为了实现上述的目的, 现在出现了一些马桶用缓降铰链, 但是就现在出现的这些铰链而 言普遍存在着连接结构不安全、 装入拆卸步骤烦琐、 定位结构设计不理想等诸多缺点。 发明内容

该转动连接体前端设置在该马桶盖装配孔中,该转动连接体后端设置在该座圈装配孔中。 该缓降器包括转动连接头以及固定连接头, 该转动连接头以及该固定连接头分别设置在 该缓降器的两侧, 该缓降器能够产生转动阻尼力, 该转动连接头能够相对于该缓降器转动, 当该转动连接头转动的时候, 该缓降器所产生的转动阻尼力作用在该转动连接头上, 从而使 该马桶盖或该马桶座圈或该马桶盖以及该马桶座圈进行缓降的动作。

在该连接架的外表面上还凸设有防脱凸块, 与该防脱凸块相对应, 在该马桶座圈上开设 有插入槽, 该插入槽与该座圈装配孔相连通, 在该马桶座圈上并且于该插入槽四周设置有座 圈挡壁, 当该防脱凸块正对该插入槽的时候, 该连接架才能够进入该座圈装配孔或者从该座 圈装配孔中脱出, 当该防脱凸块与该插入槽处于其他相对位置的时候, 借助该座圈挡壁的限 制作用, 该连接架都不能够进入该座圈装配孔或者从该座圈装配孔中脱出, 从而起到防脱的 作用。
在该马桶座圈上还开设有插接柱防脱槽, 该插接柱防脱槽包括槽体以及槽口, 其中, 该 槽口位于该槽体与该插接柱装配槽的该开口之间, 当该槽体、 该槽口以及该开口相连通的时 候, 该水平卡接头能够自下而上依次经过该槽体、 该槽口以及该开口插卡到该插接柱装配槽 中, 而当该马桶座圈转动, 该槽口与该开口处于非完全连通状态的时候, 借助该槽口四周该 马桶座圈部分的阻挡作用, 该水平卡接头不能够从该插接柱装配槽中脱出。

当该防脱凸块 33正对该插入槽 220的时候, 该连接架 30才能够进入该座圈装配孔 210 或者从该座圈装配孔 210中脱出。
当该防脱凸块 33与该插入槽 220处于其他相对位置的时候,借助该座圈挡壁 230的限制 作用,该连接架 30都不能够进入该座圈装配孔 210或者从该座圈装配孔 210中脱出,从而起 到防脱的作用。
在该马桶座圈 200上还开设有插接柱防脱槽 50,该插接柱防脱槽 50包括槽体 51以及槽 口 52, 其中, 该槽口 52位于该槽体 51与该插接柱装配槽 32的该开口 321之间。
当该槽体 51、 该槽口 52以及该开口 321相连通的时候, 该水平卡接头 41能够自下而上 依次经过该槽体 51、 该槽口 52以及该开口 321插卡到该插接柱装配槽 32中。
而当该马桶座圈 200转动,该槽口 52与该开口 321处于非完全连通状态的时候,借助该 槽口 52四周该马桶座圈 200部分的阻挡作用,该水平卡接头 41不能够从该插接柱装配槽 32 中脱出。

当该环口 61与该开口 321相连通的时候, 该水平卡接头 41能够自下而上依次经过该环 口 61、 该开口 321插卡到该插接柱装配槽 32中。
而当该马桶座圈 200转动, 该防脱环 60同步转动, 该环口 61与该开口 321处于非完全 连通状态的时候, 借助该防脱环 60的阻挡作用, 该水平卡接头 41不能够从该插接柱装配槽 32中脱出。
在具体实施的时候, 该防脱环 60的外表面上设置有同步凸块 62, 与该同步凸块 62相对 应在该座圈装配孔 210的内表面上开设有同步槽 63, 该同步凸块 62卡接在该同步槽 63中, 从而支持该防脱环 60与该马桶座圈 200的同步转动。
在具体实施的时候, 在该连接架 30的外表面上开设有转动槽 64, 该防脱环 60转动套设 在该转动槽 64中。
该防脱环 60能够在该转动槽 64中沿该连接架 30外表面方向转动, 同时该转动槽 64限 制该防脱环 60的横向位移。
如图 15至 17所示,在具体实施的时候,该防脱环还有另外一种实施方式现在叙述如下。 一种马桶用缓降铰链,其包括转动连接体 10A、缓降器 20A、连接架 30A以及插接柱 40A, 该转动连接体 10A、 该缓降器 20A以及该连接架 30A顺序连接形成缓降铰链单元。
该插接柱 40A底部固定连接在马桶上, 该插接柱 40A活动插设在该缓降铰链单元中。 在马桶盖 100A的底端开设有马桶盖装配孔 110A,在马桶座圈 200A的底端开设有座圈装 配孔 210A。
该马桶盖装配孔 110A与该座圈装配孔 210A相连通,并借助该马桶盖装配孔 110A与该座 圈装配孔 210A连通形成一铰链装配孔, 该缓降铰链单元设置在该铰链装配孔中。
该转动连接体前端设置在该马桶盖装配孔中,该转动连接体后端设置在该座圈装配孔中。 该缓降器包括转动连接头以及固定连接头, 该转动连接头以及该固定连接头分别设置在 该缓降器的两侧, 该缓降器能够产生转动阻尼力, 该转动连接头能够相对于该缓降器转动, 当该转动连接头转动的时候, 该缓降器所产生的转动阻尼力作用在该转动连接头上, 从而使 该马桶盖或该马桶座圈或该马桶盖以及该马桶座圈进行缓降的动作。
在具体实施的时候, 该转动连接头插设在该转动连接体中, 当该马桶盖或该马桶座圈或 该马桶盖以及该马桶座圈进行缓降动作的时候, 该转动连接头与该转动连接体同步转动, 该 缓降器静止。
另外一种方式,该转动连接头插设在该连接架中,该固定连接头插设在该转动连接体中, 当该马桶盖或该马桶座圈或该马桶盖以及该马桶座圈进行缓降动作的时候, 该缓降器以及该 转动连接体同步转动。
该转动连接体包括卡接凸肋以及插接内腔, 其中, 该卡接凸肋设置在该转动连接体的外 表面上, 该卡接凸肋卡接在该马桶座圈的该座圈装配孔中, 从而固定该转动连接体与该马桶 座圈之间的相对位置。
该缓降器的该转动连接头或者该固定连接头插接在该插接内腔中, 从而固定该缓降器与 该转动连接体之间的相对位置。
该插接内腔中设置有卡接台, 与该卡接台相对应, 在该转动连接头或者该固定连接头上 设置有连接台。 通过该卡接台以及该连接台能够固定该缓降器与该转动连接体之间的相对位 置。 该连接架 30A包括连接头装配孔 31A以及插接柱装配槽 32A, 该连接架 30A设置在该缓 降器 20A与该插接柱 40A之间。
该缓降器的该转动连接头或者该固定连接头插接在该连接头装配孔中, 从而固定该缓降 器与该连接架之间的相对位置。
该插接柱 40A卡接在该插接柱装配槽 32A中, 该插接柱 40A包括水平卡接头 41A。
在具体实施的时候, 该插接柱还包括竖直杆、 弯头以及盖板, 其中, 该弯头固定连接在 该竖直杆顶部, 该水平卡接头固定连接在该弯头的横向端部。
通过该竖直杆以及该弯头将该水平卡接头架设在该马桶上方, 同时使该水平卡接头与该 马桶的顶面相平行, 该竖直杆底部固定连接在该马桶上, 该盖板套设在该竖直杆上并盖设在 该马桶的顶面上以提升美观效果。
该插接柱装配槽 32A具有一竖直向下的开口 321A, 该水平卡接头 41A位于该开口 321A 正下方, 同时, 该水平卡接头 41A横向水平设置在该马桶的顶面上方。
由于该转动连接体 10A、 该缓降器 20A以及该连接架 30A顺序连接形成的该缓降铰链单 元, 完全设置在由该马桶盖装配孔 110A与该座圈装配孔 210A连通形成的该铰链装配孔中。
所以, 操作人员能够采用将该马桶盖 100A以及该马桶座圈 200A—并向下按压使该水平 卡接头 41A竖直向上直接插入到该开口 321A中的方式完成带有该缓降铰链单元的该马桶盖 100A、 该马桶座圈 200A之安装动作。
在具体实施的时候, 该水平卡接头两侧分别设置有凸卡头以及下压插接台, 其中, 该凸 卡头设置在该水平卡接头前端两侧, 而该下压插接台设置在该水平卡接头后端两侧。

该下压插接台自下而上插卡在该插接台插接槽中, 以限制该连接架与该插接柱之间的转 动位移。
在该连接架 30A的外表面上套设有防脱环 70,该防脱环 70同时设置在该座圈装配孔 210A 中, 该防脱环 70与该马桶座圈 200A同步转动, 该防脱环 70具有环口 71。
该环口 71与该插接柱装配槽 32A的该开口 321A相对应。
当该环口 71与该开口 321A相连通的时候, 该水平卡接头 41A能够自下而上依次经过该 环口 71、 该开口 321A插卡到该插接柱装配槽 32A中。
而当该马桶座圈 200A转动, 该防脱环 70同步转动, 该环口 71与该开口 321A处于非完 全连通状态的时候,借助该防脱环 70的阻挡作用,该水平卡接头 41A不能够从该插接柱装配 槽 32A中脱出。
该防脱环 70包括同步板 72, 该同步板 72固定设置在该环口 71的两侧, 与该同步板 72 相对应在该座圈装配孔 210A的端口位置设置有锁定槽 73,该同步板 72分别顶持在该锁定槽 73两侧的槽面 74上, 从而支持该防脱环 70与该马桶座圈 200A的同步转动。
在该连接架 30A的外表面上开设有转动槽 75, 该防脱环 70转动套设在该转动槽 75中。 该防脱环 70能够在该转动槽 75中沿该连接架 30A外表面方向转动,同时该转动槽 75限制该 防脱环 70的横向位移。

1. 一种马桶用缓降铰链, 其特征在于: 包括转动连接体、 缓降器、 连接架以及插接柱, 该转动连接体、 该缓降器以及该连接架顺序连接形成缓降铰链单元, 该插接柱底部固定连接 在马桶上, 该插接柱活动插设在该缓降铰链单元中,
在马桶盖的底端开设有马桶盖装配孔, 在马桶座圈的底端开设有座圈装配孔, 该马桶盖 装配孔与该座圈装配孔相连通, 并借助该马桶盖装配孔与该座圈装配孔连通形成一铰链装配 孔, 该缓降铰链单元设置在该铰链装配孔中,
该转动连接体前端设置在该马桶盖装配孔中,该转动连接体后端设置在该座圈装配孔中, 该缓降器包括转动连接头以及固定连接头, 该转动连接头以及该固定连接头分别设置在该缓 降器的两侧, 该缓降器能够产生转动阻尼力, 该转动连接头能够相对于该缓降器转动, 当该 转动连接头转动的时候, 该缓降器所产生的转动阻尼力作用在该转动连接头上, 从而使该马 桶盖以及该马桶座圈进行缓降的动作,
该转动连接体包括卡接凸肋以及插接内腔, 其中, 该卡接凸肋设置在该转动连接体的外 表面上, 该卡接凸肋卡接在该马桶座圈的该座圈装配孔中, 从而固定该转动连接体与该马桶 座圈之间的相对位置,
该连接架包括连接头装配孔以及插接柱装配槽, 该连接架设置在该缓降器与该插接柱之 间, 该插接柱卡接在该插接柱装配槽中, 该插接柱包括水平卡接头, 该插接柱装配槽具有一 竖直向下的开口, 该水平卡接头位于该开口正下方, 同时, 该水平卡接头横向水平设置在该 马桶的顶面上方, 由于该转动连接体、 该缓降器以及该连接架顺序连接形成的该缓降铰链单 元, 完全设置在由该马桶盖装配孔与该座圈装配孔连通形成的该铰链装配孔中, 所以, 操作 人员能够采用将该马桶盖以及该马桶座圈一并向下按压使该水平卡接头竖直向上直接插入到 该开口中的方式完成带有该缓降铰链单元的该马桶盖、 该马桶座圈之安装动作,
在该连接架的外表面上还凸设有防脱凸块, 与该防脱凸块相对应, 在该马桶座圈上开设 有插入槽, 该插入槽与该座圈装配孔相连通, 在该马桶座圈上并且于该插入槽四周设置有座 圈挡壁, 当该防脱凸块正对该插入槽的时候, 该连接架才能够进入该座圈装配孔或者从该座 圈装配孔中脱出, 当该防脱凸块与该插入槽处于其他相对位置的时候, 借助该座圈挡壁的限 制作用, 该连接架都不能够进入该座圈装配孔或者从该座圈装配孔中脱出, 从而起到防脱的 作用。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的一种马桶用缓降铰链, 其特征在于: 该转动连接头插设在该转动 连接体中, 当该马桶盖或该马桶座圈或该马桶盖以及该马桶座圈进行缓降动作的时候, 该转 动连接头与该转动连接体同步转动, 该缓降器静止,
该缓降器的该转动连接头插接在该插接内腔中, 从而固定该缓降器与该转动连接体之间 的相对位置, 该插接内腔中设置有卡接台, 与该卡接台相对应, 在该转动连接头上设置有连 接台, 通过该卡接台以及该连接台能够固定该缓降器与该转动连接体之间的相对位置, 该缓 降器的该固定连接头插接在该连接头装配孔中, 从而固定该缓降器与该连接架之间的相对位 置。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的一种马桶用缓降铰链, 其特征在于: 该转动连接头插设在该连接 架中, 该固定连接头插设在该转动连接体中, 当该马桶盖或该马桶座圈或该马桶盖以及该马 桶座圈进行缓降动作的时候, 该缓降器以及该转动连接体同步转动, 该缓降器的该固定连接头插接在该插接内腔中, 从而固定该缓降器与该转动连接体之间 的相对位置, 该插接内腔中设置有卡接台, 与该卡接台相对应, 在该固定连接头上设置有连 接台, 通过该卡接台以及该连接台能够固定该缓降器与该转动连接体之间的相对位置, 该缓 降器的该转动连接头插接在该连接头装配孔中, 从而固定该缓降器与该连接架之间的相对位 置。
4. 如权利要求 1所述的一种马桶用缓降铰链, 其特征在于: 该卡接凸肋分别设置在该转 动连接体的上下两侧。
5. 如权利要求 1所述的一种马桶用缓降铰链, 其特征在于: 该插接柱还包括竖直杆、 弯 头以及盖板, 其中, 该弯头固定连接在该竖直杆顶部, 该水平卡接头固定连接在该弯头的横 向端部, 通过该竖直杆以及该弯头将该水平卡接头架设在该马桶上方, 同时使该水平卡接头 与该马桶的顶面相平行, 该竖直杆底部固定连接在该马桶上, 该盖板套设在该竖直杆上并盖 设在该马桶的顶面上。
6. 如权利要求 1中所述的一种马桶用缓降铰链, 其特征在于: 该水平卡接头两侧分别设 置有凸卡头以及下压插接台, 其中, 该凸卡头设置在该水平卡接头前端两侧, 而该下压插接 台设置在该水平卡接头后端两侧, 分别与该凸卡头以及该下压插接台相对应, 该插接柱装配 槽包括凸卡头插接槽以及插接台插接槽,
该凸卡头自下而上插卡在该凸卡头插接槽中, 以限制该连接架与该插接柱之间的水平位 移, 该下压插接台自下而上插卡在该插接台插接槽中, 以限制该连接架与该插接柱之间的转 动位移。
7. 如权利要求 1、 5、 6中任意一项所述的一种马桶用缓降铰链, 其特征在于: 在该马桶 座圈上还开设有插接柱防脱槽, 该插接柱防脱槽包括槽体以及槽口, 其中, 该槽口位于该槽 体与该插接柱装配槽的该开口之间,
当该槽体、 该槽口以及该开口相连通的时候, 该水平卡接头能够自下而上依次经过该槽 体、 该槽口以及该开口插卡到该插接柱装配槽中, 而当该马桶座圈转动, 该槽口与该开口处 于非完全连通状态的时候, 借助该槽口四周该马桶座圈部分的阻挡作用, 该水平卡接头不能 够从该插接柱装配槽中脱出。
8. 如权利要求 1、 5、 6中任意一项所述的一种马桶用缓降铰链, 其特征在于: 在该连 接架的外表面上套设有防脱环, 该防脱环同时设置在该座圈装配孔中, 该防脱环与该马桶座 圈同步转动, 该防脱环具有环口, 该环口与该插接柱装配槽的该开口相对应, 当该环口与该 开口相连通的时候, 该水平卡接头能够自下而上依次经过该环口、 该开口插卡到该插接柱装 配槽中, 而当该马桶座圈转动, 该防脱环同步转动, 该环口与该开口处于非完全连通状态的 时候, 借助该防脱环的阻挡作用, 该水平卡接头不能够从该插接柱装配槽中脱出。
9. 如权利要求 8中所述的一种马桶用缓降铰链, 其特征在于: 该防脱环的外表面上设置 有同步凸块, 与该同步凸块相对应在该座圈装配孔的内表面上开设有同步槽, 该同步凸块卡 接在该同步槽中, 从而支持该防脱环与该马桶座圈的同步转动。
10. 如权利要求 8中所述的一种马桶用缓降铰链, 其特征在于: 在该连接架的外表面上 开设有转动槽, 该防脱环转动套设在该转动槽中, 该防脱环能够在该转动槽中沿该连接架外 表面方向转动, 同时该转动槽限制该防脱环的横向位移。
11. 一种马桶用缓降铰链, 其特征在于: 包括转动连接体、 缓降器、连接架以及插接柱, 该转动连接体、 该缓降器以及该连接架顺序连接形成缓降铰链单元, 该插接柱底部固定连接 在马桶上, 该插接柱活动插设在该缓降铰链单元中, 在马桶盖的底端开设有马桶盖装配孔, 在马桶座圈的底端开设有座圈装配孔, 该马桶盖装配孔与该座圈装配孔相连通, 并借助该马 桶盖装配孔与该座圈装配孔连通形成一铰链装配孔,该缓降铰链单元设置在该铰链装配孔中, 该连接架包括连接头装配孔以及插接柱装配槽, 该连接架设置在该缓降器与该插接柱之间, 该插接柱卡接在该插接柱装配槽中, 该插接柱包括水平卡接头, 该插接柱装配槽具有一竖直 向下的开口, 该水平卡接头位于该开口正下方, 同时, 该水平卡接头横向水平设置在该马桶 的顶面上方, 由于该转动连接体、 该缓降器以及该连接架顺序连接形成的该缓降铰链单元, 完全设置在由该马桶盖装配孔与该座圈装配孔连通形成的该铰链装配孔中, 所以, 操作人员 能够采用将该马桶盖以及该马桶座圈一并向下按压使该水平卡接头竖直向上直接插入到该开 口中的方式完成带有该缓降铰链单元的该马桶盖、 该马桶座圈之安装动作,
