【实施方式】
下列实施例是对本发明的进一步解释和说明,对本发明不构成任何限制;
本发明提供一种支持PTP交互关联系统的URL电子数据输出装置,系统包括支持PTP交互关联系统的通信终端产品38、URL电子数据装置90、URL电子数据输出装置93及导向产品,其特征在于:
所述通信终端产品支持远程通信功能;
所述通信终端产品支持近距离通信功能;
所述URL电子数据装置90放置URL电子数据组合;
所述URL电子数据输出装置采用近距离信息技术发送URL电子数据12;
所述导向产品可附有平面标志;
所述通信终端产品支持输入对应平面标志的数字;
所述通信终端产品的操作系统收到平面标志的指令,调出放置在URL电子数据装置90的配对URL电子数据,处理后,向后台服务器发送相关请求,后台服务器根据相关请求传回该URL电子数据所关联的电子文件。
所述通信终端产品支持远程通信功能,请求相关电信网络传回该URL电子数据所链接的电子文件。
所述通信终端产品支持WIFI技术,请求联接的WIFI装置传回该URL电子数据所链接的电子文件。
所述通信终端产品的近距离通信功能支持蓝牙技术,从外部的相关产品获取URL电子数据。
所述URL电子数据输出装置发出的URL电子数据含有PTP交互关联系统识别码,采用蓝牙技术发送。
当通信终端产品处于URL电子数据的发送范围,支持PTP交互关联系统的通信终端产品可以显示PTP信息感应符号。
以下是本发明技术的具体操作,分为二种方法:
第一种方法:
用家按PTP功能键,即时收到URL电子数据输出装置发出的URL电子数据所链接的电子文件。
如图1A所示,传回的电子文件通过通信终端产品的显示屏幕浏览。
第二种方法:
用家按PTP功能键,通信终端产品的显示屏幕出现PTP操作界面,再根据需求选择不同的数字进行操作。
如图1B所示。
所述URL电子数据输出装置发出的URL电子数据含有地标数据。
所述内置URL电子数据装置模块91放置在通信终端产品,该内置URL电子数据装置模块放置原始URL电子数据组合。
图2系列所示,
所述URL电子数据输出装置发出的URL电子数据,激活放置在通信终端产品的内置URL电子数据装置91模块的原始URL电子数据组 合,更转成另一组新的URL电子数据组合。
既能满足市场众多用家需求,也避免平面标志重叠而导致的混乱。所述平面标志的数字与URL电子数据装置90放置的URL电子数据是对应配对。
如图2A所示,
本实施例的设计方案:内置URL电子数据装置模块91的原始URL电子数据组合是“0000+(0001~9999)”系列,URL电子数据输出装置93A的URL电子数据是“0001”,激活放置在通信终端产品的内置URL电子数据装置91的原始URL电子数据组合,更转成另一组新的的URL电子数据组合,原始的URL电子数据组合由“0000+(0001~9999)”系列更转成“0001+(0001~9999)”系列。
如2B所示,
本实施例的设计方案:内置URL电子数据装置模块91的原始URL电子数据组合是“0000+(0001~9999)”系列,URL电子数据输出装置93B的URL电子数据是“0033”,激活放置在通信终端产品的内置URL电子数据装置91的原始URL电子数据组合,更转成另一组新的的URL电子数据组合,原始的URL电子数据组合由“0000+(0001~9999)”系列更转成“0033+(0001~9999)”系列。
所述URL电子数据输出装置在设定的时间内,连续不停发送单一URL电子数据。
如要需要,可设定URL电子数据输出装置在设定的时间内,连续不停发送多个URL电子数据系列。
所述导向产品是不带电的产品,URL电子数据输出装置93采用自带电设计,如家具、办公台设备之类。
所述导向产品是带电的产品,URL电子数据输出装置93采用导向产品的电源,如空调机、电视机、冰箱等家电。
所述导向产品附有多个平面标志。
导向产品包括平面媒体广告板、公共道路交通板、公共旅游宣传指南板、紧急服务指南板、公共候车亭、化共的士电召车亭及银行服务点等。
URL电子数据所链接的途径来自多方面,包括内存、云储存、登陆设定的网页等,基于相关技术是市场非常惯用的公知技术,不多详细解释。
为提升传统产品的效能,市场经有不同的技术方案,包括二维码图案方案、NFC技术解决方案及RFID技术解决方案等,以下是相关技术方案与本明技术的应用对比。
平面媒体产品(如公共宣传广告板及公共交通标志等)的信息内容是平面信息技术,用户如要获取平面媒体产品的进一步信息内容,需要输入网址进行联接操作,那是相当烦琐的事情。
如图3A所示,
传统平面媒体产品植入二维码图案52(平面信息技术),提供参观者登录到相关电子地址数据的网站,关注相关的广告内容,步骤如下:
1、通过智能手机拍摄二维码图案,处理转为URL电子数据。
2、登录到相关URL电子数据的网站。
3、再进行传统式的网页搜索操作。
以下是本发明技术的相关实施例;
实施例1,
如图3B所示,空调机同时嵌入URL电子数据输出装置93(电子信息技术),为用户和供应商提供互动方便;
1、由于该URL电子数据拥有地标数据,供应商为用户预建服务专档,包括相关售后服务、相关服务投诉、新产品推介等。
2、用户通过智能手机直接登录到相关网站,属举手之劳,务必加强供应商与用户的服务,多赢效应。
实施例2,
如图3C所示,平面媒体产品采用本发明技术后,通信终端产品38(智能手机)依据平面媒体产品的识别标志(导引),输入对应的数字03;
所述通信终端产品的操作系统收到平面标志的指令,调出放置在URL电子数据装置90的03配对URL电子数据,处理后,向后台服务 器发送相关请求,后台服务器根据相关请求传回该URL电子数据03所关联的电子文件,通过通信终端产品的显示屏幕浏览。
实施例2
如图3D所示,平面媒体产品采用本发明技术后,通信终端产品38(智能手机)依据平面媒体产品的识别标志(导引),输入对应的数字03;
所述通信终端产品的操作系统收到平面标志的指令,调出放置在URL电子数据装置90的03配对URL电子数据,处理后,向后台服务器发送相关请求,后台服务器根据相关请求传回该URL电子数据03所关联的电子文件,通过通信终端产品的显示屏幕浏览。
特别注明,通信终端产品的内置URL电子数据装置模块91的原始URL电子数据组合已被URL电子数据输出装置发出的URL电子数据激活,更转成另一组新的的URL电子数据组合,因此与实施例1传回的03URL电子数据所链接的电子文件可以是不同的文件了。
实施例3
如图4A所示,某大型公司举行全城营销促销活动,虽然该促销活动是统一的平面广告内容设计,采用本发明技术后,不同促销区域位置的消费者,却获取不同区域分店的具体活动资料。
如图4B所示,
A区域消费者通过智能手机获取数字(识别标志)对应的关联数据A,(该关联数据A对应A区域分店提供的相关电子信息)。
但B区域消费者通过智能手机获取数字(识别标志)对应的关联数据B,(该关联数据B对应B区域分店提供的相关电子信息)。
而C区域消费者通过智能手机获取数字(识别标志)对应的关联数据C,(该关联数据C对应C区域分店提供的相关电子信息)。
本发明技术与二维码图案方案是不类类别的技术方案,效果截然不同;
1、基本上不受距离限制。
2、基本上不受光线条件影响。
3、准确比二维码图案方案优越。
4、采用数字代替二维码图案,影响广告板的外观美感减低。
参阅上述相关实施例的效果,本发明技术与市场相关技术解决方案及产品方案对比,无论使用操作、制作成本及传播效果都明显优越其他,本实用新型的发展将会影响商业链条的所有环节,及创造出全新形态的商业模式和价值链。
尽管通过以上实施例对本发明技术进行了揭示但是本发明技术的范围并不局限于此,如URL电子数据输出装置93是外置NFC产品,在不偏离本发明技术构思的条件下,以上各构件可用所属技术领域人员了解的相似或等同元件来替换。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种支持PTP交互关联系统的URL电子数据输出装置,系统包括支持PTP交互关联系统的通信终端产品(38)、URL电子数据装置(90)、URL电子数据输出装置(93)、导向产品及平面标志,其特征在于:
    所述通信终端产品支持远程通信功能;
    所述通信终端产品支持近距离通信功能;
    所述URL电子数据装置(90)放置URL电子数据组合;
    所述URL电子数据输出装置采用近距离信息技术发送URL电子数据(12);
    所述平面标志是数字;
    所述通信终端产品支持输入对应平面标志的数字;
    所述通信终端产品的操作系统收到平面标志的指令,调出放置在URL电子数据装置90的配对URL电子数据,处理后,向后台服务器发送相关请求,后台服务器根据相关请求传回该URL电子数据所关联的电子文件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的支持PTP交互关联系统的URL电子数据输出装置,其特征在于:所述通信终端产品支持远程通信功能,请求相关电信网络传回该URL电子数据所链接的电子文件。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的支持PTP交互关联系统的URL电子数据输出装置,其特征在于:所述通信终端产品支持WIFI技术,请求联接的WIFI装置传回该URL电子数据所链接的电子文件。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的支持PTP交互关联系统的URL电子数据输出装置,其特征在于:所述通信终端产品的近距离通信功能支持蓝牙技术。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的支持PTP交互关联系统的URL电子数据输出装置,其特征在于:所述URL电子数据输出装置发出的URL电子数据含有PTP交互关联系统识别码。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的支持PTP交互关联系统的URL电子数据输出装置,其特征在于:所述URL电子数据输出装置发出的URL电子 数据含有地标数据。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的支持PTP交互关联系统的URL电子数据输出装置,其特征在于:所述内置URL电子数据装置(91)模块放置在通信终端产品,该内置URL电子数据装置模块放置原始URL电子数据组合。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的支持PTP交互关联系统的URL电子数据输出装置,其特征在于:所述URL电子数据输出装置发出的URL电子数据,激活放置在通信终端产品的内置URL电子数据装置(91)模块的原始URL电子数据组合,更转成另一组新的URL电子数据组合。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的支持PTP交互关联系统的URL电子数据输出装置,其特征在于:所述URL电子数据发送装置在设定的时间内,连续不停发送单一URL电子数据。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的支持PTP交互关联系统的URL电子数据输出装置,其特征在于:所述导向产品附有多个平面标志。
