电缆一般来说较为粗大, 其材料也为金属, 所以如果要拉伸拉直 的时候需要一端固定时, 要用到特定的固定夹具; 现在一般的电缆固 定夹一般包括有一静夹头, 一动夹头, 如中国专利申请号为
201210577029.7公开文件中公开的一种电缆连接线夹, 目的是为了实 现电缆的夹持并要实现导电连通, 该接线夹的结构复杂, 包括有第一 和第二动夹,在夹紧的过程中需要对准,又需要通过螺栓来达成连接, 装夹时间较长, 工作效率低下, 其使用时间过长后螺栓的使用容易失 效; 而对于不同的线缆, 需要一定的调整, 适用范围不广。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足而提供一种能够快 速装夹、 装夹方式简单可靠、 且适用面广的快速装夹式电缆连接器。 为实现上述目的, 本实用新型采用了下述技术方案:
这种快速装夹式电缆连接器, 包括有夹线体, 所述的夹线体一端 设置有夹线固定件, 另一端设置有夹线块, 与所述的夹线滑块配合设 置有一可沿夹线块外部楔形滑动的夹线滑块。
所述的夹线块截面呈 V形, 包括有夹线块顶部, 由顶部向两侧 外张形成的两夹线块侧壁, 该夹线块侧壁截面为梯形, 近夹线固定件 端的为梯形短边。
所述的夹线块截面呈 W型,包括有两个平行设置的夹线块顶部, 由两顶部的最外沿向两侧外张形成的两夹线块侧壁,该夹线块侧壁截 面为梯形。
所述的夹线滑块包括有滑块顶部,由滑块顶部向两侧外张形成的 与夹线块侧壁配合的滑块侧壁, 该滑块侧壁截面为梯形, 在所述侧壁 的末端设置有勾住夹线块侧壁末端的弯折段。
所述的滑块侧壁与夹线侧壁接触的内壁上设置有若干向内突起 的凸台。
所述的夹线固定件上设置有一个安装通孔,所述的安装通孔中设 置有连接包胶钢丝绳的 U形铝管。
所述的夹线固定件上设置有两个安装通孔,所述的两安装通孔分 别卡接一不锈钢线的两端。
通过上述技术方案, 从而该实用新型具有下述有益效果:
1. 由于通过夹线滑块与夹线块之间的楔形滑动来夹持线缆, 同时, 由于夹线固定件可以根据不同的要求连接不同类型的固定件, 从 而可以适用于不同的线型, 使用范围广;
2. 由于夹线滑块内设置有若干加强夹持的凸起, 从而可以保证对电 缆的夹持力度;
3. 由于夹线滑块与夹线块之间只需要滑动便可以实现夹持, 使用简 单, 效率高。 附图说明

如图 1-4所示, 这种快速装夹式电缆连接器, 包括有夹线体 1, 所述的夹线体一端设置有夹线固定件 12, 另一端设置有夹线块 14, 与所述的夹线滑块配合设置有一可沿夹线块外部楔形滑动的夹线滑 块 16; 具体来说, 所述的夹线块 14截面呈 V形, 包括有夹线块顶部 142, 由顶部向两侧外张形成的两夹线块侧壁 144, 该夹线块侧壁截 面为梯形, 近夹线固定件端的为梯形短边; 所述的夹线滑块 16包括 有滑块顶部 162, 由滑块顶部向两侧外张形成的与夹线块侧壁配合的 滑块侧壁 164, 该滑块侧壁截面为梯形, 在所述侧壁的末端设置有勾 住夹线块侧壁末端的弯折段 166, 另外在所述的滑块侧壁与夹线侧壁 接触的内壁上设置有若干向内突起的凸台 168, 各凸台的高度不一; 所述的夹线固定件 12上设置有两个安装通孔 122, 所述的两安装通 孔分别卡接一不锈钢线 124的两端。
使用的时候, 先将夹线固定件 12—端固定上, 再将要连接的线 缆塞入夹线块 14与夹线滑块 16之间的间隙, 然后推动夹线滑块 16 向夹线固定件方向移动, 在移动过程中, 由于线缆一般是铝制的, 从 而可以使得凸台紧紧的卡入线缆的表面, 并形成咬合, 等到外力再也 无法推动夹线滑动时, 达成固定。
与现有技术相比,由于通过夹线滑块与夹线块之间的楔形滑动来 夹持线缆, 同时, 由于夹线固定件可以根据不同的要求连接不同类型 的固定件, 从而可以适用于不同的线型, 使用范围广; 由于夹线滑块 内设置有若干加强夹持的凸起, 从而可以保证对电缆的夹持力度; 由 于夹线滑块与夹线块之间只需要滑动便可以实现夹持, 不需要定位, 也不需要另外的固定, 使用简单, 效率高。
