务请求中添加业务类型标识,可以使得非话语权用户设备能够知道自己所接收的集群通信业务是什么类型的业务,而且能够根据实际情况自主决定是否接收集群通信业务,从而解决了现有技术中非话语权用户设备接收到寻呼消息之后并不清楚所接收是呼叫类业务还是非呼叫类业务的问题。

实施例一
图1为本发明实施例一提供的集群通信业务处理方法基本流程示意图,如图1所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤101,用户设备接收集群核心网设备发送的集群通信业务请求消息,所述集群通信业务请求消息中包括业务类型标识;
其中,所述用户设备为正在进行当前组呼业务的终端设备;
需要说明的是,这里的用户设备可以为支持集群通信业务的各种终端设备,例如,可以为手持智能终端设备,包括笔记本、手机如Iphone、平 板电脑如Ipad等;也可以为固定终端设备,包括电脑等。
具体来说,这里的用户设备为正在进行当前组呼业务的终端设备,可以为非话语权用户设备,也可以为话语权用户设备。
在当前组呼业务建立时,话语权用户设备与集群核心网设备建立连接;话语权用户设备将当前组呼业务请求消息发送至集群核心网设备,集群核心网设备收到后将该当前组呼业务请求消息后,发送寻呼消息至基站;基站通过寻呼信道将寻呼消息发送给非话权用户设备,并建立下行共享信道资源,以使非话语权用户设备接收该寻呼消息,在下行共享信道上接收组呼下行数据以进行当前组呼业务。
而当另一用户设备向正在进行当前组呼业务中的用户设备发起又一集群通信业务请求消息时,集群核心网设备收到该集群通信业务请求消息后,解析该集群通信业务请求消息得到该集群通信业务对应的业务标识,并根据业务标识所对应的业务类型在寻呼消息中添加业务类型标识,得到包含业务类型标识的集群通信业务请求消息,或者根据业务标识所对应的业务类型生成包含业务类型标识的集群通信业务请求消息,并将包含业务类型标识的集群通信业务请求消息发送至基站;基站通过该另一用户设备发起又一集群通信业务请求所建立的第二下行共享信道将集群通信业务请求消息发送给正在进行当前组呼业务的用户设备;这里,所述另一用户设备可以是正在进行当前组呼业务之外的任意一个用户设备。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中的业务类型标识可以是在在现有寻呼消息中新增加的一个字段,以区分该集群通信业务的类型;例如:如果该集群通信业务是呼叫类业务,则在该字段添加一个特定标识,如0,以表示该集群通信业务为呼叫类业务;如果该集群通信业务是非呼叫类业务,则在该字段添加另一个特定标识,如1,以表示该集群通信业务为非呼叫类业务;
关于字段的标识符号,以上0和1仅用于举例说明,实际应用中,还可以采用其它符号,例如英文字母等等,这里不做具体限定。另外,关于字段在数据包的位置可以根据实际情况进行设置,例如:可以在数据包头也可以在数据包结尾等等,这里也不做具体限定。
步骤102,所述用户设备根据所述业务类型标识确定是否接收所述集群通信业务。
具体来说,集群通信业务包括呼叫类业务和非呼叫类业务,呼叫类业务又包括组呼或单呼;对于集群通信技术,在同一时间内,正在进行当前组呼业务的用户设备不能进行另一个呼叫类业务,例如,用户设备不能同时接听两路视频组呼;那么,如果又有针对该用户设备的另一个呼叫请求到来时,就需要做出决策是接收该呼叫请求还是拒绝该呼叫请求。因此,要先确定由另一用户设备向该用户设备所发起的集群通信业务请求具体是什么类型的业务,本发明实施例中,通过在集群通信业务请求中携带业务类型标识来解决这个问题。
当集群通信业务请求消息中包含的业务类型标识为非呼叫业务对应的业务标识时,由于非呼叫类业务和一个呼叫类业务可以同时进行,因此,所述用户设备可以保持正在进行的当前组呼业务并接收所述非呼叫业务。
当集群通信业务请求消息中包含的所述业务类型标识为组呼业务对应的业务标识时,由于在集群通信中,两个呼叫类业务不能同时进行,因此,所述用户设备可以选择保持正在进行的当前组呼业务拒绝新的呼叫业务;也可以终止正在进行的当前组呼业务接入新的呼叫业务;还可以显示提示消息,用以提示用户,让用户进行选择保持正在进行的当前组呼业务拒绝新的呼叫业务,还是终止正在进行的当前组呼业务接入新的呼叫业务。
图2为本发明实施例一提供的集群通信业务处理方法详细流程示意图,如图2所示,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤201,用户设备接收集群核心网设备发送的集群通信业务请求消息,所述集群通信业务请求消息中包括业务类型标识;

这里,所述组呼业务和呼叫业务仅用于区分不同组呼业务,所述组呼业务表示正在进行的当前组呼业务,呼叫业务表示新的组呼业务;
步骤204,所述用户设备比较组呼业务对应的优先级和所述呼叫业务对应的优先级;
步骤205、若确定所述组呼业务的优先级高于所述呼叫业务的优先级,则用户设备保持所述组呼业务拒绝所述呼叫业务,结束本处理流程;

本发明实施例一通过用户设备接收集群核心网设备发送的集群通信业务请求,在集群通信业务请求中包括业务类型标识,使用户设备根据所述业务类型标识确定是否接收所述集群通信业务。这样,可以使得组呼业务中没有与集群核心网设备建立连接的非话语权用户设备,可以自己根据业务类型标识来确定是否接收新的集群通信业务。而且,对于话语权用户设备,也可以使用本发明实施例一所述的方案。
另外,本发明实施例一通过在用户设备所接收的集群通信业务请求中 添加业务类型标识,可以使得非话语权用户设备能够知道自己所接收的集群通信业务是什么类型的业务,而且能够根据实际情况自主决定是否接收集群通信业务。
为实现上述本发明实施例一所提供的集群通信业务处理方法,本发明实施例一还提供了一种用户设备,其技术原理和产生的技术效果与上述本发明实施例一所提供的集群通信业务处理方法相似,这里不再累述。下面对本发明实施例一提供的用户设备的组成结构进行详细说明。

步骤302,所述集群核心网设备将收到的、包含业务类型标识的集群通信业务请求消息转发至用户设备,或者解析所述集群通信业务请求消息得到业务标识,将业务标识添加到对应的寻呼消息中,生成包含业务类型标识的寻呼消息,将生成的包含业务类型标识的寻呼消息发送至用户设备;

本发明实施例二通过集群核心网设备接收另一用户设备发送的另一集群通信业务请求,通过对所述另一集群通信业务请求添加业务类型标识,得到携带业务类型标识的集群通信业务请求,并将携带业务类型标识的集群通信业务请求发送至用户设备,以使所述用户设备根据所述业务类型标识确定是否接收所述集群通信业务。这样,可以使得组呼业务中未与集群核心网设备建立连接的非话语权用户设备,自己能根据业务类型标识来确定是否接收新的集群通信业务。而且,对于话语权用户设备,也可以使用本发明实施例二所述的方案。

发送模块22,配置为将收到的、包含业务类型标识的集群通信业务请求消息转发至用户设备;
或者,所述集群核心网设备包括:生成模块22,配置为解析所述集群通信业务请求消息得到业务标识,将业务标识添加到对应的寻呼消息中,生成包含业务类型标识的寻呼消息,将生成的包含业务类型标识的寻呼消息发送至用户设备。
本发明实施例提供的用户设备中的第一接收模块、确定模块和比较模块都可以通过用户设备中的处理器来实现,而集群核心网设备中的第二接收模块、发送模块或者生成模块都可以通过集群核心网设备中的处理器来实现,当然处理器实现的功能也可通过具体的逻辑电路实现;在具体实施例的过程中,处理器可以为中央处理器(CPU)、微处理器(MPU)、数字信号处理器(DSP)或现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)等,前述通信终端可以是手机、平板电脑等设备。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中,如果以软件功能模块的形式实现上述的集群通信业务处理方法,并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明实施例的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机、服务器、或者网络设备等)执行 本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read Only Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。这样,本发明实施例不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
相应地,本发明实施例再提供一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,该计算机可执行指令用于执行本发明各实施例中提供的集群通信业务处理方法。
在本发明所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的方法和设备,可以通过其他的方式实现。以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述模块的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,如:多个单元或组件可以结合,或可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另外,所显示或讨论的各组成部分相互之间的通信连接可以是通过一些接口,设备或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性的、机械的或其他形式的。
上述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是、或也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是、或也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,也可以分布到多个网络单元上;可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各实施例中的各功能单元可以全部集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各单元分别单独作为一个单元,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中;上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用硬件加软件功能单元的形式实现。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解:实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成,前述的程序可以存储于计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤;而 前述的存储介质包括:移动存储设备、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
或者,本发明实施例如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明实施例的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机、服务器、或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分。而前述的存储介质包括:移动存储设备、ROM、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
本发明仅以上述实施例为例,但不仅限于此,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非用于限定本发明的保护范围。
工业实用性
本发明实施例中,通过用户设备接收集群核心网设备发送的带有业务类型标识的集群通信业务请求,使该用户设备可以根据业务类型标识确定是否接收所述集群通信业务。这样,可以使得组呼业务中未与集群核心网设备建立连接的非话语权用户设备,自己能根据业务类型标识来确定是否接收新的集群通信业务,从而解决了现有技术中由于用户设备未与集群核心网设备建立连接,而导致的集群核心网设备无法控制用户设备是接入还是拒绝新集群通信业务的问题。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种集群通信业务处理方法,所述方法包括:
    用户设备接收集群核心网设备发送的集群通信业务请求消息,所述集群通信业务请求消息中包括业务类型标识;
    所述用户设备根据所述业务类型标识确定是否接收所述集群通信业务。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述集群通信业务请求消息为包含业务类型标识的寻呼消息。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述业务类型标识为非呼叫业务对应的业务标识;
    相应地,所述用户设备根据所述业务类型标识确定是否接收所述集群通信业务,包括:
    所述用户设备保持正在进行的当前组呼业务并接收所述非呼叫业务。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述业务类型标识为呼叫业务对应的业务标识;
    相应地,所述用户设备根据所述业务类型标识确定是否接收所述集群通信业务,包括:
    所述用户设备保持正在进行的当前组呼业务拒绝新的呼叫业务;或者,
    所述用户设备终止正在进行的当前组呼业务接入新的呼叫业务;或者,
    由所述用户设备根据显示的提示消息选择是保持正在进行的当前组呼业务拒绝新的呼叫业务、还是终止正在进行的当前组呼业务接入新的呼叫业务。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述集群通信业务请求消息中还包括新的呼叫业务对应的优先级;
    相应地,在所述用户设备保持正在进行的当前组呼业务拒绝新的呼叫业务之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述用户设备比较正在进行的当前组呼业务对应的优先级和新的呼叫业务对应的优先级,并确定正在进行的当前组呼业务的优先级高于新的呼叫业务的优先级;
    或者,在所述用户设备终止正在进行的当前组呼业务接入新的呼叫业务之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述用户设备比较正在进行的当前组呼业务对应的优先级和新的呼叫业务对应的优先级,并确定正在进行的当前组呼业务的优先级低于新的呼叫业务的优先级。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的方法,其中,所述呼叫业务为如下业务中的一种:组呼业务、单呼业务。
  7. 一种用户设备,所述用户设备包括:
    第一接收模块,配置为接收集群核心网设备发送的集群通信业务请求消息,所述集群通信业务请求消息中包括业务类型标识;
    确定模块,配置为根据所述业务类型标识确定是否接收所述集群通信业务。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的用户设备,其中,所述集群通信业务请求消息为包含业务类型标识的寻呼消息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的用户设备,其中,所述业务类型标识为非呼叫业务对应的业务标识;
    相应地,所述确定模块,配置为保持正在进行的当前组呼业务并接收所述非呼叫业务。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的用户设备,其中,所述业务类型标识为呼叫业务对应的业务标识;
    相应地,所述确定模块,配置为保持正在进行的当前组呼业务拒绝所述新的呼叫业务;或者,
    配置为终止正在进行的当前组呼业务接入所述新的呼叫业务;或者,
    配置为显示提示消息,所述提示消息用于提示用户选择保持正在进行的当前组呼业务拒绝所述新的呼叫业务还是终止正在进行的当前组呼业务接入新的呼叫业务。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的用户设备,其中,所述集群通信业务请求消息中还包括新的呼叫业务对应的优先级;
    相应地,所述用户设备,还包括比较模块;
    所述比较模块,配置为在所述确定模块保持正在进行的当前组呼业务拒绝新的呼叫业务之前,比较正在进行的当前组呼业务对应的优先级和新的呼叫业务对应的优先级,并确定正在进行的当前组呼业务的优先级高于新的呼叫业务的优先级;或者,
    配置为在所述确定模块终止正在进行的当前组呼业务接入新的呼叫业务之前,比较正在进行的当前组呼业务对应的优先级和新的呼叫业务对应的优先级,并确定正在进行的当前组呼业务的优先级低于新的呼叫业务的优先级。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的用户设备,其中,所述呼叫业务为如下业务中的一种:组呼业务、单呼业务。
  13. 一种集群通信业务处理方法,所述方法包括:
    集群核心网设备接收另一用户设备发送的包含业务类型标识的另一集群通信业务请求消息;
    所述集群核心网设备发送包含业务类型标识的集群通信业务请求消息至用户设备,所述业务类型标识用于使用户设备确定是否接收所述集群通信业务。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中,所述集群核心网设备发送包含业务类型标识的集群通信业务请求消息至用户设备,包括:
    所述集群核心网设备将收到的、包含业务类型标识的集群通信业务请求消息转发至用户设备;
    或者,所述集群核心网设备解析所述集群通信业务请求消息得到业务标识,将业务标识添加到对应的寻呼消息中,生成包含业务类型标识的寻呼消息,将生成的包含业务类型标识的寻呼消息发送至用户设备。
  15. 一种集群核心网设备,所述集群核心网设备包括:
    第二接收模块,配置为接收另一用户设备发送的包含业务类型标识的另一集群通信业务请求消息;
    发送模块,配置为发送包含业务类型标识的集群通信业务请求消息至用户设备,所述业务类型标识用于使用户设备确定是否接收所述集群通信业务。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的设备,其中,所述发送模块,配置为将收到的、包含业务类型标识的集群通信业务请求消息转发至用户设备;
    或者,
    所述集群核心网设备包括:生成模块,配置为解析所述集群通信业务请求消息得到业务标识,将业务标识添加到对应的寻呼消息中,生成包含业务类型标识的寻呼消息,将生成的包含业务类型标识的寻呼消息发送至用户设备。
  17. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,该计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1至6任一项所述的集群通信业务处理方法;
    或者,该计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求13或14所述的集群通信业务处理方法。
