分钞模块执行放钞、存款、取款、拿钞、遗忘回收等过程中的分钞及钞票夹送。现有的循环一体机其分钞模块执行存款、取款、遗忘回收流程是通过上下两个分钞组件来实现,同时为了实现上下分钞,钞票在上述三个流程中的夹送,一般分钞模块中布有三块压钞板,通过三个电机加6条同步带,带动三块压钞移动来实现各个状态。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中分钞模块结构复杂、成本高且卡钞风险大的问题,本发明提供一种分钞装置,减少一个分钞组件和一个分钞电机,使卡钞分险减小,可靠性提高,使得装配、制造、检验的难度减小,成本降低。
本发明还提供具有上述分钞装置的循环一体机。

优选的,该第一压钞组件还包括一对第二U型传感器,其中一第二U型传感器用以控制该第一压钞板在取款流程中的位置,另一第二U型传感器用以控制该第一压钞板在放钞流程中的位置。
优选的,该第二压钞组件还包括一对第三U型传感器,其中一第三U型传感器用于控制该第二压钞板在执行取款、放钞、存款流程时的初始位置,另一第三U型传感器用于控制该第二压钞板在拿钞流程中的位置。
优选的,该支撑侧板的该滑槽靠近该拾钞轮的一端设置有一缺口,该缺口具有一向上延伸的斜面,该第一压钞板可沿该斜面向上移动。当第一压钞板沿该斜面向上移动被抬起的过程中,该第一压钞板避开该拾钞轮,使得该第二压钞板可直接与该拾钞轮配合,以便该分钞装置执行纸币遗忘回收功能。
本发明还包括一种循环一体机,包括上述任意一种分钞装置。
本发明提供的分钞装置包括一个分钞组件和两个压钞组件,与传统分 钞装置相比减少了一个分钞组件和一个压钞组件,通过两个压钞组件实现放钞、存款、取款、拿钞、遗忘回收等过程中的钞票夹送,结构精简,卡钞分险减小,可靠性提高,使得装配、制造、检验的难度减小,成本降低。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
结合图1、图7和图8,该分钞装置包括支撑侧板8以及安装在该支撑侧板8上的一风火轮组件7、包括分钞轮3的一分钞组件、一第一压钞组件4和一第二压钞组件6。其中该第一压钞组件4包括一第一压钞板9和驱动该第一压钞板的同步带轮机构,该同步带轮机构包括两个同步带轮12和套接在该同步带轮上的同步带15,其中一个同步带轮12通过一第一铆轴13b安装在一旋转板14的一端,该旋转板14的另一端通过一第二铆轴13a安装在该支撑侧板8上,该旋转板14可绕该第二铆轴13a转动,该支撑侧板8与该旋转板14都包括一滑槽,该第一压钞板9通过轴承16安装 在该旋转板14的滑槽中并伸入该支撑侧板8的该滑槽81中,该第一压钞板9通过一皮带连接板15与该同步带17相连,且随同步带17的转动在该旋转板14的滑槽中前后移动;该第二压钞组件6包括一第二压钞板5和驱动该第二压钞板的曲柄摇杆机构,该曲柄摇杆机构包括固定在支撑侧板8上的直流电机61、固定在直流电机轴上的一曲柄62、与该曲柄连接的一连杆63以及与该连杆63连接的一摇杆64,该摇杆64的另一端固定在一轴20上,该第二压钞板5通过一压钞支架21固定在该轴20上。该曲柄摇杆机构运动时,该摇杆64来回摆动,带动该轴20来回转动,从而带动固定在该轴20上的压钞支架21与该第二压钞板5来摆动。
另外,参阅图1,该分钞装置还包括一挡钞板1和一拾钞轮2,该分钞组件包括的该分钞轮3位于该拾钞轮2的下方。该第二压钞板5与该第一压钞板9依次位于该风火轮组件7与该挡钞板1之间,该挡钞板1与该第一压钞板9之间可以形成一入钞空间,该第一压钞板9与该第二压钞板5之间可以形成一出钞空间。
另外,该分钞装置还包括一对第一U型传感器U1和U2,其中第一U型传感器U1用于检测该第一压钞板是否抬到位以避开该拾钞轮,第一U型传感器U2位于该拾钞轮背面,用于检测该第一压钞板与该拾钞轮是否压到位,以控制该拾钞轮的启动。
优选的,该第一压钞组件还包括一对第二U型传感器U3和U6,其中第二U型传感器U3用以控制该第一压钞板在取款流程中的位置,第二U型传感器U6用以控制该第一压钞板在放钞流程中的位置。
优选的,该第二压钞组件还包括一对第三U型传感器U4和U5,其中第三U型传感器U5用于控制该第二压钞板在执行取款、放钞、存款流程时的初始位置,第三U型传感器U4用于控制该第二压钞板在拿钞流程中的位置。
此外,该支撑侧板8上该滑槽81靠近该拾钞轮2的一端设置有一缺口82,该缺口82具有一向上延伸的斜面,该第一压钞板9可沿该斜面向上移动。当第一压钞板9沿该斜面向上移动被抬起的过程中,该第一压钞板9避开该拾钞轮2,使得该第二压钞板5可直接与该拾钞轮2配合夹持钞票, 以便该分钞装置执行纸币遗忘回收功能。
现参考附图1和图7,进一步说明第一压组件4的详细结构、位置和运动关系,图1示出了分钞装置立体图以及第一压钞组件4在分钞装置中的位置,图7中示出了本发明第一压钞组件4左侧炸开立体图,支撑侧板8和旋转板14上有滑槽,第一压钞板9通过轴承16安装在旋转板14上,该第一压钞板9可以在该支撑侧板和旋转板的滑槽内滑动,第一压钞板9上装有皮带连接板17,通过皮带连接板17与同步带15连在一起,可以随同步带15的转动前后移动,支撑侧板8上铆有第二铆轴13a,该第二铆轴13a上装有该旋转板14,该旋转板14可以绕着该第二铆轴13a转动。该旋转板14的另一端铆有第一铆轴13b,该第一铆轴13b上挂有一同步带轮12,同步带15挂在两同步带轮12上,当同步带15转动时第一压钞板9顺滑槽81前后移动,如图1所示,支撑侧板8滑槽前端有个大缺口82,缺口82上有一个斜面83,当第一压钞板9顺滑槽滑81到最前端轴承16撞到斜面83,可以顺着斜面83往上滑完成第一压钞板9抬起的功能,为执行遗忘回收流程第二压钞板5压住的钞票能与拾钞轮2和分钞轮3接触并能成功分钞做准备,此时,该旋转板14的滑槽限位住该第一压钞板9,并且该旋转板14充当旋转摆臂,使得该第一压钞板9得以抬起。
现参考附图1和图8,详细说明第二压组件6的结构、位置和运动关系,图1示出了分钞装置立体图以及第二压钞组件6在分钞装置中的位置,图8中示出了第二压钞组件6的立体图,第二压钞组件6是由一个曲柄摇杆机构带动,直流电机61固定在支撑侧板8上,曲柄62一端固定在该直流电机61的电机轴上,该曲柄62另一端连接一连杆63,连杆63另一端连接一摇杆64,该摇杆64另一端固定在一旋转轴20上,该第二压钞板5通过一压钞支架21固定在该旋转轴20上,曲柄摇杆机构运动时,摇杆64来回摆动,带动固定摇杆的轴20来回转动,带动固定在轴20上的压钞支架21与该第二压钞板5来摆动,从而进行压钞。
下面结合附图对本实施例提供的分钞装置能实现各个流程的功能进行具体说明:
如图2,该分钞装置执行放钞流程时,第一压钞组件4和第二压钞组 件6在图2所示的初始位置,此状态时传感器U5和U6被遮挡,将钞票11顺利地放在第一压钞板9与挡钞板1形成的入钞空间内。
如图3所示,该分钞装置执行存款流程时,第一压钞组件4和第二压钞组件6在图2所示的初始位置,第一压组件4的电机通过同步带15带动第一压钞9向右移动压紧钞票11,当拾钞轮2后面装的第一传感器U2被遮挡时,该第一压组件4的电机停止转动,钞票11被第一压钞板9和拾钞轮2夹住,当拾钞轮2转动,带着钞票11进入分钞轮3,进行分钞,从而完成存款功能。
如图4所示,分钞装置执行取款流程时,第一压钞组件4和第二压钞组件6在图2所示的初始位置,第一压组件4的电机通过同步带15带动第一压钞9向右移动,当传感器U3被遮挡时第一压钞板9停止右移,第一压钞板9处于图4所示位置,从钱箱出来的钞票11,进入出钞口的通道,被通道动力轮10夹住送入风火轮7,风火轮7转动,带动风火轮里的钞票一起转动,一直到撞到第二压钞板5的斜面脱落,堆叠在第二压钞板5与第一压钞板9形成的出钞空间内。
如图5所示,当取款流程中客户准备拿钞时,第一压钞组件4和第二压钞组件6在图4所示的位置,直流电机61带动曲柄62转动带动摇杆64向右摆动,第二压钞板5向右摆动,压住取票出来的钞票11压在第一压钞板9上,并与第一压钞板9夹住钞票向右移动,当传感器U5被遮挡时,直流电机停止转动,第二压钞板5停止移动,此时钞票被夹住处于如图5所示的位置,可以方便的拿钞。
如图6所示,当取款流程结束客户忘了拿出取款的钞票11时,机芯会执行遗忘回收流程,此时第一压钞组件4和第二压钞组件6处于图5所示位置,钞票11被夹在第二压钞板5与第一压钞板9之间,第二压钞板5与第一压钞板9向右继续移动,当第一压钞板9沿着滑槽81移动到与滑槽斜面83接触时,如前所述,第一压钞板9沿着斜面83往上移动从而被抬起,避开拾钞轮2,第二压钞板5继续往右移动压钞,当拾钞轮2后面装的第一U型传感器U2被遮挡,第二压组件6的电机停止转动,钞票11被第二压钞板5和拾钞轮2夹住,当拾钞轮2转动,带着钞票11进入分钞轮 3,进行分钞,从而完成遗忘回收功能。
如图9所示,本实施例提供的循环一体机,上述分钞装置应用于该循环一体机中。该循环一体机中的其他悉知部件包括但不限于一用以支撑和保护设备内部器件的设备壳体;一人机交互模块,用于使用者与设备之间进行信息交互,其包括但不限于键盘、显示器、读卡器和凭条打印机等部件。该循环一体机的内部机芯包括分钞模块、识别模块、暂存模块、循环箱、回收箱和纸币传输通道,其中该分钞模块采用如图1所示的分钞装置。
本实施例提供的分钞装置,结构精简,卡钞分险减小,可靠性提高,使得装配、制造、检验的难度减小,成本降低。
惟以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,非意欲局限本发明的专利保护范围,故举凡运用本发明说明书及图式内容所为的等效变化,均同理皆包含于本发明的权利保护范围内,合予陈明。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种分钞装置,包括支撑侧板以及安装在该支撑侧板上的一风火轮组件、一分钞组件、一第一压钞组件和一第二压钞组件,其特征在于:
    该第一压钞组件包括一第一压钞板和驱动该第一压钞板的同步带轮机构,该同步带轮机构包括两个同步带轮和套接在该同步带轮上的同步带,其中一个同步带轮通过一第一铆轴安装在一旋转板的一端,该旋转板的另一端通过一第二铆轴安装在该支撑侧板上,该旋转板可绕该第二铆轴转动,该支撑侧板与该旋转板都包括一滑槽,该第一压钞板通过轴承安装在该旋转板的滑槽中并伸入该支撑侧板的该滑槽中,该第一压钞板通过一皮带连接板与该同步带相连,且随同步带的转动在该旋转板的滑槽中前后移动;
    该第二压钞组件包括一第二压钞板和驱动该第二压钞板的曲柄摇杆机构,该曲柄摇杆机构包括固定在支撑侧板上的直流电机、固定在直流电机轴上的一曲柄、与该曲柄连接的一连杆以及与该连杆连接的一摇杆,该摇杆的另一端固定在一轴上,该第二压钞板通过一压钞支架固定在该轴上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的分钞装置,其特征在于,该分钞装置还包括一挡钞板和一拾钞轮,该分钞组件包括一分钞轮,该分钞轮位于该拾钞轮下方。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的分钞装置,其特征在于,该第二压钞板与该第一压钞板依次设置于该风火轮组件与该挡钞板之间,该挡钞板与该第一压钞板之间形成一入钞空间,该第一压钞板与该第二压钞板之间形成一出钞空间。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的分钞装置,其特征在于,该分钞装置还包括一对第一U型传感器,其位于该拾钞轮背面,其中一第一U型传感器用于检测该第一压钞板是否抬到位以避开该拾钞轮,另一第一U型传感器用于检测该第一压钞板与该拾钞轮是否压到位,以控制该拾钞轮的启动。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的分钞装置,其特征在于,该第一压钞组件还包括一对第二U型传感器,其中一第二U型传感器用以控制该第一压钞板在取款流程中的位置,另一第二U型传感器用以控制该第一压钞板在放钞流程中的位置。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的分钞装置,其特征在于,该第二压钞组件还包括一对第三U型传感器,其中一第三U型传感器用于控制该第二压钞板在执行取款、放钞、存款流程时的初始位置,另一第三U型传感器用于控制该第二压钞板在拿钞流程中的位置。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的分钞装置,其特征在于,该支撑侧板的该滑槽靠近该拾钞轮的一端设置有一缺口,该缺口具有一向上延伸的斜面,该第一压钞板可沿该斜面向上移动。
  8. 一种循环一体机,包括如权利要求1~7中任意一项所述的分钞装置。
